次に、実施の形態の具体的内容について説明する。
まず、本実施の形態における寄せ書きについて説明する。図1~図3は、本実施の形態における寄せ書き内のページの表示例である。
図1の表表紙ページは、冊子形式の寄せ書きの表表紙に対応するページであり、例えば、寄せ書きの種類に対応する表題(「誕生日」に対応する「HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!」)、受取人を示す写真画像(図1の矩形で図示された部分の画像)、及び受取人の名称(「AAさん」)等が表示されるページである。

サーバ装置2は、前述の生成システムであり、例えば、通信部21、記録部22、及び制御部23を備える。

続いて、本実施の形態に係る情報処理システム100によって実行される処理について説明する。例えば、幹事関連処理、参加者関連処理、提供処理、及び閲覧期限延長処理について説明する。

提供処理について説明する。図19は、提供処理のフローチャートである。提供処理とは、寄せ書きを被提供者に対して提供するための処理であり、例えば、サーバ装置2によって実行される処理である。
図19のSD1においてサーバ装置2の管理部232は、寄せ書きを提供する提供形式を特定する。
図19のSD2においてサーバ装置2の管理部232は、寄せ書き冊子情報を生成する。「寄せ書き冊子情報」とは、寄せ書きを示す寄せ書き情報であり、例えば、図1~図4に示す冊子形式の寄せ書きを生成するための情報である。
図19のSD3においてサーバ装置2の管理部232は、SD2で生成した寄せ書き冊子情報に基づいて、SD1で特定した提供形式の寄せ書きを提供する。
SD1で製本形式を特定した場合、サーバ装置2の管理部232は、図1~図4に示す冊子形式の寄せ書きを製本して被提供者に提供するための処理を行う。例えば、製本業社側に対して、SB2で生成した寄せ書き冊子情報と、寄せ書きの送り先を示す情報として被提供者の住所を示す情報とを送信することにより、製本された寄せ書きを被提供者に提供してもよい。
SD1でファイル形式を特定した場合、サーバ装置2の管理部232は、図1~図4に示す冊子形式の寄せ書きを示すSD2で生成した寄せ書き冊子情報を、所定形式(例えば、PDF形式等)のファイルに変換した上で、配信用のサーバ装置(不図示)に格納する。そして、当該格納した所定形式の寄せ書き冊子情報をダウンロードするための、配信用のサーバ装置へのアクセス先を示す情報(例えば、URL)を被提供者側に電子メール、所定の通信アプリケーション、あるいは、SNS等を介して送信する。このようにして、所定形式のダウンロード可能ファイルとして、寄せ書きを提供する。
SD1でウェブページ形式を特定した場合、サーバ装置2の管理部232は、SD2で生成した寄せ書き冊子情報に基づいて、図1~図4に示す寄せ書きを冊子形式で表示するための複数ページから成るウェブページを生成して、当該ウェブページへアクセスして閲覧するための情報(例えば、URL)(以下、「アクセス情報」と称する)を被提供者側に電子メール、所定の通信アプリケーション、あるいは、SNS等を介して送信する。このようにして、閲覧可能な閲覧可能情報として、寄せ書きを提供する。
閲覧期限延長処理について説明する。閲覧期限延長処理とは、閲覧期限を延長するための処理であり、例えば、サーバ装置2によって実行される処理である。
本実施の形態によれば、メッセージを回答として入力させるための設問を表示し、表示された設問に対する回答を示す回答情報をメッセージ情報として取得することにより、例えば、設問に対する回答という形式でメッセージの内容を考えることができるので、メッセージの内容を考える負担を軽減することができ、寄せ書きを容易に生成することが可能となる。
以上、本発明に係る実施の形態について説明したが、本発明の具体的な構成及び手段は、特許請求の範囲に記載した各発明の技術的思想の範囲内において、任意に改変及び改良することができる。
まず、発明が解決しようとする課題や発明の効果は、上述の内容に限定されるものではなく、発明の実施環境や構成の細部に応じて異なる可能性があり、上述した課題の一部のみを解決したり、上述した効果の一部のみを奏したりすることがある。
また、各DBの情報を分散又は統合してもよい。
実施の形態や図面において例示した構成要素に関して、形状、数値、又は複数の構成要素の構造若しくは時系列の相互関係については、本発明の技術的思想の範囲内において、任意に改変及び改良することができる。
また、上記実施の形態で説明した寄せ書きについては、図3に示すように、1ページに所定人数分(例えば、6人分)のメッセージを表示しているが、このページの他に、当該メッセージ記載ページに掲載されている人数よりも多い人数(例えば、24人分等)のメッセージを、メッセージ記載ページとは異なる形式で一覧表示する一覧表示ページを、寄せ書きに含めてもよい。なお、この一覧表示ページは、対象者全員分のメッセージを表示する1ページであってもよいし、あるいは、複数ページ(例えば、見開き2ページ等)であってもよい。
また、上記実施の形態で説明した寄せ書きの被提供者については、幹事であるユーザが、要望に応じて決定することとしてもよい。この場合、例えば、被提供者には、少なくとも受取人が含まれ、任意で対象者も含まれるように決定してもよい。
また、管理画面を表示するように構成してもよい。図20は、管理画面の表示例である。「管理画面」とは、幹事であるユーザが、寄せ書きを管理するための画面であり、図20に示すように例えば、参加人数表示欄61、及びページ数表示欄62を含む。
また、図20の管理画面については、「(管理画面について(その1))」で説明した情報に加えて、他の情報(例えば、締切期限を示す情報、設問を示す情報等)も表示するように構成してもよい。
また、上記実施の形態の特徴と、変形例の特徴を任意に組み合わせてもよい。
付記1の生成システムは、複数の対象者から受取人へのメッセージを表示する寄せ書きを生成するための生成システムであって、前記複数の対象者からのメッセージ情報であって、前記受取人へのメッセージを示す前記メッセージ情報を取得する取得手段と、前記取得手段が取得した前記メッセージ情報に基づいて、前記寄せ書きを示す寄せ書き情報を生成する管理手段と、を備え、前記取得手段は、前記受取人へのメッセージを回答として入力させるための設問を前記複数の対象者側に表示する第1処理と、前記第1処理で表示された設問に対する回答であって、前記複数の対象者によって前記生成システムに入力された回答を示す回答情報を前記メッセージ情報として取得する第2処理とを行う。
付記1に記載の生成システム、及び付記7に記載の生成プログラムによれば、メッセージを回答として入力させるための設問を表示し、表示された設問に対する回答を示す回答情報をメッセージ情報として取得することにより、例えば、設問に対する回答という形式でメッセージの内容を考えることができるので、メッセージの内容を考える負担を軽減することができ、寄せ書きを容易に生成することが可能となる。

- 複数の対象者から受取人へのメッセージを表示する寄せ書きを生成するための生成システムであって、
前記複数の対象者からのメッセージ情報であって、前記受取人へのメッセージを示す前記メッセージ情報を取得する取得手段と、
前記取得手段が取得した前記メッセージ情報に基づいて、前記寄せ書きを示す寄せ書き情報を生成する管理手段と、を備え、
前記取得手段は、
前記受取人へのメッセージを回答として入力させるための設問を前記複数の対象者側に表示する第1処理と、
前記第1処理で表示された設問に対する回答であって、前記複数の対象者によって前記生成システムに入力された回答を示す回答情報を前記メッセージ情報として取得する第2処理とを行う、
生成システム。 - 前記取得手段は、前記第1処理において、
予め作成されている事前作成設問、又は、前記寄せ書きの生成を管理する管理者によって作成された管理者作成設問を表示する、

少なくとも、表紙に対応するページ、及び前記受取人へのメッセージを表示するページを含む複数ページから成る冊子形式の前記寄せ書きを示す前記寄せ書き情報を生成する、

前記寄せ書き情報に基づいて、製本された冊子、所定形式のダウンロード可能なファイル、又は、閲覧可能な閲覧可能情報として、前記寄せ書きを被提供者に対して提供するための処理を行う、

前記複数の対象者からのメッセージ情報であって、前記受取人へのメッセージを示す前記メッセージ情報を取得する取得手段と、
前記取得手段が取得した前記メッセージ情報に基づいて、前記寄せ書きを示す寄せ書き情報を生成する管理手段と、として機能させ、
前記取得手段は、
前記受取人へのメッセージを回答として入力させるための設問を前記複数の対象者側に表示する第1処理と、
前記第1処理で表示された設問に対する回答であって、前記複数の対象者によって前記コンピュータに入力された回答を示す回答情報を前記メッセージ情報として取得する第2処理とを行う、
