本申请基于申请号为202111101464.8、申请日为2021年9月18日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本申请涉及空调技术领域,例如涉及用于空调控制的方法、装置及空调。
背景技术
随着智能技术的发展,空调有很多控制方式,包括:遥控器控制、终端控制,还包括:无接触的语音控制。其中,语音控制可释放双手,控制过程方便简单,但是,在嘈杂的环境下,语音识别比较困难,存在无法控制失效的几率,并且,对于一些特殊人群,例如:聋哑人,也无法进行语音控制。
可见,空调的无接触式控制对应用环境,应用人群还有一定的要求,智能性还有待进一步提高。
发明内容
为了对披露的实施例的一些方面有基本的理解,下面给出了简单的概括。所述概括不是泛泛评述,也不是要确定关键/重要组成元素或描绘这些实施例的保护范围,而是作为后面的详细说明的序言。
本公开实施例提供了一种用于空调控制的方法、装置和空调,以解决因空调无接触式控制的智能性有待提高的技术问题。
在一些实施例中,所述方法包括:
获取空调作用区域内当前用户的当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息;
在保存的用户身份信息中包含了所述当前身份信息的情况下,若保存的控制形体手势信息中包含了所述当前形体手势信息时,确定与所述当前身份信息,以及所述当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令;
根据所述当前控制指令,控制所述空调的运行。
在一些实施例中,所述用于空调控制的装置,包括:
获取模块,被配置为获取空调作用区域内当前用户的当前身份信息,以及当前形体手 势信息;
确定模块,被配置为在保存的用户身份信息中包含了所述当前身份信息的情况下,若保存的控制形体手势信息中包含了所述当前形体手势信息时,确定与所述当前身份信息,以及所述当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令;
控制模块,被配置为根据所述当前控制指令,控制所述空调的运行。
在一些实施例中,所述用于空调控制的装置,包括处理器和存储有程序指令的存储器,所述处理器被配置为在执行所述程序指令时,执行上述用于空调控制方法。
在一些实施例中,所述空调,包括上述用于空调控制的装置。
本公开实施例提供的用于空调控制的方法、装置和空调,可以实现以下技术效果:
在保存的用户身份信息,以及控制形体手势信息中,分别查找到当前用户的当前身份信息以及当前形体手势信息时,即可自动实现空调的形体手势控制,这样,拓展了空调的无接触式控制方式,进一步提高了空调的智能性。

本公开实施例中,可预置、设置、或、既预置又设置用户身份信息、形体手势信息以及控制指令之间的对应关系,这样,在捕获到当前用户的当前形体手势信息后,并可在用户身份信息,以及控制形体手势信息中,分别查找到当前用户的当前身份信息以及当前形体手势信息时,可根据保存的对应关系确定当前控制指令,并实现了空调的形体手势控制,这样,拓展了空调的无接触式控制方式,进一步提高了空调的智能性。另外,不同用户,即不同的身份信息,对于同一控制指令,可对应有不同的形体手势信息,或者,不同的身份信息,同一形体手势信息,可对应不同的控制指令,这样,进一步扩展了空调智能化控制的范围,也进一步提高了空调控制的灵活性,以及用户体验。
图1是本公开实施例提供的一种用于空调控制方法的流程示意图。如图1所示,空调控制的过程包括:
步骤101:获取空调作用区域内当前用户的当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息。
本公开实施例中,空调可配置图像采集装置,例如:摄像头,可通过图像采集装置,可获取作用区域内当前用户的当前图像信息,对获取的当前图像信息进行图像处理,即可得当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息。此时,当前身份信息可包括:当前人脸信息、当前身高信息、当前体型信息等中的一种或多种。
在一些实施例中,空调不仅可配置图像采集装置,还可配置声音采集装置,也可通过图像采集装置,可获取作用区域内当前用户的当前图像信息,以及通过声音采集装置,获取当前用户的当前语音信息,这样,对获取的当前图像信息进行图像处理,即可得当前形体手势信息,对当前语音信息进行处理,也可得当前身份信息,此时,当前身份信息可包括:当前语音特征信息。或者,对当前图像信息进行图像处理,以及对当前语音信息进行处理,得当前身份信息,此时,当前身份信息可包括:当前语音特征信息、当前人脸信息、 当前身高信息、当前体型信息等中的一种或多种。
步骤102:在保存的用户身份信息中包含了当前身份信息的情况下,若保存的控制形体手势信息中包含了当前形体手势信息时,确定与当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令。
本公开实施例中,可预先保存空调作用区域内日常工作或生活用户的用户身份信息。其中,有些用户可以控制空调的运行,或者,有些用户不具有控制权限,只能强制空调关机,因此,空调可获取并保存用户身份信息,其用户身份信息可包括:人脸信息、身高信息、体型信息、语音特征信息、年龄信息等中的一种或多种。还可配置每个用户的控制权限。
表1是本公开实施例中一种用户、用户身份信息以及控制权限之间的对应关系。例如:空调应用于家庭中,考虑儿童身心特征,防止儿童胡乱操作,根据表1,儿童用户可为用户D,获取并保存儿童身份信息,并将其控制权限设定为“无”。

本公开实施例中,针对每个用户,还保存了对应的形体手势信息以及控制指令。在一些实施例中,可预置用户身份信息、形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令之间对应关系。因此,可包括:获取预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令;在确定保存的用户身份信息具有控制权限的情况下,保存用户身份信息、预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令之间的预置对应关系;在确定保存的第一用户身份信息不具有控制权限的情况下,保存第一用户身份信息与强制关机控制指令,以及对应第一预置形体手势信息之间的预置对应关系。
例如:空调在出厂设置时,可输入预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令,这样,可根据获取的预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令,为每个用户配置预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令,形成并保存用户身份信息、预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令之间的预置对应关系。其中,具有控制权限的用户可对应一致的预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令,不具有控制权限的用户可只对应强制关机控制指令,以及对应预置形体手势信息。
表2是本公开实施例中一种用户身份信息、预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令之间的预置对应关系。
可见,在如表2所示的预置对应关系中,具有控制权限的每个用户对应一致的预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令,不具有控制权限的用户D只对应强制关机控制指令,以及对应形体手势X。当然,对应其他具有控制权限的用户,形体手势X也对应强制关机控制指令。

在一些实施例中,针对每个用户,还可设置对应的形体手势信息以及控制指令并保存。因此,还可包括:在确定形体手势指令设置功能启动的情况下,配置保存的用户身份信息对应的设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令;在确定保存的用户身份信息具有控制权限的情况下,保存用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系;在确定保存的第一用户身份信息不具有控制权限的情况下,保存第一用户身份信息与强制关机控制指令,以及对应第一设置形体手势信息之间的设置对应关系。
空调接收到形体手势指令设置指令时,可确定形体手势指令设置功能启动,此时,可通过多种方式,配置保存的用户身份信息对应的设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令。 在一些实施例中,可根据捕获的用户的形体手势信息进行设置,或者,直接从终端、服务器等获取已配置的用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系。
因此,配置保存的用户身份信息对应的设置控制形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令包括:获取空调作用范围内用户的形体手势信息,将获取的形体手势信息确定为用户的用户身份信息对应的设置形体手势信息,并配置对应的控制指令;或,接收用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系,设置对应关系是根据包括用户的形体手势信息的视频生成的。
例如:用户站在空调前,发送配置指令,空调即可通过图像采集装置,获取形体手势信息,并在接收到用户发送的某个功能控制指令,将用户身份信息、获取的形体手势信息、以及某个功能控制指令,配置为用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系。或者,终端、服务器可根据用户的形体手势信息的视频生成用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系,并通过网络发送给空调,从而,空调可保存用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系。
当然,在一些实施例中,有些用户,例如:儿童,可能不具有控制权限,因此,可保存第一用户身份信息与强制关机控制指令,以及对应第一设置形体手势信息之间的设置对应关系。
表3是本公开实施例中一种用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系。
针对每个用户都可单独设置对应的设置关系,如表3所示的设置对应关系中,用户A的形体手势1对应的是制热运行指令,而用户B的形体手势1对应的是制冷运行指令,并且,每个用户的强制关机控制指令对应的形体手势信息也可不相同。可见,不同用户,即不同的身份信息,对于同一控制指令,可对应有不同的形体手势信息,或者,不同的身份信息,同一形体手势信息,可对应不同的控制指令,这样,进一步扩展了空调智能化控制的范围,也进一步提高了空调控制的灵活性,以及用户体验。
空调中保存了用户身份信息、形体手势信息,以及控制指令后,可在获取到当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息,进行查找,并在保存的用户身份信息中包含了当前身份信息的情况下,若保存的控制形体手势信息中包含了当前形体手势信息时,确定与当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令。

本公开实施例中,空调可只保存了用户身份信息、预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令之间的预置对应关系;或者,只保存了用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系;或,还可既保存了预置对应关系,又保存了设置对应关系。
因此,本公开实施例中,在保存的用户身份信息中包含了当前身份信息的情况下,若保存的控制形体手势信息中包含了当前形体手势信息时,可根据保存的对应关系,确定与当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令。
例如:当前身份信息为用户B身份信息,当前形体手势信息为形体手势1,且空调中只保存了表1所示的预置对应关系,则可确定当前控制指令为制冷运行指令。而空调中只保存了表2所示的设置对应关系,则可确定当前控制指令为制热运行指令。
在一些实施例中,空调中既保存了预置对应关系,又保存了设置对应关系时,配置保存的用户身份信息对应的设置控制形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令包括:可确定同一用户身份信息对应的设置形体手势信息与预置形体手势信息中,设置形体手势信息的控制权限高于预置形体手势信息。因此,若当前身份信息为用户B身份信息,当前形体手势信息为形体手势1,且空调中既保存了表1所示的预置对应关系,又保存了表2所示的设置 对应关系时,则根据控制权限高的表2,确定当前控制指令为制热运行指令。
步骤103:根据当前控制指令,控制空调的运行。
确定了当前控制指令后,即可控制空调的运行,实现了空调的形体手势的无接触式控制。
可见,本实施例中,在保存的用户身份信息,以及控制形体手势信息中,分别查找到当前用户的当前身份信息以及当前形体手势信息时,即可自动实现空调的形体手势控制,这样,拓展了空调的无接触式控制方式,进一步提高了空调的智能性。
在一些实施例中,若空调中既保存了预置对应关系,又保存了设置对应关系时,或,只保存设置对应关系时,若在接收到重置的指令情况下,则可删除设置对应关系。这样,用户可灵活更新设置对应关系,进一步提高控制的灵活性以及用户体验。
当然,为防止用户误操作,提高了无接触式控制的准确率,确定与当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令包括:记录连续获取当前形体手势信息的当前次数;在当前次数大于设定次数的情况下,确定与当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令。
例如:连续三次都获取了同一个形体手势信息,则可确定对应的控制指令。设定次数可包括:2、3、4、或5等等。当然,在一些实施例中,也可记录连续获取当前形体手势信息的持续时间,在持续时间大于设定时间的情况下,确定与当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令。
可见,确定当前形体手势信息不是误操作,即可确定与当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令。
下面将操作流程集合到具体实施例中,举例说明本发明实施例提供的用于空调控制过程。
本实施例中,空调应用于家庭环境中,因此,空调中保存了每个家庭成员的身份信息,其中,儿童身份信息对应无控制权限,即儿童不具有控制权限。这里,儿童不具有控制权限可防止儿童胡乱操作。但不具有控制权限中赋予强制关机控制权限,是为了防止家中无人而空调又开着,儿童又够不着空调上的紧急按钮,提供的安全性保障。
图2是本公开实施例提供的一种保存用户身份信息、形体手势信息以及控制指令之间的对应关系的流程示意图。如图2所示,配置和保存用户身份信息、形体手势信息以及控制指令之间的对应关系的过程包括:
步骤201:获取保存的用户身份信息。
步骤202:是否接收到形体手势指令设置指令?若是,执行步骤203,否则,执行步 骤207。
步骤203:是否有不具有控制权限的第一用户身份信息?若是,执行步骤204,否则,执行步骤205。
步骤204:配置和保存第一用户身份信息与强制关机控制指令,以及对应第一设置形体手势信息之间的设置对应关系。转入步骤205。
步骤205:配置和保存具有控制权限的用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系。
配置的方式可有多种,例如:可获取每个具有控制权限的用户的图像信息,得到对应的形体手势信息,并配置对应的控制指令。或者,直接接收终端发送的设置对应关系。
其中,不同的用户身份信息,同一形体手势信息,可对应不同的控制指令。
步骤206:将设置对应关系中,设置形体手势信息的控制权限配置为最高级。转入步骤211。
步骤207:获取保存的预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令。
步骤208:是否有不具有控制权限的第一用户身份信息?若是,执行步骤209,否则,执行步骤210。
步骤209:配置和保存第一用户身份信息与强制关机控制指令,以及对应第一预置形体手势信息之间的预置对应关系。转入步骤210。
步骤210:配置和保存配置和保存具有控制权限的用户身份信息、预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令之间的预置对应关系。转入步骤211。
其中,不同的用户身份信息,同一形体手势信息,可对应相同的控制指令。
步骤211:是否收到重置的指令?若是,执行步骤212,否则,本次流程结束。
步骤212:删除保存的设置对应关系。
可见,本实施例中,可根据预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令,配置用户身份信息、预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令之间的预置对应关系,这样,每个具有控制权限用户同一的形体手势,对应相同的控制指令,控制过程简单易行,而在接收到形体手势指令设置指令时,还可配置用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系,并确定设置形体手势信息的控制权限高于预置形体手势信息,这样,不同的身份信息,同一形体手势信息,可对应不同的控制指令,进一步扩展了空调智能化控制的范围,也进一步提高了空调控制的灵活性,以及用户体验。
当然,本公开实施例不限于此,还可确定同一用户身份信息对应的设置形体手势信息与预置形体手势信息中,设置形体手势信息的控制权限低于预置形体手势信息。或者,对 于某一些用户,其设置形体手势信息的控制权限低于预置形体手势信息,而对于另一些用户,其设置形体手势信息的控制权限高于预置形体手势信息。
本实施例中,空调中既保存了如表1所示的预置对应关系,又保存了如表2所示的设置对应关系,并且,确定同一用户身份信息对应的设置形体手势信息与预置形体手势信息中,设置形体手势信息的控制权限高于预置形体手势信息。
图3是本公开实施例提供的一种用于空调控制方法的流程示意图。结合图3,用于空调控制的过程包括:
步骤301:获取空调作用区域内当前用户的当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息。
本实施例中,可通过配置的摄像头,获取当前用户的图像信息,进行图像分析,可得到当前用户的当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息。
步骤302:判断保存的用户身份信息中是否包含了当前身份信息?若是,执行步骤303,否则,返回步骤301。
步骤303:判断保存的控制形体手势信息是否包含了当前形体手势信息?若是,执行步骤304,否则,返回步骤301。
步骤304:记录连续获取当前形体手势信息的当前次数。
其中,当前形体手势信息是连续获取的,可将记录的次数+1,得到当前次数,若当前形体手势信息与上次获取的形体手势信息不同,则将记录的次数清零,得到的当前次数为1。
步骤305:判断当前次数是否大于3?若是,执行步骤306,否则,返回步骤301。
步骤306:根据保存的预置对应关系和设置对应关系,确定与当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令。
其中,可先根据表2,确定与当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令,若不能根据表2确定与当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令,则可根据表1确定与当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令。
步骤307:根据当前控制指令,控制空调的运行。
可见,本实施例中,在捕获到当前用户的当前形体手势信息后,并可在用户身份信息,以及控制形体手势信息中,分别查找到当前用户的当前身份信息以及当前形体手势信息时,可根据保存的对应关系,确定当前控制指令,实现了空调的形体手势控制,这样,拓展了空调的无接触式控制方式,进一步提高了空调的智能性。
根据上述用于空调控制的过程,可构建一种用于空调控制的装置。
图4是本公开实施例提供的一种用于空调控制装置的结构示意图。如图4所示,用于 空调控制装置包括:获取模块410、确定模块420和控制模块430。
获取模块410,被配置为获取空调作用区域内当前用户的当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息。
确定模块420,被配置为在保存的用户身份信息中包含了当前身份信息的情况下,若保存的控制形体手势信息中包含了当前形体手势信息时,确定与当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令。
控制模块430,被配置为根据当前控制指令,控制空调的运行。
在一些实施例中,还包括:预置保存模块,被配置为获取预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令;在确定保存的用户身份信息具有控制权限的情况下,保存用户身份信息、预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令之间的预置对应关系;在确定保存的第一用户身份信息不具有控制权限的情况下,保存第一用户身份信息与强制关机控制指令,以及对应第一预置形体手势信息之间的预置对应关系。
在一些实施例中,还包括:设置保存模块,被配置为在确定形体手势指令设置功能启动的情况下,配置保存的用户身份信息对应的设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令;在确定保存的用户身份信息具有控制权限的情况下,保存用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系;在确定保存的第一用户身份信息不具有控制权限的情况下,保存第一用户身份信息与强制关机控制指令,以及对应第一设置形体手势信息之间的设置对应关系。
在一些实施例中,设置保存模块,具体被配置为获取空调作用范围内用户的形体手势信息,将获取的形体手势信息确定为用户的用户身份信息对应的设置形体手势信息,并配置对应的控制指令;或,接收用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系,设置对应关系是根据包括用户的形体手势信息的视频生成的。
在一些实施例中,设置保存模块,还被配置为确定同一用户身份信息对应的设置形体手势信息与预置形体手势信息中,设置形体手势信息的控制权限高于预置形体手势信息。
在一些实施例中,还包括:删除模块,被配置为在接收到重置的指令情况下,删除设置对应关系。
在一些实施例中,确定模块420,具体被配置为记录连续获取当前形体手势信息的当前次数;在当前次数大于设定次数的情况下,确定与当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令。
下面举例说明本发明实施例提供的用于空调控制的装置。
本实施例中,空调应用于家庭环境中,因此,空调中保存了每个家庭成员的身份信息。
图5是本公开实施例提供的一种用于空调控制装置的结构示意图。如图5所示,用于空调控制装置包括:获取模块410、确定模块420和控制模块430,还可包括:预置保存模块440、设置保存模块450以及删除模块460。
其中,预置保存模块440可获取出厂设置时预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令,这样,在确定保存的用户身份信息具有控制权限的情况下,保存用户身份信息、预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令之间的预置对应关系;以及,在确定保存的第一用户身份信息不具有控制权限的情况下,保存第一用户身份信息与强制关机控制指令,以及对应第一预置形体手势信息之间的预置对应关系。
而在接收到形体手势指令的设置指令时,即确定形体手势指令设置功能启动的情况下,设置保存模块450可配置保存的用户身份信息对应的设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令,在确定保存的用户身份信息具有控制权限的情况下,保存用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系,并在确定保存的第一用户身份信息不具有控制权限的情况下,保存第一用户身份信息与强制关机控制指令,以及对应第一设置形体手势信息之间的设置对应关系。
可见,空调中既保存了预置对应关系,又保存了设置对应关系,从而,设置保存模块450还确定同一用户身份信息对应的设置形体手势信息与预置形体手势信息中,设置形体手势信息的控制权限高于预置形体手势信息。
这样,获取模块410获取空调作用区域内当前用户的当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息后,并在保存的用户身份信息中包含了当前身份信息的情况下,若保存的控制形体手势信息中包含了当前形体手势信息时,确定模块420可根据预置保存模块440保存的预置对应关系,以及设置保存模块450保存的设置对应关系,确定与当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令。从而,控制模块430可根据当前控制指令,控制空调的运行,实现空调的形体手势控制。
可见,本实施例中,用于空调控制的装置在捕获到当前用户的当前形体手势信息后,可在用户身份信息,以及控制形体手势信息中,分别查找到当前用户的当前身份信息以及当前形体手势信息时,可根据保存的对应关系确定当前控制指令,实现了空调的形体手势控制,这样,拓展了空调的无接触式控制方式,进一步提高了空调的智能性。另外,不同用户,即不同的身份信息,对于同一控制指令,可对应有不同的形体手势信息,或者,不同的身份信息,同一形体手势信息,可对应不同的控制指令,这样,进一步扩展了空调智能化控制的范围,也进一步提高了空调控制的灵活性,以及用户体验。
本公开实施例提供了一种用于空调控制的装置,其结构如图6所示,包括:
处理器(processor)1000和存储器(memory)1001,还可以包括通信接口(Communication Interface)1002和总线1003。其中,处理器1000、通信接口1002、存储器1001可以通过总线1003完成相互间的通信。通信接口1002可以用于信息传输。处理器1000可以调用存储器1001中的逻辑指令,以执行上述实施例的用于空调控制的方法。
此外,上述的存储器1001中的逻辑指令可以通过软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
存储器1001作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储软件程序、计算机可执行程序,如本公开实施例中的方法对应的程序指令/模块。处理器1000通过运行存储在存储器1001中的程序指令/模块,从而执行功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例中的用于空调控制的方法。
存储器1001可包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据终端设备的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器1001可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器。
本公开实施例提供了一种用于空调控制装置,包括:处理器和存储有程序指令的存储器,处理器被配置为在执行程序指令时,执行用于空调控制方法。
本公开实施例提供了一种空调,包括上述用于空调控制装置。
本公开实施例提供了一种存储介质,存储有程序指令,所述程序指令在运行时,执行如上述用于空调控制的方法。
本公开实施例提供了一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行上述用于空调控制方法。
上述的存储介质可以是暂态计算机可读存储介质,也可以是非暂态计算机可读存储介质。
本公开实施例的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括一个或多个指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本公开实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质可以是非暂态存储介质,包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等多种可以存储程序代码的介质,也可以是暂态存储介质。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种用于空调控制的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取空调作用区域内当前用户的当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息;
    在保存的用户身份信息中包含了所述当前身份信息的情况下,若保存的控制形体手势信息中包含了所述当前形体手势信息时,确定与所述当前身份信息,以及所述当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令;
    根据所述当前控制指令,控制所述空调的运行。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令;
    在确定保存的用户身份信息具有控制权限的情况下,保存所述用户身份信息、预置形体手势信息以及对应的控制指令之间的预置对应关系;
    在确定保存的第一用户身份信息不具有控制权限的情况下,保存所述第一用户身份信息与强制关机控制指令,以及对应第一预置形体手势信息之间的预置对应关系。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在确定形体手势指令设置功能启动的情况下,配置保存的用户身份信息对应的设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令;
    在确定保存的用户身份信息具有控制权限的情况下,保存所述用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系;
    在确定保存的第一用户身份信息不具有控制权限的情况下,保存所述第一用户身份信息与强制关机控制指令,以及对应第一设置形体手势信息之间的设置对应关系。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配置保存的用户身份信息对应的设置控制形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令包括:
    获取所述空调作用范围内用户的形体手势信息,将获取的所述形体手势信息确定为所述用户的用户身份信息对应的设置形体手势信息,并配置对应的控制指令;或,
    接收用户身份信息,设置形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令之间的设置对应关系,所述设置对应关系是根据包括用户的形体手势信息的视频生成的。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配置保存的用户身份信息对应的设置控制形体手势信息,以及对应的控制指令包括:
    确定同一用户身份信息对应的所述设置形体手势信息与所述预置形体手势信息中,所述设置形体手势信息的控制权限高于所述预置形体手势信息。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在接收到重置的指令情况下,删除所述设置对应关系。
  7. 根据权利要求1、2、4-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定与所述当前身份信息,以及所述当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令包括:
    记录连续获取所述当前形体手势信息的当前次数;
    在所述当前次数大于设定次数的情况下,确定与所述当前身份信息,以及所述当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令。
  8. 一种用于空调控制的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,被配置为获取空调作用区域内当前用户的当前身份信息,以及当前形体手势信息;
    确定模块,被配置为在保存的用户身份信息中包含了所述当前身份信息的情况下,若保存的控制形体手势信息中包含了所述当前形体手势信息时,确定与所述当前身份信息,以及所述当前形体手势信息匹配的当前控制指令;
    控制模块,被配置为根据所述当前控制指令,控制所述空调的运行。
  9. 一种用于空调控制的装置,该装置包括处理器和存储有程序指令的存储器,其特征在于,所述处理器被配置为在执行所述程序指令时,执行如权利要求1至7任一项所述用于空调控制的方法。
  10. 一种空调,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求8或9所述用于空调控制的装置。
  11. 一种存储介质,存储有程序指令,其特征在于,所述程序指令在运行时,执行如权利要求1至7任一项所述用于空调控制的方法。
