技术领域
本申请属于家用电器技术领域,具体涉及一种通风衣架及衣物护理设备。
背景技术
本部分提供的仅仅是与本公开相关的背景信息,其并不必然是现有技术。
随着人们生活品质的提高,对衣服护理的要求不断提高,衣物护理设备在日常生活中的使用越来越广泛,衣物护理设备能够对衣物实现除尘、熨烫、除皱、杀菌中的一种或多种功能。
相关技术中衣物护理设备利用风机对衣物进行吹风除皱,衣物护理设备内设置有用于悬挂衣物的衣架,衣架能够将衣物撑开配合风机除皱,为了提高除皱效果,现有的部分衣架在底部设置有出风口,从而引导气流吹向衣物,但由于衣物悬挂在衣架外,衣架上的出风口位于衣物内部,由出风口吹出的风仅能与衣物内部接触,衣物与风接触面不够,导致除尘和除皱效率低、效果差。
发明内容
本申请的目的是至少解决现有的衣物护理设备对衣物除尘和除皱效率低、效果差的问题。该目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本申请第一方面提出了一种通风衣架,所述通风衣架包括:
主体,所述主体上设置有相连通的进风口和第一出风口,所述主体的部分结构设置成用于悬挂衣物的支撑体,所述支撑体支撑在所述衣物的内部,所述第一出风口位于所述衣物的内部;
至少一个分流结构,所述分流结构连接在所述主体的外侧壁上并位于所述支撑体的上方,所述分流结构上设置有引导风朝所述衣物流动的第二出风口,所述第二出风口与所述进风口连通。
根据本申请实施例的通风衣架,主体上设置有支撑体,当衣物悬挂在支撑体上时,主体上的第一出风口位于衣物的内部,经进风口进入的风能够从第一出风口吹出,吹拂在衣物的内侧面,从而对衣物进行除尘、除皱,本实施例通过在主体的外侧设置一个或多个分流结构,在分流结构上设置第二出风口,并且使第二出风口位于支撑体的上方,即位于衣物的上方,从而经进风口进入的风还能够从第二出风口吹出,吹拂在衣物的外侧面, 从而增大了风与衣物的接触面积,实现快速除尘和除皱,提高了对衣物的除尘和除皱效果,解决了现有的衣物护理设备对衣物除尘和除皱效率低、效果差的问题。
另外,根据本申请实施例提出的通风衣架,还可以具有如下所述的技术特征:
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述进风口设置在所述主体的顶部,所述第一出风口设置在所述主体的底部。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述主体包括进风筒,所述进风筒连接在所述支撑体的上方,所述进风口设置在所述进风筒的顶部,所述分流结构连接在所述进风筒的外侧壁上。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述进风筒的侧壁上设置有与所述分流结构连通的通气孔。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述分流结构的面向所述进风筒的一侧的形状与所述进风筒的侧壁的形状相吻合。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述分流结构设置有一个,所述分流结构的形状设置为环形筒状,且所述分流结构环设在所述进风筒的外围。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述分流结构设置有多个,多个所述分流结构沿所述进风筒的周向均匀排布。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述进风筒的形状设置为长方体筒状,所述分流结构设置有四个,四个所述分流结构分别连接在所述进风筒的四个侧壁上。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第二出风口的形状设置为矩形。
本申请第二方面提出了一种衣物护理设备,所述衣物护理设备包括:
箱体,所述箱体内设置有风道和衣物容纳腔,所述风道具有与所述衣物容纳腔相连通的供风口和回风口;
通风衣架,所述通风衣架为根据上述任一实施例提出的通风衣架,所述通风衣架设置在所述衣物容纳腔内,所述通风衣架的进风口与所述供风口连通。
根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备,具有与上述任一实施例提出的通风衣架相同的优点,当衣物悬挂在通风衣架上时,第一出风口位于衣物的内部,经进风口进入的风能够从第一出风口吹出,吹拂在衣物的内侧面,从而对衣物的内部进行除尘、除皱;设置在主体的外侧的分流结构上的第二出风口位于支撑体的上方,即位于衣物的上方,从而经进风口进入的风还能够从第二出风口吹出,吹拂在衣物的外侧面,从而对衣物的外部进行除尘、除皱,并增大了风与衣物的接触面积,提高了对衣物的除尘和除皱效果,解决了现有的衣物护理设备存在的对衣物除尘和除皱效率低、效果差的问题。

如图1和图2所示,本申请第一方面的实施例提出了一种通风衣架100,该通风衣架100包括主体10和至少一个分流结构20,主体10上设置有相连通的进风口101和第一出风口102,主体10的部分结构设置成用于悬挂衣物的支撑体12,支撑体12支撑在衣物的内部,第一出风口102位于衣物的内部;分流结构20连接在主体10的外侧壁上并位于支撑体12的上方,分流结构20上设置有引导风朝衣物流动的第二出风口21,第二出风口21与进风口101连通。
本申请实施例提出的通风衣架100,主体10上设置有支撑体12,当衣物悬挂在支撑体12上时,主体10上的第一出风口102位于衣物的内部,经进风口101进入的风能够从第一出风口102吹出,吹拂在衣物的内侧面,从而对衣物进行除尘、除皱,本实施例通过在主体10的外侧设置一个或多个分流结构20,在分流结构20上设置第二出风口21,并且使第二出风口21位于支撑体12的上方,即位于衣物的上方,从而经进风口101进入的风还能够从第二出风口21吹出,吹拂在衣物的外侧面,从而增大了风与衣物的接触面积,实现快速烘干、除尘和除皱,提高了对衣物的烘干、除尘和除皱效果,解决了现有的衣物护理设备1000对衣物除尘和除皱效率低、效果差的问题。
本实施例提出的通风衣架100应用在第二方面的实施例提出的衣物护理设备1000中,为了便于理解,在以下实施方式的描述中结合衣物护理设备1000进行描述,具体地,请参阅图1至图3,图1为本申请实施例的通风衣架100的结构示意图,图2为本申请实施例的通风衣架100在衣物护理设备1000中的局部结构示意图,图3为本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1000的结构示意简图,如图2和图3所示,通风衣架100的顶部连接在衣物处理设备的箱体300中,通风衣架100用于悬挂衣物800,使衣物800在衣物护理设备1000的箱体300中被撑开,从而便于衣物护理设备1000对衣物800进行除尘、除皱、熨烫和烘干中的一种或多种处理进程。
具体地,本实施例中通风衣架100包括主体10,主体10的形状与普通衣架 的形状类似,如图1所示,主体10的肩部结构形成支撑体12,当通风衣架100悬挂衣物800时,衣物800被支撑在支撑体12上,且衣物800的肩部布料与支撑体12相接触,可以理解地,支撑体12位于衣物的内部,在此基础上,通风衣架100的进风口101和第一出风口102分别设置在主体10上,并且进风口101和第一出风口102相连通,示例性地,主体10的内部设置有空腔,从而使进风口101与第一出风口102通过空腔相连通。
在本申请的一些实施例中,请继续参阅图1和图2,进风口101设置在主体10的顶部,第一出风口102设置在主体10的底部,示例性地,以水平面为截面,主体10的横截面设置为矩形,在此基础上,进风口101的截面形状可以设置为矩形、圆形或其他形状,第一出风口102的截面形状可以设置为矩形、圆形或其他形状,本实施例对此不作具体限定,在一种可选的实施方式中,本实施例中第一出风口102的截面形状为矩形,且第一出风口102的通风面积可以略小于主体10的底面面积,由此可以使自第一出风口102流出的风快速与衣物800接触,保证与衣物800的接触面积。
进一步地,请继续参阅图1,在本申请的一些实施例中,主体10包括进风筒11,进风筒11连接在支撑体12的上方,可以理解地,由于通风衣架100需要安装在衣物护理设备1000中,从而悬挂衣物800,本实施例通过设置进风筒11,利用进风筒11与衣物护理设备1000的供风口311相连接,从而使通风衣架100与衣物护理设备1000的风道310连通,便于风流入,在此基础上,进风口101设置在进风筒11的顶部,由此,当进风筒11与衣物护理设备1000的供风口311连接后,进风口101与供风口311相连通。
示例性地,进风筒11与供风口311之间可以设置成卡接、螺纹连接或通过紧固件连接等连接方式,请继续参阅图2或图3,衣物护理设备1000的供风口311可以设置成朝衣物护理设备1000的箱体300内部延伸的筒状结构,供风口311的截面积小于进风口101的截面积,在一种可选的实施方式中,进风筒11的顶部可以套接在供风口311的外围,从而可以与供风口311卡接,在卡接的基础上可以通过紧固件进一步连接,以保证通风衣架100与供风口311连接的可靠性;在另一种可选的实施方式中,进风筒11的外侧壁上可以设置有外螺纹,相应地,供风口311的内壁上可以设置内螺纹,由此,进风筒11可以伸入供风口311中,通过外螺纹与内螺纹相配合的方式与供风口311连接,本实施例中螺纹连接的连接方式便于用户在衣物护理设备1000中拆卸和安装通风衣架100。
进一步地,在上述实施方式的基础上,请鸡血参阅图1和图3,当衣物800被支撑在支撑体12上时,第一出风口102也位于衣物800的内部,可以理解地,由进风口101吹入的风从第一出风口102流出,从而与衣物800的内侧相接触,风吹拂衣物能够对衣物进行除尘和除皱,为了进一步提高除尘和除皱效果,本实施例在主体10设置有分流结构20,分流结构20与主体10的外侧壁连接,且分流结构20位于支撑体12的上方,由此,当衣 物800被支撑在支撑体12上时,分流结构20位于衣物800的外侧且位于衣物800的上方,分流结构20上设置的第二出风口21面向支撑体12,即面向衣物800,从而自第二出风口21吹出的风能够与衣物800的外侧相接触,增大了与衣物800的接触面积,提高了除尘和除皱效果。
请继续参阅图1,根据上述实施方式中主体10包括进风筒11,且进风筒11连接在支撑体12的上方,本实施例中分流结构20可以连接在进风筒11的外侧壁上,且分流结构20与进风筒11连通,使由进风口101流入的风能够从第二出风口21流出,具体地,在本申请的一些实施例中,进风筒11的侧壁上设置有与分流结构20连通的通气孔,通气孔贯穿设置在进风筒11的侧壁上,由此,自进风口101流入的风能够经通气孔流入分流结构20中。
本实施例中分流结构20可以设置有一个,也可以设置有多个,且分流结构20的面向进风筒11的一侧与进风筒11的侧壁相吻合,示例性地,当进风筒11设置为圆筒状时,进风筒11的侧壁为弧面,相应地,分流结构20面向进风筒11的一侧也设置为弧面;当进风筒11设置为矩形筒状时,进风筒11的侧壁为平面,相应地,分流结构20面向进风筒11的一侧也设置为平面,这样的设置方式可以保证分流结构20尽可能与进风筒11贴近,从而使流出的风靠近衣物。
在一种可选的实施方式中,分流结构20设置有一个,且分流结构20的形状设置为环形筒状,环形筒状的分流结构20环设在进风筒11的外围,由于进风筒11设置为筒状,具体可以为圆筒状,也可以为矩形筒状,当进风筒11设置为圆筒状时,相应地,分流结构20的截面形状设置为圆环形,当进风筒11设置为矩形筒状时,相应地,分流结构20的截面形状设置为矩形环,本实施例中分流结构20环设在进风筒11的外围,并这样的设置方式能够使分流结构20尽可能贴近主体10,可以理解地,由于衣物的厚度较小,当衣物800悬挂在支撑体12上时,分流结构20越贴近主体10,越能够保证第二出风口21吹出的风贴近衣物800,并且风沿竖直方向吹向衣物800,进一步提高了除尘和除皱效果。
请参阅图1,在另一种可选的实施方式中,分流结构20设置有多个,多个分流结构20沿进风筒11的周向均匀排布在进风筒11的外侧壁上,示例性地,分流结构20可以设置有两个、三个、四个或四个以上,在本申请的一些实施例中,进风筒11的形状设置为长方体筒状,在此基础上,分流结构20设置有四个,四个分流结构20分别连接在进风筒11的四个侧壁上。
具体地,本实施例中分流结构20可以一体成型在主体10上,也可以通过焊接或紧固件连接的方式与主体10连接,根据上述实施方式主体10的进风筒11在侧壁上设置有通气孔,本实施例中进风筒11的四个侧壁上分别设置有通气孔,每个侧壁上设置有一个或多个通气孔,由此保证四个分流结构20分别与进风口101连通。进一步地,四个分流结构20的形状可以相同,例如可以设置为矩形 筒状,矩形筒状的分流结构20的侧壁能够与进风筒11的侧壁贴合,保证第二出风口21吹出的风贴近衣物800,进一步地,在本申请的一些实施例中,第二出风口21的形状设置为矩形,由此可以使自第二出风口21流出的风增大与衣物800的接触面积,进一步提高除尘和除皱效果。
本申请第二方面的实施例提出了一种衣物护理设备1000,衣物护理设备1000包括箱体300和根据上述任一实施例提出的通风衣架100,箱体300内设置有风道310和衣物容纳腔320,风道310具有与衣物容纳腔320相连通的供风口311和回风口312,通风衣架100设置在衣物容纳腔320内,通风衣架100的进风口101与供风口311连通,示例性地,通风衣架100与供风口311可拆卸连接,便于用于拆装通风衣架100,从而便于用户调整和取放衣物,进一步地,本实施例中供风口311可以设置有一个或多个,当供风口311设置有多个时,通风衣架100可以与其中一个供风口311连通。
本申请实施例提出的衣物护理设备1000,具有与上述任一实施例提出的通风衣架100相同的优点,当衣物800悬挂在通风衣架100上时,第一出风口102位于衣物800的内部,经进风口101进入的风能够从第一出风口102吹出,吹拂在衣物800的内侧面,从而对衣物800的内部进行除尘、除皱;设置在主体10的外侧的分流结构20上的第二出风口21位于支撑体12的上方,即位于衣物800的上方,从而经进风口101进入的风还能够从第二出风口21吹出,吹拂在衣物800的外侧面,从而对衣物800的外部进行除尘、除皱,并增大了风与衣物800的接触面积,提高了对衣物800的除尘和除皱效果,解决了现有的衣物护理设备1000存在的对衣物除尘和除皱效率低、效果差的问题。
进一步地,本实施例中衣物护理设备1000还可以包括供风装置400、熨烫装置和烘干装置600,供风装置400、熨烫装置和烘干装置600均安装在箱体300中,并均与风道310连通,供风装置400可以包括电机和风叶轮,并靠近风道310的供风口311设置,由此,风叶轮产生的风能够快速进入衣物容纳腔320并吹向衣物800,减小流动路径上的损耗,提高对衣物800的除尘和除皱效率。
进一步地,本实施例中熨烫装置可以设置为蒸汽发生器500,并设置在箱体300的底部,蒸汽发生器500的出气口与风道310连通,使其产生的蒸汽能够经风道310的供风口311进入衣物容纳腔320,而且由于供风装置400产生的风在风道310顶部产生气流流动,故顶部的气压小于底部的气压,保证了蒸汽能够向上流动,从而随风叶轮产生的流动的风一起自供风口311流入衣物容纳腔320中,本实施例利用了供风装置400提高蒸汽的流动性,降低了内部结构复杂性且节约资源,故通过使供风装置400和蒸汽发生器500利用同一风道310,提高了衣物护理设备1000的结构紧凑性,同时也便于风和蒸汽同时流入通风衣架100中,并从通风衣架100的第一出风口102和第二出风口21流出,与衣物800充分接触。
进一步地,本实施例中烘干装置600包括压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器,冷凝器和蒸发器均通过风道310与衣物容纳腔320连通,具体地,冷凝器可以通过供风口311与衣物容纳腔320连通,蒸发器通过回风口312与衣物容纳腔320连通,从而实现烘干气体在衣物护理设备1000中的循环:制冷剂在冷凝器中被液化后放出的热量,使冷凝器的空气被加热成热空气,热空气经供风口311流动进入衣物容纳腔320中,热空气在衣物容纳腔320中吸附湿衣物的水蒸气后,形成高温湿气体,继续向下流动后经回风口312进入蒸发器,蒸发器对高温湿气体进行蒸发吸热处理,使空气降温形成冷空气,冷空气再次流到冷凝器以进行下一次循环,高温湿气体中挟裹的水蒸气在蒸发器中冷凝形成水滴被收集。
本实施例中由冷凝器加热形成的热空气在进入衣物容纳腔320的过程中,能够随风一起流动,进一步提高了热空气的流动性,热空气通过通风衣架100的第一出风口102和第二出风口21流出,从而能够充分与衣物800的内侧和外侧相接触,进而提高了对衣物800的烘干效率。在上述实施方式的基础上,衣物护理设备1000还包括水箱700,水箱700包括净水盒和污水盒,净水盒和污水盒可以分别设置,也可以设置为一体结构,本实施例对此不作具体限定。在此基础上,净水盒与蒸汽发生器500连通从而为蒸汽发生器500提供水,污水盒与蒸发器连通,净水盒中的水流入蒸汽发生器500中,由蒸汽发生器500处理形成蒸汽,衣物容纳腔320中熨烫后的蒸汽和烘干后的高温湿气体进入蒸发器后,冷凝形成的水滴流入与蒸发器连通的污水盒中,用户可以通过清理或过滤对污水盒中的水进行处理。
以上,仅为本申请较佳的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种通风衣架,其特征在于,包括:
    主体,所述主体上设置有相连通的进风口和第一出风口,所述主体的部分结构设置成用于悬挂衣物的支撑体,所述支撑体支撑在所述衣物的内部,所述第一出风口位于所述衣物的内部;
    至少一个分流结构,所述分流结构连接在所述主体的外侧壁上并位于所述支撑体的上方,所述分流结构上设置有引导风朝所述衣物流动的第二出风口,所述第二出风口与所述进风口连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通风衣架,其特征在于,所述进风口设置在所述主体的顶部,所述第一出风口设置在所述主体的底部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的通风衣架,其特征在于,所述主体包括进风筒,所述进风筒连接在所述支撑体的上方,所述进风口设置在所述进风筒的顶部,所述分流结构连接在所述进风筒的外侧壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的通风衣架,其特征在于,所述进风筒的侧壁上设置有与所述分流结构连通的通气孔。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的通风衣架,其特征在于,所述分流结构的面向所述进风筒的一侧的形状与所述进风筒的侧壁的形状相吻合。
  6. 根据权利要求3至5任一项所述的通风衣架,其特征在于,所述分流结构设置有一个,所述分流结构的形状设置为环形筒状,且所述分流结构环设在所述进风筒的外围。
  7. 根据权利要求3至5任一项所述的通风衣架,其特征在于,所述分流结构设置有多个,多个所述分流结构沿所述进风筒的周向均匀排布。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的通风衣架,其特征在于,所述进风筒的形状设置为长方体筒状,所述分流结构设置有四个,四个所述分流结构分别连接在所述进风筒的四个侧壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的通风衣架,其特征在于,所述第二出风口的形状设置为矩形。
  10. 一种衣物护理设备,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体内设置有风道和衣物容纳腔,所述风道具有与所述衣物容纳腔相连通的供风口和回风口;
    通风衣架,所述通风衣架为根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的通风衣架,所述通风衣架设置在所述衣物容纳腔内,所述通风衣架的进风口与所述供风口连通。
