　本発明は、生成システム、及び生成プログラムに関する。
　従来、寄せ書きを提供するための技術が知られていた（例えば、特許文献１参照）。
特開２０１５－１３３０００号公報
　ところで、寄せ書きを提供する場合、受取人へのメッセージを記載する必要があり、記載するべきメッセージの内容を考えることが負担となる可能性があり、寄せ書きを容易に作成するための技術が要望されていた。
　本発明は上記事実に鑑みなされたもので、寄せ書きを容易に作成することが可能となる生成システム及び生成プログラムを提供する事を目的とする。
　上述した課題を解決し、目的を達成するために、請求項１に記載の生成システムは、複数の対象者から受取人へのメッセージを表示する寄せ書きを生成するための生成システムであって、前記複数の対象者からのメッセージ情報であって、前記受取人へのメッセージを示す前記メッセージ情報を取得する取得手段と、前記取得手段が取得した前記メッセージ情報に基づいて、前記寄せ書きを示す寄せ書き情報を生成する管理手段と、を備え、前記取得手段は、前記受取人へのメッセージを回答として入力させるための設問を前記複数の対象者側に表示する第１処理と、前記第１処理で表示された設問に対する回答であって、前記複数の対象者によって前記生成システムに入力された回答を示す回答情報を前記メッセージ情報として取得する第２処理とを行う。

〔Ｉ〕実施の形態の基本的概念
　まず、実施の形態の基本的概念について説明する。実施の形態は、生成システム及び生成プログラムに関する。本発明に係る生成システムは、複数の対象者から受取人へのメッセージを表示する寄せ書きを生成するためのシステムである。
　「寄せ書き」とは、複数の対象者からのメッセージを表示するものであり、例えば、複数ページで構成されるも冊子形式のもの、あるいは、１ページのみで構成されるもの等を含む概念である。この寄せ書きの形式は任意であり、例えば、製本された冊子、所定形式のダウンロード可能なファイル、又は、閲覧可能な閲覧可能情報（一例としては、ウェブブラウザで閲覧可能なウェブページに対応する情報等）の形式であってもよい。
　「対象者」とは、寄せ書きの各メッセージを考える者であり、すなわち、メッセージを贈る者等を含む概念である。「受取人」とは、寄せ書きの各メッセージを贈られる者であり、すなわち、寄せ書きが贈られる者等を含む概念である。

　図５の記録部２２は、サーバ装置２の動作に必要なプログラム及び各種のデータを記録する記録手段である。この記録部２２は、例えば、会員情報データベース２２１（以下、データベースを「ＤＢ」と称する）、設問関連情報ＤＢ２２２、設定情報ＤＢ２２３、回答関連情報ＤＢ２２４、及び閲覧関連情報ＤＢ２２５を備える。
（構成‐サーバ装置－記録部－会員情報ＤＢ）
　図５の会員情報ＤＢ２２１は、会員情報を格納する会員情報格納手段である。
　図６は、会員情報を例示した図である。「会員情報」は、情報処理システム１００によって適用されるサービスの会員を特定する情報であり、例えば、図６に示す各項目の情報が相互に関連付けられている。
　図６の会員ＩＤは、会員を一意に識別する会員識別情報である（以下、識別情報を「ＩＤ」とも称する）。図６の会員名情報は、会員の氏名を示す情報である（図６では、便宜の記載として「Ｂ１」等が図示されている）。図６のパスワード情報は、会員を認証するためのパスワードを示す情報である。
　そして、図６の最上段の情報は例えば、「ＩＤｕ００１」が識別する会員の氏名が「Ｂ１」であることが示されており、また、当該会員を認証するためのパスワードが「ｐａｓｓ１」であることが示されている。なお、このような会員情報は、サーバ装置２に情報を入力することにより格納される。
（構成‐サーバ装置－記録部－設問関連情報ＤＢ）
　図５の設問関連情報ＤＢ２２２は、設問関連情報を格納する設問関連情報格納手段である。
　図７は、設問関連情報を例示した図である。「設問関連情報」は、予め作成されている事前作成設問に関する情報であり、例えば、図７に示す各項目の情報が相互に関連付けられている。
　図７の種別情報は、寄せ書きの種類を示す情報である。図７の設問内容情報は、予め作成されている事前作成設問であって、受取人へのメッセージを回答として入力させるための事前作成設問を示す情報である。
　そして、図７においては、「誕生日」の種類の寄せ書きに属する事前作成設問が、「〇〇さんに伝えたい一言は？」、「〇〇さんの好きな部分は？」等であること等が示されている。なお、このような設問関連情報は、サーバ装置２に情報を入力することにより格納される。
（構成‐サーバ装置－記録部－設定情報ＤＢ）
　図５の設定情報ＤＢ２２３は、設定情報を格納する設定情報格納手段である。
　図８は、設定情報を例示した図である。「設定情報」は、寄せ書きを生成するための基本となる設定及び設問等を示す情報であり、例えば、図８に示す各項目の情報が相互に関連付けられている。
　図８の冊子ＩＤは、冊子形式の寄せ書きを一意に識別するための情報である。図８の冊子デザイン情報は、寄せ書きのデザインを示す情報である。図９は、寄せ書きのデザインを例示した図である。「寄せ書きのデザイン」とは、例えば、冊子形式の寄せ書きを表示する際の下絵又は背景色等を示す概念であり、一例としては、図９に示す下絵等を示す画像情報が用いられる。
　図８の幹事情報は、幹事を示す情報である。なお、本願においては、会員のみが幹事になれることとし、幹事情報としては図６の会員ＩＤを用いる場合について説明する。図８の受取人情報は、受取人を示す情報であり、例えば、受取人の実名又は愛称等を示す情報が用いられる。図８の種別情報は、図７の同一名称の情報と同じである。図８の設問情報は、受取人へのメッセージを回答として入力させるための設問を示す情報である。図８の締切期限情報は、参加者によるメッセージの記入又は入力を締め切る日を示す情報である。
　そして、図８においては、「ＩＤｂ００１」が識別する寄せ書きのデザインが「Ｄ００１．ｊｐｇ」が示す図９のデザインであることが示されており、また、当該寄せ書きの幹事が「ＩＤｕ００１」が識別する会員（すなわち、図６の「Ｂ１」）であることが示されており、また、当該寄せ書きの受取人が「ＡＡ」であることが示されており、また、当該寄せ書きの種類が「誕生日」であること等が示されている。また、図８においては、当該寄せ書きについて、受取人へのメッセージを回答として入力させるための設問が３個存在し、「設問１」が「ＡＡさんに伝えたい一言は？」であり、また、「設問２」が「ＡＡさんの好きな部分は？」であり、「設問３」が「ＡＡさんとの共通の思い出は？」であること等が示されている。また、図８においては、当該寄せ書きについて、参加者によるメッセージの記入又は入力を締め切る日が「２０２０年６月１５日」であること等が示されている。
　なお、このような設定情報については、後述する設定情報格納処理を実行することにより格納される。
（構成‐サーバ装置－記録部－回答関連情報ＤＢ）
　図５の回答関連情報ＤＢ２２４は、回答関連情報格納手段である。
　図１０は、回答関連情報を例示した図である。「回答関連情報」は、設問に対する回答等に関連する情報であり、例えば、図１０に示す各項目の情報が相互に関連付けられている。
　図１０の冊子ＩＤは、図８の同一名称の情報と同じである。図１０の回答者情報は、回答者（つまり、対象者）を示す情報である。図１０の画像情報は、回答者の画像（例えば、対象者の顔写真画像、似顔絵画像、あるいは、対応者をイメージさせる任意の画像等）を示す情報である。図１０の回答内容情報は、設問に対する回答者による回答（つまり、受取人へのメッセージ）の内容等を示す情報である。
　そして、図１０においては、「ＩＤｂ００１」が識別する寄せ書きの回答者が「Ｂ１」であること等が示されており、当該「Ｂ１」の画像が「Ｇ００１．ｊｐｇ」の画像であることが示されており、また、「設問１」への「Ｂ１」の回答が「お誕生日おめでとう」であり、また、「設問２」への「Ｂ１」の回答が「面倒見がよい」であり、「設問３」への「Ｂ１」の回答が「夏の旅行」であり、また、「Ｂ１」のフリーメッセージが「よい１年でありますように」であること等が示されている。なお、「フリーメッセージ」とは、設問に対する回答の形式以外で、自由に表示される受取人へのメッセージを示す概念である。
　なお、このような回答関連情報については、後述する幹事関連処理及び参加者関連処理を実行することにより格納される。
（構成‐サーバ装置－記録部－閲覧関連情報ＤＢ）
　図５の閲覧関連情報ＤＢ２２５は、閲覧関連情報格納手段である。
　図１１は、閲覧関連情報を例示した図である。「閲覧関連情報」とは、寄せ書きを閲覧可能な閲覧可能情報として提供する場合の閲覧に関する情報であり、例えば、図１１に示す各項目の情報が相互に関連付けられている。
　図１１の冊子ＩＤは、図８の同一名称の情報と同じである。図１１の閲覧者情報は、寄せ書きを閲覧する者を示す情報であり、例えば、図６の会員ＩＤ又は氏名を示す情報等が用いられる。図１１の閲覧期限情報は、閲覧の期限である閲覧期限を示す情報である。
　そして、図１１においては、「ＩＤｂ００１」が識別する寄せ書きの閲覧者が「ＩＤｕ００１」、及び「ＩＤｕ００２」等が示す者であり、各閲覧者の閲覧期限が「２０２０年１０月３１日」であること等が示されている。すなわち、各閲覧者は、「２０２０年１０月３１日」まで閲覧可能であること等が示されている。
　なお、このような閲覧関連情報については、後述する提供処理及び閲覧期限延長処理を行うことにより格納される。
（構成‐サーバ装置－制御部）
　図５の制御部２３は、サーバ装置２を制御する制御手段であり、機能概念的には、例えば、取得部２３１、管理部２３２を備える。取得部２３１は、複数の対象者からのメッセージ情報であって、受取人へのメッセージを示すメッセージ情報を取得する取得手段である。また、取得部２３１は、受取人へのメッセージを回答として入力させるための設問を複数の対象者側に表示する第１処理と、第１処理で表示された設問に対する回答であって、複数の対象者によって生成システムに入力された回答を示す回答情報をメッセージ情報として取得する第２処理とを行う。管理部２３２は、取得手段が取得したメッセージ情報に基づいて、寄せ書きを示す寄せ書き情報を生成する管理手段である。なお、この制御部２３の各部によって行われる処理については、後述する。
（処理）
　続いて、本実施の形態に係る情報処理システム１００によって実行される処理について説明する。例えば、幹事関連処理、参加者関連処理、提供処理、及び閲覧期限延長処理について説明する。
　なお、ここでは、「幹事」が図６の会員である「Ｂ１」であり、「参加者」が会員である「Ｂ２」等及び非会員（つまり、会員ではない）である「Ｂ３」であり、また、「受取人」が会員である「ＡＡ」である場合について説明する。
（処理‐幹事関連処理）
　幹事関連処理について説明する。図１２は、幹事関連処理のフローチャートである（以下の各処理の説明ではステップを「Ｓ」と略記する）。幹事関連処理は、寄せ書きについて幹事に関連する処理であり、例えば、サーバ装置２によって実行される処理である。
　この幹事関連処理は、例えば、幹事となる会員であるユーザが、自己の端末装置１を介して、幹事関連処理を実行するための所定操作を行った場合に、実行を開始することとし、当該処理が開始されたところから説明する。
＝＝＝ＳＡ１＝＝＝
　図１２のＳＡ１においてサーバ装置２の制御部２３は、ユーザにログインさせる。
　例えば、幹事となるユーザである「Ｂ１」が、自己の会員ＩＤで及びパスワード情報である「ＩＤｕ００１」及び「ｐａｓｓ１」をタッチパッド１２を介して入力した場合に、端末装置１の制御部１５が、当該「ＩＤｕ００１」及び「ｐａｓｓ１」をサーバ装置２に送信する。
　一方、サーバ装置２の制御部２３は、端末装置１からの「ＩＤｕ００１」及び「ｐａｓｓ１」を受信し、図６の会員情報を参照して、「ＩＤｕ００１」及び「ｐａｓｓ１」と同じ会員ＩＤ及びパスワード情報の組み合わせが格納されているので、当該ユーザが会員であることを認証し、ログインさせる。

　図１２のＳＡ２においてサーバ装置２の制御部２３は、冊子デザイン情報を取得する。
　例えば、サーバ装置２の記録部２２に、図９のデザインを含む複数のデザインを示す情報が格納されていることとする。そして、サーバ装置２の制御部２３は、これらの複数のデザインの中から寄せ書きのデザインとして採用するデザインを選択させるためのデザイン選択用画面を表示するための画面情報を生成して端末装置１に送信することにより、端末装置１のディスプレイ１３に当該デザイン選択用画面を表示する。
　一方、幹事であるユーザが、端末装置１のタッチパッド１２を介して、デザイン選択用画面において、寄せ書きのデザインとして図９のデザインを選択した場合、図９のデザインを選択したことを示す情報がサーバ装置２に送信され、当該サーバ装置２は、当該情報を受信して、受信した情報が示す図９のデザインを示す冊子デザイン情報として「Ｄ００１．ｊｐｇ」を取得する。

　図１２のＳＡ３においてサーバ装置２の制御部２３は、設定情報格納処理を実行する。図１３は、設定情報格納処理のフローチャートである。「設定情報格納処理」とは、設定情報を格納するための処理である。

　図１３のＳＢ１においてサーバ装置２の制御部２３は、設定情報入力用画面を表示する。
＝設定情報入力用画面＝
　図１４及び図１５は、設定情報入力用画面の表示例である。「設定情報入力用画面」とは、設定情報をユーザに入力させるための画面であり、図１４に示すように例えば、受取人名前入力欄８１、カテゴリ入力欄８２、設問入力欄８３、及び締切期限入力欄８４を有する。
　図１４の受取人名前入力欄８１は、寄せ書きの受取人の名前（例えば、実名又は愛称等）を示す情報が入力される欄である。カテゴリ入力欄８２は、寄せ書きの種類を示す情報が入力される欄である。設問入力欄８３は、受取人へ寄せ書きのメッセージを回答として入力させるための設問を示す情報が入力される欄である。締切期限入力欄８４は、参加者によるメッセージの記入又は入力を締め切る日を示す情報が入力される欄である。
＜設問入力欄＞
　設問入力欄８３については、前述の事前作成設問又は管理者作成設問を示す情報が入力されるように構成されていることとする。「管理者作成設問」とは、寄せ書きの生成を管理する管理者（つまり、幹事）によって作成された設問を示す概念である。
＜設問入力欄‐事前作成設問の入力＞
　具体的例えば、カテゴリ入力欄８２についてはタップされた場合に、図７の設問関連情報における種別情報である「誕生日」、「結婚式」、及び「送別会」を一覧表示し、当該表示された種別情報の内の１個の種別情報をユーザに選択させるように、任意の手法（例えば、マウスオーバーに関する技術を用いる手法等の任意の手法）を用いて構成されていることとする。
　ここでは、例えば、受取人名前入力欄８１に「ＡＡ」が入力されていることとして説明する。そして、幹事であるユーザが、タッチパッド１２を介して図１４のカテゴリ入力欄８２をタップした場合に一覧表示される「誕生日」、「結婚式」、及び「送別会」等の内の「誕生日」を選択した場合、端末装置１の制御部１５が、当該選択された「誕生日」を示す情報、及び受取人名前入力欄８１に入力された情報である「ＡＡ」をサーバ装置２に送信する。
　一方、サーバ装置２の制御部２３は、図７の設問関連情報を参照して、端末装置１から受信した情報が示す「誕生日」の種別情報に属する設問内容情報を特定し、特定した設問内容情報の内の所定個数（図１４の設問入力欄８３の個数に対応する個数であり例えば３個）を選択する。なお、ここでの選択手法は任意であり、例えば、ランダム関数を用いて任意の３個を選択するように構成してもよい。次に、サーバ装置２の制御部２３は、当該選択した３個の設問内容情報として「〇〇さんに伝えたい一言は？」、「〇〇さんの好きな部分は？」、及び「〇〇さんとの共通の思い出は？」を選択し、これらの選択した設問内容情報の「〇〇」の部分を端末装置１から受信した「ＡＡ」に置き換えて、「ＡＡさんに伝えたい一言は？」、「ＡＡさんの好きな部分は？」、及び「ＡＡさんとの共通の思い出は？」を設問内容情報として生成し、生成した設問内容情報を端末装置１に送信することにより、図１５に示すように、設問入力欄８３１～８３３に対して当該生成した設問内容情報を入力して表示する。
　このようにして、ユーザがカテゴリ入力欄８２に寄せ書きの種類を示す情報に入力した場合に、入力された種類対応する設問を示す情報が設問入力欄８３に自動的に入力されて表示されるように構成してもよい。
　なお、この場合、設問入力欄８３がタップされた場合に、端末装置１とサーバ装置２との間で通信が行われて、図７の設問関連情報における他の設問内容情報に対応する設問を示す情報をユーザが選択して入力できるように構成してもよい。
＜設問入力欄‐管理者作成設問＞
　具体的例えば、設定情報入力用画面にマニュアル入力ボタン（不図示）を表示し、当該マニュアル入力ボタンをタップした場合に、自動入力モード（上述の事前作成設問の入力で説明したように自動的に入力されるモード）から、マニュアル入力モード（例えば、ユーザが自由に情報を入力可能なモード）に切り替わることとし、タッチパッド１２を介して、設問入力欄８３にユーザが作成した設問を示す情報が入力されて表示されるように構成してもよい。
＝処理＝
　サーバ装置２の制御部２３は、図１４の設定情報入力画面を画面情報を生成して端末装置１に送信することにより、端末装置１のディスプレイ１３に当該設定情報入力画面を表示する。

　図１３のＳＢ２においてサーバ装置２の制御部２３は、情報を取得する。
　例えば、幹事であるユーザが、タッチパッド１２を介して、図１５に示すように各入力欄に情報を入力して所定操作（例えば、不図示の「保存」ボタンをタップする操作）を行った場合に、当該入力された情報が端末装置１からサーバ装置２に送信される。一方、サーバ装置２の制御部２３は、端末装置１から送信された情報を受信して取得する。

　図１３のＳＢ３においてサーバ装置２の制御部２３は、設定情報を格納する。
　例えば、まず、一意となる情報である「ＩＤｂ００１」を生成して図８の冊子ＩＤとして格納する。また、図１２のＳＡ２で取得した「Ｄ００１．ｊｐｇ」を図８の冊子デザイン情報として格納する。また、図１２のＳＡ１でログイン時に入力された「ＩＤｕ００１」を図８の幹事情報として格納する。また、図１３のＳＢ２で取得した図１５の受取人名前入力欄８１に入力された「ＡＡ」、カテゴリ入力欄８２に入力された「誕生日」、設問入力欄８３に入力された各情報、締切期限入力欄８４に入力された「２０２０年６月１５日」を、図８の受取人情報、種別情報、設問情報、及び締切期限情報として格納する。
　設問情報について詳細には、図１５の「Ｑ１」に対応する設問入力欄８３１に入力された「ＡＡさんに伝えたい一言は？」については、設問番号を示す「設問１」という情報と共に「設問１：ＡＡさんに伝えたい一言は？」と格納する。また、図１５の設問入力欄８３２～８３３に入力された情報についても同様にして格納する。このように処理することにより、図８の設定情報が格納されることになる。そして、設定情報格納処理をリターンする。

　図１２のＳＡ４においてサーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、回答関連情報を格納する。具体的には、回答関連情報入力用画面を表示し、当該回答関連情報入力用画面に入力された情報を取得し、取得した情報に基づいて、ユーザである幹事の回答関連情報を格納する。
＝回答関連情報入力用画面＝
　図１６及び図１７は、回答関連情報入力用画面の表示例である。「回答関連情報入力用画面」とは、回答関連情報をユーザに入力させるための画面であり、図１６に示すように例えば、回答者名前入力欄７１、設問表示欄７２、回答入力欄７３、フリーメッセージ入力欄７４を有する。
　図１６の回答者名前入力欄７１は、設問に回答する者（つまり、対象者）の名前（例えば、実名又は愛称等）を示す情報が入力される欄である。設問表示欄７２は、メッセージを回答として入力させるための設問を示す情報が表示される欄である。回答入力欄７３は、対応する設問に対する回答（つまり、寄せ書きに表示されるメッセージ）を示す情報が入力される欄である。フリーメッセージ入力欄７４は、フリーメッセージを示す情報が入力される欄である。
＝処理‐回答関連情報入力用画面の表示＝
　まず、サーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、図８の設定情報を参照して、処理の対象となる寄せ書きを示す冊子ＩＤ（図１３のＳＢ３で格納した「ＩＤｂ００１」）に関連付けられている設問情報を特定し、特定した設問情報が設問表示欄７２に表示される図１６の回答関連情報入力画面を表示するための画面情報を生成して端末装置１に送信することにより、端末装置１のディスプレイ１３に当該設定情報入力画面を表示する。
　なお、ここでは、設問１～設問３の設問情報が、設問表示欄７２１～７２３に表示されるように処理することとする。また、ここでの処理が、「第１処理」に対応する。
＝処理‐情報の取得＝
　次に、幹事であるユーザが、タッチパッド１２を介して、図１７に示すように各入力欄に情報を入力して所定操作（例えば、不図示の「保存」ボタンをタップする操作）を行った場合に、当該入力された情報が端末装置１からサーバ装置２に送信される。一方、サーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、端末装置１から送信された情報を受信して取得する。
　なお、ここでの、図１７の回答入力欄７３に入力された情報が、設問に対する回答を示す「回答情報」に対応し、サーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、当該回答情報を受取人へのメッセージを示すメッセージ情報として取得するものと解釈してもよい。また、ここでの処理が、「第２処理」に対応する。
＝処理‐回答関連情報格納＝
　次に、サーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、前述の取得した情報に基づいて、回答関連情報を格納する。例えば、まず、処理の対象となる寄せ書きを示す冊子ＩＤである「ＩＤｂ００１」を図１０の冊子ＩＤとして格納する。また、前述の取得した図１７の回答者名前入力欄７１に入力された「Ｂ１」、回答入力欄７３に入力された各情報及びフリーメッセージ入力欄７４に入力された情報を、図１０の回答者情報、及び回答内容情報として格納する。
　回答内容情報について詳細には、図１７の設問表示欄に対応する「Ｑ１」の設問に対応する回答入力欄７３１に入力された「お誕生日おめでとう」については、対応する設問番号を示す「設問１」という情報と共に、「設問１：お誕生日おめでとう」と格納する。また、図１７の回答入力欄７３２～７３３に入力された情報についても同様にして格納する。また、図１７のフリーメッセージ入力欄７４に入力された「よい１年でありますように」については、フリーメッセージであることを示す「フリー」という情報と共に、「フリー：よい１年でありますように」と格納する。
　なお、図１０の画像情報については、例えば、図１７の回答関連情報入力欄において所定操作（例えば、不図示の画像登録ボタンをタップする操作等）を行うことにより、端末装置１の記録部１４に格納されている画像情報又は端末装置１の不図示のカメラを用いて撮像された画像情報をサーバ装置２側に送信するように構成されていることとし、この送信された画像情報を、サーバ装置２の取得部２３１が取得して格納するように構成してもよい。このように処理することにより、図１０の回答関連情報の内の「Ｂ１」に関する情報が格納される。

　図１２のＳＡ５においてサーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、編集用情報を送信する処理を行う。「編集用情報」とは、寄せ書きの参加者に対して回答関連情報を入力又は適宜編集させるための情報であり、例えば、当該情報を入力又は適宜編集させるためのウェブページ（以下、「情報入力用ウェブページ」と称する）へアクセスするためのＵＲＬを編集用情報として用いる場合について説明する。
　ここでは、例えば、サーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、「Ｂ１」が幹事となっている「冊子ＩＤ」＝「ＩＤｂ００１」の寄せ書きに関して、回答関連情報を入力又は適宜編集させるためのＵＲＬを生成して、参加者側（つまり、会員である「Ｂ２」等及び非会員である「Ｂ３」等）に送信する。具体的な送信手法は任意であるが、例えば、参加者が携帯する端末装置１に対して電子メール、所定の通信アプリケーション、あるいは、ＳＮＳ等を介して送信するように構成してもよい。
　なお、図１２は、説明の便宜上、ＳＡ４の後にＳＡ５を実行するものと記載したが、この実行順序が逆になるように入れ替えてもよいし、あるいは、ＳＡ３の後に、ＳＡ４及びＳＡ５が同時に実行されるように構成してもよい。これにて、幹事関連処理を終了する。
（処理‐参加者関連処理）
　参加者関連処理について説明する。図１８は、参加者関連処理のフローチャートである。参加者関連処理は、寄せ書きについて参加者に関連する処理であり、例えば、サーバ装置２によって実行される処理である。
　この参加者関連処理は、例えば、図１２のＳＡ５で送信された編集用情報（例えば、「冊子ＩＤ」＝「ＩＤｂ００１」の寄せ書きに関する「情報入力用ウェブページ」へアクセスするためのＵＲＬ）に基づいて、当該「情報入力用ウェブページ」にアクセスした場合に、実行を開始することとし、当該処理が開始されたところから説明する。すなわち、処理の対象となる寄せ書きを示す冊子ＩＤが「ＩＤｂ００１」である場合について説明する。

　図１８のＳＣ１においてサーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、参加者であるユーザにログインして情報を入力させるか、あるいは、ログインせずに情報を入力させるかを判定する。
　例えば、サーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、「ログインして入力」ボタン及び「ログインせずに入力」ボタンを含む入力モード選択用画面を表示するための画面情報を生成して端末装置１に送信することにより、端末装置１のディスプレイ１３に当該入力モード選択用画面を表示する。
　一方、例えば、会員である参加者の「Ｂ２」が、タッチパッド１２を介して、「ログインして入力」ボタンをタップした場合、サーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、ログインして情報を入力させるものと判定し（ＳＣ１のＹＥＳ）、ＳＣ２に移行する。また、例えば、非会員である参加者の「Ｂ３」が、タッチパッド１２を介して、「ログインせずに入力」ボタンをタップした場合、サーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、ログインせずに情報を入力させる（つまり、ログインして情報を入力させない）ものと判定し（ＳＣ１のＮＯ）、ＳＣ７に移行する。

　例えば、会員である参加者の「Ｂ２」が、「ＩＤｕ００２」及び「ｐａｓｓ２」を入力した場合に、サーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、図６の会員情報を参照して、「Ｂ２」が会員であることを認証し、ログインさせる。

　図１８のＳＣ３においてサーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、回答関連情報を格納する。具体的には、図１２のＳＡ４と同様な処理を行い、回答関連情報入力用画面を表示し、当該回答関連情報入力用画面に入力された情報を取得し、取得した情報に基づいて、参加者である「Ｂ２」の回答関連情報を格納する。ここでは、例えば、図１０の回答関連情報の内の「Ｂ２」に関する情報が格納される。

　図１８のＳＣ５においてサーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、ＳＣ３で格納した回答関連情報を編集するか否かを判定する。例えば、参加者である「Ｂ２」が、タッチパッド１２を介して、不図示の「編集」ボタンをタップした場合に、サーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、編集するものと判定し（ＳＣ５のＹＥＳ）、ＳＣ６に移行する。一方、参加者である「Ｂ２」が、タッチパッド１２を介して、不図示の「編集」ボタンを所定時間以内にタップしなかった場合に、サーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、編集しないものと判定し（ＳＣ５のＮＯ）、処理を終了する。

　図１８のＳＣ６においてサーバ装置２の取得部２３１は、ＳＣ３で格納した回答関連情報を編集する。具体的な処理は任意であるが、例えば、ＳＣ３で格納され各情報が反映された図１７の回答関連情報入力用画面を端末装置１に表示し、当該回答関連情報入力用画面に対して参加者である「Ｂ２」から入力された情報に基づいて、回答関連情報を編集する。このように、会員である参加者「Ｂ２」は、回答関連情報を格納した後に、当該情報を適宜編集することが可能となる。

＜回答関連情報の編集について（その１）＞
　図１８の参加者関連処理において、会員である参加者「Ｂ２」は、ＳＣ３で回答関連情報を格納した後に、ＳＣ５及びＳＣ６が実行されるので、当該情報を自己が適宜編集することが可能となる。
　一方、非会員である参加者「Ｂ３」は、ＳＣ７で回答関連情報を格納した後、ＳＣ５及びＳＣ６の如き処理が実行されないので、当該情報を自己が適宜編集することは不可能となっている。ここで、例えば、図８の設定情報において、各寄せ書きに関する幹事情報が格納されていることに着目し、幹事としてログインした場合に、幹事が自己又は他人の回答関連情報を自由に編集できるように構成することとする。そして、非会員である参加者「Ｂ３」が回答関連情報の編集を希望する場合、幹事である「Ｂ１」に対して、回答関連情報の編集を任意の手法（例えば、電話連絡又は電子メールでの連絡等）で依頼し、依頼を受けた「Ｂ１」が、非会員である「Ｂ３」に関する回答関連情報を編集するように構成してもよい。
＜回答関連情報の編集について（その２）＞
　また、例えば、会員である参加者の「Ｂ２」が、図１８のＳＣ１～ＳＣ６の実行により、図１０の回答関連情報が格納された状態で、再度「情報入力用ウェブページ」にアクセスした場合、ＳＣ１及びＳＣ２を実行した後に、回答関連情報が既に格納されているので、ＳＣ３を実行せずに、ＳＣ４～ＳＣ６を実行するように構成してもよい。なお、この場合、サーバ装置２の制御部２３が、自己の計時手段（例えばタイマー等）に基づいて、現在の日付を特定し、また、図８の設定情報を参照することにより、処理の対象となる寄せ書きを示す冊子ＩＤである「ＩＤｂ００１」に関連付けられている締切期限情報である「２０２０年６月１５日」を特定し、現在の日付が「２０２０年６月１５日」以前である場合、前述の不図示の「編集」ボタンをタップ可能にし、一方、現在の日付が「２０２０年６月１５日」を過ぎている場合、前述の不図示の「編集」ボタンを消去してタップ不可能にしてもよい。このように構成することにより、締切期限以前の参加者による回答関連情報の編集を可能にし、締切期限後の参加者による回答関連情報の編集を不可能にすることが可能となる。
（処理‐提供処理）
　提供処理について説明する。図１９は、提供処理のフローチャートである。提供処理とは、寄せ書きを被提供者に対して提供するための処理であり、例えば、サーバ装置２によって実行される処理である。
　この提供処理は、例えば、締切期限後に、幹事であるユーザが、タッチパッド１２を介して、提供処理を実行するための所定操作を行った場合に、実行を開始することとし、当該処理が開始されたところから説明する。ここでは、例えば、「冊子ＩＤ」＝「ＩＤｂ００１」が識別する寄せ書きを提供する場合について説明する。
＝＝＝ＳＤ１＝＝＝
　図１９のＳＤ１においてサーバ装置２の管理部２３２は、寄せ書きを提供する提供形式を特定する。
　例えば、幹事であるユーザが、他のユーザ（例えば、参加者又は受取人）の要望に応じて、製本された冊子の形式（以下、「製本形式」と称する）、所定形式のダウンロード可能なファイル形式（以下、「ファイル形式」と称する）、又は、閲覧可能な閲覧可能情報（一例としては、ウェブブラウザで閲覧可能なウェブページに対応する情報等）の形式（以下、「ウェブページ形式」と称する）の何れか１個又は２個以上の形式を指定する形式指定情報を、タッチパッド１２を介して入力する。
　この場合、当該入力された形式指定情報が、端末装置１からサーバ装置２に送信され、サーバ装置２の管理部２３２は、当該形式指定情報を受信し、受信した形式指定情報が指定する形式を、寄せ書きの提供形式として特定する。
＝＝＝ＳＤ２＝＝＝
　図１９のＳＤ２においてサーバ装置２の管理部２３２は、寄せ書き冊子情報を生成する。「寄せ書き冊子情報」とは、寄せ書きを示す寄せ書き情報であり、例えば、図１～図４に示す冊子形式の寄せ書きを生成するための情報である。
　例えば、サーバ装置２の管理部２３２は、図８の設定情報及び図１０の回答関連情報を参照して、提供の対象となる寄せ書きを識別する冊子ＩＤである「ＩＤｂ００１」に関連付けられている各情報を取得し、取得した各情報に基づいて、図１～図４に示す冊子形式の寄せ書き示す寄せ書き冊子情報を生成する。
　詳細には、図８の冊子デザイン情報である「Ｄ００１．ｊｐｇ」のデザインの冊子形式の寄せ書きにおいて、図１の表題及び受取人の名称として、図８の種別情報である「誕生日」、受取人情報である「ＡＡ」に対応する情報を表示し、また、図２の冊子内設問表示欄９１の情報として、図８の設問情報に対応する情報を表示し、また、図３の冊子内個別メッセージ欄９２の情報として、図１０の回答者情報、画像情報、及び回答内容情報に対応する情報を表示する寄せ書き冊子情報を生成する。
　図３の冊子内個別メッセージ欄９２の情報としては、より詳細には、図４の画像表示欄９２１、名前表示欄９２２、及びメッセージ表示欄９２３の情報として、図１０の画像情報、回答者情報、回答内容情報に対応する情報を表示する寄せ書き冊子情報を生成する。
　なお、ここでは、幹事であるユーザが、自己の端末装置１を介して、寄せ書き冊子情報を任意に編集できるように構成されていることとする。よって、幹事であるユーザが、例えば、寄せ書きに表示される情報の配置を微調整したり、各メッセージの誤記修正を行ったり、表表紙ページの表題を変更したり、あるいは、受取人を示す写真画像を選択して反映したりすることが可能となる。
＝＝＝ＳＤ３＝＝＝
　図１９のＳＤ３においてサーバ装置２の管理部２３２は、ＳＤ２で生成した寄せ書き冊子情報に基づいて、ＳＤ１で特定した提供形式の寄せ書きを提供する。
＝製本形式＝
　ＳＤ１で製本形式を特定した場合、サーバ装置２の管理部２３２は、図１～図４に示す冊子形式の寄せ書きを製本して被提供者に提供するための処理を行う。例えば、製本業社側に対して、ＳＢ２で生成した寄せ書き冊子情報と、寄せ書きの送り先を示す情報として被提供者の住所を示す情報とを送信することにより、製本された寄せ書きを被提供者に提供してもよい。
＝ファイル形式＝
　ＳＤ１でファイル形式を特定した場合、サーバ装置２の管理部２３２は、図１～図４に示す冊子形式の寄せ書きを示すＳＤ２で生成した寄せ書き冊子情報を、所定形式（例えば、ＰＤＦ形式等）のファイルに変換した上で、配信用のサーバ装置（不図示）に格納する。そして、当該格納した所定形式の寄せ書き冊子情報をダウンロードするための、配信用のサーバ装置へのアクセス先を示す情報（例えば、ＵＲＬ）を被提供者側に電子メール、所定の通信アプリケーション、あるいは、ＳＮＳ等を介して送信する。このようにして、所定形式のダウンロード可能ファイルとして、寄せ書きを提供する。
＝ウェブページ形式＝
　ＳＤ１でウェブページ形式を特定した場合、サーバ装置２の管理部２３２は、ＳＤ２で生成した寄せ書き冊子情報に基づいて、図１～図４に示す寄せ書きを冊子形式で表示するための複数ページから成るウェブページを生成して、当該ウェブページへアクセスして閲覧するための情報（例えば、ＵＲＬ）（以下、「アクセス情報」と称する）を被提供者側に電子メール、所定の通信アプリケーション、あるいは、ＳＮＳ等を介して送信する。このようにして、閲覧可能な閲覧可能情報として、寄せ書きを提供する。
　なお、サーバ装置２の管理部２３２は、寄せ書きを閲覧可能なウェブページとして提供する場合、被提供者毎に閲覧期限を設定し、当該閲覧期限以前は閲覧可能とし、閲覧期限後は閲覧不可能となるように処理する。
　例えば、被提供者が「Ｂ１」、「Ｂ２」、「Ｂ３」、「Ｂ４」、及び「ＡＡ」等である場合について説明する。サーバ装置２の管理部２３２は、図１～図４に示す寄せ書きを冊子形式で表示するウェブページへのアクセス情報を被提供者に提供する場合に、図１１の閲覧関連情報において、対象となる寄せ書きを識別する「ＩＤｂ００１」を冊子ＩＤとして格納し、また、各提供者を示す情報を閲覧者情報として格納し、また、現在の日付よりも所定日数分後の日付を示す情報である「２０２０年１０月３１日」を閲覧期限情報として格納する。
　なお、図１１の閲覧者情報としては、会員については、図６の会員ＩＤ（図１１の「ＩＤｕ００１」等）を格納し、非会員については当該非会員に入力された情報（例えば、氏名を示す情報等）（図１１の「Ｂ３」）を格納することとする。
　そして、被提供者が「アクセス情報」に基づいて、自己の端末装置１を用いて、前述のウェブページにアクセスしようとした場合に、サーバ装置２の管理部２３２は、被提供者に対して自己を示す情報（例えば、会員ＩＤ又は氏名を示す情報）を入力させて、図１１の閲覧関連情報を参照して、当該入力された情報に関連付けられている閲覧期限情報を特定し、また、現在の日付を特定した上で、現在の日付が閲覧期限情報が示す日付以前の日付である場合には、ウェブサイトを閲覧可能にし（つまり、ウェブサイトをディスプレイ１３に表示し）、一方、現在の日付が閲覧期限情報が示す日付の後の日付である場合には、ウェブサイトを閲覧不可能にする（つまり、ウェブサイトをディスプレイ１３に表示しない）。このようにして、閲覧期限以前のみウェブサイトを閲覧可能にする。これにて、提供処理を終了する。
（処理‐閲覧期限延長処理）
　閲覧期限延長処理について説明する。閲覧期限延長処理とは、閲覧期限を延長するための処理であり、例えば、サーバ装置２によって実行される処理である。
　例えば、被提供者である「Ｂ１」が、タッチパッド１２を介して、自己を示す情報として「ＩＤｕ００１」を入力し、閲覧期限の延長を要求するための所定操作（例えば、延長のための追加料金を支払い、延長を要求する操作等）を行った場合に、サーバ装置２の管理部２３２は、図１１の閲覧関連情報を参照して、前述の入力された「ＩＤｕ００１」に関連付けられている閲覧期限情報として、現在の閲覧期限の所定期間後（例えば２か月後）の日付を示す「２０２０年１２月３１日」を格納することにより、閲覧期限を延長する。これにて、閲覧期限延長処理を終了する。
（本実施の形態の効果）
　本実施の形態によれば、メッセージを回答として入力させるための設問を表示し、表示された設問に対する回答を示す回答情報をメッセージ情報として取得することにより、例えば、設問に対する回答という形式でメッセージの内容を考えることができるので、メッセージの内容を考える負担を軽減することができ、寄せ書きを容易に生成することが可能となる。
　また、事前作成設問又は管理者作成設問を表示することにより、例えば、設問を考える負担を軽減して設問を表示したり、あるいは、管理者の意図を反映して設問を表示したりすることができるので、寄せ書きを容易に生成することが可能となる。
　また、寄せ書きの種類に対応する事前作成設問を表示することにより、例えば、適切な設問を表示することができるので、寄せ書きを適切に生成することが可能となる。
　また、複数ページから成る冊子形式の寄せ書きを示す寄せ書き情報を生成することにより、例えば、多数のメッセージを適切に表示することができる冊子形式の寄せ書きを生成することが可能となる。
　また、製本された冊子、所定形式のダウンロード可能なファイル、又は、閲覧可能な閲覧可能情報として被提供者に提供するための処理を行うことにより、例えば、被提供者のニーズに応じた形式で寄せ書きを提供することが可能となる。
　また、被提供者からの要求に基づいて閲覧期限を延長することにより、例えば、被提供者の希望する時期まで閲覧させることが可能となる。

（被提供者について）
　また、上記実施の形態で説明した寄せ書きの被提供者については、幹事であるユーザが、要望に応じて決定することとしてもよい。この場合、例えば、被提供者には、少なくとも受取人が含まれ、任意で対象者も含まれるように決定してもよい。
（管理画面について（その１））
　また、管理画面を表示するように構成してもよい。図２０は、管理画面の表示例である。「管理画面」とは、幹事であるユーザが、寄せ書きを管理するための画面であり、図２０に示すように例えば、参加人数表示欄６１、及びページ数表示欄６２を含む。
　参加人数表示欄６１は、現在寄せ書きに参加している者の人数を表示する欄であり、具体的には、現在までに設問に対する回答を行った者（つまり、図１０の回答内容情報に対応する情報を入力した回答者）の人数を表示する欄である。ページ数表示欄６２は、現在集まっているメッセージを反映した場合の冊子形式の寄せ書きのページ数を表示する欄である。
　管理画面に関する処理は任意であるが、例えば、任意のタイミング（例えば、メッセージの締切期限前のタイミング等）に幹事であるユーザが、自己が幹事となっている寄せ書き指定して管理画面を表示するための所定操作を行った場合に、サーバ装置２の管理部２３２が、以下の処理を行う。
　具体的には、図１０の回答関連情報を参照して、ユーザに指定された寄せ書きを識別する識別ＩＤである「ＩＤｂ００１」に関連付けられて格納されている回答者情報である「Ｂ１」、「Ｂ２」、及び「Ｂ３」等を計数し、計数結果を現在寄せ書きに参加している者の人数として、図２０の参加人数表示欄６１に表示する。そして、この計数結果に基づく所定の演算（「係数結果」÷「６」（メッセージ記載ページ１ページに掲載する人数に対応する値））を行うことにより、メッセージ記載ページのページ数を算出し、算出したメッセージ記載ページのページ数に対して、他のページ（表表示ページ、設問記載ページ等の予めページ数が定められているページ）のページ数を加算し、加算結果を、現在集まっているメッセージを反映した場合の冊子形式の寄せ書きのページ数として、ページ数表示欄６２に表示する。

　また、図２０の管理画面については、「（管理画面について（その１））」で説明した情報に加えて、他の情報（例えば、締切期限を示す情報、設問を示す情報等）も表示するように構成してもよい。

Claims (7)

  1. 　複数の対象者から受取人へのメッセージを表示する寄せ書きを生成するための生成システムであって、
    　前記複数の対象者からのメッセージ情報であって、前記受取人へのメッセージを示す前記メッセージ情報を取得する取得手段と、
    　前記取得手段が取得した前記メッセージ情報に基づいて、前記寄せ書きを示す寄せ書き情報を生成する管理手段と、を備え、
    　前記取得手段は、
    　　前記受取人へのメッセージを回答として入力させるための設問を前記複数の対象者側に表示する第１処理と、
    　　前記第１処理で表示された設問に対する回答であって、前記複数の対象者によって前記生成システムに入力された回答を示す回答情報を前記メッセージ情報として取得する第２処理とを行う、
    　生成システム。
  2. 　前記取得手段は、前記第１処理において、
    　　予め作成されている事前作成設問、又は、前記寄せ書きの生成を管理する管理者によって作成された管理者作成設問を表示する、
    　請求項１に記載の生成システム。
  3. 　前記事前作成設問は、前記寄せ書きの種類に応じて分類されており、
    　前記取得手段は、
    　　前記管理者によって前記寄せ書きの種類が指定された場合に、前記第１処理において、当該指定された前記寄せ書きの種類に対応する前記事前作成設問を表示する、
    　請求項２に記載の生成システム。
  4. 　前記管理手段は、
    　　少なくとも、表紙に対応するページ、及び前記受取人へのメッセージを表示するページを含む複数ページから成る冊子形式の前記寄せ書きを示す前記寄せ書き情報を生成する、
    　請求項１から３の何れか一項に記載の生成システム。
  5. 　前記管理手段は、
    　　前記寄せ書き情報に基づいて、製本された冊子、所定形式のダウンロード可能なファイル、又は、閲覧可能な閲覧可能情報として、前記寄せ書きを被提供者に対して提供するための処理を行う、
    　請求項１から４の何れか一項に記載の生成システム。
  6. 　前記管理手段は、
    　　前記寄せ書き情報に基づいて、少なくとも、閲覧期限まで閲覧可能な閲覧可能情報として、前記寄せ書きを被提供者に対して提供するための処理を行い、
    　前記管理手段は、
    　　前記被提供者からの要求に基づいて、前記閲覧期限を延長する、
    　請求項１から５の何れか一項に記載の生成システム。
  7. 　複数の対象者から受取人へのメッセージを表示する寄せ書きを生成するための生成プログラムであって、
    　コンピュータを、
    　　前記複数の対象者からのメッセージ情報であって、前記受取人へのメッセージを示す前記メッセージ情報を取得する取得手段と、
    　　前記取得手段が取得した前記メッセージ情報に基づいて、前記寄せ書きを示す寄せ書き情報を生成する管理手段と、として機能させ、
    　前記取得手段は、
    　　前記受取人へのメッセージを回答として入力させるための設問を前記複数の対象者側に表示する第１処理と、
    　　前記第１処理で表示された設問に対する回答であって、前記複数の対象者によって前記コンピュータに入力された回答を示す回答情報を前記メッセージ情報として取得する第２処理とを行う、
    　生成プログラム。
