本发明涉及一种具有指纹模块的锁具挡盖结构。
背景技术
随着科技以及社会的进步,现有的传统门锁大部分被智能锁取代,虽然说是智能锁,但其依然保留了钥匙孔以及会在前锁上具有充电孔,而现有的智能锁针对这两个孔会采用挡盖进行遮挡。
技术问题
而现有的智能锁会将指纹识别模块设置在把手上,方便操作,但对于一些无需把手这种设置方式并不合理。
为此,急需一种具有指纹模块的锁具挡盖结构解决此问题。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的旨在提供一种具有指纹模块的锁具挡盖结构。
按此目的设计的一种具有指纹模块的锁具挡盖结构,包括有用于遮挡锁体的挡盖,其特征在于:所述挡盖由后板以及前盖组成,所述前盖上设有通孔,所述通孔内设置有指纹模块,所述后板的后端面上设有插接轴,所述后板对应所述插接轴的位置上设有前后贯穿的通线孔,所述锁体内的线路穿过通线孔与指纹模块进行连接。
作为优选地,所述后板和所述前盖之间设置有指纹模块支架,所述指纹模块设置在所述指纹模块支架上。
作为优选地,所述锁体上设有插孔,所述插孔的内壁上设有弧形定位槽。
所述插接轴插接在所述插孔,所述插接轴的壁面上设有限位部,所述限位部插接在所述弧形定位槽内。
作为优选地,所述插接轴与所述锁体之间设有弹性复位组件。
作为优选地,所述弹性复位组件包括在所述插接轴上活动卡接有卡环,所述卡环与前侧的锁体之间弹簧。
作为优选地,所述插接轴上设有环型槽,所述卡环卡接在所述环型槽上。
作为优选地,所述挡盖与所述锁体上设有磁力吸附组件。

本发明具有结构简单合理、方便操作、体积小的优点,与现有的技术相比,包括有挡盖,所述挡盖由后板以及前盖组成,所述前盖上设有通孔,所述后板上固定有指纹模块支架,所述指纹模块支架上设有指纹模块,所述指纹模块设置在所述通孔内,所述后板的后端面上设有插接轴,所述后板对应所述插接轴的位置上设有前后贯穿的通线孔,也就是,锁体内的线路穿过通线孔与指纹模块进行连接,通过将指纹模块设置在挡盖上,不仅节省体积,减少在其他部位开孔,使外形更加美观。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
参见图1-图4,一种具有指纹模块的锁具挡盖结构,包括有用于遮挡锁体10的挡盖20,挡盖20由后板202以及前盖201组成,前盖201上设有通孔203,后板202上固定有指纹模块支架206,指纹模块支架206上设有指纹模块207,指纹模块207设置在通孔203内,后板202的后端面上设有插接轴210,后板202对应插接轴210的位置上设有前后贯穿的通线孔204,也就是,锁体内的线路穿过通线孔与指纹模块进行连接,通过将指纹模块设置在挡盖上,不仅节省体积,减少在其他部位开孔,使外形更加美观。
具体的,锁体10的前侧设有用于遮挡充电口30以及钥匙孔40的挡盖20,锁体10上设有插孔50,插孔50的内壁上设有弧形定位槽510,插接轴210插接在插孔50,插接轴210的壁面上设有限位部211,限位部211插接在弧形定位槽510内,插接轴210与锁体10之间设有弹性复位组件60。
也就是,挡盖以插接轴为轴心进行转动,而限位部在挡盖以插接轴为轴心转动时,限位部在弧形定位槽内移动,弧形定位槽能限制插接轴的转动范围,即限制的挡盖打开的范围,便于后期配合弹性复位组件实现自动复位。
通过限位部和弧形定位槽的配合,能限制挡盖的转动角度,以实现防止指纹模块207的线路缠绕。
具体的,弹性复位组件60包括在插接轴210上活动卡接有卡环610,卡环610与前侧的锁体10之间弹簧620,弹簧620的一端固定连接在锁体10、另一端固定连接在卡环610上,通过弹簧620进行复位,结构简单,复位方便。
具体的,挡盖20与锁体10上设有磁力吸附组件,通过磁力吸附,能在挡盖20复位时,精确定位,防止错位。
具体的,磁力吸附组件包括在挡盖20的后端面上设有多个凹槽220,凹槽220内设有第一磁铁,第一磁铁后侧的锁体10上对应设有第二磁铁,通过第一磁铁与第二磁铁进行吸附,实现快速定位,符合使用所需。
具体的,插接轴210上设有环型槽212,卡环610卡接在环型槽212上。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有指纹模块的锁具挡盖结构,其特征在于:所述后板(202)和所述前盖(201)之间设置有指纹模块支架(206),所述指纹模块(207)设置在所述指纹模块支架(206)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有指纹模块的锁具挡盖结构,其特征在于:所述锁体(10)上设有插孔(50),所述插孔(50)的内壁上设有弧形定位槽(510),所述插接轴(210)插接在所述插孔(50),所述插接轴(210)的壁面上设有限位部(211),所述限位部(211)插接在所述弧形定位槽(510)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有指纹模块的锁具挡盖结构,其特征在于:所述插接轴(210)与所述锁体(10)之间设有弹性复位组件(60)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有指纹模块的锁具挡盖结构,其特征在于:所述弹性复位组件(60)包括在所述插接轴(210)上活动卡接有卡环(610),所述卡环(610)与前侧的锁体(10)之间弹簧(620)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有指纹模块的锁具挡盖结构,其特征在于:所述插接轴(210)上设有环型槽(212),所述卡环(610)卡接在所述环型槽(212)上。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有指纹模块的锁具挡盖结构,其特征在于:所述挡盖(20)与所述锁体(10)上设有磁力吸附组件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种具有指纹模块的锁具挡盖结构,其特征在于:所述磁力吸附组件包括在所述挡盖(20)的后端面上设有多个凹槽(220),所述凹槽(220)内设有第一磁铁,所述第一磁铁后侧的锁体(10)上对应设有第二磁铁。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有指纹模块的锁具挡盖结构,其特征在于:所述锁体10的前侧设有充电口30以及钥匙孔40,所述挡盖20用于遮挡所述充电口30以及钥匙孔40。
