1、本发明通过设置的鞋底本体、换气层、疏气槽、透气垫、压缩套、出气口、连接座和压板,在使用期间,人体会施加压力至透气垫,透气垫受力后会发生形变,从而缩短与换气层之间的距离,此过程中,压板受力后会向两侧偏转,压板带动压缩套伸展,压缩套体积变大吸收外部的空气,由于运动过程,左右脚是交替使用,故透气垫会处于循环受压的状态,从而压缩套进行循环的收放状态,对疏气槽内的气体进行吸气和排气,从而加速疏气槽内的气体流通;装置利用人运动时鞋子是处于交替受力的状态,在鞋子受力时对内部的压缩套进行拉伸,使压缩套吸气,鞋子未受力时压缩套复位进行排气,循环如此加速鞋子内部的气体交换速度,提高鞋子的透气效果。
2、本发明通过设置的功能弹簧、辅助座、辅助滚筒、鞋垫和疏气孔,压板受力偏转的过程中,辅助滚筒于疏气槽内移动,从而使两侧的压板张开角度,对压缩套进行拉伸;在透气垫未受力时,压缩套内的功能弹簧恢复弹性形变而提供压缩套收缩的力,使得压缩套压缩;利用功能弹簧弹性形变后的反向作用力来驱动压缩套进行压缩复位,便于压缩套处于循环收放状态;辅助滚筒则提 高了压板偏转时的流畅性;透气孔便于对鞋子的内部进行换气,避免鞋子内部的气体得不到散出而使鞋子内的温度增加,导致人脚大量分泌汗液;疏气孔便于压缩套收放过程中,鞋子内部与外部空气的气体交换,增加鞋子的透气性。
3、本发明通过设置的前垫和后跟,防滑钉能够增加与地面的摩擦,增强鞋子的抓地效果,同时防滑钉为橡胶材质,能够增加鞋子的减震效果;防滑槽进一步增加鞋子与地面的摩擦力,提高人运动时的稳定性。
4、本发明通过设置的缓冲座、气垫、减震槽、层垫、橡胶对冲板和侧座,在使用期间,后跟受力后会施加压力于气垫,气垫将力传输至缓冲座上,随后对减震槽进行挤压,减震槽形变过程中,橡胶对冲板上的橡胶凸起错位挤压缓冲压力,同时复位杆发生弹性形变对压力进行进一步缓冲,此过程中复位弹簧发生弹性形变,再进一步缓冲压力;气垫内充有气体能够起到缓冲减震的效果,同时提高使用者的舒适性;层垫为硬性橡胶板,便于减震槽形变后对橡胶对冲板的压力更加均匀,提高后续上下两个橡胶对冲板的挤压效果,橡胶对冲板能够通过错位的橡胶凸起对压力进行缓冲;复位杆和复位弹簧的作用都是起到缓冲减震的效果,同时利用两者弹性形变后的反向作用力来便于减震槽的复位,复位杆为实心的橡胶棒,不易发生永久性变形,从而保证减震槽的复位效果;防尘垫和气体交换孔保证在正常气体交换的同时避免外部的灰尘进入。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
一种呼吸透气且运动助力的运动鞋底,如图1、图2和图3所示,包括鞋底本体1,鞋底本体1的上侧内壁粘接有换气层2,且换气层2的上侧外壁开设有多个等距的疏气槽3,换气层2的上方设置有透气垫4,透气垫4的外壁与鞋底本体1的内壁粘接,且疏气槽3的内部均设置有压缩套5,压缩套5的内部设置 为空腔,压缩套5的两端均开设有出气口6,且压缩套5的两侧均设置有连接座7,连接座7的顶部外壁与透气垫4的底部外壁之间粘接,连接座7的下侧外壁开设有矩形槽,矩形槽的两侧内壁之间转动连接有压板8,且压板8的一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有支杆9,支杆9的另一端与压缩套5之间通过螺栓连接,利用人运动时鞋子是处于交替受力的状态,在鞋子受力时对内部的压缩套5进行拉伸,使压缩套5吸气,鞋子未受力时压缩套5复位进行排气,循环如此加速鞋子内部的气体交换速度,提高鞋子的透气效果。
进一步的,如图1、图4和图5所示,压缩套5的两侧内壁之间通过螺栓连接有功能弹簧10,且压板8的一端通过螺栓连接有辅助座11,辅助座11的下侧外壁开设有矩形槽,矩形槽的两侧内壁之间转动连接有两个辅助滚筒12,辅助滚筒12与疏气槽3的内壁之间滚动连接,利用功能弹簧10弹性形变后的反向作用力来驱动压缩套5进行压缩复位,便于压缩套5处于循环收放状态,辅助滚筒12则提高了压板8偏转时的流畅性;透气垫4上开设有多个透气孔13,透气垫4的上方设置有鞋垫14,且鞋垫14的上方设置有鞋面15,鞋面15与鞋底本体1之间固定连接,透气孔13便于对鞋子的内部进行换气,避免鞋子内部的气体得不到散出而使鞋子内的温度增加,导致人脚大量分泌汗液;鞋底本体1的两侧均开设有疏气孔16,且疏气孔16与疏气槽3对应,疏气孔16的内径呈弯曲向下的坡面,疏气孔16便于压缩套5收放过程中,鞋子内部与外部空气的气体交换,增加鞋子的透气性。
更进一步的,如图5所示,鞋底本体1的底部开设有一个凹槽,凹槽的内壁粘接有前垫17,且前垫17的底部外壁设置有密集的防滑钉18,防滑钉18的材质为橡胶,防滑钉18能够增加与地面的摩擦,增强鞋子的抓地效果,同时防滑钉18为橡胶材质,能够增加鞋子的减震效果;鞋底本体1的底部开设有一个 不规则的凹孔,凹孔的内壁粘接有后跟19,且后跟19的底部外壁设置有多个防滑槽20,防滑槽20均呈等距分布,防滑槽20进一步增加鞋子与地面的摩擦力,提高人运动时的稳定性。
更进一步的,如图5、图6和图7所示,后跟19的上侧外壁开设有一个矩形凹槽,矩形凹槽的内壁粘接有缓冲座21,缓冲座21上开设有多个凹槽,多个凹槽呈等距分布,多个凹槽的内部均设置有气垫22,气垫22与换气层2的下侧外壁接触,且后跟19上开设有减震槽23,减震槽23位于缓冲座21的下方,气垫22内充有气体能够起到缓冲减震的效果,同时提高使用者的舒适性;减震槽23的上下两侧内壁均开设有矩形凹槽,矩形凹槽的内壁粘接有层垫24,层垫24的材质为硬性橡胶板,且两个层垫24相对的一侧外壁均粘接有橡胶对冲板25,橡胶对冲板25的外壁设置有多个等距的橡胶凸起,上下两个橡胶对冲板25上的橡胶凸起呈错位分布,层垫24为硬性橡胶板,便于减震槽23形变后对橡胶对冲板25的压力更加均匀,提高后续上下两个橡胶对冲板25的挤压效果,橡胶对冲板25能够通过错位的橡胶凸起对压力进行缓冲;减震槽23的左右两侧内壁均开设有一个矩形凹槽,矩形凹槽的内壁均粘接有侧座26,侧座26的一侧外壁等距开设有多个上下对称的圆孔,上下两个圆孔的内壁粘接有同一个复位杆27,复位杆27为弯曲的实心橡胶棒,复位杆27的上下两端之间设置有复位弹簧28,且侧座26的两侧均设置有防尘垫29,防尘垫29的外壁与减震槽23的内壁粘接,防尘垫29上开设有多个气体交换孔30,气体交换孔30的内部设置有防尘网,复位杆27和复位弹簧28的作用都是起到缓冲减震的效果,同时利用两者弹性形变后的反向作用力来便于减震槽23的复位,复位杆27为实心的橡胶棒,不易发生永久性变形,从而保证减震槽23的复位效果,防尘垫29和气体交换孔30保证在正常气体交换的同时避免外部的灰尘进入。
工作原理:在使用期间,人体会施加压力至透气垫4,透气垫4受力后会发生形变,从而缩短与换气层2之间的距离,此过程中,压板8受力偏转的过程中,辅助滚筒12于疏气槽3内移动,从而使两侧的压板8张开角度,对压缩套5进行拉伸,压缩套5体积变大吸收外部的空气,在透气垫4未受力时,压缩套5内的功能弹簧10恢复弹性形变而提供压缩套5收缩的力,使得压缩套5压缩,由于运动过程,左右脚是交替使用,故透气垫4会处于循环受压的状态,从而压缩套5进行循环的收放状态,对疏气槽3内的气体进行吸气和排气,从而加速疏气槽3内的气体流通,在使用期间,后跟19受力后会施加压力于气垫22,气垫22将力传输至缓冲座21上,随后对减震槽23进行挤压,减震槽23形变过程中,橡胶对冲板25上的橡胶凸起错位挤压缓冲压力,同时复位杆27发生弹性形变对压力进行进一步缓冲,此过程中复位弹簧28发生弹性形变,再进一步缓冲压力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种呼吸透气且运动助力的运动鞋底,包括鞋底本体(1),其特征在于,所述鞋底本体(1)的上侧内壁固定连接有换气层(2),且换气层(2)的上侧外壁开设有多个等距的疏气槽(3),所述换气层(2)的上方设置有透气垫(4),透气垫(4)的外壁与鞋底本体(1)的内壁固定连接,且疏气槽(3)的内部均设置有压缩套(5),所述压缩套(5)的内部设置为空腔,压缩套(5)的两端均开设有出气口(6),且压缩套(5)的两侧均设置有连接座(7),连接座(7)的顶部外壁与透气垫(4)的底部外壁之间固定连接,所述连接座(7)的下侧外壁开设有矩形槽,矩形槽的两侧内壁之间活动连接有压板(8),且压板(8)的一侧外壁固定连接有支杆(9),支杆(9)的另一端与压缩套(5)之间固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种呼吸透气且运动助力的运动鞋底,其特征在于,所述压缩套(5)的两侧内壁之间固定连接有功能弹簧(10),且压板(8)的一端固定连接有辅助座(11),辅助座(11)的下侧外壁开设有矩形槽,矩形槽的两侧内壁之间活动连接有两个辅助滚筒(12),辅助滚筒(12)与疏气槽(3)的内壁之间活动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种呼吸透气且运动助力的运动鞋底,其特征在于,所述透气垫(4)上开设有多个透气孔(13),透气垫(4)的上方设置有鞋垫(14),且鞋垫(14)的上方设置有鞋面(15),鞋面(15)与鞋底本体(1)之间固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种呼吸透气且运动助力的运动鞋底,其特征在于,所述鞋底本体(1)的两侧均开设有疏气孔(16),且疏气孔(16)与疏气槽(3)对应,疏气孔(16)的内径呈弯曲向下的坡面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种呼吸透气且运动助力的运动鞋底,其特征在 于,所述鞋底本体(1)的底部开设有一个凹槽,凹槽的内壁固定连接有前垫(17),且前垫(17)的底部外壁设置有密集的防滑钉(18),防滑钉(18)的材质为橡胶。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种呼吸透气且运动助力的运动鞋底,其特征在于,所述鞋底本体(1)的底部开设有一个不规则的凹孔,凹孔的内壁固定连接有后跟(19),且后跟(19)的底部外壁设置有多个防滑槽(20),防滑槽(20)均呈等距分布。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种呼吸透气且运动助力的运动鞋底,其特征在于,所述后跟(19)的上侧外壁开设有一个矩形凹槽,矩形凹槽的内壁固定连接有缓冲座(21),缓冲座(21)上开设有多个凹槽,多个凹槽呈等距分布,多个凹槽的内部均设置有气垫(22),气垫(22)与换气层(2)的下侧外壁接触,且后跟(19)上开设有减震槽(23),减震槽(23)位于缓冲座(21)的下方。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种呼吸透气且运动助力的运动鞋底,其特征在于,所述减震槽(23)的上下两侧内壁均开设有矩形凹槽,矩形凹槽的内壁固定连接有层垫(24),层垫(24)的材质为硬性橡胶板,且两个层垫(24)相对的一侧外壁均固定连接有橡胶对冲板(25),橡胶对冲板(25)的外壁设置有多个等距的橡胶凸起,上下两个橡胶对冲板(25)上的橡胶凸起呈错位分布。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种呼吸透气且运动助力的运动鞋底,其特征在于,所述减震槽(23)的左右两侧内壁均开设有一个矩形凹槽,矩形凹槽的内壁均固定连接有侧座(26),侧座(26)的一侧外壁等距开设有多个上下对称的圆孔,上下两个圆孔的内壁固定连接有同一个复位杆(27),复位杆(27)为弯曲的实心橡胶棒,复位杆(27)的上下两端之间设置有复位弹簧(28), 且侧座(26)的两侧均设置有防尘垫(29),防尘垫(29)的外壁与减震槽(23)的内壁固定连接,防尘垫(29)上开设有多个气体交换孔(30),气体交换孔(30)的内部设置有防尘网。
  10. 一种呼吸透气且运动助力的运动鞋,其特征在于,包括鞋面以及权利要求1-9任一项所述的鞋底,所述鞋面连接于鞋底远离地面的表面外周缘。
