按键开关主要是指轻触式按键开关,也称之为轻触开关。按键开关是一种电子开关,属于电子元器件类,使用时以满足操作力的条件向开关操作方向施压开关功能闭合接通,当撤销压力时开关即断开,其内部结构是靠金属弹片受力变化来实现通断的,被广泛应用在蓝牙耳机、收银机、部分工业设备等地方。
目前市面上常见的按键开关主要是包括基座、上盖、静片、动片和按钮件等零部件。通过上盖和基座形成一容置腔,动片和静片设置在该容置腔内,并且动片和静片上的弹性部位向下延伸直至接触到外部的电路板,实现与外部电路板的电连接。由于动片和静片的弹性部位需要要往下延伸的空间,所以普遍的按键开关为了预留这个空间,其整体都做得较高,不适用于一些超薄型的键盘和某些工业设备中。而且这种常见的按键开关基本都是直接设置在所需设备上,如果出现问题,很难进行拆卸和替换。

针对上述不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种按键开关的侧向导通组件,可从侧边与外部线路导通,降低了整体高度,实现产品的超薄化。

进一步地,所述壳体包括一底座、盖合于底座上的一上盖;所述底座上设置有一导柱,该导柱上套设有一弹性件,所述导芯下端设置于该套设有弹性件的导柱上,所述导芯上端露出上盖供按压。

本实用新型的有益效果为:
(1)通过设置一动片支臂,其上设置有向侧方外部弯折的一动片第一弯折部,且该动片第一弯折部与PCB板电连接,从而实现动片在侧边与PCB板的导通,并且减少了动片的整体高度,实现动片的轻薄化。通过设置一静片支臂,其上设置有向侧方外部弯折的一静片第一弯折部,且该静片第一弯折部与PCB板电连接,从而实现静片在侧边与PCB板的导通,并且减少了静片的整体高度,实现静片的轻薄化。动片与静片的组合使用,从而实现产品可从侧边导通外部线路,减少了整体高度,实现产品的超薄化。通过分别设置动片与静片,从而实现动片和静片之间可单独拆卸更换,减少了更换的成本,有效提高静动片组件的使用寿命。通过把整体侧向导通结构卡扣于所述PCB板上,从而实现方便拆卸的目的,进一步减少了更换成本,提高了产品的使用寿命。
(2)通过设置一动片推动部,该动片推动部向静片接触部弯折,其弯折处让动力推动部更好地受到活动块的作用力,从而更快速地带动动片接触对 静片接触部进行接触或者分离,从而提高动片与静片接触或者分离的效率。
(3)通过在底座上开设有动片伸出口和静片伸出口,从而方便动片第一弯折部穿出该动片伸出口与PCB板电连接和静片第一弯折部穿出该静片伸出口与PCB板电连接,提高了本组件在侧边与PCB板导通的速度,提高了导通的效率。
通过在底座内设置有一发光结构,当壳体安装于PCB板上时,所述第一端子弯折部穿出所述底座与PCB板电连接和第二端子弯折部穿出所述底座与PCB板电连接,进而连接于第一发光端子和第二发光端子的端子连接板导通让设置于端子连接板上的发光元件亮起,从而实现发光结构从侧方与PCB板导通,降低了发光结构的整体高度,实现了发光结构的轻薄化,并且通过设置该发光结构,从而达到提示导通情况的目的,增加了本组件的美观性,提高了本组件的使用体验感。

对于所述动片支臂231的具体结构,如图1至图6所示,所述动片支臂231上还设置有一向下弯折且向上延伸的一动片第二弯折部2312,所述动片第一弯折部2311设置于所述动片第二弯折部2312上。优选的,所述动片第二弯折部2312向下呈U形弯折,且弯折的高度较低。通过设置向下弯折且向上延伸的动片第二弯折部2312配合设置于动片第二弯折部2312上且向侧方延伸的动片第一弯折部2311,使动片支臂231更好地往侧方延伸,从而实现动片23在侧方与PCB板1的导通,并且减少了动片23的整体高度,实现动片23的轻薄化。
对于所述静片支臂241的具体结构,如图1至图6所示,所述静片支臂241上还设置有一向下弯折且向上延伸的一静片第二弯折部2412,所述静片第一弯折部2411设置于所述静片第二弯折部2412上。优选的,所述静片第二弯折部2412呈U形弯折,且其底部较宽,弯折的高度较低。通过设置向下弯折且向上延伸的静片第二弯折部2412配合设置于静片第二弯折部2412上且向侧方延伸的静片第一弯折部2411,使静片支臂241更好地往侧方延伸,从而实现静片24在侧方与PCB板1的导通,并且减少了静片24的整体高度,实现静片24的轻薄化。且所述静片第二弯折部2412的底部较宽,有效防止了与动片23的误触,从而保证本组件的导通精准度。
对于所述动片23的具体结构,如图1至图6所示,所述动片23上还设置有一体成型的一动片固定部232、连接于动片固定部232一端的一动片接 触部233、以及连接于动片接触部233上的一动片推动部234,所述动片支臂231设置于动片固定部232的另一端。所述动片23通过动片固定部232固定于壳体21上,如图7所示,所述动片推动部234在下文所述活动块26的控制下,实现动片接触部233与下文所述的静片接触部243接触或者分离,从而实现本组件的导通或者不导通目的。其中,具体为,当动片推动部234受到下文所述活动块26给予的往动片支臂231方向的推动作用力时,该动片推动部234带动连接于其上的动片接触部233往动片支臂21方向移动,与此同时,动片接触部233与下文所述的静片接触部243分离,从而实现动片23与静片24不导通的目的。当下文所述的的活动块26没有给予推动作用力时,所述动片接触部233在动片23自身的弹性恢复作用力下,往下文所述的静片接触部243方向移动,并实现与下文所述的静片接触部243接触,从而实现动片23与静片24的导通,进一步实现了本组件的通断电安全,提高导通的效率。
通过分别设置一动片23和静片24,从而实现动片23和静片24之间可单独拆卸更换,减少了更换的成本,有效提高本组件的使用寿命。
优选的,所述动片接触部233远离静片固定部242,呈横向U形状,以防止动片接触部233与静片固定部242误触。所述动片固定部232远离静片固定部242,呈纵向片状,以防止动片固定部232于静片固定部242误触。
为了更好地让动片推动部234接收到下文所述活动块26的推动作用力,如图1至图7所示,所述动片推动部234向静片接触部243方向弯折。通过把动片推动部234向静片接触部243方向弯折,该弯折处使动片推动部234更好地与下文所述活动块26接触,提高了按键开关上的推动部件与下文所述活动块26的配合度,提升了动片推动部234的推动精准度,进一步提高了本组件的工作效率。
对于所述静片24的具体结构,如图1至图6所示,所述静片24上还设置有一体成型的一静片固定部242、以及连接于静片固定部242一端且与动片接触部233相匹配的一静片接触部243。所述静片24通过静片固定部242固定于壳体21上,连接于静片固定部242的静片接触部243同时被固定于壳 体21上,由此保证静片接触部243在使用过程中不易移动或者脱落,减少了静片接触部243与动片接触部233的误触,保证了本组件的正常导通和断开。
为了更好地让动片接触部233和静片接触部243进行导通,如图4至图6所示,所述静片24接触部243向动片接触部233方向弯折,从而减少静片接触部243和动片接触部233之间的距离,使静片接触部243和动片接触部233在需要导通的情况下可以更快的进行导通,进一步提高了本组件的导通速度和导通效率。
对于所述动片接触部233与静片接触部243的具体接触方式,如图4至图6所示,所述动片接触部233靠近动片推动部234一端设置有至少一动片接触凸块2331;所述静片接触部243靠近动片推动部234的一端设置有与所述动片接触凸块2331相匹配的至少一静片接触凸块2431;其中,通过动片推动部234的左右方向活动,进而控制动片接触凸块2331与静片接触凸块2431的接触和分离。通过设置一动片接触凸块2331和静片接触凸块2431进行接触导通,从而减少动片接触部233和静片接触部243其他位置误触的风险,并且两个凸块为相对设置的,减少了导通距离,进一步提高了导通速度,提升了导通效率。

对于所述动片23和静片24穿出底座211与PCB板1电连接的具体结构,如图1至图4所示,在所述底座211的同一侧边外壁上开设有与动片支臂231相匹配的动片伸出口213、以及与静片支臂241相匹配的静片伸出口214,所述动片第一弯折部2311穿出该动片伸出口213与PCB板1电连接,所述静片第一弯折部2411穿出该静片伸出口214与PCB板1电连接。通过在底座211 的同一侧边外壁上开设动片伸出口213,方便所述动片第一弯折部2311从该动片伸出口213穿出与PCB板1电连接,提高了动片与PCB接触的速度,进一步提高了动片导通的效率。通过在底座211的同一侧边外壁上开设静片伸出口214,方便所述静片第一弯折部2411从该静片伸出口214穿出与PCB板1电连接,提高了静片与PCB接触的速度,进一步提高了静片导通的效率。
对于所述PCB板1的具体结构,如图1至图3所示,所述PCB板1上设置有与所述壳体21相匹配的连接放置口11,所述连接放置口11上设置有与所述动片第一弯折部2311相匹配的一动片连接口12,以及与所述静片第一弯折部2411相匹配的一静片连接口13。所述动片第一弯折部2311的弯折处与动片连接口12相接触,实现动片23与PCB板1的导通连接。所述静片第一弯折部2411的弯折处与静片连接口13相接触,实现静片24与PCB板1的导通连接。通过在PCB板1上设置有与所述壳体21相匹配的连接放置口11,从而方便侧向导通结构2卡扣于PCB板1上并与PCB板1电连接,且结构简单,操作便捷,提高了侧向导通结构2从PCB板1上拆卸更换的速度,进一步提高了本组件的实用性。通过在所述连接放置口11上设置有与所述动片第一弯折部2311相匹配的一动片连接口12,以及与所述静片第一弯折部2411相匹配的一静片连接口13,从而提高动片23和静片24与PCB板1电连接的配合度,进而提升了侧向导通结构与PCB板1的导通效率。
对于所述导芯22作用于动片推动部234的具体方式,如图4至图7所示,所述安装部2112上且位于导芯22和动片推动部234之间开设有一活动槽215,该活动槽215上设置有一活动块26,所述活动块26抵压于所述动片推动部234上;所述导芯22上且位于朝向活动块26的方向形成有一推动凸块221。优选的,所述推动凸块221朝向活动块26的一侧为向下45度的倾斜状。
如图7所示,当按下导芯22时,导芯22上的推动凸块221同时往下移动,所述推动凸块221上的倾斜面与活动块26分离,由于动片23自身的弹力恢复作用力,使动片接触部233回弹至于静片接触部243接触的状态,并且动片推动部234带动活动块26同步弹动,使活动块26往导芯22方向横向左右移动,使活动块26处于与导芯22上的推动凸块221分离且位于推动凸 块221上方的状态。当使用人员没有按下导芯22时,由于所述弹性件25的弹性恢复力,使设置于弹性件25上方的导芯22被带动往上移动复位,此时导芯22上的推动凸块221同步向上移动并且抵压于活动块26上,使活动块26往动片推动部234方向移动。此时动片推动部234在活动块26的推动下,带动连接于其上的动片接触部233与静片接触部243分离,从而实现动片23与静片24之间的不导通目的。通过设置活动块26与导芯22上的推动凸块221相匹配使用,提高了导芯22与动片之间的配合精准度,进一步提高了本组件的反应灵敏度。
为了防止动片23与静片24进水被腐蚀,如图3、以及图5所示,所述底座211上还设置有一防水盖27,该防水盖27盖合于所述安装部2112上。通过设置该防水盖27,使防水盖27与安装部2112形成一防水空间,且所述动片23与静片24设置于所述防水空间内,从而有效保护了动片23与静片24不容易进水被腐蚀,提高了本组件的使用寿命。
实施例二
在第一实施例中,对顶盖板组件的结构进行了说明。在本实施例中,主要说明与第一实施例的不同之处,相同的结构在本实施例中不再重复说明。
如图3、图8至图9所示,实施例二与实施例一的主要区别点在于所述底座211的另一侧边上还设置有一发光结构3,所述发光结构3包括设置于底座211另一侧边上的一第一发光端子31、设置于底座211另一侧边上且位于第一发光端子31一旁的一第二发光端子32、设置于底座211另一侧边内侧且连接于第一发光端子31和第二发光端子32的一端子连接板33、以及设置于端子连接板33上的一发光元件34;所述第一发光端子31包括一体成型且向底座211侧边外部二次弯折的一第一端子支臂311,所述第一端子支臂311上设置有向底座211侧方外部弯折的一第一端子弯折部3111,该第一端子弯折部3111穿出所述底座211与PCB板1电连接;所述第二发光端子32包括一体成型且向底座211侧边外部二次弯折的一第二端子支臂321,所述第二端子支臂321上设置有向底座211侧方外部弯折的一第二端子弯折部 3211,该第二端子弯折部3211穿出所述底座211与PCB板1电连接。
通过在底座211内设置有一发光结构3,当壳体安装于PCB板1上时,所述第一端子弯折部3111穿出所述底座211与PCB板1电连接和第二端子弯折部3211穿出所述底座211与PCB板1电连接,进而连接于第一发光端子31和第二发光端子32的端子连接板33导通让设置于端子连接板33上的发光元件34亮起,从而实现发光结构3从侧方与PCB板1导通,降低了发光结构3的整体高度,实现了发光结构3的轻薄化,并且通过设置该发光结构3,从而达到提示导通情况的目的,增加了本组件的美观性,提高了本组件的使用体验感。
优选的,所述发光元件34为LED灯。
对于所述第一端子支臂311的具体结构,如图8至图9所示,所述第一端子支臂311上还设置有一向下弯折且向上延伸的一第三端子弯折部3112,所述第一端子弯折部3111设置于所述第三端子弯折部3112上。优选的,所述第三端子弯折部3112向下呈U形弯折,且弯折的高度较低。通过设置向下弯折且向上延伸的第三端子弯折部3112配合设置于第三端子弯折部3112上且向侧方延伸的第一端子弯折部3111,使第一端子支臂311更好的往侧方延伸,从而实现第一发光端子31在另一侧方与PCB板1导通,并且减少了第一发光端子31的整体高度,实现了第一发光端子31的轻薄化。
对于所述第二端子支臂321的具体结构,如图8至图9所示,所述第二端子支臂321上还设置有一向下弯折且向上延伸的一第四端子弯折部3212,所述第二端子弯折部3211设置于所述第四端子弯折部3212上。优选的,所述第四端子弯折部3212向下呈U形弯折,且弯折的高度较低。通过设置向下弯折且向上延伸的第四端子弯折部3212,配合设置于第四端子弯折部3212上且向侧方延伸的的第二端子弯折部3211,使第二端子支臂321更好的往侧方延伸,从而实现第二发光端子32在另一侧方与PCB板1导通,并且减少了第二发光端子32的整体高度,实现了第二发光端子32的轻薄化。
对于所述第一发光端子31的具体结构,如图8至图9所示,所述第一发光端子31上还设置有一体成型的一第一端子固定部312、以及连接于第一端 子固定部312且向上延伸至端子连接板33内的一第一端子连接部313;所述第一端子支臂设置于所述第一端子固定部312上,所述第一端子固定部312设置于所述底座211上。通过设置第一端子固定部312固定于所述底座211上,从而实现第一发光端子31固定于所述底座211上,防止第一发光端子31从底座211上移动或者脱落,进而保证了第一发光端子31与各部件的稳定配合,保障了发光组件3的发光效果。
对于所述第二发光端子32的具体结构,如图8至图9所示,所述第二发光端子32上还设置有一体成型的一第二端子固定部322、以及连接于第二端子固定部322且向上延伸至端子连接板33内的一第二端子连接部323;所述第二端子支臂321设置于所述第二端子固定部322上,所述第二端子固定部322设置于所述底座211上。通过设置第二端子固定部322固定于所述底座211上,从而实现第二发光端子32固定于所述底座211上,防止第二发光端子32从底座211上移动或者脱落,进而保证了第二发光端子32与各部件的稳定配合,保障了发光组件3的发光效果。
对于所述端子连接板33与第一发光端子31和第二发光端子32的具体连接方式,如图8至图9所示,所述端子连接板33上设置有与第一端子连接部313相匹配的一第一端子连接口331、以及与第二端子连接部323相匹配的一第二端子连接口332。所述第一端子连接部313匹配插入所述第一端子连接口331内,从而实现第一发光端子31与端子连接板33导通。所述第二端子连接部323匹配插入所述第二端子连接口332内,从而实现第二发光端子32于端子连接板33导通,进一步提高端子连接板33与第一发光端子31和第二发光端子32的导通效率。
对于PCB板1与发光结构3的连接方式,如图3所示,所述连接放置口11的上设置有与第一端子弯折部3111相匹配的一第一端子导通口14、以及与第二端子弯折部3211相匹配的一第二端子导通口15。所述第一端子弯折部3111的弯折处与第一端子导通口14相接触,实现第一发光端子31在侧方与PCB板1的导通连接。所述第二端子弯折部3211的弯折处与第二端子导通口15相接触,实现第二发光端子32在侧方与PCB板1的导通连接,进一步 提高了本组件的导通速度,减少了本组件与PCB板1之间拆卸和更换的时间。
在此需要说明的是,本实用新型公开的按键开关的侧向导通组件,是对具体结构进行改进,而对于具体的控制方式,并不是本实用新型的创新点。对于本实用新型中涉及到的PCB板及其他部件,可以为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构、原理及控制方式均为本领域技术人员通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知。
以上所述,仅是本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非对本实用新型的技术范围作任何限制,故采用与本实用新型上述实施例相同或近似的技术特征,而得到的其他结构,均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种按键开关的侧向导通组件,包括一PCB板,卡扣于PCB板上的多个侧向导通结构,所述侧向导通结构包括一壳体、设置于壳体上的一导芯、设置于壳体内的一动片、以及设置于壳体内的一静片;通过导芯的上下移动推动动片,从而控制动片与静片的接触和分离,其特征在于:所述动片包括一体成型且向侧方外部二次弯折的一动片支臂;所述静片包括一体成型且向侧方外部二次弯折的一静片支臂;其中,所述动片支臂上设置有向侧方外部弯折的一动片第一弯折部,该动片第一弯折部穿出壳体与PCB板电连接;所述静片支臂上设置有向侧方外部弯折的一静片第一弯折部,该静片第一弯折部穿出壳体与PCB板电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按键开关的侧向导通组件,其特征在于:所述动片支臂上还设置有一向下弯折且向上延伸的一动片第二弯折部,所述动片第一弯折部设置于所述动片第二弯折部上;所述静片支臂上还设置有一向下弯折且向上延伸的一静片第二弯折部,所述静片第一弯折部设置于所述静片第二弯折部上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的按键开关的侧向导通组件,其特征在于:所述动片上还设置有一体成型的一动片固定部、连接于动片固定部一端的一动片接触部、以及连接于动片接触部上的一动片推动部,所述动片支臂设置于动片固定部的另一端;所述静片上还设置有一体成型的一静片固定部、以及连接于静片固定部一端且与动片接触部相匹配的一静片接触部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的按键开关的侧向导通组件,其特征在于:所述动片接触部靠近动片推动部一端设置有至少一动片接触凸块;所述静片接触部靠近动片推动部的一端设置有与所述动片接触凸块相匹配的至少一静片接触凸块;其中,通过动片推动部的左右方向活动,进而控制动片接触凸块与静片接触凸块的接触或分离。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的按键开关的侧向导通组件,其特征在于:所述壳体包括一底座、盖合于底座上的一上盖;所述底座上设置有一导柱,该导 柱上套设有一弹性件,所述导芯下端设置于该套设有弹性件的导柱上,所述导芯上端露出上盖供按压。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的按键开关的侧向导通组件,其特征在于:所述底座的一侧边上形成有供动片和静片安装的一安装部;所述安装部内形成有用于固定动片和静片的多个限位凸块。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的按键开关的侧向导通组件,其特征在于:在所述底座的同一侧边外壁上开设有与动片支臂相匹配的动片伸出口、以及与静片支臂相匹配的静片伸出口,所述动片第一弯折部穿出该动片伸出口与PCB板电连接,所述静片第一弯折部穿出该静片伸出口与PCB板电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的按键开关的侧向导通组件,其特征在于:所述安装部上且位于导芯和动片推动部之间开设有一活动槽,该活动槽上设置有一活动块,所述活动块抵压于所述动片推动部上;所述导芯上且位于朝向活动块的方向形成有一推动凸块。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的按键开关的侧向导通组件,其特征在于:所述底座上还设置有一防水盖,该防水盖盖合于所述安装部上。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的按键开关的侧向导通组件,其特征在于:所述底座的另一侧边上还设置有一发光结构,所述发光结构包括设置于底座另一侧边上的一第一发光端子、设置于底座另一侧边上且位于第一发光端子一旁的一第二发光端子、设置于底座另一侧边内侧且连接于第一发光端子和第二发光端子的一端子连接板、以及设置于端子连接板上的一发光元件;所述第一发光端子包括一体成型且向底座侧边外部二次弯折的一第一端子支臂,所述第一端子支臂上设置有向底座侧方外部弯折的一第一端子弯折部,该第一端子弯折部穿出所述底座与PCB板电连接;所述第二发光端子包括一体成型且向底座侧边外部二次弯折的一第二端子支臂,所述第二端子支臂上设置有向底座侧方外部弯折的一第二端子弯折部,该第二端子弯折部穿出所述底座与PCB板电连接。
