放射治疗用患者坐姿设备 技术领域
本发明涉及放射医疗领域,尤其是涉及一种放射治疗用患者坐姿设备。
背景技术
据英国癌症研究组织称,到2030年,全世界每年约有2400万人可能得癌症,而质子治疗技术是目前国际上最先进的放射治疗技术之,是一种使用质子而不是X射线来治疗癌症的放射。
与传统的放射性治疗相比,质子治疗的“布拉格峰”效应可对肿瘤区域高精准治疗,肿瘤后区正常组织几乎不遭受辐照剂量,患者的生存率更高。
目前,治疗端主要分为旋转治疗室和固定治疗室,当需要对患者进行不同部位进行治疗时,治疗端主要通过较大的旋转机架进行对患者的扫描治疗,但是设备和配套的建筑价格昂贵,占地面积大,而固定治疗室治疗患者肿瘤种类较少,具有局限性。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种放射治疗用患者坐姿设备,放射治疗用患者坐姿设备具有影像扫描功能和放射治疗功能,减少设备成本,提高治疗效率。
根据本发明实施例的放射治疗用患者坐姿设备,包括:安装平台;治疗床组件,所述治疗床组件用于将患者固定;支撑调节组件,所述支撑调节组件设置在所述安装平台的下方,且与所述治疗床组件相连,并用于调节治疗床组件相对所述安装平台的位置;三维影像组件,所述三维影像组件包括立柱组件和三维影像设备,所述立柱组件设于所述安装平台,并沿竖向方向延伸,所述三维影像设备可移动地安装于所述立柱组件,且所述三维影像设备在水平投影方向上与所述治疗床组件对应,所述三维影像设备用于对患者影像扫描。

如图1所示,根据本发明实施例的放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100包括:安装平台10、治疗床组件20、支撑调节组件30和三维影像组件40。放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100包括影像扫描功能和放射治疗功能,本申请以影像扫描功能为例对放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100进行描述。
其中,安装平台10为治疗床组件20、支撑调节组件30以及三维影像组件40的安装载体,安装平台10可以构造为地面的一部分,也可以构造为单独的框架结构,通过嵌设的方式与地面配合。
参照图1,治疗床组件20用于将患者固定,以便于通过三维影像组件40对患者进行影像扫描。支撑调节组件30设置在安装平台10的下方,而且支撑调节组件30与治疗床组件20相连,并用于调节治疗床组件20相对安装平台10的位置,以便于将患者调节至合适的影像扫描角度和位置,保证对患者的影像扫描效果。其中,安装平台10设置有过孔,支撑调节组件30在过孔处与治疗床组件20相连,并用于支撑治疗床组件2020,而且可以对治疗床组件20的位置进行调节。可以理解的是,过孔的设置便于将位于安装平台10下方的支撑调节组件30与治疗床组件20连接,节省布置空间。
进一步地,三维影像组件40包括立柱组件41和三维影像设备42,立柱组件41设置在安装平台10上,而且立柱组件41沿竖向方向延伸,三维影像设备42可移动地安装于立柱组件41,并且三维影像设备42在水平投影方向上与治疗床组件20对应,三维影像设备42用于对患者影像扫描。
具体地,立柱组件41用于支撑固定三维影像设备42,并且可以根据影像扫描需求调节三维影像设备42在立柱组件41上的位置,以调节三维影像设备42相对治疗床组件20(同时也是相对患者)的位置,从而将三维影像设备42调节至适于对患者不同部位进行影像扫描的位置,进一步保证放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100的影像扫描效果。
由此,本申请先通过治疗床组件20对患者进行固定,以便于患者保持适于进行影像扫描的姿态,并通过支撑调节组件30对治疗床组件20相对于安装平台10的位置进行调节,将患者的待扫描部位调节至便于与三维影像设备42对应的区域,进一步对三维影像设备42的位置进行调节,以将三维影像设备42调节至对患者待扫描部位进行影像 扫描的位置,保证放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100的影像采集效果。本申请先对患者进行姿态固定,再通过多级调节的方式将患者与三维影像设备42对应,提升放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100对患者的影像采集效果。
可以理解的是,当需要对患者进行多角度影像扫描时,可以通过支撑调节组件30对患者的位置进行调节,并进一步调节三维影像设备42与患者的对应位置,可以满足放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100对患者不同部位或相同部位的不同角度的扫描及治疗需求,无需患者变换多种姿态以及反复启动放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100,减少放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100的生产、运行及维护成本。
需要说明的是,目前对肿瘤患者的治疗过程通常在旋转治疗室或固定治疗室内进行,当需要对患者的不同部位进行治疗时,需要体积较大的旋转设备对患者扫描治疗,并且固定治疗室可治疗患者肿瘤的种类较少,局限性大。同时,由于场地和设备配套的限制,导致治疗室(旋转治疗室或固定治疗室)的建造成本过于昂贵。本申请中的放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100通过对治疗床组件20以及三维影像设备42的位置调节,可以将患者以不同姿态与三维影像设备42对应,且调节方式简单,对场地尺寸的需求相对于常规的旋转治疗室或固定治疗室更小,可以降低治疗室的建造成本。
根据本申请实施例的放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100,通过治疗床组件20对患者的姿态进行固定,通过支撑调节组件30调节治疗床组件20的位置,以对患者的位置进行调节,可以满足放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100对患者不同部位或相同部位的不同角度的扫描及放射治疗需求,从而放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100可以多方向、多角度调整患者的治疗位置和扫描位置,可以满足患者不同部位的放射治疗需求,适用范围广。
在本发明的一些实施例中,治疗床组件20包括:底座21、治疗床本体22和升降组件23,支撑调节组件30与底座21相连,以通过驱动底座21运动的方式调节治疗床组件20相对安装平台10的位置。
参照图4,治疗床本体22设置在底座21上,并用于固定患者,升降组件23设置在底座21的上方并与治疗床本体22相连,以驱动治疗床本体22上升或下降,调节治疗床本体22相对底座21的位置,便于将治疗床本体22与不同身材的患者匹配。
可以理解的是,患者与患者之间的身高可能存在差异,当患者的身材相对高大时,可以通过升降组件23驱动治疗床本体22上升,以调节治疗床本体22与患者的配合位置,便于治疗床本体22的位置与患者的身材相匹配;当患者的身材相对矮小时,可以通过升降组件23驱动治疗床本体22下降,以调节治疗床本体22与患者的配合位置,便于治疗床本体22的位置与患者的身材相匹配。治疗床组件20可以根据患者需要治疗 的部位调整治疗床本体22的高度,并且调节方式简单且可靠性高。
在本发明的一些实施例中,治疗床本体22包括:安装座221,床板222和坐垫223。安装座221与升降组件23相连,升降组件23可通过驱动安装座221的位置整体调节治疗床本体22相对底座21的高度。
参照图4,床板222设置在安装座221上,而且床板222沿竖直方向向上延伸,并且可以相对安装座221在第一方向上偏转,以调节床板222的俯仰角度。“第一方向”指的是床板222的厚度方向,当需要将床板222偏转一定角度时,床板222可以绕其与安装座221的连接部位向前或向后偏转。
进一步地,坐垫223可翻转地设置在安装座221上,而且布置在床板222的下端,当需要实用坐垫223时,可以将坐垫223打开,患者可以坐在坐垫223上,并且患者还可以通过依靠的方式将背部与床板222贴合,以便于患者固定相应的坐姿姿态。当无需实用坐垫223时,可以将坐垫223翻转至竖直状态,使其与床板222贴合,节省坐垫223占用的空间。
其中,治疗床组件20可以将患者以不同姿势固定,如:站立、半蹲、坐姿等,从而可以适应患者身体不同位置的治疗。
在本发明进一步的实施例中,治疗床本体22还设置有扶手224,扶手224设置在安装座221的两侧,患者可以根据固定姿态的需求,通过手扶扶手224的方式对姿态固定,便于患者对姿态进行保持。
在本发明进一步的实施例中,治疗床本体22还设置有支架2221,支架2221设置在床板222的两侧,以便于通过支架2221对患者的姿态进行固定。
需要说明的是,在患者治疗的准备阶段,按照患者需要治疗的部位对治疗床本体22的高度进行调节,并且根据患者需要保持的姿态对坐垫223角度以及床板222倾斜角度进行确定,当患者坐在坐垫223上时,可以手扶安装座221两侧的扶手224以保持姿态。同时,还可以通过床板222两侧的支架2221与固定网配合,对患者的姿态进行固定。治疗床组件20的调节方式简单、可靠,而且便于患者根据不同的治疗部位保持相应的姿态。
如图4所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,治疗床组件20还包括:腿部限位块24和脚部支撑块25,腿部限位块24设置在底座21上,而且自底座21的上表面沿竖向方向延伸,用于对患者的腿部限位,脚部限位块设置在底座21的上表面,且位于腿部限位块24和升降组件23之间,用于对患者的脚部限位。
当患者通过坐姿与治疗床本体22配合时,患者可以坐在坐垫223上,而且腿部可以 止抵在腿部限位块24处,以通过腿部限位块24对患者的腿部起到良好的支撑效果,同时患者的脚部可以位于腿部限位块24和脚部限位块之间并止抵在脚部限位块处,以通过脚部限位块对患者的脚步进行限位,便于患者对坐姿姿态进行固定。
在本发明的一些实施例中,升降组件23包括伸缩电缸和伸缩外套,伸缩电缸与安装座221的底部相连,伸缩外套套设在伸缩电缸的外侧,可以对伸缩电缸进行遮挡,以对伸缩电缸起到防护作用,可以防止患者的脚部与伸缩电缸接触,还可以防止灰尘进入伸缩电缸。其中,伸缩电缸还可以根据设计需求替换为液压缸等结构。

需要说明的是,水平移动平台311、旋转平台312和倾斜平台313自下向上依次布 置,可以提升治疗床调节组件31调节过程的稳定性。其中,治疗床调节组件31的调节方式为自下向上逐步调节,即先通过水平移动平台311调节治疗床组件20的水平位置,再通过旋转平台312调节治疗床组件20的朝向方向,最后通过倾斜平台313调节治疗床组件20的俯仰角度,调节方式全面且可靠性高。
在本发明一些具体的实施例中,倾斜平台313包括:倾斜平台主体3131、连杆组件3132和驱动电机,倾斜平台主体3131设置在旋转平台312的上方,连杆组件3132连接在倾斜平台主体3131与底座21之间,当连杆组件3132相对旋转平台312摆动时,可以调节底座21相对倾斜平台主体3131的倾斜角度。其中斜驱动电机与连杆组件3132相连,并用于驱动连杆组件3132摆动,以使底座21相对倾斜平台主体3131倾斜,实现对治疗床组件20俯仰角度的调节。其中,连杆组件3132中设置有多根连杆,连杆对底座21具有良好的支撑作用,通过驱动电机驱动连杆摆动至一定角度并锁止,以调节底座21的倾斜角度,调节方式简单且可靠性高。需要说明的是,连杆组件3132的具体结构可以根据设计需求进行设置,在此不做具体限定。
如图1和2所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,支撑调节组件30还包括:支撑组件32,支撑组件32设置在安装平台10的底部,且治疗床组件20设置在支撑组件32上,支撑组件32用于驱动安装平台10上升或下降,从而通过驱动安装平台10运动以调节治疗床组件20相对安装平台10的高度位置。
在本发明的一些实施例中,支撑调节组件30还包括基座33,治疗床调节组件31设置在基座33上,支撑组件32连接在基座33和安装平台10之间。其中,支撑组件32包括驱动油缸321和伸缩杆322,伸缩杆322与油缸321相连,油缸321用于驱动伸缩杆322伸缩。伸缩杆322的一端与驱动油缸321相连,另一端与安装平台10相连,并且驱动油缸321固定在基座33上。当驱动油缸321驱动伸缩杆322收缩时,支撑组件32可以驱动基座33向安装平台10一侧靠近,从而驱动治疗床调节组件31相对安装平台10向上运动;当驱动油缸321驱动伸缩杆322伸长时,支撑组件32可以驱动基座33向远离安装平台10一侧运动,从而驱动治疗床调节组件31相对安装平台10向下运动。
进一步地,伸缩杆322与驱动油缸321均为多个,而且伸缩杆322与驱动油缸321一一对应,多组伸缩杆322和驱动油缸321在基座33的周向方向均匀间隔排布,从而可以提升支撑调节组件30驱动基座33相对安装平台10上升或下降的稳定性。
如图3所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,立柱组件41包括:固定立柱411、旋转立柱412和旋转组件413,固定立柱411设置在安装平台10上,并沿竖向方向延伸,三维影像设备42与旋转立柱412相连,而且旋转立柱412设置在固定立柱411临近治疗床 组件20的一侧,并与固定立柱411可转动地相连,旋转组件413分别与固定立柱411和旋转立柱412相连,并用于驱动旋转立柱412相对固定立柱411转动。
参照图3,通过旋转组件413可以调节旋转立柱412相对安装平台10的倾斜角度,从而对三维影像设备42的扫描角度进行调节。其中,旋转组件413包括驱动装置4131和回转轴承4132,回转轴承4132连接在旋转立柱412和固定立柱411之间,驱动装置4131用于驱动旋转立柱412相对固定立柱411转动。
在本发明进一步的实施例中,旋转立柱412设有滑槽4121,滑槽4121沿旋转立柱412长度方向延伸,立柱组件41还包括:驱动组件414,驱动组件414分别与旋转立柱412和三维影像设备42相连,以驱动三维影像设备42相对旋转立柱412滑动,从而可以调节三维影像设备42相对治疗床组件20的距离,以便于将三维影像设备42调节至与患者待扫描部位对应的距离,保证影像扫描效果。
在本发明一个具体的实施例中,驱动组件414包括:丝杠和螺纹结构,丝杠沿旋转立柱412的长度方向延伸,即丝杠与滑槽4121的延伸方向相同,螺纹结构形成在三维影像设备42上,当丝杠转动时,可以驱动三维影像设备42在旋转立柱412的延伸方向上滑动。
如图3所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,立柱组件41为两组,两组立柱组件41分别设置在治疗床组件20的两侧,而且三维影像设备42分别与两个旋转立柱412相连,两组立柱组件41可以对三维影像设备42起到良好的支撑作用,并且可以提升三维影像设备42位置调节过程的稳定性。
参照说明书附图1-5描述根据本发明实施例的放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100的使用步骤:
首先,基于使用需求选择性地对安装平台10高度进行调节;
其次,将患者固定在治疗床组件20上,以一种坐姿为例,患者坐在坐垫223上,并倚靠在床板222上,同时手扶扶手224、脚步和腿部分别与脚步限位快、腿部限位块24支撑配合,此时可根据患者的身材对治疗床本体22相对底座21的位置进行调节,以将治疗床组件20与患者身材匹配;
进一步地,当需要将患者前倾或后仰时,可以通过固定网与支架2221配合将患者的上半身与床板222固定,对患者的姿态进行约束;
更进一步地,根据患者需要治疗的部位通过水平移动平台311、旋转平台312、倾斜平台313对治疗床组件20的水平位置、朝向及俯仰角度进行调节;
此时患者相对安装平台10的位置已经确定,可以通过驱动组件414调节三维影像设 备42相对患者的位置,具体包括三维影像设备42与患者之间的距离、三维影像设备42相对患者的扫描照射方向,以将三维影像设备42调节至适于对患者影像扫描的位置。
需要说明的是放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100包括:影像扫描工作模式和放射治疗模式,多个部件在影像扫描工作模式和放射治疗模式中的调节方式相同。
在患者处于影像扫描工作模式下,三维影像设备42可以通过沿旋转立柱412延伸方向移动的方式对患者进行扫描,扫描结束后,三维影像设备42可以移动至旋转立柱412的顶部。在患者处于放射治疗模式下,可以通过支撑调节组件30、治疗床组件20对患者的位置及姿态进行确定,此时放射治疗用患者坐姿设备100可以满足患者不同部位肿瘤的放射治疗需求。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示意性实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种放射治疗用患者坐姿设备,其特征在于,包括:
    安装平台;
    治疗床组件,所述治疗床组件用于将患者固定;
    支撑调节组件,所述支撑调节组件设置在所述安装平台的下方,且与所述治疗床组件相连,并用于调节治疗床组件相对所述安装平台的位置;
    三维影像组件,所述三维影像组件包括立柱组件和三维影像设备,所述立柱组件设于所述安装平台,并沿竖向方向延伸,所述三维影像设备可移动地安装于所述立柱组件,且所述三维影像设备在水平投影方向上与所述治疗床组件对应,所述三维影像设备用于对患者影像扫描。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的放射治疗用患者坐姿设备,其特征在于,所述治疗床组件包括:
    底座,所述支撑调节组件与所述底座相连;
    治疗床本体,所述治疗床本体设置在所述底座上,并用于固定所述患者;
    升降组件,所述升降组件设置在所述底座的上方并与所述治疗床本体相连,以驱动所述治疗床本体上升或下降。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的放射治疗用患者坐姿设备,其特征在于,所述治疗床本体包括:
    安装座,所述安装座与所述升降组件相连;
    床板,所述床板设于所述安装座且沿竖直方向向上延伸,且可相对所述安装座在第一方向上偏转,以调节床板的俯仰角度;
    坐垫,所述坐垫可翻转地设置在所述安装座上,且布置在所述床板的下端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的放射治疗用患者坐姿设备,其特征在于,所述治疗床组件还包括:
    腿部限位块,所述腿部限位块设置在所述底座上,且自所述底座的上表面沿竖向方向延伸,用于对所述患者的腿部限位;
    脚部支撑块,所述脚部限位块设置在所述底座的上表面,且位于所述腿部限位块和所述升降组件之间,用于对所述患者的脚部限位。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的放射治疗用患者坐姿设备,其特征在于,所述支撑调节组 件包括治疗床调节组件,所述治疗床调节与所述治疗床组件的底座相连,且所述治疗床调节组件包括:
    水平移动平台,所述水平移动平台用于调节所述底座相对所述安装平台在水平方向上的位置;
    旋转平台,所述旋转平台与所述水平移动平台相连,并用于驱动所述底座相对所述安装平台在水平方向上转动;
    倾斜平台,所述倾斜平台连接在所述旋转平台与所述底座之间,并用于驱动所述底座相对所述安装平台倾斜;其中,所述水平移动平台、旋转平台和所述倾斜平台自下向上依次排布。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的放射治疗用患者坐姿设备,其特征在于,所述倾斜平台包括:
    倾斜平台主体,所述倾斜平台主体设置在所述旋转平台的上方;
    连杆组件,所述连杆组件连接在所述倾斜平台主体与所述底座之间;
    驱动电机,所述驱动电机与所述连杆组件相连,并用于驱动所述连杆组件运动,以使所述底座相对所述倾斜平台主体倾斜。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的放射治疗用患者坐姿设备,其特征在于,所述支撑调节组件还包括:支撑组件,所述支撑组件设置在所述安装平台的底部,且所述治疗床调节组件设置在所述支撑组件上,所述支撑组件用于驱动所述治疗床调节组件相对所述安装平台上升或下降。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的放射治疗用患者坐姿设备,其特征在于,所述立柱组件包括:
    固定立柱,所述固定立柱设于所述安装平台,并沿竖向方向延伸;
    旋转立柱,所述三维影像设备与所述旋转立柱相连,且所述旋转立柱设置在所述固定立柱临近所述治疗床组件的一侧,并与所述固定立柱可转动地相连;
    旋转组件,所述旋转组件分别与所述固定立柱和所述旋转立柱相连,并用于驱动所述旋转立柱相对所述固定立柱转动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的放射治疗用患者坐姿设备,其特征在于,所述旋转立柱设有滑槽,所述滑槽沿所述旋转立柱长度方向延伸,所述立柱组件还包括:驱动组件,所述驱动组件分别与所述旋转立柱和所述三维影像设备相连,以驱动所述三维影像设备相对所述旋转立柱滑动。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的放射治疗用患者坐姿设备,其特征在于,所述立柱组件 为两组,两组立柱组件分别设置在所述治疗床组件的两侧,且所述三维影像设备分别与两个所述旋转立柱相连。
