Description
本实用新型属于设备安装架技术领域,具体为一种电子设备固定支架。
而设备安装支架是一种用于对电子设备进行固定安装的装置,将电子设备安装在安装支架上,然后放置在使用台面上,电子设备的角度调节往往是通过支架实现的,而且当使用的场地周围经常产生振动时,如果振动传导到设备,容易对设备内部的电子仪器造成损伤。
为了克服上述缺陷,本领域技术人员积极创新研究,以期创设出一种电子设备固定支架。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种电子设备固定支架,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有设备支架不具备缓冲机构的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种电子设备固定支架,包括固定座,所述固定座的上表面开设有安装槽,所述安装槽相对的一组侧壁上开设有固定孔,每一所述固定孔内皆安装有固定机构,所述固定孔的端部设置有限位片,所述固定座的底部有调节板,所述调节板与所述固定座之间设置有缓冲机构;
所述缓冲机构包括位于调节板中心的第一缓冲杆和以所述第一缓冲杆为圆心环状分布的第二缓冲杆,所述第一缓冲杆的包括减震杆、弹性套筒和弹簧片,所述减震杆插于所述弹性套筒,所述弹性套筒固定安装于所述固定座的底部,所述弹性套筒相对的两侧壁设有卡槽,所述弹簧片的两端卡接于所述卡槽,所述弹簧片的底端与所述减震杆相抵触,所述减震杆固定安装于所述调节板,所述第二缓冲杆固定安装于所述调节板;
所述调节板的底部固定安装有固定脚。
进一步地说,所述固定机构包括固定杆,所述固定杆的侧壁设置有环状的挡片,所述固定杆插入所述固定孔内,所述固定孔的底部和所述挡片之间设置 有调节弹簧。
进一步地说,所述固定座内开设有Y字型流道,所述固定座的上、下两端分别开设有出气孔和进气孔,所述出气孔和所述进气孔皆与所述流道连通。
进一步地说,所述进气孔与外部鼓风机连通。
进一步地说,所述固定杆的一端固定安装有半球形的橡胶头。
进一步地说,所述第二缓冲杆为弹簧杆。
进一步地说,所述弹簧片为是自两侧向中心逐渐向下翘起的拱形结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1.本实用新型设置有缓冲机构,缓冲机构包括第一缓冲杆和第二缓冲杆,第一缓冲杆用于吸收调节板传导到固定座上大部分的能量,当第一缓冲机构变形量过大时,围绕第一缓冲机构周围分布的第二缓冲机构能够进行辅助减震的同时保持固定座的平稳,值得一提的是,本实用新型的固定座用设置有固定机构,固定机构能够将电子设备固定在固定座内;
2.本实用新型的固定座内设置有Y字型流道,在电子设备使用时,进气孔与鼓风机连通,气流经过Y字型流道穿过固定架,从固定架上方的出气孔流出,并最近流经电子设备表面,达到给电子设备降温的目的。

实施例:一种电子设备固定支架,如图1到图5所示,
包括固定座1,所述固定座的上表面开设有安装槽11,所述安装槽相对的一组侧壁上开设有固定孔12,每一所述固定孔内皆安装有固定机构2,相对一组固定机构处于同一条直线上,所述固定孔的端部设置有限位片13,所述固定座的底部有调节板3,调节板能够调节固定座的水平平上的位置,所述调节板与所述固定座之间设置有缓冲机构4;将电子设备放置在安装槽内,固定机构将电子设备固定,缓冲机构能够吸收调节板传递到固定座上的冲击力,防止冲击力对电子设备造成影响。
所述固定机构包括固定杆21,所述固定杆的侧壁设置有环状的挡片22,所述固定杆插入所述固定孔内,所述固定孔的底部和所述挡片之间设置有调节弹簧23。在固定电子设备时,按下固定杆,调节弹簧压缩,固定杆进入固定孔内,此时将电子设备放入安装槽内,松开固定杆,调节弹簧复位,固定杆的顶部顶紧电子设备
所述固定杆的一端固定安装有半球形的橡胶头211。在固定杆橡胶头能够防止固定杆对电子设备造成冲击。
所述缓冲机构包括位于调节板中心的第一缓冲杆41和以所述第一缓冲杆为圆心环状分布的第二缓冲杆42,所述第一缓冲杆的包括减震杆411、弹性套筒412和弹簧片413,所述减震杆插于所述弹性套筒,所述弹性套筒固定安装于所述固定座的底部,所述弹性套筒相对的两侧壁设有卡槽414,所述弹簧片的两端卡接于所述卡槽,所述弹簧片的底端与所述减震杆相抵触,所述减震杆固定安装 于所述调节板,所述弹簧片为是自两侧向中心逐渐向下翘起的拱形结构。减震杆和弹性套筒也能够产生弹性形变吸收冲击的能量。

所述进气孔与外部鼓风机连通。在使用时,鼓风机产生气流,气流从进气孔进入到固定架内,在Y字型流道能分成两股气流,并从出气孔流出,最终经过电子设备表面,从而带走电子设备在使用中产生的热量。
所述调节板的底部固定安装有固定脚5。
本实用新型的工作过程和工作原理如下:
在使用时,按下固定杆,调节弹簧压缩,固定杆进入固定孔内,固定槽内空出一定的空间,此时将电子设备放入安装槽内,松开固定杆,调节弹簧复位,固定杆的顶部顶紧电子设备,电子设备固定,调整调节板的位置,使电子设备处于合适的位置,启动鼓风机,鼓风机产生气流,气流从进气孔进入到固定架内,在Y字型流道能分成两股气流,并从出气孔流出,最终经过电子设备表面,带走电子设备在使用中产生的热量。

- 一种电子设备固定支架,其特征在于:包括固定座(1),所述固定座的上表面开设有安装槽(11),所述安装槽相对的一组侧壁上开设有固定孔(12),每一所述固定孔内皆安装有固定机构(2),所述固定孔的端部设置有限位片(13),所述固定座的底部有调节板(3),所述调节板与所述固定座之间设置有缓冲机构(4);所述缓冲机构包括位于调节板中心的第一缓冲杆(41)和以所述第一缓冲杆为圆心环状分布的第二缓冲杆(42),所述第一缓冲杆的包括减震杆(411)、弹性套筒(412)和弹簧片(413),所述减震杆插于所述弹性套筒,所述弹性套筒固定安装于所述固定座的底部,所述弹性套筒相对的两侧壁设有卡槽(414),所述弹簧片的两端卡接于所述卡槽,所述弹簧片的底端与所述减震杆相抵触,所述减震杆固定安装于所述调节板,所述第二缓冲杆固定安装于所述调节板;所述调节板的底部固定安装有固定脚(5)。
