下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面结合附图描述根据本申请一些实施例的衣物处理装置100。
如图1-图2、图4-图6所示,根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100包括机壳10,机壳10限定出风道304,风道304具有侧部开口302和顶部开口303,即侧部开口302位于风道304的侧部,顶部开口303位于风道304的上方,侧部开口302和顶部开口303均与风道304连通。
衣物处理装置100还包括过滤装置40和进风格栅50,过滤装置40可推拉地设于风道304,过滤装置40适于沿前后方向从侧部开口302取放,进风格栅50设置在顶部开口303处,进风格栅50适于沿上下方向从顶部开口303取放。
进一步地,衣物处理装置100还包括门体(图中未示出),门体可转动地设于机壳10,在门体处于关闭状态下,门体全覆盖过滤装置40和进风格栅50。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100,通过设置可从侧部开口302取放的过滤装置40、可从顶部开口303取放的进风格栅50,这样可以从不同方向在不同时段分别取放过滤装置40和进风格栅50,也可以同时取放过滤装置40和进风格栅50,不仅增加了装配以及拆换方式的多样性,而且提高了装配以及拆换效率,方便清洗;通过将门体全覆盖过滤装置40和进风格栅50,从而将过滤装置40和进风格栅50均隐藏在门体的内侧,使衣物处理装置100的外观平整、美观。
根据本申请的一些实施例,机壳10还具有衣物取放口301,衣物取放口301通过顶部开口303与风道304连通,从而使风道304与衣物处理装置的衣物处理腔201连通。其中,在门体处于关闭状态下,门体覆盖衣物取放口301。
工作时,衣物处理腔201内的高温高湿的气体从衣物取放口301排出,然后通过进风格栅50进入风道304内,经过过滤装置40过滤之后流动至风道304深处,过滤装置40可以将大部分异物过滤掉,避免太多的异物进入风道304深处进行循环流动,或者弄脏、堵塞位于风道304下游的部件,进风格栅50不仅可以实现通风效果,而且可以防止衣物卷入风道304内。
在一些示例中,风道304位于衣物取放口301的下方,顶部开口303位于衣物取放口301与风道304之间。
在取出衣物时,可以顺便将进风格栅50取出进行清洗,操作简单。由于风道304位于衣物取放口301的下方,则侧部开口302位于衣物取放口301的下方,过滤装置40位于衣物取放口301的下方,在取出衣物时,还可以顺便将过滤装置40取出进行清洗,操作简单。
在一些示例中,机壳10的中部具有安装凹部113,安装凹部113用于容纳门体,衣物取放口301和侧部开口302位于安装凹部内。通过将衣物取放口301和侧部开口302设置在安装凹部113内,从而方便在门体关闭时覆盖过滤装置40和进风格栅50。
如图6-图7以及图14-图16所示,在一些实施例中,机壳10包括前支撑30,衣物取放口301、风道304、侧部开口302和顶部开口303形成在前支撑30上,当然,衣物取放口301也可以设置在前支撑30上,具体地,衣物取放口301沿前后方向贯通前支撑30。
进一步地,机壳10还包括前封门11,前封门11设置在前支撑30的前侧,前封门11具有第一配合口111和第二配合口112,第一配合口111与侧部开口302的位置对应,第二配合口112 与衣物取放口301的位置对应,门体可转动地设于前封门11,在门体处于关闭状态下,门体覆盖第一配合口111和第二配合口112,从而覆盖衣物取放口301和侧部开口302,这样可以将过滤装置40和进风格栅50均隐藏在门体的内侧,使衣物处理装置100的外观平整、美观。
下面结合附图描述根据本申请一些实施例的衣物处理装置的前支撑组件。
如图3-图5所示,根据本申请一些实施例的衣物处理装置的前支撑组件包括前支撑30,前支撑30具有衣物取放口301和侧部开口302,衣物取放口301沿前后方向贯通前支撑30,侧部开口302位于前支撑30的前部。
其中,衣物取放口301和侧部开口302可以间隔布置,例如,衣物取放口301和侧部开口302在上下方向上间隔布置,并且衣物取放口301位于侧部开口302的上方。当然,衣物取放口301和侧部开口302的布置方式不限于上述形式。
进一步地,前支撑组件还包括装饰件70,装饰件70设于前支撑30的前侧,装饰件70沿侧部开口302的周向延伸,从而覆盖前支撑30的靠近侧部开口302的位置。
根据本申请实施例的前支撑组件,通过在前支撑30的前侧设置装饰件70,利用装饰件70可以遮挡前支撑30前侧的靠近侧部开口302的位置,使前支撑30前侧的靠近侧部开口302的位置看起来更加平整,不仅可以降低其他部件与前支撑30的配合难度,而且可以提高外型美观性。
为了保证装饰件70与前支撑30之间的连接难度和连接可靠性,可以将装饰件70与前支撑30卡接配合。当然,装饰件70也可以通过紧固件安装在前支撑30的前侧,装饰件70也可以与前支撑30的前侧粘结相连。
如图3-图6以及图8所示,前支撑30设有多个卡接部,多个卡接部沿侧部开口302的周向间隔布置,装饰件70设有多个卡接配合部,多个卡接部与多个卡接配合部一一对应配合。
由此,通过设置多个卡接部和多个卡接配合部,可以在侧部开口302的周向上实现装饰件70与前支撑30的配合,进一步提高二者的连接可靠性,防止装饰件70与前支撑30松脱,出现装饰件70局部翘起的现象。
在一些实施例中,卡接部形成卡凸31,卡接配合部形成卡孔71。装饰件70在前支撑30上安装到位的状态下,卡凸31的至少一部分卡在卡孔71内,保证二者的可靠性连接,并且卡凸31和卡孔71的结构简单、易于实现。
在一些实施例中,装饰件70设有多个延伸凸部72,每个延伸凸部72朝前支撑30延伸,卡接配合部设于延伸凸部72。通过设置延伸凸部72,从而为卡接配合部提供安装位置,并且卡接配合部不会形成干涉,即装饰件70与前支撑30的卡接位置不会影响装饰件70与前支撑30之间的配合密封性。
具体地,如图8所示,在本实施例中,延伸凸部72设置在装饰件70的后侧,并且延伸凸部72凸出于装饰件70的后侧表面,多个延伸凸部72沿装饰件70的周向间隔布置,例如,多个延伸凸部72可以沿装饰件70的周向等距布置,保证装饰件70与前支撑30在不同位置处配合的一致性,进一步提高二者配合的可靠性。
在一些实施例中,卡接部具有导向斜面311,导向斜面311从前至后逐渐向远离侧部开口302的中心的方向延伸,在前支撑30的前侧上安装装饰件70时,可以向后推动装饰件70,在导向斜面311的导向下,卡接配合部可以顺利地与卡接部配合,从而提高二者的组装效率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,前支撑30的前部具有环形凸筋321,环形凸筋321限定出侧部开口302,装饰件70与环形凸筋321止抵配合。通过设置环形凸筋321,从而方便将装饰件70安装至前支撑30上,还提高了前支撑30与装饰件70之间配合的密封性。
在一些实施例中,装饰件70形成封闭的环形,装饰件70套装在环形凸筋321的外侧,并且装饰件70的内周面与环形凸筋321的外周面止抵配合,环形结构的装饰件70可以遮挡前支撑30的靠近侧部开口302的环形区域,使前支撑30的靠近侧部开口302的环形区域看起来更加平整,进一步降低了其他部件与前支撑30的配合难度。
如图4和图5所示,前支撑30限定出风道304,风道304与侧部开口302连通,前支撑组件还包括过滤装置40,过滤装置40适于从侧部开口302可推拉地设于风道304。
由此,通过在风道304内设置过滤装置40,可以利用过滤装置40过滤异物,防止异物进入风道304深处进行循环流动,或者弄脏、堵塞位于风道304下游的部件,通过设置侧部开口302,可以方便从侧部开口302取放过滤装置40,便于更换或者清洗过滤装置40。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100包括根据上述实施例的前支撑组件。
由于根据本申请实施例的前支撑组件具有上述技术效果,因此根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100也具有上述技术效果,即利用装饰件70可以遮挡前支撑30前侧的靠近侧部开口302的位置,使前支撑30前侧的靠近侧部开口302的位置看起来更加平整,不仅可以降低衣物处理装置100 的其他部件与前支撑30的配合难度,而且可以提高衣物处理装置100的外型美观性。
如图6和图7所示,衣物处理装置100还包括前封门11,前封门11设于前支撑30的前侧,并且前封门11与前支撑30连接。
其中,前封门11具有第一配合口111和第二配合口112,第一配合口111和第二配合口112间隔布置,第一配合口111与侧部开口302的位置对应,第二配合口112与衣物取放口301的位置对应。通过设置具有第一配合口111和第二配合口112的前封门11,可以使衣物取放口301与侧部开口302外露,从而方便取放衣物和过滤装置40。
在一些实施例中,衣物处理装置100包括机壳10,机壳10包括位于前方的前封门11,前封门11的中部具有安装凹部113,第一配合口111和第二配合口112间隔布置在安装凹部113的底壁,前封门11上设有可开闭的门体(未示出),门体的形状可以与安装凹部113的形状相同,当门体在关闭位置时,门体与安装凹部113的位置对应以覆盖第一配合口111和第二配合口112。
在一些实施例中,第一配合口111的边沿位于侧部开口302的边沿的外侧,即第一配合口111的尺寸大于侧部开口302的尺寸,装饰件70的至少一部分位于第一配合口111的边沿与侧部开口302的边沿之间。
也就是说,第一配合口111的边沿与侧部开口302的边沿间隔设置,当前封门11与前支撑30连接到位的状态下,前封门11覆盖装饰件70的外周沿,并且装饰件70的至少一部分位于第一配合口111的边沿与侧部开口302的边沿之间,在保证衣物处理装置100的外观平整和美观的基础上,降低了前支撑30与前封门11的配合难度。
如图23-图26以及图28-图29所示,根据本申请另一些实施例的衣物处理装置的前支撑组件包括前支撑30和过滤装置40,前支撑30限定出风道304,前支撑30的前部具有侧部开口302,侧部开口302与风道304连通,过滤装置40可移动地设于风道304,并且过滤装置40适于从侧部开口302取放。
其中,风道304的内壁面设有锁止部,过滤装置40具有锁止配合部,过滤装置40在风道304内安装到位的状态下,锁止部与锁止配合部相配合以固定过滤装置40。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置的前支撑组件,通过在风道304的内壁面设置锁止部,在过滤装置40设置锁止配合部,利用锁止部和锁止配合部相配合,将过滤装置40固定在风道304中,防止过滤装置40从风道304脱出,保证过滤装置40的安装可靠性和稳定性,从而保证过滤装置40可以正常工作。
在一些实施例中,锁止部和锁止配合部中的一个为可按压的锁止凸部4132,锁止部和锁止配合部中的另一个为锁止凹部35。
具体地,如图23和图29所示,锁止凸部4132位于过滤装置40,锁止凹部35位于风道304的内壁面,安装过滤装置40时,向后推动过滤装置40,锁止凸部4132在过滤装置40的按压作用下活动以避开过滤装置40,当过滤装置40在风道304内安装到位的状态下,锁止凸部4132复位,使锁止凸部4132的一部分配合在锁止凹部35内,从而将过滤装置40锁定在风道304内。当然,也可以将锁止凸部设置在风道304的内壁面,将锁止凹部设置在过滤装置40,具体可以根据需要进行设计。
在一些示例中,锁止凹部35的内表面为凹弧面,锁止凸部4132形成球状结构。通过将锁止凹部35的内表面设置为凹弧面,将锁止凸部4132设置为球状结构,保证锁止凸部4132与锁止凹部35可以顺利配合和顺利脱离配合。
在一些实施例中,锁止部和锁止配合部中的一个为弹性锁扣4133,锁止部和锁止配合部中的另一个为限位凸部36。
具体地,如图24和图29所示,弹性锁扣4133位于过滤装置40,限位凸部36位于风道304的内壁面,安装过滤装置40时,向后推动过滤装置40,弹性锁扣4133在过滤装置40的作用下发生弹性形变,从而使弹性锁扣4133避开过滤装置40,当过滤装置40在风道304内安装到位的状态下,弹性锁扣4133复位,使弹性锁扣4133与限位凸部36错位配合,限位凸部36可以对弹性锁扣4133进行止挡,从而将过滤装置40锁定在风道304内。
进一步地,过滤装置40的壁面具有避让凹部4134,弹性锁扣4133的一端与避让凹部4134的侧壁连接且另一端形成自由端,避让凹部4134为弹性锁扣4133提供活动空间,保证弹性锁扣4133可以发生弹性形变,结构简单、易于实现。
根据本申请的一些实施例,风道304的内壁面具有导向部34,过滤装置40具有导向配合部,导向配合部与导向部34滑动配合。
由此,通过在风道304的内壁面设置导向部34,在过滤装置40设置导向配合部,由于导向部34与导向配合部滑动配合,在取放过滤装置40时,导向部34可以起到导向的作用,保证过滤装 置40可以顺利取放。
在一些实施例中,导向部34为沿前后方向延伸的导轨,导向部34可以起到限位和导向作用,使过滤装置40可以沿前后方向移动,保证过滤装置40可以顺利地从侧部开口302取放。
在一些实施例中,导向部34包括相对布置的两个,过滤装置40的两端分别与两个导向部34一一对应地滑动配合,进一步保证过滤装置40移动的稳定性。
具体地,如图28所示,在本实施例中,风道304的内壁面的两个相对位置分别设有导轨,使两个导轨正对布置,过滤装置40的两端分别支撑在两个导轨上,结构简单。
如图20-图25所示,过滤装置40包括安装座41和过滤件42,安装座41限定出安装空间,安装座41具有通风口4102,通风口4102与安装空间连通,锁止配合部和导向配合部位于安装座41,过滤件42设于安装空间。
由此,通过设置安装座41,并在安装座41上设置与安装空间连通的通风口4102,安装座41可以为过滤件42提供安装空间,从而方便过滤件42的布置,并且还不影响气流的流动。此外,通过设置安装座41,还可以在安装座41上设置锁止配合部和导向配合部,方便将过滤件42固定在风道304以及方便取放过滤件42。
如图21所示,在一些实施例中,安装座41包括底板411、前面板412和两个侧板413,前面板412的下端与底板411的前侧边沿连接,两个侧板413的下端与底板411的两端连接,两个侧板413的前侧边沿分别与前面板412的两端连接,结构简单,加工、制造容易。
其中,通风口4102设于底板411,过滤件42支撑在前面板412和/或两个侧板413上,从而使过滤件42稳定且可靠地安装在安装空间内,保证过滤件42可以正常使用;锁止配合部和导向配合部形成在侧板413,侧板413为锁止配合部和导向配合部提供安装位置,便于将过滤件42固定在风道304以及方便取放过滤件42。
在一些示例中,两个侧板413彼此相背的一侧具有支撑凸部4131,支撑凸部4131形成导向配合部,即两个支撑凸部4131分别位于过滤装置40的两侧,使过滤装置40的两侧分别通过两个支撑凸部4131与导向部34配合,提高过滤装置40移动的稳定性。其中,锁止配合部设置在支撑凸部4131上。
在一些实施例中,安装座41还具有顶部取放口4101,顶部取放口4101与安装空间连通,过滤件42适于从顶部取放口4101取放,从而方便更换和清洗过滤件42。
如图21所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,过滤装置40还包括第一过滤片43,第一过滤片43可拆卸地设于安装空间,在气流的流动方向上,第一过滤片43位于过滤件42和通风口4102之间。
由此,通过设置第一过滤片43,经过过滤件42过滤之后的空气,可以进一步通过第一过滤片43进行过滤,有效地提升过滤装置40的过滤效果。并且,将过滤件42与第一过滤片43集成在一起安装座41上,可以同时取放,方便用户的取放和清理。
如图28所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,前支撑组件还包括第二过滤片60,第二过滤片60设于风道304内,并且,第二过滤片60适于沿前后方向从侧部开口302取放,第二过滤片60位于过滤装置40的下方。
由此,通过设置第二过滤片60,可以进一步过滤进入风道304内的空气,提升衣物的处理效果,并且在取出衣物或者过滤装置40时,可以顺便将第二过滤片60取出进行清洗,操作简单。此外,还可以避免在单独取出过滤装置40的过程中,将过滤装置40与前支撑30之间的缝隙堆积的异物掉入风道304中。
在一些实施例中,风道304的内壁面设有配合槽,第二过滤片60的边沿与配合槽配合,使第二过滤片60与前支撑30实现稳定且可靠地配合,保证第二过滤片60在风道304内的稳定性。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100包括衣物处理筒、上述实施例的衣物处理装置的前支撑组件,衣物处理筒限定出衣物处理腔201,前支撑30与衣物处理筒连接。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100,通过采用上述前支撑组件,可以从不同方向在不同时段分别取放过滤装置40和进风格栅50,也可以同时取放过滤装置40和进风格栅50,不仅增加了装配以及拆换方式的多样性,而且大幅提高了装配以及拆换效率。
通过在风道304的内壁面设置锁止部,在过滤装置40设置锁止配合部,利用锁止部和锁止配合部相配合,将过滤装置40固定在风道304中,防止过滤装置40从风道304脱出,保证过滤装置40的安装可靠性和稳定性,从而保证过滤装置40可以正常工作。
下面结合附图描述根据本申请实施例的过滤装置40。
如图20-图25所示,根据本申请实施例的过滤装置40包括安装座41和过滤件42,安装座41限定出安装空间,安装座41具有顶部取放口4101和通风口4102,顶部取放口4101和通风口4102均与安装空间连通,过滤件42可拆卸地设于安装空间,并且过滤件42适于从顶部取放口4101取 放。
根据本申请实施例的过滤装置40,通过设置安装座41,可以为过滤件42提供安装空间,不仅便于过滤件42根据不同需要进行布置,而且可以实现模块化设计,通过设置顶部取放口4101,便于取放过滤件42,从而方便更换和清洗过滤件42,通过设置通风口4102,使得经过过滤件42过滤之后的空气可以从通风口4102正常排出,实现进出风的分流。
为了保证过滤装置40可以正常使用,将顶部取放口4101和通风口4102中的一个形成进风口,将顶部取放口4101和通风口4102中的另一个形成出风口。例如,顶部取放口4101为进风口且通风口4102为出风口;再如,顶部取放口4101为出风口且通风口4102为进风口。
如图21所示,过滤装置40还包括第一过滤片43,第一过滤片43可拆卸地设于安装空间,在气流的流动方向上,第一过滤片43位于过滤件42和通风口4102之间。
由此,通过设置第一过滤片43,经过过滤件42过滤之后的空气,可以进一步通过第一过滤片43进行过滤,有效地提升过滤装置40的过滤效果。并且,将过滤件42与第一过滤片43集成在一起安装座41上,可以同时取放,方便用户的取放和清理。
在一些实施例中,安装座41具有定位柱4103,第一过滤片43具有定位孔430,定位柱4103与定位孔430配合,从而将第一过滤片43定位在安装座41上。
其中,定位柱4103和定位孔430可以分别包括至少两个,至少两个定位柱4103与至少两个定位孔430一一对应地插接配合,从而达到防转效果,进一步提高第一过滤片43在安装座41上的安装可靠性和稳定性。
为了防止第一过滤片43与定位柱4103脱离配合,可以在定位柱4103的周壁设置防脱凸起4104,例如,可以在定位柱4103的周壁设置两个相背布置的防脱凸起4104。其中,第一过滤片43可以为过滤棉。
在一些实施例中,安装座41包括底板411、前面板412和两个侧板413,前面板412的下端与底板411的前侧边沿连接,两个侧板413的下端与底板411的两端连接,两个侧板413的前侧边沿分别与前面板412的两端连接,结构简单,加工、制造容易。
其中,通风口4102设于底板411,过滤件42支撑在前面板412和/或两个侧板413上,第一过滤片43设于底板411与过滤件42之间。在安装座41具有定位柱4103的实施例中,定位柱4103设置在底板411上,从而使第一过滤片43与底板411紧密贴合,进一步保证第一过滤片43的安装可靠性和稳定性。
如图21所示,在一些示例中,安装座41还包括支撑杆414,支撑杆414与底板411在上下方向上间隔布置,支撑杆414与前面板412在前后方向上间隔布置,支撑杆414的两端与两个侧板413的上部连接,过滤件42还支撑在支撑杆414上,进一步保证过滤件42的安装可靠性和稳定性。
在一些示例中,安装座41还包括装饰面盖415,装饰面盖415覆盖前面板412的外侧表面的至少一部分,即装饰面盖415对前面板412进行遮挡,从而形成过滤装置40的外观,有利于提升外型美观。
为了保证装饰面盖415与前面板412的连接可靠性,可以将装饰面盖415与前面板412卡接相连。当然,装饰面盖415与前面板412之间也可以通过紧固件实现连接,或者,装饰面盖415与前面板412之间粘结相连。
如图22所示,在一些具体示例中,装饰面盖415包括装饰板4151和装饰翻边4152,装饰翻边4152沿装饰板4151的周向延伸,装饰翻边4152与装饰板4151的周沿连接,装饰翻边4152设有多个卡扣417,多个卡扣417沿装饰翻边4152的延伸方向间隔布置。
其中,前面板412的周壁设有多个卡槽416,多个卡槽416沿前面板412的周向间隔布置,在装饰面盖415与前面板412连接到位的状态下,装饰板4151覆盖在前面板412的前侧表面,装饰翻边4152覆盖前面板412的周壁的至少一部分,多个卡扣417与多个卡槽416一一对应地卡接配合,可以进一步保证装饰面盖415与前面板412的连接可靠性。
为了防止在过滤装置40与前支撑30之间出现漏风现象,前面板412的周壁设有安装槽4120,安装槽4120沿前面板412的周向延伸,安装槽4120内设有密封圈44,过滤装置40在风道304内安装到位的状态下,密封圈44位于过滤装置40与前支撑30之间。
如图20和图21所示,根据本申请实施例的过滤件42包括支撑框架421和多个过滤网,支撑框架421具有多个过风口,多个过风口间隔布置,多个过滤网一一对应地设置在多个过风口处。
其中,支撑框架421在展开状态和折叠状态之间可切换,在支撑框架421处于折叠状态下,至少两个过风口位于支撑框架421的不同侧,从而使至少两个过滤网从不同方向进行过滤。
根据本申请实施例的过滤件42,通过设置在展开状态和折叠状态之间可切换的支撑框架421, 可以为多个过滤网提供载体,支撑框架421在折叠状态下,不仅可以增加一定空间内过滤网的数量和总表面积,从而提高过滤效果,而且可以从不同方向进行过滤,进一步提高过滤效果。
如图20所示,支撑框架421包括第一框架4211和第二框架4212,第一框架4211和第二框架4212相互连接。
其中,多个过风口包括第一过风口4231和第二过风口4232,第一过风口4231设于第一框架4211,第二过风口4232设于第二框架4212,在支撑框架421处于折叠状态下,第一过风口4231与第二过风口4232相对设置,即设置在第一过风口4231处的过滤网与设置在第二过风口4232处的过滤网相对设置,从而实现从两侧进行过滤的效果。
在一些实施例中,第一框架4211和第二框架4212的延伸方向相同,第一过风口4231和第二过风口4232可以分别包括多个侧向过口,其中,第一框架4211上的多个侧向过口沿其延伸方向间隔布置,第二框架4212上的多个侧向过口沿其延伸方向间隔布置。
由此,通过在第一框架4211限定出多个侧向过口,第一框架4211上的相邻两个侧向过口之间的结构可以对该位置上的过滤网进行支撑,可以避免过滤网在气流冲击下因发生过大的变形而脱离第一框架4211,保证过滤网可以平整且可靠地布置在第一过风口4231处。
类似地,通过在第二框架4212限定出多个侧向过口,第二框架4212上的相邻两个侧向过口之间的结构可以对该位置上的过滤网进行支撑,可以避免过滤网在气流冲击下因发生过大的变形而脱离第二框架4212,保证过滤网可以平整且可靠地布置在第二过风口4232处,进而保证过滤件42的使用可靠性。
如图20所示,在一些实施例中,第一框架4211和第二框架4212中的每一个包括第一横杆4221、第二横杆4222、第一挡板4224和第二挡板4225,第一横杆4221和第二横杆4222间隔布置,第一挡板4224与第一横杆4221的一端、第二横杆4222的一端连接,第二挡板4225与第一横杆4221的另一端、第二横杆4222的另一端连接。
其中,第一挡板4224、第二挡板4225、第一横杆4221和第二横杆4222之间限定出过风口。具体地,第一框架4211的第一挡板4224、第二挡板4225、第一横杆4221和第二横杆4222之间限定出第一过风口4231,第二框架4212的第一挡板4224、第二挡板4225、第一横杆4221和第二横杆4222之间限定出第二过风口4232,结构简单,加工、制造方便,易于实现。
在一些示例中,在支撑框架421处于折叠状态下,第一框架4211的第一挡板4224与第二框架4212的第一挡板4224配合,第一框架4211的第二挡板4225与第二框架4212的第二挡板4225配合,防止第一框架4211的第一挡板4224与第二框架4212的第一挡板4224之间、第一框架4211的第二挡板4225与第二框架4212的第二挡板4225之间出现漏气现象,保证过滤件42的过滤效果。
在一些具体示例中,在支撑框架421处于折叠状态下,第一框架4211的第一挡板4224与第二框架4212的第一挡板4224止抵配合且部分重叠,第一框架4211的第二挡板4225与第二框架4212的第二挡板4225止抵配合且部分重叠,即第一框架4211的第一挡板4224的一侧搭接在第二框架4212的第一挡板4224上,第一框架4211的第二挡板4225的一侧搭接在第二框架4212的第二挡板4225上,进一步防止第一框架4211的第一挡板4224与第二框架4212的第一挡板4224之间、第一框架4211的第二挡板4225与第二框架4212的第二挡板4225之间出现漏气现象,保证过滤件42的过滤效果。
在一些具体示例中,第一框架4211包括至少一个纵杆4223,纵杆4223的两端分别与第一框架4211的第一横杆4221、第一框架4211的第二横杆4222连接,纵杆4223将第一过风口分隔成多个侧部过口。
例如,纵杆4223包括一个,纵杆4223可以将第一过风口分隔成两个侧部过口。再如,纵杆4223包括多个,多个纵杆4223沿第一横杆4221/第二横杆4222的长度方向间隔布置,多个纵杆4223可以将第一过风口分隔成多个侧部过口。
在一些具体示例中,第二框架4212包括至少一个纵杆4223,纵杆4223的两端分别与第二框架4212的第一横杆4221、第二框架4212的第二横杆4222连接,纵杆4223将第二过风口分隔成多个侧部过口。
例如,纵杆4223包括一个,纵杆4223可以将第二过风口分隔成两个侧部过口。再如,纵杆4223包括多个,多个纵杆4223沿第一横杆4221/第二横杆4222的长度方向间隔布置,多个纵杆4223可以将第二过风口分隔成多个侧部过口。
由此,通过设置纵杆4223,可以利用纵杆4223在第一过风口4231/第二过风口4232处对相应位置上的过滤网进行支撑,从而提高过滤效率和过滤效果。
在一些实施例中,支撑框架421还包括连接部,连接部连接在第一框架4211和第二框架4212 之间,在支撑框架421处于折叠状态下,第一框架4211和第二框架4212相对。通过设置连接部,使第一框架4211与第二框架4212间隔布置,可以增加支撑框架421处于折叠状态时第一框架4211和第二框架4212之间的距离,从而增加过滤件42单位时间内滤风量,提高过滤效率。
在一些实施例中,多个过风口包括第三过风口4233,第三过风口4233位于第一框架4211与第二框架4212之间。通过设置第三过风口4233,可以在该位置布置过滤网,不仅可以增加过滤网的数量和总面积,进一步提高过滤效率,而且可以实现从支撑框架421的不同方向的出风效果。
如图20所示,在一些示例中,支撑框架421还包括至少一个连接杆4226,连接杆4226的两端分别与第一框架4211、第二框架4212连接,即第一框架4211、第二框架4212通过连接杆4226实现连接,连接杆4226可以将第三过风口4233分隔成多个底部过口。
例如,连接杆4226包括一个,连接杆4226可以将第三过风口4233分隔成两个底部过口。再如,连接杆4226包括多个,多个连接杆4226沿第一横杆4221/第二横杆4222的长度方向间隔布置,多个连接杆4226可以将第三过风口4233分隔成多个底部过口。
由此,通过设置连接杆4226,可以利用连接杆4226在第三过风口4233处对该位置处的过滤网进行支撑,从而提高过滤效率和过滤效果。
如图20所示,第一框架4211和第二框架4212中的一个具有定位凸部,第一框架4211和第二框架4212中的另一个具有定位凹部,在支撑架处于折叠状态下,定位凸部与定位凹部相配合,在支架处于展开状态下,定位凸部与定位凹部脱离配合。通过设置定位凸部和定位凹部,可以使支撑框架421保持在折叠状态,从而保证过滤件42的使用可靠性。
其中,定位凸部形成定位杆4241,定位凹部形成定位槽4242,结构简单、易于实现。
如图20-图22所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,在支撑框架421处于折叠状态下,过滤件42限定出过滤空间,过滤空间具有顶部通口,支撑框架421具有支撑翻边425,支撑翻边425沿顶部通口的周向延伸。
由此,通过设置支撑翻边425,可以方便将过滤件42稳定地设置在待安装位,例如,可以将支撑翻边425支撑在顶部取放口4101的边沿,保证过滤件42可以正常使用。
根据本申请实施例的过滤装置40包括安装座41和根据上述实施例的过滤件42,过滤件42可拆卸地设于安装座41。通过采用上述过滤件42,不仅可以增加一定空间内过滤网的数量和总表面积,从而提高过滤效果,而且可以从不同方向进行过滤,进一步提高过滤效果。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100包括衣物处理筒、前支撑30以及根据上述实施例的过滤装置40,衣物处理筒限定出衣物处理腔201,前支撑30与衣物处理筒连接,并且前支撑30限定出风道304,风道304与衣物处理腔201连通,前支撑30具有侧部开口302,侧部开口302与风道304连通,过滤装置40适于通过侧部开口302可推拉地设于风道304。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100,通过采用上述实施例所述的过滤装置40,可以利用过滤装置40过滤异物,防止异物进入风道304深处进行循环流动,或者弄脏、堵塞位于风道304下游的部件,通过设置侧部开口302,可以方便从侧部开口302取放过滤装置40,便于更换或者清洗过滤装置40。
下面结合附图描述根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置的第二过滤片60。
如图27所示,根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置的第二过滤片60包括:支撑部和过滤网,支撑部具有过风口,支撑部的至少一部分形成弯曲结构,过滤网设于支撑部,并且过滤网的至少一部分覆盖过风口。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置的第二过滤片60,通过设置支撑部,并在支撑部设置过风口,可以将过滤网集成在支撑部上,支撑部不仅可以对过滤网起到支撑作用,而且方便将过滤网设置在待安装位中,提高取放的便利性,有利于提高用户的使用体验。此外,将支撑部的至少一部分设置成弯曲结构,可以增加在一定范围内的过风口的通流面积,从而增加过滤网的总面积,有利于提高第二过滤片60的过滤效率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,支撑部形成支撑板,支撑板沿其长度方向依次包括第一板段611、第二板段612和第三板段613,第二板段612连接在第一板段611和第二板段612之间,第一板段611、第二板段612和第三板段613中的每一个上均设有至少一个过风口,结构简单,加工、制造容易。
在一些实施例中,第一板段611、第二板段612和第三板段613不共面。也就是说,过滤网在第一板段611、第二板段612、第三板段613上的部分不共面,可以增加在一定范围内的过风口的通流面积,从而增加在一定长度范围内的过滤网的总面积,有利于提高第二过滤片60的过滤效率。
在一些实施例中,第二板段612形成水平板段,第一板段611和第三板段613分别形成弧形板段。例如,第一板段611和第二板段613可以相对于第二板段612的中部轴对称布置,当然, 第一板段611、第二板段612和第三板段613的结构不限于上述形式。
在一些实施例中,第一板段611、第二板段612和第三板段613中的每一个上均设有至少一个过风口,相邻两个过风口之间的结构可以对过滤网进行支撑,保证过滤网的延展效果,从而保证第二过滤片60的过滤效果。
如图27所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,支撑部包括第一支杆614、第二支杆615和多个连杆616,第一支杆614和第二支杆615间隔布置,多个连杆616沿第一支杆614/第二支杆615的延伸方向间隔布置,每个连杆616的两端分别与第一支杆614、第二支杆615连接,相邻两个连杆616与第一支杆614、第二支杆615之间限定出一个过风口,结构简单,加工、制造容易。
其中,第一支杆614和第二支杆615中的每一个的至少一部分形成弯杆。具体地,第一支杆614的中间杆段形成直线形杆段,第一支杆614的左部杆段和右部杆段分别形成弧线形杆段,第二支杆615的中间杆段形成直线形杆段,第二支杆615的左部杆段和右部杆段分别形成弧线形杆段,从而可以增加在一定长度范围内的过滤网的总面积,有利于提高第二过滤片60的过滤效率。
在一些实施例中,第一支杆614的延伸方向和第二支杆615的延伸方向相同。
根据本申请的一些实施例,支撑部的一侧表面(如图27所示的下侧表面)设有第一限位凸筋61711,前支撑30上设有第一限位槽(未示出),第二过滤片60在前支撑30上安装到位的状态下,第一限位凸筋61711与第一限位槽配合,保证第二过滤片60在前支撑30上的安装可靠性和稳定性。
在一些实施例中,第一限位凸筋61711位于支撑部在其长度方向上的中部,第一限位凸筋61711的延伸方向与支撑部的长度方向相互垂直,从而可以将第二过滤片60的中部与前支撑30配合在一起,保证二者的连接可靠性。
根据本申请的一些实施例,支撑部的另一侧表面(如图27所示的上侧表面)设有第二限位凸筋61712,衣物处理装置的过滤装置40设有第二限位槽,第二过滤片60和过滤装置40在前支撑30上安装到位的状态下,第二限位凸筋61712与第二限位槽配合,进一步保证第二过滤片60的安装可靠性和稳定性。
在一些实施例中,第二限位凸筋61712位于支撑部在其长度方向上的中部,第二限位凸筋61712的延伸方向与支撑部的长度方向相互垂直,从而可以将第二过滤片60的中部与过滤装置40配合在一起,保证二者的连接可靠性。
如图28-图31所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,支撑部的一侧边沿适于与衣物处理装置100的前支撑30上的第一配合槽331配合,支撑部的另一侧边沿适于与前支撑30上的定位部配合,从而可以将第二过滤片60的相对两侧分别与前支撑30配合在一起,进一步保证第二过滤片60与前支撑30的连接可靠性。
如图29-图31所示,在一些实施例中,支撑部的另一侧边沿设有连接翻边6172,连接翻边6172沿支撑部的长度方向延伸,连接翻边6172设有定位配合部,每个定位配合部适于与前支撑30上的定位部配合,结构简单,易于成型。
其中,定位配合部为配合孔619或者定位凸柱。也就是说,定位部和定位配合部中的一个为配合孔且另一个为与配合孔相适配的定位凸柱,结构简单、易于实现。
如图28和图29所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,支撑部在其长度方向的两端分别具有卡筋6173,卡筋6173适于与衣物处理装置100的前支撑30上的第二配合槽332配合,从而可以将第二过滤片60的两端与前支撑30配合在一起,保证二者的连接可靠性。
在一些实施例中,卡筋6173的延伸方向与支撑部的长度方向相互垂直。
具体地,如图31所示,支撑部的后侧边沿与前支撑30上的第一配合槽331配合,支撑部的前侧边沿设有朝下弯折的连接翻边6172,连接翻边6172上设有多个间隔布置的配合孔619,多个配合孔619与前支撑30上的多个定位凸柱322一一对应地插接配合,支撑部的左端和右端分别具有朝上延伸的卡筋6173,卡筋6173与前支撑30上的第二配合槽332配合,由此将第二过滤片60牢固地安装在前支撑30上。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100包括根据上述实施例的衣物处理装置的第二过滤片60。由于根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置的第二过滤片具有上述技术效果,因此根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100也具有上述技术效果,即通过采用上述第二过滤片60,从而方便将过滤网设置在待安装位中,提高取放的便利性,有利于提高用户的使用体验。
衣物处理装置100还包括衣物处理筒和前支撑30,衣物处理筒限定出衣物处理腔201,前支撑30与衣物处理筒连接,前支撑30限定出风道304,风道304与衣物处理腔201连通,第二过滤片60设于风道304内。
工作时,从衣物处理腔201排出的高温高湿的空气进入风道304,然后经过第二过滤片60的 过滤之后进入风道304的深处,可以避免异物进入风道304的深处弄脏、堵塞位于风道304下游的部件,保证衣物处理装置100可以正常工作。
下面结合附图描述根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置的进风格栅50。
如图9-图13所示,根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置的进风格栅50具有多个过孔,多个过孔间隔布置,多个过孔包括顶部过孔5110和侧部过孔5120。
具体地,进风格栅50包括顶板511和后侧板512,后侧板512的上端与顶板511的后侧边沿连接,顶板511具有多个顶部过孔5110,后侧板512具有多个侧部过孔5120,多个顶部过孔5110间隔布置,多个侧部过孔5120间隔布置。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置的进风格栅50,通过将进风格栅50设置为包括顶板511和后侧板512,并在顶板511和后侧板512上分别设置多个过孔,顶板511的外侧表面和后侧板512的外侧表面作为迎风面,可以实现从不同方向进风的效果,还增加了一定空间内的过孔的数量和占用面积,从而提高单位时间内的进风量。
如图9所示,进风格栅50包括格栅本体51,格栅本体51包括顶板511和后侧板512,顶板511的上表面形成斜面或曲面。通过将顶板511的上表面设置为斜面或曲面,可以进一步增加迎风面的面积,从而增加一定空间内的顶部过孔5110的数量和占用面积,进而提高单位时间内的进风量。
其中,顶板511的上表面的至少一部分从后向前逐渐向下延伸,安装到位之后,顶板511的上表面的至少一部分从衣物处理腔201至衣物取放口301逐渐向下延伸,不仅可以进一步增加迎风面的面积,从而增加顶部过孔5110的数量和占用面积,提高单位时间内的进风量,而且进风格栅50的顶板511可以将异物引导至顶板511的外部下侧,避免异物堵塞顶部过孔5110。
在一些实施例中,顶板511的上表面的至少一部分从两端至中部逐渐向下延伸,不仅可以增加迎风面的面积,从而增加顶部过孔5110的数量和占用面积,提高单位时间内的进风量,而且可以将异物聚集在顶板511的中部,方便清洁。
在一些实施例中,顶部过孔5110包括第一过孔5111,多个第一过孔5111在顶板511的长度方向和/或宽度方向均匀分布,从而可以保证顶板511在不同位置的进风效果的一致性。其中,第一过孔5111形成方形孔、三角形孔或者圆孔。
根据本申请的一些实施例,顶部过孔5110包括第二过孔5112,多个第二过孔5112沿顶板511的长度方向间隔布置,每个第二过孔5112靠近顶板511的前侧边沿设置,即第二过孔5112位于顶板511上的低位。
其中,第二过孔5112形成沿顶板511的长度方向延伸的长形孔,所述长形孔的长度大于或者等于10mm,所述长形孔的宽度大于或者等于2mm,例如长形孔的长度可以为10mm、12mm、15mm等,长形孔的宽度为2mm、2.5mm、3mm等。
由此,通过将第二过孔5112设置在靠近顶板511的前侧边沿的位置,可以过滤长度较大的毛发等异物,从而将长度较大的毛发等异物收集在过滤装置40中。
在一些实施例中,多个侧部过孔5120均匀布置在后侧板512上,从而可以保证后侧板512在不同位置的进风效果的一致性。其中,侧部过孔5120形成方形孔、三角形孔或者圆孔。
如图11-图12以及图15所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,后侧板512的外侧表面设有朝后凸出设置的安装凸部5123,多个侧部过孔5120布置在安装凸部5123上,安装凸部5123的下侧壁适于支撑在衣物处理装置100的前支撑30上。通过设置安装凸部5123,可以将进风格栅50定位安装在前支撑30上,保证进风格栅50在前支撑30上的稳定性。
如图11和图13所示,后侧板512设有多个固定部5124,多个固定部5124沿后侧板512的长度方向间隔布置,每个固定部5124适于与衣物处理装置100的前支撑30卡接配合,进一步保证进风格栅50在前支撑30上的安装可靠性和稳定性。
根据本申请的一些实施例,进风格栅50还包括前侧板513,前侧板513与后侧板512相对布置,前侧板513的上端与顶板511的前侧边沿连接,前侧板513的下端适于支撑在衣物处理装置100的前支撑30上,进风格栅50的前侧和后侧均支撑在前支撑30上,进一步保证进风格栅50在前支撑30上的安装可靠性和稳定性。
如图17-图19所示,在一些实施例中,进风格栅50还包括安装框架54和过滤网,安装框架54与格栅本体51连接,安装框架54与格栅本体51之间限定出过滤空间,安装框架54具有多个间隔布置的放置口540,放置口540与过滤空间连通,过滤网设于安装框架51,并且过滤网覆盖多个放置口540。
由此,通过将进风格栅50设置为包括格栅本体51、安装框架54和过滤网,即将格栅本体51与过滤网集成在一起,方便同时取放格栅本体51和过滤网以进行清洗,提高使用便利性,并且该 进风格栅50可以将异物收集到过滤空间内。
具体地,安装框架54与前侧板513的下端、后侧板512的下端连接,安装框架54与顶板511、前侧板513和后侧板512之间限定出的过滤空间与放置口540连通,结构简单,加工、制造容易。
如图10-图11以及图18所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,进风格栅50还包括左端板514和右端板515,左端板514的上端与顶板511的左端连接,左端板514的后侧边沿与后侧板512的左端连接,右端板515的上端与顶板511的右端连接,右端板515的后侧边沿与后侧板512的右端连接,结构简单,成型方便。
根据本申请的一些实施例,进风格栅50具有用于容纳香薰的容纳腔和多个散发孔5114,多个散发孔5114将容纳腔和外界连通。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置的进风格栅50,在进风格栅50上设置具有多个散发孔5114的容纳腔,可以为香薰提供储存空间,有效地利用进风格栅50上的位置,提高空间利用率,还可以保证香薰的香味能够向外散发,使衣物烘干之后带有香味,增加了用户的使用体验。
如图10和图18所示,进风格栅50的一部分向下凹陷设置以形成容纳凹部5113,容纳凹部5113限定出容纳腔,散发孔5114设于容纳凹部5113的底壁和/或容纳凹部5113的侧壁。也就是说,香薰的设置位置相对隐蔽,不会影响进风格栅50的外观,并且有效地利用了进风格栅50的占用空间,提高空间利用率。
其中,进风格栅50包括格栅本体51和香薰盖52,格栅本体51限定出容纳腔,容纳腔具有敞开口,香薰盖52可拆卸地设于格栅本体51,以打开和关闭容纳腔的敞开口。
由此,通过将进风格栅50设置为包括格栅本体51和香薰盖52,香薰盖52可以防止异物进入容纳腔中,并且香薰隐藏在容纳腔内,不会影响进风格栅50的外观。
在一些实施例中,格栅本体51具有支撑沉台5115,支撑沉台5115沿敞开口的周向延伸,香薰盖52支撑在支撑沉台5115上,不仅可以保证香薰盖52能够正常开闭,而且可以根据需要对香薰盖52的外观进行设计,例如,将香薰盖52的外侧表面与格栅本体51的外侧表面保持平整,使进风格栅50的外观看起来更协调、美观。
在一些实施例中,香薰盖52具有朝下延伸的插柱521,格栅本体51具有插孔51150,香薰盖52在格栅本体51上安装到位的状态下,插柱521与插孔51150相互配合。通过设置插柱521和插孔51150,可以对香薰盖52进行定位,保证香薰盖52在格栅本体51上的安装可靠性和稳定性。
在一些示例中,香薰盖52上的插柱521的周壁设有止位部522,止位部522凸出于插柱521的外表面,防止香薰盖52与格栅本体51脱离配合。
为了将香薰盖52顺利安装到格栅本体51,止位部522具有导向面523,导向面523从上至下逐渐向靠近插柱521的中心线的方向延伸,安装香薰盖52时,导向面523可以起到导向作用,有利于提高安装效率。
在进风格栅50包括顶板511、后侧板512的实施例中,顶板511限定出容纳腔,容纳腔与顶部过孔5110间隔布置,顶板511的上表面具有沿容纳腔的周向延伸的支撑沉台5115,从而方便沿上下方向取放香薰。
根据本申请的一些实施例,进风格栅50具有加水孔5117,加水孔5117适于与衣物处理装置100的蒸汽发生器连通。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置的进风格栅50,通过在进风格栅50上设置加水孔5117,即将加水孔5117集成在进风格栅50上,有效地利用进风格栅50上的位置,提高空间利用率,而且方便用户在清理进风格栅50时进行加水,提升了用户的使用体验。
如图10和图18所示,进风格栅50的至少一部分向下凹陷设置以形成加水凹部5116,加水孔5117设于加水凹部5116的底壁。即加水孔5117的设置位置相对隐蔽,不会影响进风格栅50的外观,并且有效地利用了进风格栅50的占用空间,提高空间利用率。
在一些实施例中,进风格栅50包括格栅本体51和加水盖53,加水凹部5116形成在格栅本体51上,加水盖53可拆卸地设于格栅本体51,用于打开和关闭加水凹部5116的敞开口。
由此,通过将进风格栅50设置为包括格栅本体51和加水盖53,加水盖53可以防止异物堵塞加水孔5117,加水孔5117隐藏在加水凹部5116内,不会影响进风格栅50的外观,而且方便加水。
在一些实施例中,格栅本体51具有安装沉台5118,安装沉台5118沿加水凹部5116的敞开口的周向延伸,加水盖53支撑在安装沉台5118上,不仅可以保证加水盖53能够正常开闭,而且可以根据需要对加水盖53的外观进行设计,例如,将加水盖53的外侧表面与格栅本体51的外侧表面保持平整,使进风格栅50的外观看起来更协调、美观。
在一些实施例中,加水盖53具有朝下延伸的安装柱531,进风格栅50具有安装孔5119,加 水盖53在格栅本体51上安装到位的状态下,安装柱531与安装孔5119配合。通过设置安装柱531和安装孔5119,可以对加水盖53进行定位,保证加水盖53在格栅本体51上的安装可靠性和稳定性。
在一些示例中,加水盖53上的安装柱531的周壁设有防脱部,防脱部凸出于安装柱531的外表面,防止加水盖53与格栅本体51脱离配合。
为了将加水盖53顺利安装到格栅本体51,防脱部具有引导面,引导面从上至下逐渐向靠近安装柱531的中心线的方向延伸,安装加水盖53时,引导面可以起到导向作用,有利于提高安装效率。
在进风格栅50包括顶板511和后侧板512的实施例中,加水孔5117设于顶板511,从而方便加水,加水孔5117与顶部过孔5110间隔布置。具体地,顶板511限定出加水凹部5116,顶板511的上表面具有沿加水凹部5116的周向延伸的安装沉台5118。
在一些实施例中,香薰盖52和加水盖53设置在格栅本体51的两端,即可以将香薰放置在格栅本体51的一端,将加水口5117设置在格栅本体51的另一端,有效地利用格栅本体51上的位置,提高空间利用率。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100包括上述实施例的衣物处理装置的进风格栅50。由于根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置的进风格栅50具有上述技术效果,因此根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100也具有上述技术效果。
根据本申请一些实施例,衣物处理装置100还包括衣物处理筒和前支撑30,衣物处理筒限定出衣物处理腔201,前支撑30与衣物处理筒连接,前支撑30限定出风道304,风道304通过进风格栅50与衣物处理腔201连通,其中,前支撑30具有与风道304连通的顶部开口303,进风格栅50可拆卸地设置在顶部开口303处。
其中,散发孔5114连通衣物处理腔201和风道304,使衣物烘干后带有香味,增加用户的使用体验。
下面结合附图描述根据本申请的衣物处理装置的一个具体实施例。
衣物处理装置100包括机壳10、衣物处理筒、前支撑30、过滤装置40、进风格栅50、第二过滤片60、装饰件70。
机壳10包括位于前方的前封门11,前封门11的中部具有向后凹陷设置的安装凹部113,安装凹部113的底壁设有在上下方向间隔布置的第一配合口111和第二配合口112,第一配合口111位于第二配合口112的下方。
门体设置在前封门11上且在打开位置和关闭位置之间可转动,门体的形状可以与安装凹部113的形状相同,当门体在关闭位置时,门体与安装凹部113的位置对应以覆盖第一配合口111和第二配合口112。
衣物处理筒设于机壳10内,衣物处理筒限定出衣物处理腔201。
前支撑30具有前后贯通的衣物取放口301和风道304,衣物取放口301位于风道304的上方,前支撑30还具有侧部开口302和顶部开口303,侧部开口302位于前支撑30的前侧且与风道304连通,顶部开口303设在衣物取放口301与风道304之间且将二者连通。前支撑30连接在前封门11与衣物处理筒之间,并且侧部开口302与第一配合口111正对,衣物取放口301与第二配合口112正对,而侧部开口302和衣物取放口301与衣物处理筒的筒口位置对应,前支撑30的侧部开口302所在的位置遮盖所述筒口的一部分,衣物取放口301与所述筒口的另一部分正对且连通。
其中,前支撑30的前侧设有沿侧部开口302的周向延伸的环形凸筋321,环形凸筋321的外周壁设有多个沿其延伸方向间隔布置的卡凸31,每个卡凸31具有导向斜面311。风道304的内壁面设有两个相对布置的导向部34,每个导向部34的上方设有锁止凹部35。
装饰件70形成环形结构,装饰件70的后侧设有多个沿其周向间隔布置的延伸凸部72,每个延伸凸部72上设有卡孔71。装饰件70安装在前支撑30的前侧且套装在环形凸筋321的外侧,装饰件30上的多个卡孔71与环形凸筋321上的多个卡凸31一一对应地配合,保证装饰件70与前支撑30之间的连接可靠性。
过滤装置40包括安装座41、过滤件42和第一过滤片43。
安装座41包括底板411、前面板412、两个侧板413、支撑杆414和装饰面盖415,前面板412的下端与底板411的前侧边沿连接,两个侧板413的下端与底板411的两端连接,两个侧板413的前侧边沿分别与前面板412的两端连接,支撑杆414设置在底板411的上方且位于前面板412的后方,支撑杆414的两端与两个侧板413的上部连接,底板411、前面板412、两个侧板413、支撑杆414限定具有顶部取放口4101、通风口4102的安装空间,通风口4102位于底板411。
其中,两个侧板413的外侧面的上部具有支撑凸部4131,支撑凸部4131上设有锁止凸部4132。 装饰面盖415包括装饰板415和装饰翻边4152,装饰翻边4152与装饰板4151的周沿连接,装饰翻边4152设有多个卡扣417,前面板412的周壁设有多个卡槽416,在装饰面盖415与前面板412连接到位的状态下,装饰板4151覆盖在前面板412的前侧表面,装饰翻边4152覆盖前面板412的周壁的至少一部分,多个卡扣417与多个卡槽416一一对应地卡接配合。
过滤件42包括支撑框架421和多个过滤网,支撑框架421包括第一框架4211、第二框架4212和连接部,连接部连接在第一框架4211和第二框架4212之间,第一框架4211和第二框架4212中的每一个包括第一横杆4221、第二横杆4222、多个纵杆4223、第一挡板4224和第二挡板4225,第一横杆4221和第二横杆4222间隔布置,多个纵杆4223沿第一横杆4221/第二横杆4222的长度方向间隔布置,每个纵杆4223的两端分别与第一横杆4221、第二横杆4222连接,第一挡板4224与第一横杆4221的一端、第二横杆4222的一端连接,第二挡板4225与第一横杆4221的另一端、第二横杆4222的另一端连接,相邻两个纵杆4223与第一横杆4221、第二横杆4222之间限定出一个过风口,连接部包括多个连接杆4226,相邻两个连接杆4226与第一横杆4221、第二横杆4222限定出过风口,每个过风口设有过滤网,支撑框架421在折叠状态和展开状态之间可切换,在支撑框架421处于折叠状态下,支撑框架421限定出具有顶部通口的过滤空间。
过滤件42设置在安装座41限定出的安装空间内,并且过滤件42支撑在前面板412、两个侧板413、支撑杆414上。
第一过滤片43形成过滤棉,且第一过滤片43设置在安装座41的底板411上,并且第一过滤片43位于过滤件42的下方。
过滤装置40适于从侧部开口302可推拉地设于风道304,并且过滤装置40在前支撑30上安装到位的状态下,锁止凸部4132与锁止凹部35配合,从而将过滤装置40锁定在前支撑30上。
进风格栅50包括格栅本体51、香薰盖52和加水盖53。格栅本体51包括顶板511、后侧板512、前侧板513、左端板514和右端板515,后侧板512的上端与顶板511的后侧边沿连接,前侧板513的上端与顶板511的前侧边沿连接,左端板514的上端和右端板515的上端分别与顶板511的左右两端连接。
其中,顶板511具有多个顶部过孔5110,后侧板512具有多个侧部过孔5120,顶板511的靠近左右两端的位置分别设有向下凹陷设置的容纳凹部5113和加水凹部5116,香薰盖52可拆卸地设于容纳凹部5113的上方。加水盖53可拆卸地设于加水凹部5116的上方。进风格栅50可拆卸地安装在前支撑30的顶部开口303处,从而连通衣物取放口301和风道304。
第二过滤片60包括支撑部和过滤网,支撑部包括第一板段611、第二板段612和第三板段613,第二板段612连接在第一板段611和第二板段612之间,第二板段612形成水平板段,第一板段611和第三板段613分别形成弧形板段,第一板段611、第二板段612和第三板段613中的每一个上均设有至少一个过风口,过滤网设于支撑部且覆盖过风口。
第二过滤片60在前支撑30上安装到位的状态下,第二过滤片60位于过滤装置40的下方,支撑部的一侧边沿与前支撑30上的第一配合槽331配合,位于支撑部两端的卡筋6173与前支撑30上的第二配合槽332配合,支撑部的另一侧边沿上的连接翻边6172通过多个配合孔619与前支撑30上的多个定位凸柱322一一对应配合,从而保证第二过滤片60在前支撑30上安装的可靠性和稳定性。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种过滤装置,其中,包括:
    安装座,所述安装座限定出安装空间,所述安装座具有顶部取放口和通风口,所述顶部取放口和所述通风口均与所述安装空间连通;
    过滤件,所述过滤件可拆卸地设于所述安装空间且适于从所述顶部取放口取放。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其中,所述顶部取放口和所述通风口中的一个形成进风口且另一个形成出风口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其中,还包括:
    第一过滤片,所述第一过滤片可拆卸地设于所述安装空间,在气流的流动方向上,所述第一过滤片位于所述过滤件和所述通风口之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的过滤装置,其中,所述安装座具有定位柱,所述第一过滤片具有与所述定位柱配合的定位孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的过滤装置,其中,所述定位柱的周壁设有防脱凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的过滤装置,其中,所述安装座包括:
    底板,所述通风口设于所述底板;
    前面板,所述前面板的下端与所述底板的前侧边沿连接;
    两个侧板,两个所述侧板的下端与所述底板的两端连接,两个所述侧板的前侧边沿分别与所述前面板的两端连接,
    其中,所述过滤件支撑在所述前面板和/或两个所述侧板上,所述第一过滤片设于所述底板与所述过滤件之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的过滤装置,其中,所述第一过滤片与所述底板紧密贴合。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的过滤装置,其中,所述安装座还包括:
    支撑杆,所述支撑杆与所述底板、所述前面板间隔布置,所述支撑杆的两端与两个所述侧板的上部连接,所述过滤件还支撑在所述支撑杆上。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的过滤装置,其中,所述安装座还包括装饰面盖,所述装饰面盖覆盖所述前面板的外侧表面的至少一部分。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的过滤装置,其中,所述装饰面盖与所述前面板卡接相连。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的过滤装置,其中,所述装饰面盖包括:
    装饰板,所述装饰板覆盖在所述前面板的前侧表面;
    装饰翻边,所述装饰翻边沿所述装饰板的周向延伸,所述装饰翻边覆盖所述前面板的周壁的至少一部分,
    其中,所述装饰翻边设有多个沿其延伸方向间隔布置的卡扣,所述前面板的周壁设有多个沿其周向间隔布置的卡槽,多个所述卡扣与多个所述卡槽一一对应地卡接配合。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的过滤装置,其中,所述前面板的周壁设有沿其周向延伸的安装槽,所述安装槽内设有密封圈。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的过滤装置,其中,所述过滤件包括:
    支撑框架,所述支撑框架具有多个间隔布置的过风口;
    多个过滤网,多个所述过滤网一一对应地设置在多个所述过风口处,
    其中,所述支撑框架在展开状态和折叠状态之间可切换,在所述支撑框架处于所述折叠状态下,至少两个所述过风口位于所述支撑框架的不同侧以使至少两个所述过滤网从不同方向进行过滤。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的过滤装置,其中,在所述支撑框架处于所述折叠状态下,所述过滤件限定出具有顶部通口的过滤空间,所述支撑框架具有沿所述顶部通口的周向延伸的支撑翻边,所述支撑翻边支撑在所述顶部取放口的边沿。
  15. 一种衣物处理装置,其中,包括:
    衣物处理筒,所述衣物处理筒限定出衣物处理腔;
    前支撑,所述前支撑与所述衣物处理筒连接且所述前支撑限定出风道,所述风道与所述衣物处理腔连通,所述前支撑的前侧具有与所述风道连通的侧部开口;
    根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的过滤装置,所述过滤装置适于通过所述侧部开口可推拉地设于所述风道。
