电源适配器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及适配器技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种电源适配器。
背景技术
为了使电源适配器适应不同国家和地区的插脚,有技术方案提供一种转换插头,转换插头包括插脚,通过将相应的转换插头安装在电源适配器上,使得电源适配器能够适配对应国家的插座,方便了使用者的使用。然而,目前的转换插头仅靠摩擦力与电源适配器连接,存在连接结构不稳定的隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电源适配器,连接稳定可靠。
本实用新型公开的电源适配器所采用的技术方案是:
一种电源适配器,包括:本体,包括第一插接部;以及转换插头,包括第二插接部,所述第二插接部与第一插接部插接并导通;所述本体内设有锁紧件,所述锁紧件包括锁舌,所述本体上开设有供锁舌伸出的第一卡孔,所述转换插头上设有与第一卡孔相对的第二卡孔,其中,所述第一插接部的插接方向与锁舌的伸出方向不同。
作为优选方案,所述第一插接部为插槽,所述第一插接部内设有插针;所述第二插接部为插接头,所述第二插接部底面形成有与插针对应的插孔,所述插孔内设有导电片,所述导电片与转换插头的插脚电连接。
作为优选方案,所述第一插接部为腰形槽,所述第一插接部内壁的长边向内突出形成限位块,所述第二插接部外壁形成与限位块相对的限位槽。
作为优选方案,所述锁紧件还包括滑键以及弹力件,所述滑键可滑动的设于本体,所述锁舌设于滑键;所述弹力件一端抵接于锁舌,另一端抵接于本体内壁,所述弹力件用于提供保持锁舌伸出第一卡孔的力。
作为优选方案,所述锁舌包括连接部、杆部和舌部,所述杆部和舌部分设于连接部的相对两侧面,所述弹力件套设于杆部,所述连接部上开设开口槽, 所述滑键卡入开口槽中。
作为优选方案,所述本体一侧凹陷形成安装槽,所述转换插头容置于安装槽内。
作为优选方案,所述安装槽包括底面和侧面,所述第一插接部设于安装槽底面,所述第一卡孔设于安装槽侧面;所述第二插接部设于转换插头底面,所述第二卡孔设于转换插头侧面。
作为优选方案,所述安装槽的底面和侧面一体成型;所述本体上形成卡槽,所述安装槽的底面和侧面卡设于卡槽内。
作为优选方案,所述第一插接部的插接方向为竖直方向,所述锁舌的伸出方向为水平方向。
本实用新型公开的电源适配器的有益效果是:本体与转换插头通过第二插接部与第一插接部进行插接连接并导通。锁紧件的锁舌伸出第一卡孔并伸入转换插头的第二卡孔内,由于第一插接部的插接方向与锁舌的伸出方向不同,使得第一插接部的退回被锁舌限制,从而使得本体与转换插头的连接稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本实用新型做进一步阐述和说明:
请参考图1,一种电源适配器包括本体10和转换插头20。
请参考图2和图3,本体10包括第一插接部11,转换插头20包括第二插接部21,第二插接部21与第一插接部11插接并导通。
请参考图2、图3和图4,本体10内设有锁紧件12,锁紧件12包括锁舌121。本体10上开设有供锁舌121伸出的第一卡孔13,转换插头20上设有与第一卡孔13相对的第二卡孔22。其中,第一插接部11的插接方向与锁舌121的伸出方向不同。优选的,第一插接部11的插接方向为竖直方向,锁舌121的伸出方向为水平方向。
使用时,使本体10与转换插头20通过第二插接部21与第一插接部11进行插接连接并导通。锁紧件12的锁舌121伸出第一卡孔13并伸入转换插头20的第二卡孔22内。由于第一插接部11的插接方向与锁舌121的伸出方向不同,使得第一插接部11的退回被锁舌121限制,从而使得本体10与转换插头20的连接稳定可靠。
请参考图2、图3和图5,上述方案中,第一插接部11为插槽,第一插接部11内设有插针111。第二插接部21为插接头,第二插接部21底面形成有与插针111对应的插孔211。插孔211内设有导电片,导电片与转换插头20的插脚电连接。
具体的,第一插接部11为腰形槽,第一插接部11内壁的长边向内突出形成限位块112。第二插接部21外壁形成与限位块112相对的限位槽212。限位块112使得第一插接部11的两侧长边不对称,从而限制第二插接部21插入的方向。
应当理解的是,第一插接部11也可为插接头,第二插接部21为对应的插槽。
请参考图4和图6,锁紧件12还包括滑键122以及弹力件123。滑键122可滑动的设于本体10,锁舌121设于滑键122。弹力件123一端抵接于锁舌121,另一端抵接于本体10内壁,弹力件123用于提供保持锁舌121伸出第一卡孔13的力。请参考图8,转换插头20上开设有避让槽23,避免转换插头20影响锁紧件12的滑动。
请参考图4和图6,锁舌121包括连接部1211、杆部1212和舌部1213,杆部1212和舌部1213分设于连接部1211的相对两侧面,弹力件123套设于杆部1212,连接部1211上开设开口槽1214,滑键122卡入开口槽1214中。具体的,连接部1211为L形板体,开口槽1214的开口方向与滑键122的滑动方向垂直。
请参考图2和图4,本体10一侧凹陷形成安装槽14,转换插头20容置于安装槽14内。第一插接部11设于安装槽14底面,第一卡孔13设于安装槽14侧面。第二插接部21设于转换插头20底面,第二卡孔设于转换插头20侧面。插接时,使转换插头20底面与安装槽14底面相对,将第二插接部21插入第一插接部11内。第一插接部11内的插针111与电路板电连接,所述本体10上设有USB以及Type-C,所述USB和Type-C均与电路板电连接。
安装槽14具体形成在本体10的拐角位置。安装槽14包括底面和侧面,安装槽14的底面和侧面一体成型,本体10上形成卡槽15,安装槽14的底面和侧面卡设于卡槽15内。
请参考图7、图8、图9和图10,该本体10上设有不同地区和国家的转换插头20。

  1. 一种电源适配器,其特征在于,包括:
    本体,包括第一插接部;以及
    转换插头,包括第二插接部,所述第二插接部与第一插接部插接并导通;
    所述本体内设有锁紧件,所述锁紧件包括锁舌,所述本体上开设有供锁舌伸出的第一卡孔,所述转换插头上设有与第一卡孔相对的第二卡孔,其中,所述第一插接部的插接方向与锁舌的伸出方向不同。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电源适配器,其特征在于,所述第一插接部为插槽,所述第一插接部内设有插针;
    所述第二插接部为插接头,所述第二插接部底面形成有与插针对应的插孔,所述插孔内设有导电片,所述导电片与转换插头的插脚电连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电源适配器,其特征在于,所述第一插接部为腰形槽,所述第一插接部内壁的长边向内突出形成限位块,所述第二插接部外壁形成与限位块相对的限位槽。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电源适配器,其特征在于,所述锁紧件还包括滑键以及弹力件,所述滑键可滑动的设于本体,所述锁舌设于滑键;
    所述弹力件一端抵接于锁舌,另一端抵接于本体内壁,所述弹力件用于提供保持锁舌伸出第一卡孔的力。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电源适配器,其特征在于,所述锁舌包括连接部、杆部和舌部,所述杆部和舌部分设于连接部的相对两侧面,所述弹力件套设于杆部,所述连接部上开设开口槽,所述滑键卡入开口槽中。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电源适配器,其特征在于,所述本体一侧凹陷形成安装槽,所述转换插头容置于安装槽内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电源适配器,其特征在于,所述安装槽包括底面和侧面,所述第一插接部设于安装槽底面,所述第一卡孔设于安装槽侧面;
    所述第二插接部设于转换插头底面,所述第二卡孔设于转换插头侧面。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电源适配器,其特征在于,所述安装槽的底面和侧面一体成型;所述本体上形成卡槽,所述安装槽的底面和侧面卡设于卡槽内。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的电源适配器,其特征在于,所述第一插接部的插接 方向为竖直方向,所述锁舌的伸出方向为水平方向。
