La présente invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques orales solides d'itraconazole ou un de ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, lesdites compositions comprenant de l'itraconazole dans une dispersion de polymère matriciel. L'invention concerne également des procédés de préparation de telles formulations. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de ces formulations pour traiter des troubles comprenant, entre autres, des infections fongiques.
