本发明的目的是解决现有的脱标机在对定刀部件进行更换,由于定刀部件数量较多,逐个更换较为麻烦,且更换时间较长的问题,提供一种脱标机,能够有效解决上述问题,且在使用时具有使用寿命高、回收损耗低的特点。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种脱标机,包括底座, 底座上设置有进料座和支撑座,进料座和支撑座之间设置有外筒,外筒内设置有转筒,转筒的外壁上设置有动刀部件,外筒包括支撑架,支撑架的圆周方向上可拆卸连接有若干个定刀板,定刀板上可拆卸连接有若干个定刀部件。
本发明中,外筒采用模块化的设计思路,一个定刀板以及连接在上面的定刀部件组成一个模块,当定刀部件需要进行更换时,直接将整个模块进行更换,无需对定刀部件进行逐个更换,这样大大提高了更换效率,减少了更换所需的时间,且更换起来较为方便。脱标机在实际使用时,由于转筒是往一个方向旋转的,是利用定刀部件上的其中一侧进行工作的,定刀部件往往是单侧磨损的,其中一侧磨损较为厉害,另一侧几乎不发生磨损;为了提高定刀部件的使用寿命,降低定刀部件的更换频率,本发明在使用过程中,当定刀部件的其中一侧发生严重磨损时,可将定刀板水平调转180度,利用定刀部件上磨损较轻的一侧继续工作,从而有效提高了定刀部件的使用寿命,降低了定刀部件的更换频率;而本发明中模块化的设计思路,极大地方便了上述操作。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明中,外筒采用模块化的设计思路,一个定刀板以及连接在上面的定刀部件组成一个模块,当定刀部件需要进行更换时,直接将整个模块进行更换,无需对定刀部件进行逐个更换,这样大大提高了更换效率,减少了更换所需的时间,且更换起来较为方便。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式并结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1:
如图1至图8所示,一种脱标机,包括底座1,底座1上设置有支撑座25和进料座2。进料座2和支撑座25之间设置有外筒,外筒内设置有转筒11,底座1上设置有用于驱动转筒11转动的电机3。外筒和转筒1之间形成环形空间。转筒11的外壁上设置有动刀部件12和拨料板条16,拨料板条16的横截面呈三角形,拨料板条16沿着转筒11的轴向设置。进料座2上设置有进料腔和与进料腔相连的进料口13,进料腔的内壁上可拆卸连接有耐磨板14。耐磨板14通过第二螺栓15连接在进料腔的内壁上。耐磨板覆盖在进料腔的内壁上,并且可拆卸连接在进料腔的内壁上,便于更换。
外筒包括支撑架,支撑架的圆周方向上可拆卸连接有若干个定刀板6。定刀板6为矩形板状结构。支撑架包括两个端板4,两个端板4之间设置有若干个相互平行的横梁5,定刀板6连接在相邻两个横梁5之间,横梁 5上连接有用于固定定刀板6的固定机构。横梁5的两侧分别设置有连接凸缘,定刀板6的一端抵靠在连接凸缘上。固定机构包压条8、用于将压条8连接在横梁5上的第一螺栓9。压条8的横截面呈“U”形。压条8上设置有可使第一螺栓9穿过的通孔,横梁5上设置有用于连接第一螺栓的螺纹孔,第一螺栓9穿过设置在压条8上的通孔并与横梁5上的螺纹孔相连。压条8将定刀板6的一端压紧在连接凸缘上。压条8上设置有第二拆装把手10。
定刀板6上可拆卸连接有若干个定刀部件。定刀部件包括定刀18、螺帽19,定刀18包括主体部21、设置在主体部21一侧的定位凸台22、设置在主体部21另一侧的刀头24,刀头24呈长方体结构。定位凸台22上设置有螺柱23,定刀板6上设置有与定位凸台22相配合的定位通槽17,
定位凸台22连接在定位通槽17中。主体部位于定刀板6的一侧,螺帽19在定刀板6的另一侧与螺柱23相连。主体部呈圆盘状,主体部上靠近刀头的一侧呈球面或者类球面。螺帽19和定刀板6之间还设置有垫片20。定刀板6上设置有第一拆装把手7。定位凸台22和定位通槽17的横截面均为正方形。
本发明中,外筒采用模块化的设计思路,一个定刀板以及连接在上面的定刀部件组成一个模块,当定刀部件需要进行更换时,直接将整个模块进行更换,无需对定刀部件进行逐个更换,这样大大提高了更换效率,减少了更换所需的时间,且更换起来较为方便。脱标机在实际使用时,由于转筒是往一个方向旋转的,是利用定刀部件上的其中一侧进行工作的,定刀部件往往是单侧磨损的,其中一侧磨损较为厉害,另一侧几乎不发生磨损;为了提高定刀部件的使用寿命,降低定刀部件的更换频率,本发明在使用过程中,当定刀部件的其中一侧发生严重磨损时,可将定刀板水平调转180度,利用定刀部件上磨损较轻的一侧继续工作,从而有效提高了定刀部件的使用寿命,降低了定刀部件的更换频率;而本发明中模块化的设计思路,极大地方便了上述操作。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种脱标机,包括底座,底座上设置有进料座和支撑座,进料座和支撑座之间设置有外筒,外筒内设置有转筒,转筒的外壁上设置有动刀部件,其特征在于:外筒包括支撑架,支撑架的圆周方向上可拆卸连接有若干个定刀板,定刀板上可拆卸连接有若干个定刀部件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脱标机,其特征在于,所述支撑架包括两个端板,两个端板之间设置有若干个相互平行的横梁,定刀板连接在相邻两个横梁之间,横梁上连接有用于固定定刀板的固定机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种脱标机,其特征在于,所述横梁的两侧分别设置有连接凸缘,定刀板的一端抵靠在连接凸缘上;固定机构包压条、用于将压条连接在横梁上的第一螺栓,压条的横截面呈“U”形,压条上设置有可使第一螺栓穿过的通孔,横梁上设置有用于连接第一螺栓的螺纹孔,第一螺栓穿过设置在压条上的通孔并与横梁上的螺纹孔相连,压条将定刀板的一端压紧在连接凸缘上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种脱标机,其特征在于,所述压条上设置有第二拆装把手。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脱标机,其特征在于,转筒的外壁上设置有拨料板条。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或6所述的一种脱标机,其特征在于,所述进料座上设置有进料腔和与进料腔相连的进料口,进料腔的内壁上可拆卸连接有耐磨板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种脱标机,其特征在于,所述耐磨板通过第二螺栓连接在进料腔的内壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的一种脱标机,其特征在于,所述定刀部件包括定刀、螺帽,定刀包括主体部、设置在主体部一侧的定位凸台、设置在主体部另一侧的刀头,定位凸台上设置有螺柱,定刀板上设置有与定位凸台相配合的定位通槽,定位凸台连接在定位通槽中,主体部位于定刀板的一侧,螺帽在定刀板的另一侧与螺柱相连。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种脱标机,其特征在于,所述的刀头呈长 方体结构。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种脱标机,其特征在于,所述定刀板上设置有第一拆装把手。
