技术领域
本申请涉及冰箱技术领域,尤其涉及一种冰箱。
背景技术
目前冰箱上内部使用的数据传输结构都使用线束连接进行传输,即冰箱的抽屉与冰箱的主控板之间通过导线连接,该设置走线复杂,导致产品组装困难,且有线连接的方式导致安装及拆卸抽屉时较繁琐,同时拆卸时可能造成线束接触不良,从而导致数据失真,功能失效的问题。
技术问题
本申请的主要目的是提出一种冰箱,旨在解决现有技术中在拆卸冰箱抽屉时,造成线束接触不良,导致数据失真,功能失效的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本申请提出一种冰箱,所述冰箱包括:
箱体,其内设置安装架,所述安装架具有前侧开口的容纳腔;
第一无线模组,与所述冰箱的控制器电性连接,所述第一无线模组可拆卸地安装于所述安装架;
抽屉结构,自所述开口活动安装于所述容纳腔内;以及,
电器件结构,设于所述抽屉结构,所述电器件结构包括包括测温装置、以及与所述测温装置电性连接且与所述第一无线模组无线连接的第二无线模组,所述测温装置与所述抽屉结构底部热导接。
在一实施方式中,所述安装架上形成有安装区,所述安装区上沿第一水平方向上间隔设置有扣合部和定位部,所述扣合部沿所述第一水平方向设置;
所述第一无线模组安装于所述安装区,且其上对应设置有与所述扣合部扣持的卡扣、以及与所述定位部配合的配合部,所述定位部和所述配合部其中之一为定位槽,另一为定位凸起,所述定位槽与所述定位凸起配合,以限制所述卡扣与所述扣合部在第一水平方向活动。
在一实施方式中,所述安装区设于所述安装架的底部的外侧;
所述卡扣和所述配合部对应设于所述第一无线模组的上侧。
在一实施方式中,所述安装架底部设有连通所述容纳腔的让位孔;
所述电器件结构还包括光伏板,所述安装架上还对应所述光伏板设置有发光元件,所述发光元件和所述光伏板对应所述让位孔设置,所述光伏板与所述测温装置和所述第二无线模组电性连接,其被设置为将发光元件产生的光转化为电能,并为所述测温装置和所述第二无线模组供电。
在一实施方式中,所述扣合部设置为至少两个,两个所述扣合部分设于所述定位部位于所述第一水平方向上的两侧,相应地,所述第一无线模组上对应设置有两个所述卡扣。
在一实施方式中,所述定位槽设于所述安装架,所述定位凸起设于所述第一无线模组;
两个所述扣合部包括设于所述安装架底部的第一扣槽;
两个所述卡扣包括第一卡扣,所述第一卡扣对应所述第一扣槽,所述第一卡扣的扣部朝向所述定位凸起方向延伸,且与所述第一扣槽扣合。
在一实施方式中,两个所述扣合部包括第二扣槽,所述定位槽连通所述容纳腔形成所述第二扣槽;
两个所述卡扣包括第二卡扣,所述定位凸起远离所述第一卡扣的一侧凸设有翻边以形成所述第二卡扣,所述第二卡扣自所述第二扣槽伸入至所述容纳腔内以扣持于所述容纳腔的底壁。
在一实施方式中,所述冰箱还包括保温座,所述保温座包覆于所述安装架的周侧和底部,所述保温座设有朝向所述安装区开口的容纳槽,所述容纳槽与所述第一无线模组相对应,所述容纳槽设置为支撑所述第一无线模组。
在一实施方式中,所述抽屉结构包括:
支架,包括面板和支撑架,所述面板沿上下向延伸设置,所述支撑架自所述面板的内侧向后延伸,所述支撑架设有一侧开口的安装槽;以及,
抽屉,支撑于所述支撑架上;
其中,所述电器件结构安装于所述安装槽。
在一实施方式中,所述安装槽的底部开设有通孔,所述电器件结构对应所述通孔设有螺纹孔;
所述电器件结构通过螺接件固定安装于所述安装槽内。
有益效果
本申请的技术方案中,所述第一无线模组可拆卸地安装于所述安装架上,所述第一无线模组与所述冰箱的控制器电性连接,所述测温装置和所述第一无线模组均安装于所述抽屉结构上,并且所述测温装置与所述抽屉结构热导接,所述第一无线模组与所述第二无线模组无线连接,所述测温装置设置为检测抽屉结构内的温度,并通过所述第二无线模组和所述第一无线模组传输至所述冰箱的控制器,以实现所述冰箱与所述抽屉结构的数据交互,如此便于所述抽屉结构的装配以及后续的拆卸、维护,有利于清洗所述抽屉结构。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。

目前冰箱上内部使用的数据传输结构都使用线束连接进行传输,即冰箱的抽屉与冰箱的主控板之间通过导线连接,该设置走线复杂,导致产品组装困难,且有线连接的方式导致安装及拆卸抽屉时较繁琐,同时拆卸时可能造成线束接触不良,从而导致数据失真,功能失效。
鉴于此,本申请提供一种冰箱,旨在解决现有技术中在拆卸冰箱抽屉时,造成线束接触不良,导致数据失真,功能失效的问题,图1至图8为本申请提供的冰箱一实施例。
需要说明的是,在以下实施例中涉及的上下向,指的是在竖直方向上朝上、朝下的方向;此外,所述冰箱用于朝向用户,以供用户进行相关操作的一侧为前侧。
请参照图1至图3,所述冰箱包括箱体、第一无线模组2、抽屉结构3和电器件结构4,所述箱体内设置安装架1,所述安装架1具有前侧开口的容纳腔13,所述第一无线模组2与所述冰箱的控制器电性连接,所述第一无线模组2可拆卸地安装于所述安装架1;所述抽屉结构3自所述开口活动安装于所述容纳腔13内;所述电器件结构4设于所述抽屉结构3,所述电器件结构4包括包括测温装置41、以及与所述测温装置41电性连接且与所述第一无线模组2无线连接的第二无线模组43,所述测温装置41与所述抽屉结构3底部热导接。
本申请的技术方案中,所述第一无线模组2可拆卸地安装于所述安装架1上,所述第一无线模组2与所述冰箱的控制器电性连接,所述测温装置41和所述第一无线模组2均安装于所述抽屉结构3上,并且所述测温装置41与所述抽屉结构3热导接,所述第一无线模组2与所述第二无线模组43无线连接,所述测温装置41设置为检测抽屉结构3内的温度,并通过所述第二无线模组43和所述第一无线模组2传输至所述冰箱的控制器,以实现所述冰箱与所述抽屉结构3的数据交互,如此便于所述抽屉结构3的装配以及后续的拆卸、维护,有利于清洗所述抽屉结构3。
具体地,所述安装架1上形成有安装区,所述安装区上沿第一水平方向上间隔设置有扣合部和定位部,所述扣合部沿所述第一水平方向设置;所述第一无线模组2安装于所述安装区,且其上对应设置有与所述扣合部扣持的卡扣、以及与所述定位部配合的配合部,所述定位部和所述配合部其中之一为定位槽11,另一为定位凸起22,所述定位槽11与所述定位凸起22配合,以限制所述卡扣与所述扣合部在第一水平方向活动,如此设置,使得所述第一无线模组2安装方便,提高了装配效率。
具体地,所述第一无线模组2设于所述安装架1的具体位置不做限制,只要是能够与所述第二无线模组43无线连接即可,所述第一无线模组2可以设于所述安装架1的周侧,也可以设于所述安装架1的顶部或者是底部。
为便于理解,在以下实施例中,均以所述第一无线模组2位于所述安装架1的底部为例。
请参照图2至图4,具体地,所述安装区设于所述安装架1的底部的外侧,相应地,所述扣合部和所述定位部位于所述安装架1的底部;所述卡扣和所述配合部对应设于所述第一无线模组2的上侧,所述第一无线模组2则从所述安装架1的下方安装于所述安装架1上,如此设置,可以避免所述第一无线模组2位于所述容纳腔13内与所述抽屉结构3发生干涉,并且从所述安装架外部安装,安装视野更为开阔。
为了支持所述测温装置41和所述第二无线模组43工作,所述冰箱还包括供电装置,所述供电装置设置为为所述测温装置41和所述第二无线模组43供电以支持其工作,所述供电装置的具体形式有多种:
在一实施例中,并且基于所述安装区位于所述安装架1底部的外侧,所述安装架1底部设有连通所述容纳腔13的让位孔;所述电器件结构4还包括光伏板,所述光伏板位于所述抽屉结构3底部,所述安装架1上还对应所述光伏板设置有发光元件,所述发光元件与所述冰箱的电源装置电性连接,以通过所述冰箱的电源装置为所述发光元件供电,所述发光元件和所述光伏板对应所述让位孔设置,使得所述发光元件和所述光伏板之间没有障碍物,所述发光元件发出的光线可以直接照射在所述光伏板上,所述光伏板与所述测温装置41和所述第二无线模组43电性连接,所述光伏板将发光元件产生的光转化为电能,并为所述测温装置41和所述第二无线模组43供电。无需额外增设电源线,即可为所述测温装置41和所述第二无线模组43供电,保证了所述抽屉结构3相对于所述冰箱的独立性,便于所述抽屉结构3的装配及后续的拆卸、维护,且有利于所述抽屉结构3的清洁,使用的安全性及可靠性高,并且所述光伏板具有使用安全性高、无噪声、无污染,能源可持续性长的优点。
在另一实施例中,所述电器件结构4还包括移动式电源,所述移动式电源设于所述抽屉结构3上,并且所述移动式电源与所述测温装置41和所述第二无线模组43电性连接。如此亦可以保证所述抽屉结构3的独立性,方便所述抽屉结构3的装配和拆卸。
基于上述,所述发光元件具体不做限制,在本实施例中,所述发光元件包括LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)灯,利用LED灯工作所产生的光线照射所述光伏板,以为所述光伏板将光能转换为电能提供能源支持。
进一步地,所述LED灯的数量为一个或多个,当LED灯的数量为多个时,多个LED灯间隔布置,以保证照射至所述光伏板的光线的均匀性及稳定性,进而可保证所述光伏板转换电能的可靠性及稳定性。
基于上述,所述定位部和所述配合部其中之一为定位槽11,另一为定位凸起22,在本实施例中,所述定位槽11设于所述安装架1底部,所述定位凸起22设于所述第一无线模组2的上侧。
所述扣合部设置为至少两个,两个所述扣合部分设于所述定位部位于所述第一水平方向上的两侧,相应地,所述第一无线模组2上对应设置有两个所述卡扣。
需要说明的是,所述第一水平方向不做限制,为便于说明一下以所述第一水平方向为前后向为例。
在一实施例中,请参照图3和图4,所述扣合部设有两个,所述卡扣相应地设有两个,两个所述扣合部包括设于所述安装架1底部的第一扣槽12,所述第一扣槽12位于所述定位槽11的后侧,所述第一扣槽12靠近所述定位槽11的侧壁凸设有挡止部,并且所述挡止部设于所述第一扣槽12的槽口处;两个所述卡扣包括第一卡扣21,所述第一卡扣21对应所述第一扣槽12,所述第一卡扣21凸设于所述第一无线模组2的上侧,所述第一卡扣21的扣部朝向所述定位凸起22方向延伸,且与所述第一扣槽12扣合,使得所述第一卡扣21的扣部扣持于所述挡止部上。两个所述扣合部包括第二扣槽,所述定位槽11连通所述容纳腔13形成所述第二扣槽;两个所述卡扣包括第二卡扣,所述定位凸起22远离所述第一卡扣21的一侧凸设有翻边23,以形成所述第二卡扣,所述第二卡扣自所述第二扣槽伸入至所述容纳腔13内以扣持于所述容纳腔13的底壁,具体安装时,首先将所述翻边23自所述定位槽11伸入至所述容纳腔13内,并将所述翻边23扣持于所述容纳腔13的底壁,接着以所述翻边23与所述容纳腔13的底部的搭接处为轴线,向上翻转所述第一无线模组2,使得所述定位凸起22伸入至所述定位槽11内,并将所述第一卡扣21扣合在所述第一扣槽12上,如此即可通过上述卡扣结构将所述第一无线模组2安装在所述安装架1上,装配方便,提高了装配效率。
进一步地,所述安装架1具有与所述第一水平方向呈交叉设置的第二水平方向;所述第一卡扣21和所述第二卡扣均沿所述第二水平方向延伸设置,以使得所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣沿所述第二水平方向呈长形设置,相应地,所述第一扣槽12和所述第二扣槽同样沿所述第二水平方向延伸设置,如此设置,可以增加扣合处的面积,以增强所述第一无线模组2安装于所述安装架1的安装强度;还可以是,所述第一卡扣21与所述第二卡扣分别沿所述第二水平方向间隔设置有多个,相应地,所述第一扣槽12和所述第二扣槽同样对应设有多个,如此亦可增强安装强度。
在另一实施例中,所述定位凸起22位于所述第一无线模组2的上侧中部,两个所述卡扣分别位于所述第一无线模组2的前后两端,两个所述卡扣均包括设于所述第一无线模组2上侧的卡扣主体以及自所述卡扣主体的上端朝向所述定位凸起22的方向延伸的扣部,即两个所述卡扣的扣部呈相对设置,相应地,所述安装架1对应两个所述卡扣设有两个扣槽,两个所述卡扣分别与两个所述扣槽扣合,或者是,两个所述卡扣的扣部均自所述卡扣主体朝向远离所述定位凸起22的方向延伸设置,即两个所述卡扣的扣部呈背向延伸设置。
请参照图5,具体地,所述冰箱还包括保温座5,所述保温座5包覆于所述安装架1的周侧和底部,所述保温座5设置为对所述抽屉结构3进行保温,避免冷气散发过快。
进一步地,由于所述第一无线模组2安装于所述安装架1的底部外侧,而为了避让所述第一无线模组2和保证所述第一无线模组2安装强度,所述保温座5设有朝向所述安装区开口的容纳槽51,所述容纳槽51与所述第一无线模组2相对应,所述容纳槽51设置为支撑所述第一无线模组2。
所述保温座5的材质不做限制,在本实施例中,所述保温座5为泡沫材质制成。
具体地,所述第一无线模组2包括第一壳体和数据接收装置,所述第一壳体设有空腔,所述数据接收装置位于所述空腔内,所述第一卡扣21、所述定位凸起22和所述第二卡扣均设于所述第一壳体的上侧。
进一步地,为方便装配,所述发光元件与所述第一无线模组2一体设置,即所述发光元件设于所述第一壳体上侧面,或者是,所述第一壳体为透明材质制成,所述发光元件设于所述空腔内,如此设置,可以同时将所述发光元件和所述第一无线模组2安装于所述安装架1上,并且所述发光元件对应所述定位凸起22设置,使得所述定位槽11形成所述让位孔,避免了在所述安装架1上加工过多的孔位,保证了所述安装架1的强度。
请参照图6至图8,具体地,所述抽屉结构3包括支架31和抽屉,所述支架31包括面板311和支撑架312,所述面板311沿上下向延伸设置,所述支撑架312自所述面板311的内侧向后延伸,所述支撑架312设有一侧开口的安装槽3121,其中,所述电器件结构4安装于所述安装槽3121;所述抽屉支撑于所述支撑架312上,即所述抽屉结构3可拆卸地安装于所述支架31上,如此便于所述抽屉的清洗。
所述安装槽3121的开口方向不做限制,为便于安装,在本实施例中,所述安装槽3121的开口朝上设置,所述电器件结构4安装于所述安装槽3121的方式具有多种:
在一实施例中,请参照图7和图8,所述安装槽3121的底部开设有通孔,所述电器件结构4对应所述通孔设有螺纹孔42;所述电器件结构4通过螺接件固定安装于所述安装槽3121内。
在另一实施例中,所述电器件结构4的侧壁凸设有安装凸起,对应地自所述安装槽3121的侧壁设有凹槽,所述凹槽与所述安装凸起相适配,在所述电器件结构4安装于所述安装槽3121内时,所述安装凸起安装于所述凹槽内,且所述安装凸起的上侧于所述凹槽的上侧壁抵接,以限制所述安装凸起自所述凹槽脱离。
为方便所述安装凸起与所述凹槽配合,所述安装凸起自身为弹性材质制成或者是通过弹性件安装在所述电器件结构4的侧壁,以使得所述安装凸起弹性伸缩设置。
基于上述,所述电器件结构4还包括第二壳体,所述第二壳体安装于所述安装槽3121内,所述测温装置41和所述第二无线模组43均安装于所述第二壳体内,并且所述测温装置41的测温探头向上伸出所述第二壳体以与所述抽屉结构3接触。
进一步地,所述安装槽3121底部呈镂空设置,所述光伏板与所述电器件结构4一体设置,所述光伏板位于所述第二壳体内,并且所述第二壳体对应所述光伏板的部分为透明材质制成,所述光伏板对应所述定位槽11设置,如此在保证光线与光伏板的有效接触面积及接触角度的同时,可使光伏板与外界环境中的水汽、杂质、污物等相分离,这样,可有效避免光伏板被侵蚀、污染的情况发生,有利于延长产品的使用寿命,进而可降低产品的使用成本,提升了产品的使用性能。
具体地,请参照图6,所述抽屉包括抽屉本体32和托盘33,所述抽屉本体32支撑于所述支撑架312上,所述抽屉本体32的上端呈敞口设置,所述抽屉本体32的底部设置有镂空部;所述托盘33可拆卸地设于所述抽屉本体32内且位于所述抽屉本体32的底部,所述托盘33与所述抽屉本体32的侧部适配且共同围合形成储物腔,所述储物腔设置为存储食品,所述测温装置41自所述镂空部伸入至所述抽屉本体32内,以与所述托盘33热导接,所述测温装置41用以测量托盘33的温度,所述支架31与所述抽屉本体32与所述托盘33均为可拆卸连接,使得清理更为方便,有助于提高用户的使用体验,并且所述测温装置41与所述托盘33热导接,通过测量所述托盘33的温度得到所述抽屉本体32内的温度,提高了测量精度,进而能够更好地调节所述抽屉本体32内的温度,从而保证所述抽屉本体32的保鲜效果。
所述托盘33的周边设置有搭接边,所述搭接边自所述托盘33的周侧上端向外折弯形成;所述抽屉本体32的底部朝向上凸设有支撑凸起,或者是所述抽屉本体32的侧部向内侧凸设有支撑凸起,或者是所述抽屉本体32的底部与所述抽屉本体32的侧部的连接处设置有所述支撑凸起,所述搭接边搭接于所述支撑凸起上,以限制所述托盘33向下脱离所述抽屉本体32,而所述支撑凸起可以是与所述抽屉本体32一体成型设置,也可以是所述支撑凸起通过螺钉、粘接、卡扣等方式安装于所述抽屉本体32。
具体地,第一无线模组2和第二无线模组43均包括以下任一种或其组合:红外通信装置、无线电波通信装置、微波通信装置、蓝牙通信装置和Wi-Fi通信装置,均为现有技术,在此不做赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱,其中,所述冰箱包括:
    箱体,其内设置安装架,所述安装架具有前侧开口的容纳腔;
    第一无线模组,与所述冰箱的控制器电性连接,所述第一无线模组可拆卸地安装于所述安装架;
    抽屉结构,自所述开口活动安装于所述容纳腔内;以及,
    电器件结构,设于所述抽屉结构,所述电器件结构包括测温装置、以及与所述测温装置电性连接且与所述第一无线模组无线连接的第二无线模组,所述测温装置与所述抽屉结构底部热导接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中,所述安装架上形成有安装区,所述安装区上沿第一水平方向上间隔设置有扣合部和定位部,所述扣合部沿所述第一水平方向设置;
    所述第一无线模组安装于所述安装区,且其上对应设置有与所述扣合部扣持的卡扣、以及与所述定位部配合的配合部,所述定位部和所述配合部其中之一为定位槽,另一为定位凸起,所述定位槽与所述定位凸起配合,以限制所述卡扣与所述扣合部在第一水平方向活动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其中,所述安装区设于所述安装架的底部的外侧;
    所述卡扣和所述配合部对应设于所述第一无线模组的上侧。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的冰箱,其中,所述安装架底部设有连通所述容纳腔的让位孔;
    所述电器件结构还包括光伏板,所述安装架上还对应所述光伏板设置有发光元件,所述发光元件和所述光伏板对应所述让位孔设置,所述光伏板与所述测温装置和所述第二无线模组电性连接,其被设置为将发光元件产生的光转化为电能,并为所述测温装置和所述第二无线模组供电。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的冰箱,其中,所述扣合部设置为至少两个,两个所述扣合部分设于所述定位部位于所述第一水平方向上的两侧,相应地,所述第一无线模组上对应设置有两个所述卡扣。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的冰箱,其中,所述定位槽设于所述安装架,所述定位凸起设于所述第一无线模组;
    两个所述扣合部包括设于所述安装架底部的第一扣槽;
    两个所述卡扣包括第一卡扣,所述第一卡扣对应所述第一扣槽,所述第一卡扣的扣部朝向所述定位凸起方向延伸,且与所述第一扣槽扣合。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的冰箱,其中,两个所述扣合部包括第二扣槽,所述定位槽连通所述容纳腔形成所述第二扣槽;
    两个所述卡扣包括第二卡扣,所述定位凸起远离所述第一卡扣的一侧凸设有翻边以形成所述第二卡扣,所述第二卡扣自所述第二扣槽伸入至所述容纳腔内以扣持于所述容纳腔的底壁。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其中,所述冰箱还包括保温座,所述保温座包覆于所述安装架的周侧和底部,所述保温座设有朝向所述安装区开口的容纳槽,所述容纳槽与所述第一无线模组相对应,所述容纳槽设置为支撑所述第一无线模组。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中,所述抽屉结构包括:
    支架,包括面板和支撑架,所述面板沿上下向延伸设置,所述支撑架自所述面板的内侧向后延伸,所述支撑架设有一侧开口的安装槽;以及,
    抽屉,支撑于所述支撑架上;
    其中,所述电器件结构安装于所述安装槽。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的冰箱,其中,所述安装槽的底部开设有通孔,所述电器件结构对应所述通孔设有螺纹孔;
    所述电器件结构通过螺接件固定安装于所述安装槽内。
