步骤一:鞋底本体与脚踏板之间进行连接,将一号弧形安装杆和二号弧形安装杆分别安装于鞋底本体和脚踏板的相对一侧外壁,继而将一号弧形伸缩套板、二号弧形伸缩套板和中间连接伸缩套板安装于鞋底本体和脚踏板之间;
步骤二:将鞋帮和鞋面与安装框之间连接,完成整个鞋子的安装;
步骤三:鞋底本体在使用过程中,减震弹簧对鞋底本体进行减震的同时,吊装减震弹簧杆下方的减震球撞击在鞋底本体的顶部外壁,从而进一步实现减震的效果,进一步提高该鞋底本体的减震防护作用。
本发明中的有益效果为:
1、通过设置有换气板、固定杆、调节杆和调节弹簧,长跑运动员在使用该鞋底本体时,随着奔跑的进行,脚踏板与脚底之间定时的产生分离,脚底对换气板进行挤压时,换气板将脚踏板内部的空气从换气孔中挤出,使得脚踏板内部的气压降低,当脚底与换气板脱离时,调节弹簧带动换气板复位,则外界的空气从换气孔涌入脚踏板的内部,实现快速换气的效果,确保脚底所处的环境为干燥环境,从而确保脚底不会因出汗而造成闷热感,提高该鞋底本体的使用价值,使其可以适用于长跑助力,同时,换气板等距离安装有按摩块,通过该按摩块对使用者的脚底进行间歇式按摩,提高穿戴的舒适度。
2、通过设置有减震组件,减震组件包括上减震弧板、下减震弧板、减震弹 簧和限位伸缩杆,使用者在长期奔跑的过程中,上减震弧板对减震弹簧造成挤压,使其慢慢的收缩和展开,从而将奔跑过程中的震动将至最低,降低跑过程中脚底受到的震动损伤,同时,减震弹簧收缩的过程中,一号弧形伸缩套板、二号弧形伸缩套板和中间连接伸缩套板均收缩,加速鞋底本体与脚踏板之间的空气流动,进一步提高换气通风的效果,提高该鞋底本体使用过程中的舒适度。
3、通过设置有透气孔、限位片和多个挡片,在使用该鞋底本体的过程中,鞋底本体上的透气孔增加鞋底本体内部的透气效果,若是有部分细小的颗粒通过透气孔进入鞋底本体的内部,则限位片上层层分布的挡片对灰尘和细小颗粒进行阻挡,确保外界的细小颗粒不会进入鞋底本体的内部,确保使用者使用过程中的安全性。
4、通过设置有中间吊板、吊装减震弹簧杆和减震球,中间吊板安装于每相邻的两个上减震弧板之间,在减震弹簧对鞋底本体进行减震的同时,吊装减震弹簧杆下方的减震球撞击在鞋底本体的顶部外壁,从而进一步实现减震的效果,进一步提高该鞋底本体的减震防护作用,提高使用者使用过程中的安全性。
5、通过设置有一号摩擦钉和二号摩擦钉,一号摩擦钉和二号摩擦钉错位分布于鞋底本体的底部外壁,一号摩擦钉的高度高于二号摩擦钉,鞋底本体通过一号摩擦钉和二号摩擦钉提高鞋底本体的底部摩擦力,起到防滑的效果,在鞋底本体使用的过程中,首先为一号摩擦钉与地面接触,一号摩擦钉在慢慢磨损的过程中,其高度逐渐降低,这时,二号摩擦钉起到替补更换的作用,进一步确保该鞋底本体的防滑作用,从而延长该鞋底本体的使用寿命,提高其使用价值。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3、图7和图8,一种长跑助力型运动鞋底,包括鞋底本体1和脚踏板5,脚踏板5的顶部外壁等距离开有换气孔7,且每个换气孔7的内壁均固定连接有调节杆20,每个调节杆20的外壁均通过合页连接有换气板8,换气板8的顶部外壁等距离固定连接有按摩块18,且脚踏板5靠近换气孔7的顶部外壁固定连接有固定杆17,固定杆17和换气板8的相对一侧外壁等距离固定连接 有调节弹簧19,脚踏板5的顶部外壁固定连接有安装框4,且安装框4的底部内壁固定连接有隔片6,通过设置有换气板8、固定杆17、调节杆20和调节弹簧19,长跑运动员在使用该鞋底本体1时,随着奔跑的进行,脚踏板5与脚底之间定时的产生分离,脚底对换气板8进行挤压时,换气板8将脚踏板5内部的空气从换气孔7中挤出,使得脚踏板5内部的气压降低,当脚底与换气板8脱离时,调节弹簧19带动换气板8复位,则外界的空气从换气孔7涌入脚踏板5的内部,实现快速换气的效果,确保脚底所处的环境为干燥环境,从而确保脚底不会因出汗而造成闷热感,提高该鞋底本体1的使用价值,使其可以适用于长跑助力,换气板8等距离安装有按摩块18,通过该按摩块18对使用者的脚底进行间歇式按摩,提高穿戴的舒适度。
参照图1、图2和图7,脚踏板5和鞋底本体1的相对一侧外壁均固定连接有一号弧形安装杆2,且两个一号弧形安装杆2的相对一侧外壁固定连接有同一个一号弧形伸缩套板3,脚踏板5和鞋底本体1的相对一侧外壁均固定连接有二号弧形安装杆9,且两个二号弧形安装杆9的相对一侧外壁固定连接有同一个二号弧形伸缩套板10,鞋底本体1和脚踏板5的相对一侧外壁固定连接有中间连接伸缩套板11,且中间连接伸缩套板11位于一号弧形伸缩套板3和二号弧形伸缩套板10之间。
参照图6,鞋底本体1的底部外壁等距离开有透气孔27,且鞋底本体1的底部外壁等距离设有一号摩擦钉28和二号摩擦钉29,一号摩擦钉28和二号摩擦钉29错位分布,通过设置有一号摩擦钉28和二号摩擦钉29,一号摩擦钉28和二号摩擦钉29错位分布于鞋底本体1的底部外壁,一号摩擦钉28的高度高于二号摩擦钉29,鞋底本体1通过一号摩擦钉28和二号摩擦钉29提高鞋底本体1的底部摩擦力,起到防滑的效果,在鞋底本体1使用的过程中,首先为一 号摩擦钉28与地面接触,一号摩擦钉28在慢慢磨损的过程中,其高度逐渐降低,这时,二号摩擦钉29起到替补更换的作用,进一步确保该鞋底本体1的防滑作用,从而延长该鞋底本体1的使用寿命,提高其使用价值。
参照图1、图4和图5,鞋底本体1的顶部外壁等距离固定连接有下减震弧板14,且脚踏板5的底部外壁等距离固定连接有上减震弧板12,上减震弧板12和下减震弧板14位置相对应。
本发明中,上减震弧板12和下减震弧板14的相对一侧外壁等距离固定连接有减震弹簧23,且上减震弧板12位于每个减震弹簧23两端的底部外壁均固定连接有限位伸缩杆24,限位伸缩杆24的另一端固定连接于下减震弧板14的顶部外壁,通过设置有减震组件,减震组件包括上减震弧板12、下减震弧板14、减震弹簧23和限位伸缩杆24,使用者在长期奔跑的过程中,上减震弧板12对减震弹簧23造成挤压,使其慢慢的收缩和展开,从而将奔跑过程中的震动将至最低,降低跑过程中脚底受到的震动损伤,同时,减震弹簧23收缩的过程中,一号弧形伸缩套板3、二号弧形伸缩套板10和中间连接伸缩套板11均收缩,加速鞋底本体1与脚踏板5之间的空气流动,进一步提高换气通风的效果,提高该鞋底本体1使用过程中的舒适度。
本发明中,每相邻的两个上减震弧板12的相对一侧外壁固定连接有同一个中间吊板13,且中间吊板13的顶部外壁开有两个过气孔21,中间吊板13的底部外壁等距离固定连接有吊装减震弹簧杆22,每个吊装减震弹簧杆22的底部外壁均固定连接有减震球15,通过设置有中间吊板13、吊装减震弹簧杆22和减震球15,中间吊板13安装于每相邻的两个上减震弧板12之间,在减震弹簧23对鞋底本体1进行减震的同时,吊装减震弹簧杆22下方的减震球15撞击在鞋底本体1的顶部外壁,从而进一步实现减震的效果,进一步提高该鞋底本体1 的减震防护作用,提高使用者使用过程中的安全性。
本发明中,每个下减震弧板14的两侧外壁均固定连接有限位片16,且每个限位片16的底部外壁均等距离固定连接有挡片25,挡片25呈阶梯状分布,每个限位片16的顶部外壁均等距离开有通孔26,通过设置有透气孔27、限位片16和多个挡片25,在使用该鞋底本体1的过程中,鞋底本体1上的透气孔27增加鞋底本体1内部的透气效果,若是有部分细小的颗粒通过透气孔27进入鞋底本体1的内部,则限位片16上层层分布的挡片25对灰尘和细小颗粒进行阻挡,确保外界的细小颗粒不会进入鞋底本体1的内部,确保使用者使用过程中的安全性。
使用时,进行鞋底本体1与脚踏板5之间的连接,将一号弧形安装杆2和二号弧形安装杆9分别安装于鞋底本体1和脚踏板5的相对一侧外壁,继而将一号弧形伸缩套板3、二号弧形伸缩套板10和中间连接伸缩套板11安装于鞋底本体1和脚踏板5之间,接着将鞋帮和鞋面与安装框4之间连接,完成整个鞋子的安装,该鞋底本体1在使用过程中,随着奔跑的进行,脚踏板5与脚底之间定时的产生分离,脚底对换气板8进行挤压时,换气板8将脚踏板5内部的空气从换气孔7中挤出,使得脚踏板5内部的气压降低,当脚底与换气板8脱离时,调节弹簧19带动换气板8复位,则外界的空气从换气孔7涌入脚踏板5的内部,实现快速换气的效果,确保脚底所处的环境为干燥环境,从而确保脚底不会因出汗而造成闷热感,提高该鞋底本体1的使用价值,使其可以适用于长跑助力,换气板8等距离安装有按摩块18,通过该按摩块18对使用者的脚底进行间歇式按摩,提高穿戴的舒适度,同时,使用者在长期奔跑的过程中,上减震弧板12对减震弹簧23造成挤压,使其慢慢的收缩和展开,从而将奔跑过程中的震动将至最低,降低跑过程中脚底受到的震动损伤,同时,减震弹簧23 收缩的过程中,一号弧形伸缩套板3、二号弧形伸缩套板10和中间连接伸缩套板11均收缩,加速鞋底本体1与脚踏板5之间的空气流动,在减震弹簧23对鞋底本体1进行减震的同时,吊装减震弹簧杆22下方的减震球15撞击在鞋底本体1的顶部外壁,从而进一步实现减震的效果,进一步提高该鞋底本体1的减震防护作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种长跑助力型运动鞋底,包括鞋底本体(1)和脚踏板(5),其特征在于,所述脚踏板(5)的顶部外壁等距离开有换气孔(7),且每个换气孔(7)的内壁均固定连接有调节杆(20),每个调节杆(20)的外壁均通过合页连接有换气板(8),所述换气板(8)的顶部外壁等距离固定连接有按摩块(18),且脚踏板(5)靠近换气孔(7)的顶部外壁固定连接有固定杆(17),所述固定杆(17)和换气板(8)的相对一侧外壁等距离固定连接有调节弹簧(19),所述脚踏板(5)的顶部外壁固定连接有安装框(4),且安装框(4)的底部内壁固定连接有隔片(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种长跑助力型运动鞋底,其特征在于,所述脚踏板(5)和鞋底本体(1)的相对一侧外壁均固定连接有一号弧形安装杆(2),且两个一号弧形安装杆(2)的相对一侧外壁固定连接有同一个一号弧形伸缩套板(3)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种长跑助力型运动鞋底,其特征在于,所述脚踏板(5)和鞋底本体(1)的相对一侧外壁均固定连接有二号弧形安装杆(9),且两个二号弧形安装杆(9)的相对一侧外壁固定连接有同一个二号弧形伸缩套板(10)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种长跑助力型运动鞋底,其特征在于,所述鞋底本体(1)和脚踏板(5)的相对一侧外壁固定连接有中间连接伸缩套板(11),且中间连接伸缩套板(11)位于一号弧形伸缩套板(3)和二号弧形伸缩套板(10)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种长跑助力型运动鞋底,其特征在于,所述鞋底本体(1)的底部外壁等距离开有透气孔(27),且鞋底本体(1)的底部外壁等距离设有一号摩擦钉(28)和二号摩擦钉(29),一号摩擦钉(28)和二 号摩擦钉(29)错位分布。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种长跑助力型运动鞋底,其特征在于,所述鞋底本体(1)的顶部外壁等距离固定连接有下减震弧板(14),且脚踏板(5)的底部外壁等距离固定连接有上减震弧板(12),上减震弧板(12)和下减震弧板(14)位置相对应。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种长跑助力型运动鞋底,其特征在于,所述上减震弧板(12)和下减震弧板(14)的相对一侧外壁等距离固定连接有减震弹簧(23),且上减震弧板(12)位于每个减震弹簧(23)两端的底部外壁均固定连接有限位伸缩杆(24),限位伸缩杆(24)的另一端固定连接于下减震弧板(14)的顶部外壁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种长跑助力型运动鞋底,其特征在于,每相邻的两个所述上减震弧板(12)的相对一侧外壁固定连接有同一个中间吊板(13),且中间吊板(13)的顶部外壁开有两个过气孔(21),中间吊板(13)的底部外壁等距离固定连接有吊装减震弹簧杆(22),每个吊装减震弹簧杆(22)的底部外壁均固定连接有减震球(15)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种长跑助力型运动鞋底,其特征在于,每个所述下减震弧板(14)的两侧外壁均固定连接有限位片(16),且每个限位片(16)的底部外壁均等距离固定连接有挡片(25),挡片(25)呈阶梯状分布,每个限位片(16)的顶部外壁均等距离开有通孔(26)。
  10. 一种长跑助力型运动鞋底的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤一:鞋底本体(1)与脚踏板(5)之间进行连接,将一号弧形安装杆(2)和二号弧形安装杆(9)分别安装于鞋底本体(1)和脚踏板(5)的相对一侧外壁,继而将一号弧形伸缩套板(3)、二号弧形伸缩套板(10)和中间连 接伸缩套板(11)安装于鞋底本体(1)和脚踏板(5)之间;
    步骤二:将鞋帮和鞋面与安装框(4)之间连接,完成整个鞋子的安装;
    步骤三:鞋底本体(1)在使用过程中,减震弹簧(23)对鞋底本体(1)进行减震的同时,吊装减震弹簧杆(22)下方的减震球(15)撞击在鞋底本体(1)的顶部外壁,从而进一步实现减震的效果,进一步提高该鞋底本体(1)的减震防护作用。
