结合图2至图4所示,本实施方式的筛板20包括板体21和连接端22。其中,本实施方式的板体21包括第一弧形面S1、第二弧形面S2和第三弧形面S3,第一弧形面S1、第二弧形面S2和第三弧形面S3沿板体21的延伸方向依次顺序设置的。其中,第一弧形面S1和第二弧形面S2分别朝向不同的方向凸起设置,并使二者呈S型结构。第二弧形面S2和第三弧形面S3分别朝向不同的方向凸起设置,并使二者呈S型结构,从而使第一弧形面S1、第二弧形面S2和第三弧形面S3沿侧面方向,整体呈波浪形结构。其中,第二弧形面S2所对应的圆心角小于第一弧形面S1和第三弧形面S3所对应的圆心角,第二弧形面S2所对应的圆弧半径大于第一弧形面S1和第三弧形面S3所对应的圆弧半径,从而便于将猫砂通过第二弧形面S2滑落至第一弧形面S1和第三弧形面S3上,进而对猫砂进行筛分。通过上述波浪形结构的设置,能够有效地增加板体21的筛分面积,从而有助于在猫砂与筛板20的相对运动过程中,增加猫砂与筛板20的接触面积,进而将被污染成块状的猫砂与剩余的干净猫砂进行有效地分离。在本申请的其他实施方式中,也可仅设置一个或两个弧形面,通过一个或两个弧形面对猫砂进行筛分,或将一个或两个弧形面与平面连接配合,通过平面和弧形面的配合延长对猫砂的筛分面积,从而对猫砂进行筛分,或可设置更多个 弧形面,通过多个弧形面共同对猫砂进行有效的筛分。
进一步地,本实施方式转筒10两端的端面与转筒10轴向方向的内壁面间采用圆弧过渡。为保证筛板20匹配地设置于转筒10的内部,防止在转筒10的转动过程中筛板20与转筒10的内壁面间发生干涉,板体21上延伸方向的末端的宽度尺寸逐渐减小。其中,板体21的长度方向尺寸即为板体21延伸方向的尺寸,板体21的宽度方向的尺寸即与板体21延伸方向相垂直的方向的尺寸。具体地,本实施方式中第三弧形面S3的宽度尺寸沿自身延伸方向逐渐减小,从而以便将筛板20安装于转筒10的内部,并有效地防止与转筒10的内壁面间发生干涉。
再结合图2至图4所示,本实施方式的第一弧形面S1、第二弧形面S2和第三弧形面S3均设有多个第一筛孔211和多个第二筛孔212,第一筛孔211的长度方向和第二筛孔212的长度方向呈角度设置。
为描述方便,本实施方式中仅以第一弧形面S1上的多个第一筛孔211和多个第二筛孔212为例进行说明。具体地,本实施方式的第一筛孔211和第二筛孔212均为条形孔,具体为跑道型,即矩形孔的四个直角处分别采用圆弧过渡。第一筛孔211的长度方向和第二筛孔212的长度方向呈90°夹角设置。当猫砂在筛板20上相对于筛板20的延伸方向运动时,第一筛孔211的长度方向和第二筛孔212的长度方向呈角度设置,能够对猫砂进行多角度的反复过滤,满足各种形状的猫砂的尺寸要求,从而将块状的猫砂保留在板体21上,而剩余的干净猫砂通过第一筛孔211和第二筛孔212进行掉落,将受污染的呈块状的猫砂与干净的猫砂进行有效地分离,进而减少了猫砂的浪费。在本实施方式的其他实施方式中,第一筛孔211的长度方向和第二筛孔212的长度方向还可以呈任意角度设置,在此不作限定。
进一步地,本实施方式的多个第一筛孔211沿第一方向间隔设置,多个第二筛孔212沿第二方向间隔设置,且第一方向和第二方向为同一方向,该方向与板体21的延伸方向相垂直,且在板体21的延伸方向,第一筛孔211和第二筛孔212交替排列设置,通过上述多个第一筛孔211和多个第二筛孔212的排列方式,能够有效地利用板体21的板面面积,从而提高板体21上的开孔率,进而提高对猫砂的筛分效果。
进一步地,本实施方式中第一筛孔211的长度方向与板体21的延伸方向相一致,即第一筛孔211沿弧形面的延伸方向设置,而第二筛孔212的长度方向垂直与第一筛孔211的长度方向设置,即第二筛孔212沿与弧形面的延伸方向相垂直的方向设置。
其中,本实施方式的第一筛孔211的长度尺寸大于第二筛孔212的长度尺寸,第一筛孔211的宽度尺寸小于第二筛孔212的宽度尺寸,从而通过第一筛孔211和第二筛孔212的组合,能够对现有市面上的大部分猫砂进行筛分,从而有效地保证对猫砂的筛分效果,减少猫砂的浪费
结合图1、图4和图5所示,本实施方式的筛板20还包括连接端22,连接端22包括连接板221和与连接板221相连的多个L型构件222,多个L型构件222沿连接板221的长度方向间隔设置,其中连接板221的长度方向与板体21的延伸方向相垂直。连接板221的一侧端部与板体21的延伸方向的起始端相连,连接板221的另一侧端部与多个L型构件222相连。其中,连接端22与板体21可以为一体式结构,也可以为可拆卸式结构。相应地,本实施方式的转筒10的内壁上设有与L型构件222插接配合的安装槽12。本实施 方式中的转筒10内壁上设有多个间隔设置的安装槽12,L型构件222以可转动的方式插接于安装槽12内,从而实现筛板20在转筒10的收容腔11中转动,使被污染成块状的猫砂沿板体21上的第一弧形面S1、第二弧形面S2和第三弧形面S3运动,增加猫砂与板体21的筛分面积,并将干净的猫砂通过第一筛孔211和第二筛孔212掉落至转筒10的底部,使成块状的受污染的猫砂保留在板体21上,并最终随转筒10的转动通过排污口13排出至转筒10的外部,进而有效地实现猫砂的分离。
进一步地,本实施方式的L型构件222远离连接板221的一端设有弧形凸起2221,弧形凸起2221朝向连接板221所在的方向设置,从而在L型构件222的转动过程中与安装槽12的内壁面相配合。通过弧形凸起2221与安装槽12的内壁面相配合,能够增加筛板20转动时的顺畅度,从而有效地对保证对猫砂的分离效果。
进一步地,本实施方式的转筒10的内壁设有防粘层。防粘层可以为转筒自身的部分结构,如设置在转筒10的内壁面的铁氟龙防粘涂层,或其他材质的防粘涂层。在本申请的其他实施方式中,防粘层还可以是以可拆卸的方式与转筒10内壁面相连的PTU材质的防粘垫,防粘垫可以通过卡接或粘结的方式与转筒10的内壁面相连。通过在转筒10的内部设置防粘层,能够有效地防止猫的排泄物粘结在转筒10内壁上,从而便于对转筒10的内壁进行有效地清理,保证猫砂箱的清洁,减少异味和细菌的产生,从而有助于猫的成长和健康。
根据本实用新型的猫砂箱,通过在猫砂箱的转筒10内部设置可转动的筛板20,并将筛板20的板体21设置成包括多个弧形面,并在任一个弧形面上分别设有多个第一筛孔211和多个第二筛孔212,能够有效地增加板体21的筛分面积,从而有助于在猫砂与筛板20的相对运动过程中,增加猫砂与筛板20的接触面积,同时第一筛孔211的长度方向和第二筛孔212的长度方向呈角度设置,能够对猫砂进行多角度的反复过滤,从而将块状的猫砂保留在板体21上,而剩余的猫砂通过第一筛孔211和第二筛孔212掉落至转筒10的底部,将受污染的呈块状的猫砂与干净的猫砂进行有效地分离,方便对猫的排泄物进行清理,保证了猫砂箱的清洁,进而减少了猫砂的浪费。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型较佳的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种筛板,用于猫砂盆的转筒中,其特征在于,包括:
    板体,所述板体上设有多个第一筛孔和多个第二筛孔,所述第一筛孔和所述第二筛孔均为条形孔,且所述第一筛孔的长度方向和所述第二筛孔的长度方向呈角度设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的筛板,其特征在于,所述第一筛孔的长度方向和所述第二筛孔的长度方向呈90°夹角设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的筛板,其特征在于,多个所述第一筛孔沿第一方向间隔设置,多个所述第二筛孔沿第二方向间隔设置,且所述第一方向和所述第二方向为同一方向。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的筛板,其特征在于,所述第一筛孔的长度尺寸大于所述第二筛孔的长度尺寸,所述第一筛孔的宽度尺寸小于所述第二筛孔的宽度尺寸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的筛板,其特征在于,所述第一筛孔的长度方向与所述板体的延伸方向相一致。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的筛板,其特征在于,所述板体包括沿自身延伸方向依次设置的第一弧形面、第二弧形面和第三弧形面,所述第一弧形面和所述第二弧形面呈S型结构,所述第二弧形面和所述第三弧形面呈S型结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的筛板,其特征在于,所述第一弧形面、所述第二弧形面和所述第三弧形面均设有多个所述第一筛孔和多个所述第二筛孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的筛板,其特征在于,所述筛板还包括连接端,所述连接端包括连接板和至少一个L型构件,所述连接板连接所述板体和所述L型构件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的筛板,其特征在于,所述L型构件远离所述连接板的一端设有弧形凸起。
  10. 一种猫砂箱,其特征在于,具有:
    转筒,所述转筒的内部设有收容腔;
    筛板,所述筛板以可拆卸的方式设于所述收容腔,并以可转动的方式与所述转筒的内壁相连;
    其中,所述筛板为根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的筛板。
