Abstract
Description
以下、本開示の実施形態1について、図面を参照しながら説明する。
実施形態1に係るレイアウト分析装置を用いたシステムについて、図1を用いて説明する。
図1は、本実施形態に係る動線分析システム1の概要を示す。本システム1は、例えば図1に示すように、カメラ11と、動線管理サーバ12と、レイアウト分析装置2とを備える。本システム1は、例えば工場、物流倉庫または店舗等における各種の設備が設けられた作業場10に適用される。
図2は、レイアウト分析装置2の構成を例示するブロック図である。図2に例示するレイアウト分析装置2は、制御部20と、記憶部21と、操作部22と、表示部23と、機器インタフェース24と、ネットワークインタフェース25とを備える。以下、インタフェースを「I/F」と略記する。
以上のように構成される動線分析システム1及びレイアウト分析装置2の動作について、以下説明する。
本実施形態におけるレイアウト分析装置2の動作の概要を、図3を用いて説明する。
本実施形態のレイアウト分析装置2における全体的な動作について、図4~図6を用いて説明する。本実施形態のレイアウト分析装置2では、グラフ理論を用いたデータ分析により、上述した情報の提示を実現する。
図4のステップS2におけるレイアウト最適化処理について、図7~図8を用いて説明する。
図4のステップS3における部分構造の分析処理について、図9~図10を用いて説明する。
図4のステップS4における中心性指標の分析処理について、図11~図13を用いて説明する。
(1)重要なノードGnは、より多くのノードGnから、エッジGeを接続される、即ちリンクされる。
(2)重要なノードGnは、より重要なノードGnからリンクされる。
(3)重要なノードGnは、エッジGeを接続する数、即ちリンクを張っている数が、より少ないノードGnからリンクされる。

以上のように、本実施形態におけるレイアウト分析装置2は、複数の設備Eによるレイアウトの分析結果を示す情報を生成する。レイアウト分析装置2は、複数の設備Eの配置を示す第1のレイアウトの一例である現状レイアウトの地図情報D2を格納する記憶部21と、現状レイアウトから複数の設備Eの配置を最適化する数値計算(S2)により算出される第2のレイアウトの一例である最適レイアウトを取得する制御部20とを備える。制御部20は、現状レイアウトと比較して最適レイアウトにおいて特徴的な部分の一例として、部分構造又はハブ設備を特定する(S3,S4)。制御部20は、最適レイアウトにおける特定した部分、及び現状レイアウトにおいて特定した部分に対応する部分の少なくとも一方と、最適化との関係を示す分析情報のそれぞれ一例として、各種ラインL1~L5及びメッセージM1,M2を生成する(S3~S5)。
以上のように、本出願において開示する技術の例示として、実施形態1を説明した。しかしながら、本開示における技術は、これに限定されず、適宜、変更、置換、付加、省略などを行った実施の形態にも適用可能である。また、上記各実施形態で説明した各構成要素を組み合わせて、新たな実施の形態とすることも可能である。そこで、以下、他の実施形態を例示する。
Claims (15)
- 複数の設備によるレイアウトの分析結果を示す情報を生成するレイアウト分析装置であって、
前記複数の設備の配置を示す第1のレイアウトを格納する記憶部と、
前記第1のレイアウトから前記複数の設備の配置を最適化する数値計算により算出される第2のレイアウトを取得する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、
前記第1のレイアウトと比較して前記第2のレイアウトにおいて特徴的な部分を特定し、
前記第2のレイアウトにおける前記特定した部分、及び前記第1のレイアウトにおいて前記特定した部分に対応する部分の少なくとも一方と、前記最適化との関係を示す分析情報を生成する
レイアウト分析装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記最適化の数値計算において前記第1のレイアウトよりも最適化するように算出される、前記第2のレイアウトを含んだ複数のレイアウトを示すレイアウト群情報を取得して、
取得したレイアウト群情報に基づいて、前記複数のレイアウト間で共通する部分を、前記特徴的な部分として特定する
請求項1に記載のレイアウト分析装置。 - 前記レイアウト群情報は、前記複数のレイアウトにそれぞれ対応するグラフ情報を含み、
前記制御部は、前記レイアウト群情報に、Cl-GBI法、GBI法およびB-GBI法の少なくとも何れかを適用して、前記共通する部分を特定する
請求項2に記載のレイアウト分析装置。 - 前記分析情報は、前記共通する部分が前記第1のレイアウトに含まれない場合、前記特定した部分を、前記第2のレイアウトが前記第1のレイアウトから最適化された要因として示す
請求項2又は3に記載のレイアウト分析装置。 - 前記分析情報は、前記共通する部分が前記第1のレイアウトに含まれない場合、前記対応する部分を、前記第1のレイアウトが最適でない要因として示す
請求項2~4のいずれか1項に記載のレイアウト分析装置。 - 前記分析情報は、前記共通する部分が前記第1のレイアウトに含まれる場合、前記特定した部分を、前記第1及び第2のレイアウト間で共通する部分として示す
請求項2~5のいずれか1項に記載のレイアウト分析装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1のレイアウトにおける中心性指標と、前記第2のレイアウトにおける中心性指標との比較を行って、前記第2のレイアウトにおいて前記特徴的な部分を特定する
請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のレイアウト分析装置。 - 前記分析情報は、前記第2のレイアウトにおける前記特定した部分の中心性指標が、前記第1のレイアウトにおける前記対応する部分の中心性指標よりも高いことを示す
請求項7に記載のレイアウト分析装置。 - 前記最適化の数値計算は、移動体が前記複数の設備の間を移動する距離の総計を最小化するように行われ、
前記特定した部分は、前記複数の設備において前記移動体の移動が集中した設備であり、
前記分析情報は、前記移動が集中した設備について、前記移動体の移動し易さに関する中心性指標が、前記第1のレイアウトよりも前記第2のレイアウトにおいて高いことを示す
請求項8に記載のレイアウト分析装置。 - 前記中心性指標は、ページランク、近接中心性、及び媒介中心性の少なくとも一つを含む
請求項7~9のいずれか1項に記載のレイアウト分析装置。 - 前記最適化の数値計算は、前記第1のレイアウトにおいて前記各設備が位置する領域が、それぞれ所定サイズの分割領域に分割された状態を初期値として、各設備に対応する分割領域をまとめて配置するように行われる
請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のレイアウト分析装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1のレイアウトから前記複数の設備の配置を最適化する数値計算を行って、前記第2のレイアウトを算出する
請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のレイアウト分析装置。 - 前記制御部によって生成された分析情報を表示する表示部をさらに備える
請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のレイアウト分析装置。 - 複数の設備によるレイアウトの分析結果を示す情報を生成するレイアウト分析方法であって、
前記複数の設備の配置を示す第1のレイアウトから前記複数の設備の配置を最適化する数値計算により算出される第2のレイアウトを取得するステップと、
前記第1のレイアウトと比較して前記第2のレイアウトにおいて特徴的な部分を特定するステップと、
前記第2のレイアウトにおける前記特定した部分、及び前記第1のレイアウトにおいて前記特定した部分に対応する部分の少なくとも一方と、前記最適化との関係を示す分析情報を生成するステップとを含む
レイアウト分析方法。 - 請求項14に記載のレイアウト分析方法を、コンピュータの制御部に実行させるためのプログラム。
