Abstract

一种墙插,包括:后壳(1),其具有位于内侧的盒体(11)以及位于外侧与盒体(11)呈一体结构的定位凸缘(12);压板(6),凭借数个可拆卸卡扣(62)与所述后壳(1)的定位凸缘(12)形成扣接,以将接线端子、零线连接片(31)、火线连接片(32)、零线插握(41)、火线插握(42)以及地线插握(43)封闭在所述后壳(1)的盒体(11)内;其中,所述零线连接片(31)和/或火线连接片(32)具有贴合于所述后壳(1)的盒体(11)内壁的散热平面(a),而所述后壳(1)的盒体(11)对应于该散热平面(a)位置的外壁与墙壁(b)贴接。而且,所述压板(6)的可拆卸卡扣(62)包括基部(621)以及位于基部(621)的悬伸端上的斜坡状倒钩(622),在所述倒钩(622)的中部形成一个贯通斜坡的低端至高端的缺口(623)。该墙插能够向墙壁快速传热,避免热量在墙插内堆积,而且拆卸速度快,便于维修与更换。

Description

墙插 技术领域
本发明涉及一种墙插。
背景技术
墙插是生活中的常见供电设备,在生活中有着重要作用。
然而,现有墙插在安装、拆卸过程中仍然不够方便,还需要进一步的结构改进。此外,随着用电设备的数目与功率增加,墙插的电发热现象也越来越严重,也亟需设计新的结构使其更易于排出其热量。
发明内容
本发明提供一种墙插,其目的是解决现有技术中的存在的上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种墙插,包括:
后壳,其具有位于内侧的盒体以及位于外侧与盒体呈一体结构的定位凸缘;
压板,凭借数个可拆卸卡扣与所述后壳的定位凸缘形成扣接,以将接线端子、零线连接片、火线连接片、零线插握、火线插握以及地线插握封闭在所述后壳的盒体内;
其特征在于:所述零线连接片和/或火线连接片具有贴合于所述后壳的盒体内壁的散热平面,而所述后壳的盒体对应于该散热平面位置的外壁与墙壁贴接。
所述的墙插,其中:所述接线端子包括零线端子、火线端子以及地线端子;
所述零线连接片以及火线连接片的一端分别与所述零线端子以及火线端子电连接;
所述零线插握以及火线插握分别与所述零线连接片以及火线连接片的另一端电连接;
所述地线插握与所述地线端子电连接。
所述的墙插,其中:在所述零线插握、火线插握以及地线插握的中心位 置布置有绝缘支架,所述绝缘支架将所述零线插握、火线插握以及地线插握相互电绝缘地分隔开。
所述的墙插,其中:还包括盖板,其布置在压板的外侧,并凭借数个钩扣与所述压板形成可拆卸连接,其表面具有可供供电插头的插脚通过的孔位。
所述的墙插,其中:还包括面板,其布置在所述后壳的定位凸缘以及盖板的外侧,并且通过卡合结构与所述后壳的定位凸缘形成可拆卸连接,其表面具有与所述盖板相适应的孔位。
所述的墙插,其中:所述压板的可拆卸卡扣包括基部以及位于基部的悬伸端上的斜坡状倒钩,在所述倒钩的中部形成一个贯通斜坡的低端至高端的缺口。
所述的墙插,其中:所述后壳的定位凸缘对应于所述缺口的位置设有导向斜面。
所述的墙插,其中:所述零线连接片和/或火线连接片通过嵌设方式与所述盒体固定连接。
与现有技术相比较,采用上述技术方案的本发明具有的优点在于:能够向墙壁快速传热,避免热量在墙插内堆积,而且拆卸速度快,便于维修与更换。

具体实施方式
如图1-图5所示,本发明提供一种墙插,包括:
后壳1,其具有位于内侧的盒体11以及位于外侧与盒体11呈一体结构的定位凸缘12;
接线端子,固定在后壳1的盒体11内,包括零线端子21、火线端子22以及地线端子23;
零线连接片31以及火线连接片32,如图8所示,通过嵌设方式固定在后壳1的盒体11内,其一端分别与所述零线端子21以及火线端子22电连接;
零线插握41以及火线插握42,分别与所述零线连接片31以及火线连接片32的另一端电连接;
地线插握43,与所述地线端子23电连接;
绝缘支架5,布置在所述零线插握41、火线插握42以及地线插握43的中心位置,用于将所述零线插握41、火线插握42以及地线插握43相互电绝缘分隔开;
压板6,带有旋块61,并且凭借数个可拆卸卡扣62与所述后壳1的定位凸缘12形成扣接,并将所述接线端子、零线连接片31、火线连接片32、零线插握41、火线插握42、地线插握43以及绝缘支架5封闭在所述后壳1的盒体11内;
盖板7,布置在压板6的外侧,并凭借数个钩扣71与所述压板6形成可拆卸连接,其表面具有可供供电插头的插脚通过的孔位;
面板8,布置在所述后壳1的定位凸缘12以及盖板7的外侧,并且通过卡合结构与所述后壳1的定位凸缘12形成可拆卸连接,其表面具有与所述盖板7相适应的孔位。
本发明与现有技术相比,其主要特点是:
如图4、图7所示,所述零线连接片31以及火线连接片32具有贴合于所述后壳1的盒体11内壁的散热平面a,而所述后壳1的盒体11对应于该散热平面a位置的外壁与墙壁b贴接,如此设计,当该墙插用于用电功率较高或者时间较长导致电发热较大时,所述零线连接片31以及火线连接片32所产生的高温将快速地通过接触传热经由盒体11传递至墙壁b,使其温度迅速降 低,避免持续高温带来的安全隐患。
如图5、图6所示,所述压板6的可拆卸卡扣62包括基部621以及位于基部621的悬伸端上的斜坡状倒钩622,而且在所述倒钩622的中部形成一个贯通斜坡的低端至高端的缺口623。当需要将扣接在后壳1的定位凸缘12上的压板6拆下时,可以使用起子(或镊子、针状物等)从缺口623位置向内插入,然后如使用撬棍一般扳动起子,即可使斜坡状倒钩622与后壳1的定位凸缘12脱离接触,便于将压板6取下。如图6所示,为了使起子容易从缺口623位置向内插入,所述后壳1的定位凸缘12对应于所述缺口623的位置设有导向斜面121。
总之,本发明提供的墙插能够向墙壁b快速传热,避免热量在墙插内堆积,而且拆卸速度快,便于维修与更换。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种墙插,包括:
    后壳,其具有位于内侧的盒体以及位于外侧与盒体呈一体结构的定位凸缘;
    压板,凭借数个可拆卸卡扣与所述后壳的定位凸缘形成扣接,以将接线端子、零线连接片、火线连接片、零线插握、火线插握以及地线插握封闭在所述后壳的盒体内;
    其特征在于:所述零线连接片和/或火线连接片具有贴合于所述后壳的盒体内壁的散热平面,而所述后壳的盒体对应于该散热平面位置的外壁与墙壁贴接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的墙插,其特征在于:所述接线端子包括零线端子、火线端子以及地线端子;
    所述零线连接片以及火线连接片的一端分别与所述零线端子以及火线端子电连接;
    所述零线插握以及火线插握分别与所述零线连接片以及火线连接片的另一端电连接;
    所述地线插握与所述地线端子电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的墙插,其特征在于:在所述零线插握、火线插握以及地线插握的中心位置布置有绝缘支架,所述绝缘支架将所述零线插握、火线插握以及地线插握相互电绝缘地分隔开。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的墙插,其特征在于:还包括盖板,其布置在压板的外侧,并凭借数个钩扣与所述压板形成可拆卸连接,其表面具有可供供电插头的插脚通过的孔位。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的墙插,其特征在于:还包括面板,其布置在所述后壳的定位凸缘以及盖板的外侧,并且通过卡合结构与所述后壳的定位凸缘形成可拆卸连接,其表面具有与所述盖板相适应的孔位。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的墙插,其特征在于:所述压板的可拆卸卡扣包括基部以及位于基部的悬伸端上的斜坡状倒钩,在所述倒钩的中部形成一个贯通斜坡的低端至高端的缺口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的墙插,其特征在于:所述后壳的定位凸缘对应于所述缺口的位置设有导向斜面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的墙插,其特征在于:所述零线连接片和/或火线连接片通过嵌设方式与所述盒体固定连接。
