Abstract

La présente invention concerne un produit d'étanchéité étanche à l'eau, un procédé de préparation associé et une application associée. Le produit d'étanchéité étanche à l'eau comprend de l'asphalte émulsifié, un latex polymère anionique, un additif super-résistant à l'eau, une charge hydrophobe et un agent auxiliaire. Si la masse totale du produit d'étanchéité étanche à l'eau est de 100 %, la quantité ajoutée de l'asphalte émulsifié est de 15 à 35 %, la quantité ajoutée du latex polymère anionique est de 20 à 45 %, la quantité ajoutée de l'additif super-résistant à l'eau est de 1 à 10 % et la quantité ajoutée de la charge hydrophobe est de 20 à 45 %. L'additif super-résistant à l'eau est une émulsion d'un polymère anionique. Grâce à l'effet synergique des composants et des proportions du produit d'étanchéité étanche à l'eau de la présente invention, le produit d'étanchéité étanche à l'eau présente les avantages d'un respect de l'environnement et d'une absence de nocivité, d'un taux d'extrait sec élevé, d'une excellente résistance à l'eau, d'une excellente stabilité au stockage, d'une grande vitesse de séchage, d'excellentes performances en construction et d'un processus de construction simple, en s'adaptant à la diversité et à la complexité des matériaux au niveau des joints des composants utilisés dans le bâtiment, tout en garantissant que le produit peut réaliser une étanchéité et une étanchéité à l'eau efficaces et à long terme de différents matériaux au niveau des joints des composants utilisés dans le bâtiment.
