一种具有单向导湿功能的提花结构袜子 技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种具有单向导湿功能的提花结构袜子。
背景技术
在当前的日常生活和体育运动中,袜子总是得不到应有的重视,一直是充当鞋的陪衬。长期以来人们认为足部主要依靠鞋来保护,但实际上袜子与足部的关系是最密切的,袜子除保暖外亦可以缓冲行走或运动时足所受到冲击力,减少足部与鞋之间因摩擦而产生的不舒适感等。普通的袜子不能满足对踝关节和跟腱的日常保护需要,就瑜伽袜来说,瑜伽一般在固定的平地场所实施,运动范围不大,其减震性、稳定性以及散热导湿性能均有较高要求,故需要设计一款适合日常生活和体育运动时使用的袜子。
专利申请CN201921672321.0公开了一种单向导湿袜,包括袜筒、袜跟和袜尖,还包括不脱散松紧袜口和蜂窝结构袜脚。此申请利用:(1)不脱散松紧袜口编织时袜口没有做扎口处理,下机后袜口自然卷边,对脚部压迫力较小,松紧度适中,袜子后道定型时卷边里纱熔融与表纱粘结成一体,袜口不脱散;(2)蜂窝结构袜脚是由规则六角形蜂窝结构袜脚面与平板袜脚底组成;(3)规则六角形蜂窝结构袜脚面边长为凸起结构、内部为网眼,增大了脚背与外部空气接触面,能够快速排出人体脚部活动时产生的汗水;(4)平板袜脚底表纱为棉型短纤纱,里纱为细旦DTY聚酯纤维与氨纶包覆纱,编织结构为平针添纱针织复合组织,由此能够快速排出脚部内部产生的汗水的单向导湿袜。此申请虽然利用了蜂窝结构的凸起和网眼实现脚面与脚底的快速排汗,且透气性较高。但是汗水在网眼结构中并不能实现单方向传导,水分从袜子内部传递到外部,也能从袜子外部反渗到内部,且编织六角形蜂窝结构的工艺更复杂,耗时更长。
专利申请CN202010380439.7公开了一种具有多段压力性能的锦纶压力袜,包括袜子主体,所述袜子主体内部是由袜筒面层、底面垫层和脚踝保护层所组成,所述袜筒面层的内部分别设置有第一压力层、第二压力层和第三压力层,第三压力层位于第二压力层的上方,第二压力层位于第一压力层的上方,所述第一压力层的内部设置有尼龙丝层和涤纶纤维层,所述第二压力层内部设置有锦纶丝层和棉纤维层,锦纶丝层包裹在棉纤维层的外表面。此申请通过利用不同压力材质对压力袜进行多段式设计,脚踝保护层的压力最大,用来支撑保护脚踝,同时越往袜筒面层上方,压力值越小,压力的这种递减变化可使下肢静脉血回流,有效的缓解或改善下肢静脉和静脉瓣膜所承受压力。
如上所述的袜筒面层设置了三个压力层,每一个压力层的纤维搭配不一样,这样的设计可能导致人体在运动时汗水不能及时排出,集聚在每个压力层和其中间的袜筒部分,皮肤不能保持干爽,会影响使用感受;且每个人体的身体比例高矮肥瘦都是独特的,无论是锦纶、涤纶或是棉编织的面料,弹性都无法与氨纶比拟,如上所述的专利申请没有弹性的袜筒以及压力层对于穿着者的身材有较高要求,对穿着场景也有所限制。
专利申请CN201821391069.1公开了一种成人功能袜,包括袜子本体;设于所述袜子本体对应人体脚趾及大拇指内侧的、起防滑耐磨作用的加厚部;设于所述袜子本体对应人体足底着力位置的、增强对足底吸汗及减震的舒缓部;设于所述袜子本体绕人体足弓位置一圈的、用于提升足弓的条纹部;设于所述加厚部与所述条纹部之间的、用于增强透气效果的网纹部;设于所述袜子本体对应人体足跟位置的、且将两侧脚踝进行包裹保护的包裹部;以及,设于所述袜子本体对应人体脚踝以上的压力袜筒。达到对人体足部起到全方位防护及减震耐磨的目的。此申请虽然针对专业运动员的减震吸汗和防护耐磨有效体现,但没有考虑到吸汗后如何保持穿着者皮肤干爽舒适性能的方面;且在大拇指部位进行加厚设计,导致散热透气性能减弱,影响穿着者的体验。
综上所述,虽然目前市面上也有很多利用材料或形成蜂窝结构,以达到实现吸汗透气功能的袜子,但在吸汗后无法快速蒸发和排出,使汗水集聚在皮肤表面;并且在许多减震耐磨的部位聚集在脚趾。上述压力袜力求达到最好的保护和减震效果,在袜子本体的多个部位进行了加厚处理,此设计必然减弱了其透气性,不利于散热,同时也影响穿着者的体验。
技术问题
现有袜子在吸汗后无法快速蒸发和排出,使汗水集聚在皮肤表面;并且在许多减震耐磨的部位聚集在脚趾。上述压力袜力求达到最好的保护和减震效果,在袜子本体的多个部位进行了加厚处理,此设计必然减弱了其透气性,不利于散热,同时也影响穿着者的体验。
技术解决方案
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有单向导湿功能的提花结构袜子。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种具有单向导湿功能的提花结构袜子,包括袜子本体,所述袜子本体通过面纱和底纱并排成圈构成具有服装面和贴肤面的平针提花结构,所述面纱包括第一面纱Y 1和第二面纱Y 3,所述底纱包括第一底纱Y 2和第二底纱Y 4;第一面纱Y 1的直径与第一底纱Y 2的直径之比≥1.2,并且第一面纱Y 1的导水能力与第一底纱Y 2的导水能力之比≥1.5,并且袜子本体的贴肤面和服装面的差别化导湿能力≥100%;所述袜子本体包括袜头、袜面、袜跟、袜底、袜筒和袜口;
所述袜头:设置在所述袜子本体的前端,由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第一底纱Y 2构成;

所述压力环包括第一压力环、第二压力环、第三压力环:
第一压力环设置在所述袜筒上,使用时对应位置为脚踝处;
第二压力环设置在所述袜面和所述袜底中,使用时对应位置为脚韧带、跟腓韧带以及腓骨支持带;
第三压力环设置在所述袜面和所述袜底中,使用时对应位置为背侧跗蹠韧带。
所述第二压力环、第三压力环均为连续环状。
所述袜头为平纹或毛圈结构;所述透气区域为平纹或罗纹或提花横条结构或网纹结构;袜跟为毛圈结构;袜底为1+1 假罗纹结构,使得袜底表面呈现凹凸不平结构;袜口为罗纹结构。
所述袜子本体经过抑菌后整处理,形成了抑菌功能。
所述面纱Y 1采用聚酯类纤维、具有机械弹性能的聚酯类纤维、聚酰胺纤维和纤维素纤维中的一种或多种混合纱线。
所述第一底纱Y 2为单包纱,且丹尼数在20D-80D之间的氨纶包裹聚酯类纤维、具有机械弹性能的聚酯类纤维、聚酰胺纤维和纤维素纤维中的一种或多种混合纱线。
所述第二面纱Y 3采用聚酯类纤维、具有机械弹性能的聚酯类纤维、聚酰胺纤维和纤维素纤维中的一种或多种混合纱线。
所袜子本体中还包含弹性纱线,所述弹性纱线的用量占总纱线用量的0~20%。
有益效果
本发明采用粗细不等的面纱Y 1与底纱Y 2并排成圈制成具有服装面与贴肤面的单面提花基础结构针织功能袜,通过限定纱线的粗细规格比例:第一面纱Y 1的直径与第一底纱Y 2的直径之比≥1.2、第一底纱Y 2为单包纱,其氨纶丹尼数在20D-80D之间、且第一面纱Y 1的导水能力与第一底纱Y 2的导水能力之比≥1.5的纱线,通过纱线选择和结构设计等技术来实现了单向传导功能,使得贴肤面的水分能够更快的向服装面传递,实现干爽性。第一面纱Y 1为低导水能力的粗纱,第一底纱Y 2为高导水能力的细纱,使得高导水能力纱与皮肤接触的概率下降,使细纱远离与皮肤接触的面积,形成增强空气对流的微小孔,增加透气性,从而降低了出汗后湿粘感以及减缓了水分在贴肤面的水平扩散。袜子本体具有耐洗涤性和回复性能好、袜面透气、防滑及织物两面液态水差别化导湿等的特性,由于单向导湿能力均匀稳定,弹性好,防掉筒,而且保护足部关键韧带,使得人体肌肤面始终保持干爽舒适、穿着舒适,适于日常生活以及体育运动中穿着,可满足人们对穿着舒适性、功能性、实用性的需求,适用范围广。

所述袜头1:设置在所述袜子本体的前端,由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第一底纱Y 2构成,可设置为平纹结构或毛圈结构,毛圈结构相对而言具有较大的厚度,具有更强的吸水性,实现吸湿排汗的快干功能,人们运动时大量出汗,袜头能迅速把脚底汗液导出袜子外面,保持脚底清爽无异味。
所述袜面2: 设置在所述袜子本体的上侧面,由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第一底纱Y 2构成;并设有由第二面纱Y 3与第一底纱Y 2编织而成的透气区域;第二面纱Y 3 的DPF:第一底纱Y 2的DPF为1:2。透气区域可为相对应的孔隙,这样就有利于气体的传导散发,及时的进行散热,提升散热性能,提高穿着时的舒适性。
所述袜底3: 设置在所述袜子本体的下侧面,由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第一底纱Y 2构成,设为1+1 假罗纹结构;使其布面呈现凹凸不平,增加袜子面料与鞋底之间和袜子料与脚底皮肤的摩擦力,使皮肤表面时刻保持干爽不粘腻;在排汗扩散过程中,通过凹凸不平的表面结构增加摩擦力,防止袜底与鞋底之间的滑动。
所述袜跟4: 设置在所述袜子本体的后端,由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第一底纱Y 2构成,使用时对应脚跟处,并且可为平纹或毛圈结构。通常会优选为毛圈结构,使用毛圈结构实现保湿和防震功能,使其厚度增大,实现防震减压功能,同时毛圈的吸水性较强,把水分锁住在脚后跟位置,以实现吸水保湿功能。
所述袜口5: 设置在所述袜子本体的边缘,即开口处,人脚穿入的进口端,由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第一底纱Y 2构成,可为罗纹结构。
袜口还可在第一面纱Y 1与第一底纱Y 2并排成圈基础上使用1+1假罗纹结构,增加袜子本体与皮肤之间的摩擦力,弹性好,防滑性能好,不容易掉筒;且增强单向导湿能力,使皮肤表面保持干爽,以达到速干功能,保持穿着舒适。
所述袜筒6:由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第一底纱Y 2构成,长度为0~50CM,使用时对应于脚踝至小腿处。袜筒的具体长度,可以根据不同的款式来灵活设定,比如可具有短袜筒、中袜筒和长袜筒类型,短袜筒的长度可为3厘米,中袜筒的长度可为8厘米,长袜筒的长度可为15厘米。当然,如果取值为0时,则袜筒就相当于没有,也可以看成是与袜口或袜面的一部分集成化,即形成了船袜。
通过上述袜子本体的基本结构,各个不同部位采用对应组织结构,实现导水性、透气性、防滑性的提升。
此外,所述袜子本体还设有压力环7,可为罗纹提花结构,由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第二底纱Y 4构成,其中所述第二底纱Y 4直径与所述第一底纱Y 2的直径之比≥2。实现保护脚部韧带,防止在日常行走或运动中韧带拉伤。
所述压力环7包括第一压力环71、第二压力环72、第三压力环73,其中:
第一压力71环设置在所述袜筒上,使用时对应位置为脚踝处。
第二压力环72设置在所述袜面和所述袜底中,并形成连续的环状,使用时对应位置为脚韧带、跟腓韧带以及腓骨支持带。

上述三个压力环,分别设置在不同停车场,其中:第一压力环所在位置是保护脚踝处的前、后距腓韧带以及阿基里斯肌腱;第二压力环所在位置是保护颈韧带、跟腓韧带以及腓骨支持带;第三压力环所在位置主要是保护背侧跗蹠韧带,压力环可以防止在日常行走或运动中韧带拉伤和有助于足部良好的血液循环。
而且,所述袜子本体经过抑菌后整处理,形成了抑菌功能。通过抑菌处理,使得可以更好地防止产生脚气等脚部疾病,并且有利于抑制细菌的滋生,使得有利于更好的吸除脚部的汗液,同时有利于去除异味。
另外,所述面纱Y 1采用聚酯类纤维、具有机械弹性能的聚酯类纤维、聚酰胺纤维和纤维素纤维中的一种或多种混合纱线。
所述第一底纱Y 2为单包纱,且丹尼数在20D-80D之间的氨纶包裹聚酯类纤维、具有机械弹性能的聚酯类纤维、聚酰胺纤维和纤维素纤维中的一种或多种混合纱线。
所述第二面纱Y 3采用聚酯类纤维、具有机械弹性能的聚酯类纤维、聚酰胺纤维和纤维素纤维中的一种或多种混合纱线。
所袜子本体中还包含弹性纱线,所述弹性纱线的用量占总纱线用量的0~20%,其中大于0。通过添加弹性纱线,使得袜子本体具有一定的弹性,满足各种使用需求。
下面通过实例作进一步阐述说明。
实施例1:
第一面纱Y 1采用机械弹尼龙150D/144F,第一底纱Y 2采用机械弹涤纶75D/36F单包 PU 20D,第二面纱Y 3采用机械弹尼龙 30D/24F,第二底纱Y 4采用机械弹涤纶75D/36F单包 PU 50D,编织成一款单面提花结构的袜子本体。具体如下:
由第一面纱Y 1(150D/144F)和第一底纱Y 2(75D/36F)编织成以下部位:
袜头1:设置在袜子本体的前端,为毛圈结构.
袜面2: 设置在袜子本体的上方;并设有由第二面纱Y 3与第一底纱Y 2编织而成的透气区域,为提花横条结构;其中,第二面纱Y 3 的DPF:第一底纱Y 2的DPF≥2:1。
袜底3: 设置在袜子本体的下方,设置为1+1 假罗纹结构。
袜跟4: 设置在袜子本体的后端,使用时对应脚跟处,设置为毛圈结构。
袜口5: 设置在袜子本体的边缘,为罗纹结构。
袜筒6:长度为8CM;使用时,设置在对应于脚踝至小腿处。
所述袜子本体还设有压力环,由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第二底纱Y 4构成,为罗纹提花结构,其中所述第二底纱Y 4直径与所述第一底纱Y 2的直径之比≥2。
压力环分别为:
第一压力环71设置在所述袜筒上,使用时对应位置为脚踝处,保护脚踝处的前、后距腓韧带以及阿基里斯肌腱。
第二压力环72设置在所述袜面和所述袜底中,并形成连续的环状,使用时对应位置为脚韧带、跟腓韧带以及腓骨支持带。
第三压力环73设置在所述袜面和所述袜底中,并形成连续的环状,使用时对应位置为背侧跗蹠韧带。
压力环可以防止在日常行走或运动中韧带拉伤和有助于足部良好的血液循环。
在本实例中,按标准AATCC 195“Liquid Moisture Management Properties of Textile Fabrics纺织品的液体水分管理性能”进行了测量。本次所测量的袜面其水洗前的单向导湿能力OWTC(one way transport capability)为305%,其水洗3次后的单向导湿能力OWTC(one way transport capability)为426%;本次所测量袜底在水洗前的单向导湿能力OWTC(one way transport capability)为264%,其水洗3次后的单向导湿能力OWTC(one way transport capability)为275%。
从上可看出,本发明袜子具有良好的单向导湿能力,通过纱线选择和对应的结构设计实现了单向传导功能,具有良好的透气性,达到干爽的目的,同时能够起到保护脚部韧带,防止在日常行走或运动中韧带拉伤的作用。
实施例2:
第一面纱Y 1采用机械弹涤纶150D/144F,第一底纱Y 2采用机械弹涤纶75D/36F,第二面纱Y 3采用机械弹涤纶 30D/26F,,第二底纱Y 4采用机械弹涤纶75D/36F单包 PU 40D,编织成一款单面提花结构的袜子本体。具体如下:
袜头1:设置在袜子本体的前端,为平纹结构。
袜面2:设置在袜子本体的上方,设有由第二面纱Y 3与第一底纱Y 2编织而成的透气区域,为网纹结构;第二面纱Y 3 的DPF:第一底纱Y 2的DPF≥2:1。
袜底3: 设置在袜子本体的下方,设置为1+1 假罗纹结构。
袜跟4: 设置在袜子本体的后端,使用时对应脚跟处,设置为毛圈结构。
袜口5: 设置在袜子本体的边缘,为罗纹结构。
袜筒6:长度为35CM;使用时,设置在对应于脚踝至小腿处。
由第一面纱Y 1和第二底纱Y 4构成的压力环,为罗纹提花结构,其中第二底纱Y 4直径与第一底纱Y 2的直径之比≥2。
压力环分别为:
第一压力环71设置在所述袜筒上,使用时对应位置为脚踝处,保护脚踝处的前、后距腓韧带以及阿基里斯肌腱.
第二压力环72设置在所述袜面和所述袜底中,并形成连续的环状,使用时对应位置为脚韧带、跟腓韧带以及腓骨支持带。

压力环可以防止在日常行走或运动中韧带拉伤和有助于足部良好的血液循环。
在本实例中,按标准AATCC 195“Liquid Moisture Management Properties of Textile Fabrics纺织品的液体水分管理性能”进行了测量。本次所测量的袜面其水洗前的单向导湿能力OWTC(one way transport capability)为319%,其水洗3次后的单向导湿能力OWTC(one way transport capability)为332%;本次所测量的袜体所述袜底其水洗前的单向导湿能力OWTC(one way transport capability)为343%,其水洗3次后的单向导湿能力OWTC(one way transport capability)为429%。
从上可看出,本发明袜子具有良好的单向导湿能力,通过纱线选择和对应的结构设计实现了单向传导功能,具有良好的透气性,达到干爽的目的,同时能够起到保护脚部韧带,防止在日常行走或运动中韧带拉伤的作用。
实施例3:
在实施例1的基础上,采用相同的纱线和工艺,区别在于:袜筒6长度为0CM,如附图4所示,即:不存在袜筒6,袜口5直接与袜面2和袜跟4连接,形成船袜。按标准AATCC 195“Liquid Moisture Management Properties of Textile Fabrics纺织品的液体水分管理性能”进行了测量,本申请各部位的单向导湿能力OWTC(one way transport capability)大于100%,具有良好的单向导湿能力。
实施例4:
在实施例1的基础上,采用相同的纱线和工艺,区别在于:增加经过抑菌后整处理,使其袜子本体具有抑菌功能。通过抑菌处理,使得可以更好地防止产生脚气等脚部疾病,并且有利于抑制细菌的滋生,使得有利于更好的吸除脚部的汗液,同时有利于去除异味。
实施例5
在实施例1的基础上,采用相同的纱线和工艺,区别在于:增加弹性纱线,占总纱线用量的10%,使得袜子本体具有良好的回复弹性。
综上所述,本申请具有耐洗涤性和回复性能好、袜面透气、防滑及织物两面液态水差别化导湿等的特性,由于单向导湿能力均匀稳定,弹性好,防掉筒,而且保护足部关键韧带,使得人体肌肤面始终保持干爽舒适、穿着舒适,适于日常生活以及体育运动中穿着,可满足人们对穿着舒适性、功能性、实用性的需求,适用范围广,具有良好的市场前景及经济、社会效益。
需要说明的是,以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,但是凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种具有单向导湿功能的提花结构袜子,包括袜子本体,其特征在于,所述袜子本体通过面纱和底纱并排成圈构成具有服装面和贴肤面的平针提花结构,所述面纱包括第一面纱Y 1和第二面纱Y 3,所述底纱包括第一底纱Y 2和第二底纱Y 4;第一面纱Y 1的直径与第一底纱Y 2的直径之比≥1.2,并且第一面纱Y 1的导水能力与第一底纱Y 2的导水能力之比≥1.5,并且袜子本体的贴肤面和服装面的差别化导湿能力≥100%;所述袜子本体包括袜头、袜面、袜跟、袜底、袜筒和袜口;
    所述袜头:设置在所述袜子本体的前端,由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第一底纱Y 2构成;
    所述袜面: 设置在所述袜子本体的上侧面,由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第一底纱Y 2构成;并设有由第二面纱Y 3与第一底纱Y 2编织而成的透气区域;第二面纱Y 3 的DPF:第一底纱Y 2的DPF为1:2;
    所述袜底: 设置在所述袜子本体的下侧面,由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第一底纱Y 2构成;
    所述袜跟: 设置在所述袜子本体的后端,由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第一底纱Y 2构成,使用时对应脚跟处;
    所述袜口: 设置在所述袜子本体的边缘,由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第一底纱Y 2构成;
    所述袜筒:由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第一底纱Y 2构成,长度为0~50CM,使用时对应于脚踝至小腿处;
    所述袜子本体还设有压力环,由所述第一面纱Y 1和所述第二底纱Y 4构成,其中所述第二底纱Y 4直径与所述第一底纱Y 2的直径之比≥2。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有单向导湿功能的提花结构袜子,其特征在于:所述压力环包括第一压力环、第二压力环、第三压力环:
    第一压力环设置在所述袜筒上,使用时对应位置为脚踝处;
    第二压力环设置在所述袜面和所述袜底中,使用时对应位置为脚韧带、跟腓韧带以及腓骨支持带;
    第三压力环设置在所述袜面和所述袜底中,使用时对应位置为背侧跗蹠韧带。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有单向导湿功能的提花结构袜子,其特征在于:所述第二压力环、第三压力环均为连续环状。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有单向导湿功能的提花结构袜子,其特征在于:所述袜头为平纹或毛圈结构;所述透气区域为平纹或罗纹或提花横条结构或网纹结构;袜跟为毛圈结构;袜底为1+1 假罗纹结构,使得袜底表面呈现凹凸不平结构;袜口为罗纹结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有单向导湿功能的提花结构袜子,其特征在于:所述袜子本体经过抑菌后整处理,形成了抑菌功能。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有单向导湿功能的提花结构袜子,其特征在于:所述面纱Y 1采用聚酯类纤维、具有机械弹性能的聚酯类纤维、聚酰胺纤维和纤维素纤维中的一种或多种混合纱线。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有单向导湿功能的提花结构袜子,其特征在于:所述第一底纱Y 2为单包纱,且丹尼数在20D-80D之间的氨纶包裹聚酯类纤维、具有机械弹性能的聚酯类纤维、聚酰胺纤维和纤维素纤维中的一种或多种混合纱线。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的具有单向导湿功能的提花结构袜子,其特征在于:所述第二面纱Y 3采用聚酯类纤维、具有机械弹性能的聚酯类纤维、聚酰胺纤维和纤维素纤维中的一种或多种混合纱线。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有单向导湿功能的提花结构袜子,其特征在于:所袜子本体中还包含弹性纱线,所述弹性纱线的用量占总纱线用量的0~20%。
