具体的,电子价签从下卡扣2开始安装,先将价签下卡位放置在卡扣2内,然后再推压价签上部中间位置,直到听到“咔”声,表示价签上卡位落入上卡扣1内完成安装,具体安装如图3和图4所示。通过上卡扣1、下卡扣2使其卡在导轨上,卡扣弹臂5和防拆坏弹臂6赋予了上卡扣1、下卡扣2足够的弹性空间,使电子价签的安装方便而可靠,如图5所示。

并且,可以通过调整防滑软胶3的高度来满足不同客户的侧推力要求,例如方便自由调整价签位置的轻阻尼设计(图6),以及防止顾客移动价签的强阻尼设计(图7)。

本实用新型提出的应用于超薄EPD电子价签安装的导轨具有如下有益效果:
(1)卡扣设计、引导臂和卡扣弹臂设计,能够安装并保护电子价签,同时方便拆装和防拆坏;
(2)防滑软胶使电子价签在导轨上滑动产生阻力,保证电子价签在导轨上的位置不会被轻易改变;
(3)弯折软胶设计,方便掀起导轨;
(4)角度块卡扣设计,有效安装角度块;
(5)防拆坏弹臂在误从导轨底部强拆价签时,可以有效保护电子价签结构;
(6)导轨端头可以安装堵头,可以保护使用者不被端头的尖锐角损伤。
(7)电子价签防护罩可以保护电子价签。
(8)促销卡可以被自由安装在导轨上的任意位置展示促销信息。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种应用于超薄EPD电子价签安装的导轨,其特征在于,包括:导轨主体(0)、上卡扣(1)、下卡扣(2)、防滑软胶(3)、卡扣弹臂(5)、防拆坏弹臂(6)和安装挂件(10);
    导轨主体(0)的上下两端分别与卡扣弹臂(5)和防拆坏弹臂(6)一体连接,上卡扣(1)位于卡扣弹臂(5)上,下卡扣(2)与防拆坏弹臂(6)一体连接;
    上卡扣(1)、下卡扣(2)用于:安装电子价签后,将电子价签卡在导轨上;
    卡扣弹臂(5)和防拆坏弹臂(6)用于:赋予上卡扣(1)、下卡扣(2)的弹性空间,使电子价签的安装方便可靠;
    防拆坏弹臂(6)还用于:防止从下卡扣(2)拆卸的错误拆卸方式对电子价签和导轨造成破坏;
    防滑软胶(3)设置于导轨主体(0)安装电子价签的一面,用于在电子价签安装后背部挤压在防滑软胶(3)上,保证电子价签在导轨上的位置不会轻易改变;
    安装挂件(10)设置于导轨主体(0)背向电子价签的一面,用于将导轨固定放置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的应用于超薄EPD电子价签安装的导轨,其特征在于,还包括:拆卸引导臂(4),拆卸引导臂(4)位于卡扣弹臂(5)的一端,用于引导从导轨上拆卸电子价签。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的应用于超薄EPD电子价签安装的导轨,其特征在于,还包括:弯折软胶(8),通过弯折软胶(8)将安装挂件(10)连接于导轨主体(0)背向电子价签的一面,方便掀起导轨。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的应用于超薄EPD电子价签安装的导轨,其特征在于,还包括:角度块卡扣(7),安装于导轨主体(0)背向电子价签的一面,用于安装调节导轨掀起角度的角度块。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的应用于超薄EPD电子价签安装的导轨,其特征在于,还包括:角度块(11),用于安装于角度块卡扣(7)上,用于调节导轨掀起角度。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的应用于超薄EPD电子价签安装的导轨,其特征在于,角度块(11)包括一个角度块主体和两个卡扣,两个卡扣分别卡到角度块卡扣(7)上,通过角度块主体的形状来调节导轨掀起角度。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的应用于超薄EPD电子价签安装的导轨,其特征在于,还包括:堵头(12),安装于导轨主体(0)的左右两端,用于保护使用者不被导轨主体(0)左右两端的尖锐角损伤。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的应用于超薄EPD电子价签安装的导轨,其特征在于,所述堵头(12)包括堵头主体(13)和两层定位卡条(14),两层定位卡条(14)用于通过和导轨主体(0)的过盈配合来紧固堵头。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的应用于超薄EPD电子价签安装的导轨,其特征在于,还包括:电子价签防护罩(9),与拆卸引导臂(4)连接,用于对电子价签进行防护。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的应用于超薄EPD电子价签安装的导轨,其特征在于,还包括:促销卡弹臂(16),促销卡弹臂(16)位于导轨主体(0)背向电子价签的一面,通过过盈力将促销牌(15)插接安装在促销卡弹臂(16)和防拆坏弹臂(6)之间。
