背景技术
多功能锅是一种能够实现多种烹饪方式加热的厨房电器,因其能一锅多用而广受大众家庭欢迎。而多功能锅在加热烹饪食物时,会产生一定量的油烟,而油烟会飘散附着在周围的环境中导致环境中的墙壁或家具表面粘上油污,另一方面,人体过多吸入油烟也会对人体健康造成一定的影响。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种无烟多功能锅。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种无烟多功能锅,包括加热底座和置于加热底座上加热的烹饪锅体,所述加热底座包括座体以及显露于座体顶部表面的发热盘组件,所述座体内装有吹风装置,所述座体相对的两侧设有吸风口和吹风口分别与吹风装置的进风口和出风口连通,所述吸风口与进风口之间设有吸风通道,所述吹风口与出风口之间设有吹风通道,所述吹风通道上设有油烟过滤装置。
所述座体顶部的前侧和后侧凸起形成前板和背板,所述发热盘组件位于前板和背板之间,所述吸风口和吹风口分别设置在背板和前板的侧部并相对设置。
所述吹风装置包括离心风机和设置在离心风机上的进、出风口。
所述座体包括顶部壳体和底部壳体以及位于顶部壳体和底部壳体之间的隔板,所述隔板与顶部壳体之间形成吸风通道和吹风通道。
所述隔板上设有下沉位用于布置所述油烟过滤装置。

本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型在加热底座内部设有吹风装置,加热底座相对的两侧设有吹风口和吸风口并分别与吹风装置的出风口和进风口相连通,实现加热烹饪的发热盘组件位于吹风口和吸风口之间,将烹饪锅体放置在发热盘组件上开始加热烹煮食物,吹风装置工作令吹风口开始出风将烹饪食物的刚准备升起的油烟吹向吸风口处,由吸风口将油烟吸走进入吹风装置,吹风装置继续出风并携带油烟进入油烟过滤装置,经过滤油烟后的风再次从吹风口吹出,形成循环的抽吸风道,将油烟紧紧锁在烹饪锅体顶部无法升起扩散,解决油烟飘散带来的问题,且避免人体吸入油烟造成健康问题。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3的一种无烟多功能锅,包括加热底座1和置于加热底座1上加热的烹饪锅体2,加热底座1包括座体11以及显露于座体11顶部表面的发热盘组件7,座体11内装有吹风装置3,座体11相对的两侧设有吸风口12和吹风口13分别与吹风装置3的进风口32和出风口33连通,吸风口12与进风口32之间设有吸风通道4,吹风口13与出风口33之间设有吹风通道5,实现加热烹饪的发热盘组件7位于吹风口13和吸风口12之间,将烹饪锅体2放置在发热盘组件7上开始加热烹煮食物,同时吹风装置3开始工作,本优选实施例中,吹风装置3采用离心风机31作为风源,利用其风速快风量大的特点,从出风口33吹出风速较快的气流,经吹风口13出风将烹饪食物的刚准备升起的油烟吹向吸风口12处,由吸风口12将油烟吸入吸风通道4并从进风口32进入吹风装置3,由吹风口13继续出风并携带油烟进入吹风通道5,吹风通道5上设有油烟过滤装置6将出风所下带的油烟过滤置留,过滤后的风从吹风口13吹出,并再次将油烟吹向吸风口12被吸入,如此形成循环的抽吸风道,将油烟紧紧锁在烹饪锅体的顶部无法升起扩散,解决油烟飘散带来的问题,且避免人体吸入油烟造成健康问题。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,座体11顶部的前侧和后侧凸起形成前板14和背板15,发热盘组件7位于前板14和背板15之间,吸风口12和吹风口13分别设置在背板15和前板14的侧部并相对设置,即吹风口13和吸风口12面朝烹饪锅体2进行吹风和抽吸,抽吸油烟的效果更佳。
如图4所示,座体11包括顶部壳体16和底部壳体17以及位于顶 部壳体16和底部壳体17之间的隔板18,隔板18与顶部壳体16之间形成吸风通道4和吹风通道5,且隔板18上位于吹风通道设有下沉位19用于布置油烟过滤装置6,油烟过滤装置6包括横跨吹风通道5布置的水箱61,水箱61顶部敞开,当风携带油烟拂过水箱61的顶部液面,油烟与水发生溶解并沉淀在水中,实现对出风油烟的过滤。进一步地,顶部壳体16表面下沉形成安置发热盘组件7的沉腔,隔板18与底部壳体17之间形成电器腔8,电器腔8内设有供电组件。通过上述结构使布置有抽吸通道4和吹风通道5的座体11结构能更加紧凑,相较于普通多功能锅的底座体积变化不会太大。

  1. 一种无烟多功能锅,包括加热底座(1)和置于加热底座(1)上加热的烹饪锅体(2),所述加热底座(1)包括座体(11)以及显露于座体(11)顶部表面的发热盘组件(7),其特征在于:所述座体(11)内装有吹风装置(3),所述座体(11)相对的两侧设有吸风口(12)和吹风口(13)分别与吹风装置(3)的进风口(32)和出风口(33)连通,所述吸风口(12)与进风口(32)之间设有吸风通道(4),所述吹风口(13)与出风口(33)之间设有吹风通道(5),所述吹风通道(5)上设有油烟过滤装置(6)。
