技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种可拼接灯具。
背景技术
随着用户需求的不断提高,灯具的种类也越来越丰富,例如单体灯和拼接灯等。针对拼接灯,用户可以根据自己的需求自行拼接以得到想要的长度或者形状。
在相关技术中,拼接灯在拼接时需要通过转接部件实现导通,即在相邻的两个灯具之间设置一个转接部件,转接部件包括导线或者转接盒等,但是通过转接部件进行拼接时,会导致拼接灯的零件过多过于复杂。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种可拼接灯具,以解决相关技术中的拼接灯的需要通过转接部件实现拼接进而导致拼接灯的零件较多较为复杂的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种可拼接灯具,包括:多个灯具单元,多个灯具单元依次连接,每个灯具单元上设置有第一导电部和/或第二导电部;多个磁吸结构,每个灯具单元上均设置有至少一个磁吸结构,磁吸结构包括第一磁性件和第一磁吸件,第一磁性件和第一磁吸件中的一个设置于第一导电部处,第一磁性件和第一磁吸件中的另一个设置于第二导电部处;控制盒,控制盒连接在多个灯具单元中的一个上,控制盒上设置有第三导电部,第三导电部与相邻的灯具单元上的第一导电部或者第二导电部电连接;其中,相邻的两个灯具单元的相邻的第一磁性件和第一磁吸件磁吸配合,相邻的两个灯具单元上相邻的第一导电部和第二导电部电连接。
进一步地,第一导电部包括第一转接板和设置于第一转接板上的多个第一导电针,第二导电部包括第二转接板和设置于第二转接板上的第一圆形导电盘。

应用本发明的技术方案,多个灯具单元依次连接,每个灯具单元上均设置有第一导电部和第二导电部,同时在灯具单元上设置有磁吸结构,具体地,磁吸结构包括第一磁性件和第一磁吸件,第一磁性件和第一磁吸件分别在第一导电部处和第二导电部处。这样使得相邻的 两个灯具单元的相邻的第一导电部和第二导电部电连接时,相邻的两个灯具单元的第一磁性件和第一磁吸件能够实现磁吸配合没这样能够实现相邻的两个灯具单元在实现电连接的同时实现固定。本申请的技术方案取消了现有技术中的转接部件,这样不但能够使得可拼接灯具的零件较少,并且使得拼接也较为容易。控制盒的设置实现了对灯具单元的控制。因此本申请的技术方案有效地解决了相关技术中的拼接灯的需要通过转接部件实现拼接进而导致拼接灯的零件较多、结构较为复杂的问题。

如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,可拼接灯具包括:多个灯具单元10、多个磁吸结构20以及控制盒30。多个灯具单元10依次连接,每个灯具单元10上均设置有第一导电部11和第二导电部12。每个灯具单元10上均设置有一个磁吸结构20,磁吸结构20包括第一磁性件21和第一磁吸件22,第一磁性件21和第一磁吸件22中的一个设置于第一导电部11处,第一磁性件21和第一磁吸件22中的另一个设置于第二导电部12处。控制盒30连接在多个灯具单元10的端部,控制盒30上设置有第三导电部31,第三导电部31与相邻的灯具单元10上的第一导电部11或者第二导电部12电连接。其中,相邻的两个灯具单元10的相邻的第一磁性件21和第一磁吸件22磁吸配合,相邻的两个灯具单元10上相邻的第一导电部11和第二导电部12电连接。
应用本实施例的技术方案,多个灯具单元10依次连接,每个灯具单元10上均设置有第一导电部11和第二导电部12,同时在灯具单元10上设置有磁吸结构20,具体地,磁吸结构20包括第一磁性件21和第一磁吸件22,第一磁性件21设置在第一导电部11处,第一磁吸件22设置在第二导电部12处。这样使得相邻的两个灯具单元10的相邻的第一导电部11和第二导电部12电连接时,相邻的两个灯具单元10的第一磁性件21和第一磁吸件22能够实现磁吸配合,这样能够实现相邻的两个灯具单元10在实现电连接的同时实现固定。本实施例的技术方案取消了现有技术中的转接部件,这样不但能够使得可拼接灯具的零件较少,并且使得拼接也较为容易。因此本实施例的技术方案有效地解决了相关技术中的拼接灯的需要通过转接部件实现拼接进而导致拼接灯的零件较多、结构较为复杂的问题。
具体地,在实施例一中,灯具单元10为正方体结构,当然,还可以为长方体结构,锥形结构、或者灯具单元10的至少一个侧壁为三角形或者其他形状。
在图中未示出的实施例中,每个灯具单元上设置有两个磁吸结构,或者设置有三个磁吸结构。具体地,当设置有两个磁吸结构时,两个磁吸结构设置在灯具单元的侧壁上,当设置有三个磁吸结构时,三个磁吸结构分别设置在灯具单元的侧壁和端壁上。
当然,控制盒还可以设置在其他的位置,只要是设置在多个灯具单元中的一个上均能够实现对灯具单元的控制。
同时控制盒还可以为多个。
如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,第一导电部11包括第一转接板111和设置于第一转接板111上的多个第一导电针112,第二导电部12包括第二转接板121和设置于第二转接板121上的第一圆形导电盘122。第一导电针112和第一圆形导电盘122接触配合则能够实现电连接,具体地,多个第一导电针112按相同距离间隔设置,第一圆形导电盘122上设置有相同距离的圆形槽,第一导电针112插入至圆形槽内,多个第一导电针112中的一个插入至第一圆形导电盘122的圆心位置。这样的第一转接板111和第二转接板121的设置使得第一导电针112和第一圆形导电盘122的位置更加稳定。具体地,第一转接板111和第二转接板121均为电路板。
如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,第一磁性件21设置于第一转接板111的侧部,第一磁吸件22设置于第二转接板121的侧部。上述的设置能够使得相邻的两个灯具单元10的相邻的第一导电部11和第二导电部12的连接稳定。具体地,第一磁性件21设在第一转接板111的外侧,即远离灯具单元10中心的一侧,第一磁吸件22设置在第二转接板121的内侧,即靠近灯具单元10的中心的一侧。
如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,多个第一导电针112的轴线位于同一平面上,上述的设置能够保证电流的导通,并且能够实现多角度的装配,即相邻的两个灯具单元10中的一个沿第一导电部11的轴线转动任意角度,也同样能够实现电连接。
如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,第一导电针112为弹性电流针。弹性电流针的导电性能较好。
如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,灯具单元10包括壳体13和设置于壳体13内的灯体14,第一导电部11和第二导电部12均设置于壳体13内,壳体13的不同的侧壁上分别设置有凸出部131和安装孔132,凸出部131和安装孔132的形状匹配,凸出部131上设置有多个第一通孔1311,多个第一导电针112和多个第一通孔1311一一对应地设置并穿出于第一通孔1311。凸出部131能够插入至安装孔132内,这样能够使得第一导电部11和第二导电部12的连接更加稳定,即能够限制相邻的灯具单元10前后和上下的移动(相邻的两个灯具单元10横向放置)。
具体地,如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,凸出部131和安装孔132相对设置。即凸出部131和安装孔132设置在壳体13的相对的两个侧壁上。当然,凸出部131和安装孔132还可以设置在壳体13的相邻的两个侧壁上。
如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,第一磁性件21设置于第一转接板111和凸出部131之间,第一磁吸件22设置于第二转接板121朝向第一导电部11的一侧。上述的设置能够进一步保证相邻的两个灯具单元10的连接的稳定性。
在图中未示出的实施例中,第一导电部和第二导电部均为多个,分别设置在灯具单元的不同的侧壁上,同时,第一磁性件和第一磁吸件均为多个,分别设置在灯具单元的不同的侧壁上。
如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,第一转接板111和壳体13之间设置有第一连接结构,第二转接板121和壳体13之间设置有第二连接结构。第一连接结构和第二连接结构的设置能够使得第一转接板111与壳体13以及第二转接板121与壳体13之间的连接更加稳定,即第一转接板111和第二转接板121不易发生晃动,这样能够进一步保证可拼接灯具的使用效果,进而提高了用户的使用感受。
如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,第一连接结构包括设置于凸出部131边沿处并向壳体13的内部延伸的第一热熔柱以及设置于第一转接板111上的第一连接孔,第一热熔柱穿过第一连接孔,和/或,第二连接结构包括设置于安装孔132边沿处并向壳体13的内部延伸的第 二热熔柱以及设置于第二转接板121上的第二连接孔,第二热熔柱穿过第二连接孔。第一热熔柱和第二热熔柱的结构简单,且固定效果较好。将第一热熔柱和第二热熔柱分别插入至第一连接孔和第二连接孔内,通过加热的方式将第一热熔柱和第二热熔柱伸出第一连接孔和第二连接孔的部分融化,并使得融化的物质凝固在第一转接板111和第二转接板121上,这样则实现了第一转接板111和第二转接板121的固定。
如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,凸出部131为圆柱形,壳体13设置凸出部131的侧壁的中心线与凸出部131的轴线重合。上述的设置能够使得可拼接灯具的位置更加规整。
在图中未示出的实施例中,多个灯具单元的尺寸不同,为了保证相邻的灯具单元能够实现电连接,则需要将壳体13设置凸出部的侧壁的中心线与凸出部的轴线错位设置。
如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,第一磁性件21包括磁铁块,第一磁吸件22包括铁板,铁板上设置有第三连接孔,壳体13内设置有第三热熔柱,第三热熔柱穿过第三连接孔。磁铁块和铁板的磁吸配合的效果较好。第三热熔柱能够实现对铁板的固定。
需要说明的是,上述的第一磁吸件22还可以为磁铁。
当然,还可以将第一磁性件21和第一磁吸件22均设置为电磁铁,这样使得可拼接灯具在通电时自动吸合固定。
如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,控制盒30包括第一盒体32和设置于第一盒体32上的第一盖体33,第三导电部31设置于第一盒体32和第一盖体33之间,控制盒30还包括第二磁性件或者第二磁吸件36,控制盒30与灯具单元10磁吸配合。具体地,控制盒30的内部设置有第二磁吸件36,第二磁吸件36和可拼接灯具的最端部的灯具单元10的第一磁性件21磁吸配合,这样能够有效地固定控制盒30。
当然,控制盒30上还可以设置第二磁性件,这样第二磁性件和可拼接灯具的最端部的灯具单元10的第一磁吸件22磁吸配合。
具体地,控制盒30的内部设置有控制电路,用以控制可拼接灯具的亮度、开闭或者是控制可拼接灯具中的不同的灯具单元10闪烁等。
如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,第三导电部31包括第三转接板311以及设置于第三转接板311上的第二圆形导电盘或者第二导电针。具体地,第二圆形导电盘设置在第三转接板311上,第二圆形导电盘和可拼接灯具的最端部的灯具单元10的第一导电部11电连接。第二圆形导电盘和第一圆形导电盘122的结构相同。
当然,第三转接板311还可以设置第二导电针,第二导电针能够与可拼接灯具的最端部的灯具单元10的第一圆形导电盘122电连接。
如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,控制盒30还包括插接孔34和按键部35,插接孔34和按键部35均设置于第一盒体32的侧壁上。插接孔34能够实现插电,进而为可拼接灯具供电。按键部35的设置便于用户进行控制。
如图1至图8所示,在实施例一中,控制盒30的形状与灯具单元10的形状适配。具体地,灯具单元10的侧表面为正方形,控制盒30的侧表面也为正方形,这样能够说使得可拼接灯具的结构更加规整。
如图1至图9所示,在实施例一中,可拼接灯具还包括端部接头50,端部接头50设置于多个灯具单元10的端部,并盖设于第一导电部11或者第二导电部12上。端部接头50的设置以用于电路的闭合,或者信号的回传,具体的,控制盒30发出的信号指令通过拼接的多个灯具单元10接续传递,并在传递到最后一个灯具单元10时,该端部接头50可以实现信号的回传,由此,可以用于确定灯具拼接数量等。
如图1至图9所示,在实施例一中,端部接头50包括第二盒体51以及设置于第二盒体51上的第二盖体52,第二盒体51的内部设置有导电件53以及第三磁性件54或者第三磁吸件,端部接头50与灯具单元10磁吸配合。具体地,导电件53能够实现可拼接灯具的电路的流通,第二盒体51内设置有第三磁性件54,第三磁性件54能够与可拼接灯具的最端部的灯具单元10的第一磁吸件22磁吸配合。
如图1至图9所示,在实施例一中,导电件53包括电路板531和设置于电路板531上的第三导电针532,上述的设置能够实现电路的导通,第三导电针532为弹性电流针。
当然,导电件53还可以第三圆形导电盘。
具体地,如图9所示,在实施例一中,第二盖体52上设置有斜面部,斜面部插入至安装孔132内,这样使得端部接头50在拆卸时,只要按压斜面部相对设置的第二盖体52处,这样实现端部接头50未按压的一端翘起,进而实现了端部接头50的拆卸。
在实施例一中,斜面部为两个,两个斜面部相对设置。
当然,斜面部为圆弧形,围设在第二盖体52的边沿处。
如图1和图2所示,在实施例一中,每个灯具单元10均具有至少一个出光面15,多个灯具单元10的多个出光面15平行设置,或者,至少两个出光面15之间具有夹角。上述的设置能够使得灯具单元10的照射方向更多,进而使得可拼接灯具的效果更好。具体地,在实施例一中,多个出光面15共面设置。
当然,当多个灯具单元10的尺寸不同时,多个出光面15平行设置。或者,相邻的两个出光面15之间具有夹角。
如图1至图4以及图10至图13所示,在实施例一中,灯具单元10包括射灯141、矩阵灯142或者面板灯143中的至少一种。上述的设置能够使得可拼接灯具的功能更多。
如图1至图4以及图10至图13所示,在实施例一中,矩阵灯142包括第一支架1421、第一灯板1422、矩阵板1423、混光膜1424以及出光罩1425,第一支架1421第一灯板1422设置于第一支架1421上,矩阵板1423设置于第一灯板1422上,混光膜1424设置于出光罩1425和矩阵板1423之间,矩阵板1423上阵列设置有多个出光孔,第一灯板1422上设置有阵 列布置的多个灯珠,多个灯珠和多个出光孔一一对应地设置。面板灯143包括第二支架1431、第二灯板1432和散射板1433,第二灯板1432设置于第二支架1431和散射板1433之间。上述的设置能够实现不同的照明效果。
在图中未示出的实施例中,可拼接灯具还包括轨道件,可以将可拼接灯具固定设置在导轨件内。这样使得可拼接灯具的位置更加稳定。
如图1至图4以及图10至图13所示,在实施例一中,灯具单元10还包括配重块16,配重块16设置于壳体13的底部。配重块16的设置能够使得灯具单元10的手感更好,并且使得灯具单元10放置时更加稳定。
如图1至图4以及图10至图13所示,在实施例一中,可拼接灯还包括导向结构60,导向结构60包括导轨61和滑槽62,导轨61和滑槽62中的一个设置于壳体13的内侧壁上,导轨61和滑槽62中的另一个设置于灯体14上。导向结构60能够使得灯体14的位置更加稳定。具体地,灯体14上设置有滑槽62,壳体13内设置有导轨61,导轨61可滑动地设置在滑槽62内。
实施例二与实施例一的区别在于第一导电部为可拆卸连接。
在相关技术中,可拼接灯具通过设置卡接结构以实现拼接功能,但是卡接结构安装虽然方便但是不易进行拆卸,因此为了解决上述的问题。如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,第一导电部11,包括:基体113、盖板114、导电装置116以及倾斜部117。盖板114设置于基体113上,基体113和盖板114之间形成容纳空间115。导电装置116设置于容纳空间115内并外露于基体113和盖板114。倾斜部117设置于盖板114的外表面的边缘处和/或基体113的外表面的边缘处。
盖板114盖设在基体113上,盖板114和基体113之间形成容纳空间115,导电装置116设置在容纳空间115内,倾斜部117设置在盖板114的外表面的边缘处和基体113的外表面的边缘处。通过上述的设置,将第一导电部11连接在灯具上并需要拆卸时,将第一导电部11一侧的灯具取下,在通过按压倾斜部117,以使第一导电部11的另一侧翘起,这样则能够将装接装置拆卸下来。这样的拆卸方式简单高效。
需要说明的是,上述的倾斜部包括直面、弧面或者其他不规则形状的面。
在图中未示出的实施例中,倾斜部设置在基体的外表面,或者设置在盖体的外表面上。这样也同样能够实现上述的便于拆卸的功能。
如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,第一导电部11为圆柱体,在图中未示出的实施例中,转接结构还可以为三角形、四边形、五边形或者是其他不规则形状。
为了提高用户的使用感受,如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,倾斜部117包括第一倾斜面1171和第二倾斜面1172,第一倾斜面1171设置于盖板114的外表面的边缘处,第二倾斜面1172设置于基体113的外表面的边缘处。上述的第一倾斜面1171和第二倾斜面1172的 设置,能够有效地提高拆卸的效率。并且能够保证在任何一个面均能够实现拆卸,这样能够有效地提升用户拆卸时的体验。并且第一倾斜面1171和第二倾斜面1172的结构简单,便于设置,加工难度较低,能够保证生产的成本。
如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,第一倾斜面1171在盖板114的中心至盖板114的边缘处的方向上,第一倾斜面1171与基体113的外表面之间的距离逐渐减小,第二倾斜面1172在基体113的中心至基体113的边缘处的方向上,第二倾斜面1172与盖板114的外表面之间的距离逐渐减小。上述的设置能够保证拆卸的效果。
如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,第一倾斜面1171和第二倾斜面1172平行设置。第一倾斜面1171和第二倾斜面1172平行设置能够使得整体的结构简单,加工难度较小。需要说明的是,上述的平行并不仅包括平行,第一倾斜面1171和第二倾斜面1172直接具有一定的夹角也在本申请的保护范围内。
在图中未示出的实施例中,第一倾斜面为设置在盖体的底壁边沿处的导向斜面,同样地,第二倾斜面也为设置在盖体的顶壁边沿处的导向斜面。
如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,第一倾斜面1171和第二倾斜面1172对应的位置均设置有指示箭头,拆卸时,按压指示箭头所指位置,即可实现另一侧翘起,方便取下转接器装置。
为了便于磁吸连接部的安装,如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,第一导电部11还包括设置于容纳空间115内的隔板118,隔板118将容纳空间115分隔成第一安装空间1151和位于第一安装空间1151外围的第二安装空间1152,导电装置116设置于第一安装空间1151内。隔板118的结构简单,并且隔板118能够有效地将容纳空间115分隔,使得容纳空间115的功能分区,这样使得整体的结构更加规整。并且隔板118的设置能够有效地提高基体113的结构强度,避免基体113被损坏。
如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,第一导电部11还包括设置在第一安装空间1151内的安装架1191,导电装置116设置于安装架1191上。安装架1191的设置便于导电装置116的固定。
为了提高连接的效果,如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,第一导电部11还包括磁吸连接部1192,磁吸连接部1192设置在第一安装空间1151内并位于导电装置116的至少一侧。磁吸连接部1192的设置便于连接,这样使得连接的难度较小,并且在拆卸时也使得难度较小。具体地在实施例二中,磁吸连接部1192位于导电装置116的两侧。磁吸连接部1192的应用,实现灯具单元的任意拼接组合,丰富产品多样性,且又不影响产品的整体美观性;再者磁吸连接部1192可实现快速组装和拆卸,并确保了连接的稳定性和拆装的便利性。
考虑到生产的成本,如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,磁吸连接部1192包括永磁铁,磁吸连接部1192包括两个,两个磁吸连接部1192分别位于导电装置116的两侧。具体地在实施例二中两个磁吸连接部并分别位于导电装置的两侧,磁吸连接部为永磁铁,这样使得连接 效果较好并且价格较低。当然,磁吸连接部还可以为电磁铁,电磁铁和导电装置连接,在导电装置通电后,则使得电磁铁具有磁性。这样能够更加便于拆卸和安装。
在图中未示出的实施例中,磁吸连接部包括三个四个或者更多,磁吸连接部围绕导电装置设置。
为了便于金属针的放置,如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,安装架1191包括多个安装孔11911,导电装置116包括多个金属针,金属针与安装孔11911一一对应设置。上述的安装孔11911和金属针一一对应地设置,安装孔11911能够隔断相邻的金属针,这样一方面便于金属针的固定,另一方面能够防止相邻的金属针上的电流相互作用,进而能够保证第一导电部11的使用安全。
如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,基体113的底壁上设置有多个第一通孔1131,第一通孔1131和安装孔11911对应设置,盖板114上设置有多个第二通孔1141,第二通孔1141和安装孔11911对应设置。第一通孔1131和第二通孔1141的设置便于金属针的穿出。
如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,金属针包括第一针体1161、第二针体1162以及第三针体1163,第一针体1161的两端分别穿出于第一通孔1131和第二通孔1141,第二针体1162穿出于第一通孔1131,第三针体1163穿出于第二通孔1141。第一针体1161为负极,第二针体1162和第三针体1163为正极,这样能够有效地实现电连接。具体地,在实施例二中,第一针体1161包括三个,第二针体1162为两个,第三针体1163为两个,具体的布置形式为:两个第一针体1161、两个第二针体1162、一个第一针体1161、两个第三针体1163。当然,上述的布置形式可以随机改变。
如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,金属针凸出于基体113的底壁,其中,金属针凸出于基体113的底壁的部分和金属针凸出于基体113的顶壁的部分不对称设置。上述的设置能够有效地实现电连接。当然,在图中未示出的实施例中,金属针凸出于基体的底壁的部分和金属针凸出于基体的顶壁的部分对称设置。
如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,导电装置116还包括固定板1164,多个金属针间隔设置于固定板1164上,第一导电部11还包括限位结构80,限位结构80设置于固定板1164和基体113之间,固定板1164包括PCB板。固定板1164的设置便于金属针的固定和布置,能够保证每个金属针之间的间隔相同,这样能够使得整体的使用更加安全。限位结构80的设置便于将固定板1164固定在安装架1191上。
为了使得固定板的位置稳定,如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,限位结构80包括限位柱81和限位孔82,限位柱81和限位孔82中的一个设置于固定板1164上,限位柱81和限位孔82中的另一个设置于基体113上。具体地,在实施例二中,限位柱81设置在安装架1191上,限位孔82设置在固定板1164上。这样能够有效地实现固定板1164的固定。
在图中未示出的实施例中,限位柱设置在固定板上,限位孔设置在安装架上。
为了提高整体结构的结构强度,如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,第一导电部11还包括加强筋90,加强筋90设置于第二安装空间1152内并与隔板118和基体113的侧壁连接。加强筋90的设置能够有效地提高第一导电部11的整体的结构强度,并且由于加强筋90和基体113的侧壁和隔板118连接,这样能够提高隔板118的强度,进而能够保证磁吸连接部1192的固定效果。
本实施例的技术关键点在于:“非对称式”第一导电部11的倾斜部117和带有“磁吸连接部1192”和“金属针”的第一导电部11;产品上的PCB板和其背侧的金属板。共同实现多个产品“任意”多样性的拼接组合形式,以及拼接组合的稳定性和拆卸的便利性。
如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,拼接单元为灯具单元,灯具单元包括壳体13和设置于壳体13内的灯体14,壳体13的侧壁上设置有第二导电部12,第一导电部11的导电装置116和第二导电部12连接。壳体13能够有效地保护灯体14,第二导电部12能够与第一导电部11进行装配,进而使得导电装置116和第二导电部12电连接。
为了便于实现导电连接,如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,第二导电部12为包括导电触盘,导电触盘为圆形。导电触盘为圆形能够有效地保证金属针能够与导电触盘正常连接,并且这样能够防止导电触盘和导电装置116的电极反接。这样的设置有效地降低第一导电部11的连接难度。
如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,导电触盘包括PCB板和位于PCB板内侧的金属板,第一导电部11的磁吸连接部1192和金属板磁吸配合。PCB板的结构简单,价格较低,金属板能够有效地与磁吸连接部1192进行磁吸配合,这样能够确保第一导电部11内的金属针与导电触盘持续性接触,实现导电性。这样使得第一导电部11与灯具单元的连接稳定。具体地在实施例二中,金属板为铁板。
在图中未示出的实施例中,第一导电部11和导电部可以通过过盈配合连接,这样也能够有效地实现电连接。或者,第一导电部11和导电部之间通过卡扣的结构进行安装,并且灯具单元的顶部设置一个拆卸按钮,用户拆卸时,只需要按压拆卸按钮,进而使得卡接结构脱开,这样能够实现第一导电部11和导电部的拆卸。
如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,第二导电部12包括多个,多个第二导电部12分别设置于灯具单元的多个侧壁上,这样使得可拼接灯具的可以拼接成更大的面积,进而能够提高照射的效果。
如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,可拼接灯具还包括装饰盖70,装饰盖70盖设于未连接导电装置116的第二导电部12上。装饰盖70的设置能够有效地盖设在未连接导电装置116的第二导电部12上,这样能够有效地保证可拼接灯具的使用安全。
上述的装饰盖70上设置有斜面部,斜面部设置在装饰盖70的内表面的边缘处,与斜面部对应的装饰盖70的外表面上设置有箭头,在拆卸装饰盖70时,只需要按压箭头,则能够使得装饰盖70的一端翘起,这样则实现了装饰盖70的拆卸。
如图14至图20所示,在实施例二中,灯体14可摆动地设置在壳体13内。上述的灯体14可摆动地设置在壳体13内,这样能够使得灯具单元的照射角度可以调节,这样用户可以根据需求调整照射的角度。在实施例二中,可拼接灯具为可拼接灯具。
此外,需要说明的是,使用“第一”、“第二”等词语来限定零部件,仅仅是为了便于对相应零部件进行区别,如没有另行声明,上述词语并没有特殊含义,因此不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种可拼接灯具,其特征在于,包括:
    多个灯具单元(10),多个所述灯具单元(10)依次连接,每个所述灯具单元(10)上设置有第一导电部(11)和/或第二导电部(12);
    多个磁吸结构(20),每个所述灯具单元(10)上均设置有至少一个所述磁吸结构(20),所述磁吸结构(20)包括第一磁性件(21)和第一磁吸件(22),所述第一磁性件(21)和所述第一磁吸件(22)中的一个设置于所述第一导电部(11)处,所述第一磁性件(21)和所述第一磁吸件(22)中的另一个设置于所述第二导电部(12)处;
    控制盒(30),所述控制盒(30)连接在多个所述灯具单元(10)中的一个上,所述控制盒(30)上设置有第三导电部(31),所述第三导电部(31)与相邻的所述灯具单元(10)上的所述第一导电部(11)或者所述第二导电部(12)电连接;
    其中,相邻的两个所述灯具单元(10)的相邻的所述第一磁性件(21)和所述第一磁吸件(22)磁吸配合,相邻的两个所述灯具单元(10)上相邻的所述第一导电部(11)和所述第二导电部(12)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可拼接灯具,其特征在于,所述第一导电部(11)包括第一转接板(111)和设置于所述第一转接板(111)上的多个第一导电针(112),所述第二导电部(12)包括第二转接板(121)和设置于所述第二转接板(121)上的第一圆形导电盘(122)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可拼接灯具,其特征在于,多个所述第一导电针(112)的轴线位于同一平面上,和/或,所述第一导电针(112)为弹性电流针。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的可拼接灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具单元(10)包括壳体(13)和设置于所述壳体(13)内的灯体(14),所述第一导电部(11)和所述第二导电部(12)均设置于所述壳体(13),所述壳体(13)的不同的侧壁上分别设置有凸出部(131)和安装孔(132),所述凸出部(131)和所述安装孔(132)的形状匹配,所述凸出部(131)上设置有多个第一通孔(1311),多个所述第一导电针(112)和多个所述第一通孔(1311)一一对应地设置并穿出于所述第一通孔(1311)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可拼接灯具,其特征在于,所述凸出部(131)和所述安装孔(132)相对设置,和/或,所述凸出部(131)为圆柱形,所述壳体(13)设置所述凸出部(131)的侧壁的中心线与所述凸出部(131)的轴线重合。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的可拼接灯具,其特征在于,所述第一磁性件(21)设置于所述第一转接板(111)的侧部,所述第一磁吸件(22)设置于所述第二转接板(121)的侧部,和/或,所述第一磁性件(21)设置于所述第一转接板(111)和所述凸出部(131)之间,所述第一磁吸件(22)设置于所述第二转接板(121)朝向所述第一导电部(11)的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的可拼接灯具,其特征在于,所述控制盒(30)还包括第二磁性件或者第二磁吸件(36),所述控制盒(30)与所述灯具单元(10)磁吸配合。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的可拼接灯具,其特征在于,所述可拼接灯具还包括端部接头(50),所述端部接头(50)设置于多个所述灯具单元(10)的端部,并盖设于所述第一导电部(11)和/或所述第二导电部(12)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可拼接灯具,其特征在于,所述端部接头(50)设置有第三磁性件(54)或者第三磁吸件,所述端部接头(50)与所述灯具单元(10)磁吸配合;和/或,所述端部接头(50)设置有导电件,用以实现电路的闭合或者用以实现信号的回传。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的可拼接灯具,其特征在于,每个所述灯具单元(10)均具有至少一个出光面(15),多个所述灯具单元(10)的多个所述出光面(15)平行设置,或者,至少两个所述出光面(15)之间具有夹角。
  11. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的可拼接灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具单元(10)包括射灯(141)、矩阵灯(142)或者面板灯(143)中的至少一种。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的可拼接灯具,其特征在于,所述第一导电部(11)包括:
    基体(113);
    盖板(114),设置于所述基体(113)上,所述基体(113)和所述盖板(114)之间形成容纳空间(115);
    导电装置(116),设置于所述容纳空间(115)内并外露于所述基体(113)和所述盖板(114);
    倾斜部(117),设置于所述盖板(114)的外表面的边缘处和/或所述基体(113)的外表面的边缘处;所述倾斜部(117)包括第一倾斜面(1171)和/或第二倾斜面(1172),所述第一倾斜面(1171)设置于所述盖板(114)的外表面的边缘处,所述第二倾斜面(1172)设置于所述基体(113)的外表面的边缘处,以使通过所述盖板(114)的外表面或者所述基体(113)的外表面能够实现所述第一导电部(11)的拆卸。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可拼接灯具,其特征在于,所述第一倾斜面(1171)在所述盖板(114)的中心至所述盖板(114)的边缘处的方向上,所述第一倾斜面(1171)与所述基体(113)的外表面之间的距离逐渐减小,和/或所述第二倾斜面(1172)在所述基体(113)的中心至所述基体(113)的边缘处的方向上,所述第二倾斜面(1172)与所述盖板(114)的外表面之间的距离逐渐减小,和/或,所述第一倾斜面(1171)和所述第二倾斜面(1172)平行设置。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的可拼接灯具,其特征在于,所述导电装置(116)包括多个金属针,所述多个金属针包括第一针体(1161)、第二针体(1162)以及第三针体(1163),所述基体(113)上设置有多个第一通孔(1131),所述盖板(114)上设置有多个第二通孔(1141),所述第一针体(1161)的两端分别穿出于所述第一通孔(1131)和所述第二通孔(1141), 所述第二针体(1162)穿出于所述第一通孔(1131),所述第三针体(1163)穿出于所述第二通孔(1141)。
  15. 根据权利要求4所述的可拼接灯具,其特征在于,所述可拼接灯具还包括装饰盖(70),所述装饰盖(70)盖设于所述第二导电部(12)上,所述装饰盖(70)上设置有斜面部,所述斜面部至少位于所述装饰盖(70)的内表面的边缘处。
