目前,直播暂停的情况下,观看客户端通常显示固定界面提示直播暂停,例如:咖啡杯界面。进而,导致随时进入的观看用户以为直播故障,降低了直播收视率和用户粘度。
为了解决上述问题,本公开实施例提供了一种直播内容切换方法,可以在直播暂停阶段向观看客户端发送与第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧和暂停原因提示信息,从而使得观看客户端的暂停界面具有个性化,富有趣味性,提升了用户体验,增加了观看客户端用户能够等待的时长,增强了用户粘度。
下面结合具体的实施例对该方法进行介绍。
图1为本公开实施例提供的一种直播内容切换方法的流程示意图,该方法可以由直播内容切换装置执行,其中该装置可以采用软件和/或硬件实现,一般可集成在电子设备中。如图1所示,该方法包括:
步骤101,响应于接收到暂停指令,停止向观看客户端发送第一视频内容,并获取与第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧和暂停原因提示信息。
网络直播通常包括直播客户端和观看客户端,主播通过直播客户端生成视频内容进行网络直播,直播客户端通过服务器将视频内容发送给观看客户端,观看客户端接收视频内容,显示给观看者主播实时直播的内容。
其中,需要说明的是,该直播客户端可以根据具体的应用场景进行选择,本实施例不做限制,例如:手机、微型计算机。该观看客户端可以根据具体的应用场景进行选择,本实施例不做限制,例如:手机、穿戴式设备。
在网络直播的过程中,根据实际应用场景存在一些主播需要对直播内容进行暂停的操作,例如:游戏切换等,本实施例对此不做限制。具体地,可以对暂停直播前后的视频内容进行区分,将视频内容分为第一视频内容和第二视频内容。其中,第一视频内容为暂停直播之前的视频内容;第二视频内容为恢复直播之后的视频内容。可以理解地,第一视频内容可以与第二视频内容相关,也可以与第二视频内容不相关。举例而言:主播将第一游 戏切换为第二游戏,暂停向观众直播游戏切换过程,那么,第一视频内容可以为第一游戏对应的直播画面;第二视频内容可以为第二游戏对应的直播画面。
当主播暂停向观看客户端直播第一视频内容时,直播客户端发送用于指示直播暂停的暂停指令,服务器接收暂停指令,响应于接收到的暂停指令,服务器停止向观看客户端发送第一视频内容,并且获取与第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧和暂停原因提示信息。其中,场景画面帧与第一视频内容直接关联,即,场景画面帧可以为第一视频内容中的帧,从而直接表示第一视频内容;场景画面帧还可以与第一视频内容间接关联,即,场景画面帧还可以为非第一视频内容中的帧,间接表示第一视频内容。其中,该场景画面帧可以为一帧也可以为多帧,即该场景画面帧在观看客户端可以表现为与第一视频内容相关的静止画面,或与第一视频内容相关的动态视频。
相对于相关技术在直播暂停时向观看用户提供的固定背景图像的场景,固定背景图像往往与暂停前直播内容无关,本实施例提供的用于直播暂停播放的场景画面帧与第一视频内容相关联,实现了根据直播场景的个性化处理。场景画面帧用于简要地向观看客户端用户展示直播暂停前所直播的第一视频内容所包含的场景。对于直播暂停时段进入直播间的观众,通过场景画面帧能够了解主播暂停直播前直播的第一视频内容,提高了观众等待主播恢复直播的概率;对于直播暂停前进入直播间的用户,提升了观看连续感,从而提升了用户体验。
综上所述,为了更清楚的说明场景画面帧的确定过程,举例说明如下:
示例一:获取第一视频内容的直播类型,根据直播类型获取与第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧。
本示例中,将直播进行直播类型分类,该直播类型分类包括但不限于:游戏类直播、音乐类直播、美颜类直播中的任一种或多种。在本示例中,可以通过标签识别、图像识别等方法获取第一视频内容的直播类型。举例而言,当通过标签识别获取直播类型,若直播的标签为射击游戏,该直播的直播类型可以为游戏类直播。进而,在不同应用场景中可以根据直播类型选取与第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧,举例说明如下:
当直播类型为游戏类直播,确定第一视频内容的最后一帧,或与第一视频内容关联的游戏宣传封面为直播暂停时播放的场景画面帧。图2为本公开实施例提供的一种场景画面帧的示意图,如图2所示,若第一视频内容为游戏直播,对应的场景画面帧可以为第一视频内容的最后一帧。
当视频类型为音乐类直播,确定与第一视频内容关联的音乐专辑封面为直播暂停时播放的场景画面帧。图3为本公开实施例提供的另一种场景画面帧的示意图,如图3所示,若第一视频内容是以主播唱歌为特色的音乐类直播,场景画面帧可以为主播所唱歌曲的音 乐专辑封面。
当视频类型为美颜类直播,确定第一视频内容的最后一帧,或与第一视频内容关联的主播封面为直播暂停时播放的场景画面帧。例如:若第一视频内容为以妆容为特色的美颜类直播,场景画面帧可以为主播暂停直播前的最后一帧,或与第一视频内容关联的主播封面。
示例二:获取第一视频内容的直播类型和直播暂停原因对应的引导图标,获取与第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧,其中,场景画面帧的关联区域显示引导图标。
本示例中,不同的直播类型以及对应的直播暂停原因对应相应的引导图标,引导图标可以使观众更加清晰直观地获取直播暂停原因。进而,在获取的与第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧的关联区域中可以设置引导图标。其中,关联区域的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,关联区域的位置可以根据应用场景进行设定,本实施例不作限制,例如:位于场景画面帧右上方、位于场景画面帧下方。需要说明的是,本示例中与第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧的获取方法参见上述实施例的具体过程,此处不再赘述。举例如下:
图4为本公开实施例提供的另一种场景画面帧的示意图。如图4所示,应用场景为主播因进行游戏切换而暂停直播,场景画面帧为主播暂停直播前所播游戏的最后一帧,同时在位于场景画面帧的右上角显示引导图标,所述引导图标用于表示主播正在进行游戏切换。
进一步地,为了向观看客户端的观众更清楚地说明直播暂停的原因,获取的内容还包括暂停原因提示信息。该暂停原因提示信息用于提示直播暂停的原因,可以理解地,暂停原因提示信息可以根据应用场景进行设置,本实施例不做限制,例如:
场景一:主播因切换游戏暂停直播,暂停原因提示信息可以为:主播正在切换游戏,请稍候。
场景二:主播因观看广告暂停直播,暂停原因提示信息可以为:主播正在观看广告,请稍候。
步骤102,向观看客户端发送场景画面帧和所述暂停原因提示信息,以使观看客户端显示包括暂停原因提示信息的场景画面帧。
在本公开一些实施例中,服务器在获取场景画面帧和暂停原因提示信息后,向观看客户端发送该场景画面帧和暂停原因提示信息。在一些应用场景中,该场景画面帧和暂停原因提示信息的发送次数与直播暂停时段时长和/或直播的网络条件等因素相关。观看客户端接收到服务器发送的场景画面帧和暂停原因提示信息,显示包括暂停原因提示信息的场景画面帧。
一种可选的实施方式中,通过补充增强信息SEI(supplemental enhancement information)携带暂停原因提示信息,具体的,上述步骤102可以包括:
服务器持续向观看客户端发送至少一个场景画面帧,以及与每个场景画面帧对应的补充增强信息SEI显示指令。其中,补充增强信息包括:暂停原因提示信息。观看客户端对补充增强信息进行解析,获得暂停原因提示信息,将解析获得的暂停原因提示信息和场景画面帧进行组合,在观看客户端显示包括该暂停原因提示信息的场景画面帧
图5为本公开实施例提供的一种直播客户端和观看客户端的交互示意图,如图5所示,在直播暂停时段之前,直播客户端向观看客户端发送第一视频内容的画面帧。主播因切换游戏暂停直播,在暂停时段内,直播客户端向观看客户端通过服务器发送场景画面帧及其对应的补充增强信息,其中,该补充增强信息包括的暂停原因提示信息可以为:主播正在切换游戏,请稍候。
通过发送场景画面帧及其对应的补充增强信息,可以使在直播暂停时段内进入直播间的观众,也可以获取暂停原因提示信息,从而避免了暂停时段进入直播间的观众误以为直播发生错误,改善了观众的体验感,增加了观众留在直播暂停的直播间进行等待的概率。同时,在直播内容在数据传播的过程中发生丢帧的情况下,也可以提高观众获取暂停原因提示信息的概率。
根据本公开实施例的直播内容切换方法,在直播暂停阶段向观看客户端发送与第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧及其对应的补充增强信息,从而使得观看客户端的暂停界面具有个性化,富有趣味性,提升了用户体验,增加了观看客户端用户能够等待的时长,增强了用户粘度。
通过发送场景画面帧及其对应的补充增强信息,可以在场景画面帧中显示暂停原因提示信息,从而可以明确地向观众说明直播暂停的原因,增加了用户体验感。
基于上述实施例,在直播暂停结束之后,还可以进行直播的恢复,在另一个实施例中,在步骤102之后,还包括:
响应于接收到暂停结束指令,停止向观看客户端发送场景画面帧和暂停原因提示信息,并向观看客户端发送第二视频内容,以使观看客户端显示不包括暂停原因提示信息的第二视频内容。
在本公开一些实施例中,直播暂停结束,直播客户端发送用于指示暂停结束的暂停结束指令,服务器接收到暂停结束指令,服务器响应于接收到的暂停结束指令,停止向观看客户端发送场景画面帧和暂停原因提示信息,并向观看客户端继续直播第二视频内容,以使观看客户端显示不包括暂停原因提示信息的所述第二视频内容。一种可选的实施方式中,通过SEI显示取消指令使观看客户端不再显示暂停原因提示信息,具体包括:
步骤1,响应于接收到暂停结束指令,停止向观看客户端发送场景画面帧,以及与场 景画面帧对应的补充增强信息SEI显示指令,其中,补充增强信息包括:暂停原因提示信息。
直播恢复,则观看客户无需显示场景画面帧及其对应的暂停原因提示信息。本实施方式中,暂停原因提示信息携带于补充增强信息SEI中,因而为了使观看客户端停止显示暂停原因提示信息和场景画面帧,服务器响应于暂停结束指令,停止向观看客户端发送场景画面帧及其对应的补充增强信息SEI显示指令。
步骤2,向观看客户端发送第二视频内容,以及发送SEI显示取消指令,以使观看客户端显示不包括暂停原因提示信息的第二视频内容。
直播恢复,则观看客户端需要进行第二视频内容的直播,服务器向观看客户端发送第二视频内容,还需要取消显示暂停原因提示信息,本实施例中,SEI显示取消指令用于取消观看客户端显示的暂停原因提示信息,如果观看客户端没有接收到SEI显示取消指令,暂停原因提示信息会一直在观看客户端显示,因而服务器向观看客户端发送第二视频内容和SEI显示取消指令,观看客户端接收到该第二视频内容和SEI显示取消指令,显示不包括暂停原因提示信息的第二视频内容。
需要说明的是,由于在数据传输的过程中可能出现漏帧等情况,观看客户端可能接收不到服务器发送的每个SEI取消指令,因而可以发送多次SEI取消指令,并对SEI取消指令的发送次数进行预先配置,以防止直播已经恢复,然而暂停原因提示信息仍存在于观看客户端。具体地,上述实施例中,向所述观看客户端发送第二视频内容,以及发送所述SEI显示取消指令,包括:
步骤a,获取预先配置的取消指令发送次数。其中,该取消指令的发送次数可以是根据实验标定的,本实施例不作限制,例如:3次。
步骤b,从第二视频内容的第一帧开始获取连续相邻的多个目标视频帧,其中,多个目标视频帧的帧数与所述取消指令发送次数相同。
步骤c,向观看客户端发送第二视频内容中的多个目标视频帧,以及与每个目标视频帧对应的所述SEI显示取消指令。
本实施例中,SEI显示取消指令附着在目标视频帧上,因而,服务器获取的目标视频帧的帧数与取消指令发送次数相同。
在数据传输等条件理想的情况下,观看客户端能够接收到服务器发送的每帧画面帧,为了确保观看客户端从第二视频内容的第一帧开始进行取消显示暂停原因提示信息的操作,服务器从第二视频内容的第一帧开始获取目标视频帧,从而恢复直播之后,服务器向观看端发送的第二视频内容中,第一帧就有对应的SEI显示取消指令。
在数据传输等条件不理想的情况下,在观看客户端可能出现漏帧等情况,从而,为了 确保在数据传输不理想的情况下,观看客户端仍可以取消显示暂停原因提示信息,服务器从第二视频内容获取连续相邻的多个目标视频帧,从而恢复直播之后,在服务器向观看端发送的目标视频帧中发生漏帧的情况发生时,提高了观看客户端能够接收到SEI显示取消指令的概率。
综上,服务器从第二视频内容的第一帧开始获取连续相邻的多个目标视频帧,并且向观看客户端发送第二视频内容中的多个目标视频帧,以及与每个目标视频帧对应的SEI显示取消指令。
图6为本公开实施例提供的另一种直播客户端和观看客户端的交互示意图。
如图6所示,在暂停时段,观看客户端接收到场景画面帧及其对应的显示指令,观看客户端显示有暂停原因提示信息。主播恢复直播,暂停结束。服务器获取预先配置的SEI显示取消指令的发送次数为3次,并且根据该发送次数,获取第二视频内容的第一帧至第三帧作为目标视频帧,在目标视频帧对应SEI显示取消指令。服务器向观看客户端发送目标视频帧及其对应的SEI显示取消指令,进而,观看客户端对接收到的SEI显示取消指令进行解析,在观看客户端的直播界面取消当前显示的暂停原因提示信息。
根据本公开实施例的直播内容切换方法,响应于暂停结束,恢复直播之后的第二视频内容存在对应的SEI显示取消指令,使得在暂停结束之后,观看客户端可以及时取消显示暂停原因提示信息,从而第二视频内容上不再显示暂停原因提示信息,观众可以正常观看第二视频内容,提升了用户的观看体验感。
图7为本公开实施例提供的一种直播内容显示方法的流程示意图,该方法可以应用于观看客户端,具体阐述如下:
步骤701,接收第一视频内容并显示第一视频内容。

其中,场景画面帧是直播客户端根据暂停前直播的第一视频内容确定的,其具体的处理过程参见上述实施例的实施过程,此处不再赘述。示例说明如下:
场景一:第一视频为游戏类直播,当直播客户端在直播暂停时发送的场景画面帧为第一视频内容的最后一帧,暂停原因提示信息为“主播正在切换游戏,请稍候”时,观看客户端在主播暂停时段的界面显示如图8所示。因此,根据图8所示的内容,随时进入直播间的用户能够获取到主播暂停前播放的是当前界面显示的小游戏,主播由于正在切换游戏所以暂时停止直播。
场景二:第一视频为音乐类直播,当直播客户端在直播暂停时发送的场景画面帧为音乐专辑封面,暂停原因提示信息为“主播正在进行预设操作,请稍候”时,观看客户端在主播暂停时段的界面显示如图9所示。因此,根据图9所示的内容,随时进入直播间的用户能够获取到主播暂停前直播的是唱歌,主播由于正在进行预设操作所以暂时停止直播。
根据本公开实施例的直播内容显示方法,接收暂停时段内直播客户端发送的与第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧,因而,在暂停时段内,观看客户端可以显示与第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧相关联的画面,并且还可以显示暂停原因。使得观看客户端的暂停界面具有个性化,富有趣味性,提升了用户体验,增加了观看客户端用户能够等待的时长,增强了用户粘度。
当直播暂停结束恢复直播第二视频内容时,相应的在观看客户端也同步显示恢复,因此,基于上述通过补充增强信息携带暂停原因提示信息的实施例,还包括:
接收发送的第二视频内容,以及接收所述SEI显示取消指令,根据SEI显示取消指令显示不包括暂停原因提示信息的第二视频内容。
本实施例中,直播客户端在直播暂停结束后,恢复直播发送第二视频内容。在该应用场景中,观看客户端无需再显示暂停原因提示信息。为了使暂停原因提示信息取消显示, 服务器发送SEI显示取消指令,观看客户端接收该SEI显示取消指令,能够对SEI显示取消指令进行解析,从而在不显示暂停原因提示信息的同时显示第二视频内容。举例而言,图10为本公开实施例提供的一种直播内容切换方法的界面示意图。如图10所示,直播暂停时段,观看客户端界面显示第一视频的最后一帧以及暂停原因提示信息;直播暂停结束,观看客户端界面显示第二视频内容,并且取消显示暂停原因提示信息。
可选地,在本公开一些实施例中,可以预设时间,如果在预设时间内没有接收到SEI显示取消指令,则触发取消第二视频内容上显示的暂停原因提示信息。
在一些应用场景中,可能发生视频漏帧和/或丢帧等情况,从而导致观看客户端接收不到SEI显示取消指令。在本公开一些实施例中,为了使得该种场景下,观看客户端仍能取消显示暂停原因提示信息,可以预设时间,该预设时间可以根据应用场景进行设置,本实施例不作限制,例如:1秒或10毫秒。如果在预设时间内没有接收到SEI显示取消指令,则触发取消第二视频内容上显示的暂停原因提示信息。
图11为本公开实施例提供的另一种直播客户端和观看客户端的交互示意图,如图11所示,预设时间为10毫秒。暂停时段内,观看客户端界面显示有暂停原因提示信息,直播暂停结束,直播客户端直播第二视频内容,为了不再显示暂停原因提示信息,直播客户端发送3帧对应有SEI显示取消指令的目标视频帧,但是这三帧目标视频帧在传输的过程中发生了丢帧,观看客户端无法接收到这三帧目标视频帧。之后,直播客户端继续发送第二视频内容的画面帧,不再发送携带取消指令的目标视频帧,因而观看客户端在预设时间内没有接收到对应有SEI显示取消指令的目标视频帧。10毫秒后,到达预设时间,观看客户端主动触发取消显示暂停原因提示信息。
通过预设时间,可以保证在不超过该预设时间的范围内,观看客户端的暂停原因提示信息可以取消显示,解决了视频丢帧的问题,避免了直播暂停已经结束,然而观看客户端仍长时间显示暂停原因提示信息的情况。从而,提升了用户体验。
根据本公开实施例的直播内容显示方法,根据第二视频内容中的暂停原因提示信息的SEI显示取消指令取消在观看界面上显示的暂停原因提示信息,避免了直播恢复后,暂停原因提示信息仍长时间显示在观看界面的情况,从而提升了用户体验,增强了用户粘性。
图12为本公开实施例提供的一种直播内容切换装置的结构示意图,该装置可由软件和/或硬件实现,一般可集成在电子设备中。如图12所示,该装置包括:

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述直播类型获取与所述第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧,包括:
    当所述直播类型为游戏类直播,确定所述第一视频内容的最后一帧,或与所述第一视频内容关联的游戏宣传封面为所述场景画面帧;
    或者,
    当所述视频类型为音乐类直播,确定与所述第一视频内容关联的音乐专辑封面为所述场景画面帧;
    或者,
    当所述视频类型为美颜类直播,确定所述第一视频内容的最后一帧,或与所述第一视频内容关联的主播封面为所述场景画面帧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取与所述第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧,包括:
    获取所述第一视频内容的直播类型和直播暂停原因对应的引导图标;
    获取与所述第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧,其中,所述场景画面帧的关联区域显示所述引导图标。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    响应于接收到暂停结束指令,停止向所述观看客户端发送所述场景画面帧和所述暂停原因提示信息,并向所述观看客户端发送第二视频内容,以使所述观看客户端显示不包括所述暂停原因提示信息的所述第二视频内容。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述停止向所述观看客户端发送所述场景画面帧和所述暂停原因提示信息,包括:
    停止向所述观看客户端发送所述场景画面帧,以及与所述场景画面帧对应的补充增强信息SEI显示指令,其中,所述补充增强信息包括:所述暂停原因提示信息,
    所述向所述观看客户端发送第二视频内容,以使所述观看客户端显示不包括所述暂停原因提示信息的所述第二视频内容,包括:
    向所述观看客户端发送第二视频内容,以及发送所述SEI显示取消指令,以使所述观看客户端显示不包括所述暂停原因提示信息的所述第二视频内容。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述向所述观看客户端发送第二视频内容,以及发送所述SEI显示取消指令,包括:
    获取预先配置的所述取消指令发送次数;
    从所述第二视频内容的第一帧开始获取连续相邻的多个目标视频帧,其中,所述多个目标视频帧的帧数与所述取消指令发送次数相同;
    向所述观看客户端发送第二视频内容中的所述多个目标视频帧,以及与每个所述目标视频帧对应的所述SEI显示取消指令。
  9. 一种直播内容显示方法,其中,所述方法应用于观看客户端,包括:
    接收第一视频内容并显示所述第一视频内容;
    接收与所述第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧和暂停原因提示信息;
    显示所述场景画面帧,所述场景画面帧中包括所述暂停原因提示信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述接收与所述第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧和暂停原因提示信息,包括:
    持续接收发送的至少一个所述场景画面帧,以及与每个所述场景画面帧对应的补充增强信息SEI显示指令,其中,所述补充增强信息包括:所述暂停原因提示信息;
    所述显示所述场景画面帧,所述场景画面帧中包括所述暂停原因提示信息,包括:
    解析所述SEI显示指令后,显示包括所述暂停原因提示信息的所述场景画面帧。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    接收发送的第二视频内容,以及接收所述SEI显示取消指令;
    根据所述SEI显示取消指令显示不包括所述暂停原因提示信息的所述第二视频内容。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,在所述接收发送的第二视频内容之后,还包 括:如果在预设时间内没有接收到所述SEI显示取消指令,则触发取消所述第二视频内容上显示的所述暂停原因提示信息。
  13. 一种直播内容切换装置,其中,包括:
    获取模块,用于响应于接收到暂停指令,停止向观看客户端发送第一视频内容,并获取与所述第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧和暂停原因提示信息;
    发送模块,用于向所述观看客户端发送所述场景画面帧和所述暂停原因提示信息,以使所述观看客户端显示包括所述暂停原因提示信息的所述场景画面帧。
  14. 一种直播内容显示装置,其中,包括:
    第一显示模块,用于接收第一视频内容并显示所述第一视频内容;
    第一接收模块,用于接收与所述第一视频内容关联的场景画面帧和暂停原因提示信息;
    第二显示模块,用于显示所述场景画面帧,所述场景画面帧中包括所述暂停原因提示信息。
  15. 一种电子设备,其中,所述电子设备包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    所述处理器,用于从所述存储器中读取所述可执行指令,并执行所述指令以实现上述权利要求1-8中任一项所述的直播内容切换方法或9-12中任一项所述的直播内容显示方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当所述指令在终端设备上运行时,使得所述终端设备实现如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的直播内容切换方法或9-12中任一项所述的直播内容显示方法。
  17. 一种计算机程序产品,其中,所述计算机程序产品包括计算机程序/指令,所述计算机程序/指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的直播内容切换方法或9-12中任一项所述的直播内容显示方法。
