传统水口钳钳头与钳体都是一体成型的,钳刃用坏了只能扔了,现在市面上虽然出来了可换钳头的水口钳,但都是用铆钉或螺丝把钳头固定在钳体上的,也必须要用两个才能固定,只要剪切粗硬物铆钉就会拉长,使左右钳头头部之间张开(有缝隙);而且钳头硬度高(比如锋钢),容易从铆钉孔中断裂。螺丝更不行,还会松动,也有铆钉加焊接的,但焊接使钳头容易退火发焦(影响美观及容易钝),而且钳头硬度高跟钳体是两种材质不易焊牢,也不易更换。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种新型水口钳。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种新型水口钳,包括两个相同钳身和两个相同的钳头,钳头设有钳刃,钳身包括钳柄、铰接部、L型连接部,钳柄、铰接部、L型连接部一体成型;

第二钳头挡块16外侧底部与L型连接部4焊牢。由此,钳头通常采用锋钢材质,锋钢材质焊接后较脆,容易断裂,无法直接与L型连结部焊牢,第二钳头挡块采用与L型连结部想等材质制成,因此通过第二钳头挡块与L型连结部之间焊牢,形成固定,不仅能起到对钳头的固定,还能在更换钳头时,能够较为容易拆除钳头。安装时,将钳头5上的燕尾凸块6与L型安装部4上的燕尾槽对齐插入,调整到 合适位置后,在缺口处塞入钳头挡块9、以及在挡块凹槽14内塞入第二钳头挡块16,并露出来一段,用锤子敲打多出来的那段,使钳头挡块9在缺口里牢牢胀死、以及使第二钳头挡块16在挡块凹槽14内牢牢胀死,再把水口钳外侧整体磨平后,把L型连结部4与钳头挡块9连接处钻个小孔,再用冷焊把小孔焊满后再磨平,这样只要一个焊点会把钳头挡块9和钳身固定住且看不到焊点,这样就安装完成了。更换钳头5时,用锤子向内敲钳头5,使钳头5从内侧拿出,钳头挡块9没有钳头5的依靠只需螺丝刀轻轻敲掉了,安装新的钳头时重复上述安装步骤。
钳头5上的钳刃12磨损时,可以进行修刃,当刃修磨小了,用锤子先将钳头5向内侧敲,使钳头5向内移动至两个钳刃12完全闭合,再通过调节钳头挡块9上的调节螺丝11,使其顶住钳头5的尾部缺段凸块8上,如果要更换钳头5时,还是需要将钳头5和钳头挡块9一起敲落的。
本发明主要技术点就在于钳头后侧再用线切割割成至少一个凸块,再把凸块外侧截去一段形成缺段凸块8;在燕尾凸6表面再用线切割割成至少一个凸块,再把凸块外侧截去一段形成第二缺段凸块15,在燕尾槽内开设有供第二缺段凸块15插设的挡块凹槽14,然后把钳头的燕尾凸6在钳身前端L型连接部4的燕尾槽7里,同时把第二缺段凸块15插入到挡块凹槽14内,再把第二钳头挡块16卡在挡块凹槽14内,第二钳头挡块16与第二缺段凸块15连成一体,此外再把钳头挡块9卡在缺段凸块8外侧的缺口里,与缺段凸块8连成一 体,钳头挡块9、第二钳头挡块16要与钳身的材质相等(与钳身就能焊牢)以及要比截断的那段要长点,调整到合适的位置后用锤子敲打多出来的那段,使钳头挡块9在缺口里牢牢胀死,及第二钳头挡块16在挡块凹槽14内牢牢胀死,燕尾槽7和燕尾凸6之间多少会有缝隙,这样就算有大缝隙,钳头5也不会摆动,再把钳头外侧整体磨平后把钳身分别与钳头挡块和第二钳头挡块之间钻个小孔,再用冷焊把小孔焊满后再磨平,这样只要一个焊点会把钳头挡块和第二钳头挡块牢牢固定住,且也看不到焊点,即美观、实用又能彻底解决以上的不足,使钳头只往内不往外,胀死的钳头挡块9和第二钳头挡块16保证了钳头不会摆动,拆卸只要往里敲打即可。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型水口钳,其特征在于:所述燕尾槽(7)底部设有挡块凹槽(14),所述燕尾凸(6)设置有与所述挡块凹槽(14)配合的第二缺段凸块(15),所述第二缺段凸块(15)设于所述挡块凹槽(14)内时,所述挡块凹槽(14)未被所述第二缺段凸块(15)填充处为第二缺口,所述第二缺口内设有第二钳头挡块(16)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新型水口钳,其特征在于:所述第二钳头挡块(16)位于所述第二缺段凸块(15)相背于钳刃(12)的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新型水口钳,其特征在于:所述第二钳头挡块(16)外侧底部与所述L型连接部(4)焊牢。
