背景技术
运动鞋在足底和地面之间通常会有一层中底结构,其主要作用是减少穿着者足部收到地面的冲击,即缓震。中底在吸收了冲击后会对脚提供反作用力,即回弹。

从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明提供的中底系统,通过将第一中底采用缓震材料制作,使得其形成材料缓震部件,并且,弹片自身具有弹性,通过弹片自身的弹性变形实现缓震的效果,弹片形成了结构缓震部件。由于弹片能够沿第一中底与外底的排列方向弹性变形,因此,可以通过弹片的弹性变形吸收来自地面的冲击力(该冲击力由外底朝向第一中底);并且,第一中底也会受到来自地面的冲击力(同样地,该冲击力由外底朝向第一中底),实现缓震弹片的弹性变形方向与第一中底吸收冲击力的方向一致。因此,在中底系统在使用过程中,第一中底的缓震方式为材料缓震,弹片的缓震方式为结构缓震,并且,第一中底及弹片均能对在中底系统在使用过程中来自地面的冲击力(沿 外底与第一中底的排列方向的冲击力)进行吸收,通过结构缓震及材料缓震的结合作用,有效提高了中底结构的缓震性能及回弹性能。
本发明还提供了一种运动鞋,包括中底系统,中底系统为如上述任一项中底系统。由于上述中底系统具有上述技术效果,具有上述中底系统的运动鞋也应具有同样的技术效果,在此不在一一累述且均在保护范围之内。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种中底系统,以提高中底结构的缓震性能及回弹性能。本发明还提供了一种运动鞋。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-图5所示,本发明实施例提供了一种中底系统,包括第一中底2、外底7及弹片1。第一中底2采用缓震材料制作;第一中底2及外底7之间形成缓冲空间;弹片1位于缓冲空间内,弹片1能够沿第一中底2与外底7的排列方向弹性变形;弹片1具有位于中底系统的后跟区域的后跟部分12及位于 中底系统的前掌区域的前掌部分11。
本发明实施例提供的中底系统,通过将第一中底2采用缓震材料制作,使得其形成材料缓震部件,并且,弹片1自身具有弹性,通过弹片1自身的弹性变形实现缓震的效果,弹片1形成了结构缓震部件。由于弹片1能够沿第一中底2与外底7的排列方向弹性变形,因此,可以通过弹片1的弹性变形吸收来自地面的冲击力(该冲击力由外底7朝向第一中底2);并且,第一中底2也会受到来自地面的冲击力(同样地,该冲击力由外底7朝向第一中底2),实现缓震弹片1的弹性变形方向与第一中底2吸收冲击力的方向一致。因此,在中底系统在使用过程中,第一中底2的缓震方式为材料缓震,弹片1的缓震方式为结构缓震,并且,第一中底2及弹片1均能对在中底系统在使用过程中来自地面的冲击力(沿外底7与第一中底2的排列方向的冲击力)进行吸收,通过结构缓震及材料缓震的结合作用,有效提高了中底结构的缓震性能及回弹性能。
可以理解的是,外底7的作用是提供抓地力,也可以使得外底7提供一定的侧向支撑力。
进一步地,还包括用于提供侧向支撑力的侧向支撑片6。通过设置侧向支撑片6,可以抑制整个中底系统的形变。侧向支撑片6的设置位置不做具体限制。侧向支撑片6与第一中底2及外底7支撑连接。
在第一种实施例中,侧向支撑片6设置于第一中底2及外底7的外侧。其中,第一中底2及外底7的外侧为运动鞋的外侧,即在正常穿着状态下两只运动鞋相互远离的一侧。
在第二种实施例中,侧向支撑片6设置于第一中底2及外底7的内侧。其中,第一中底2及外底7的内侧为运动鞋的内侧,即在正常穿着状态下两只运动鞋相互靠近的一侧。
在第三种实施例中,侧向支撑片6包括第一侧向支撑片及第二侧向支撑,第一侧向支撑片设置于第一中底2及外底7的外侧,第二侧向支撑片设置于第一中底2及外底7的内侧。
可以理解的是,侧向支撑片6的数量可以为两个,以便于对称设置于中底系统的两侧;也可以设置一个侧向支撑片6,使得侧向支撑片6位于中底系统 的外侧(即中底系统位于双脚相背的一侧)。
本实施例中,侧向支撑片6设置于第一中底2及外底7的外侧,侧向支撑片6与第一中底2及外底7粘接。
为了提高结构稳定性,弹片1上具有第一配合结构,第一中底2具有第二配合结构;第一配合结构与第二配合结构凹凸配合。
进一步地,第一配合结构为贯穿弹片1的前侧通孔112;第二配合结构为与第一中底2一体设置的前侧柱状结构;在自然状态下,前侧柱状结构穿入前侧通孔112,前侧柱状结构穿入前侧通孔112的端部悬空。本实施例中,弹片1朝向第一中底2的一面与第一中底2粘接。本实施例中,前侧通孔112的数量为两个且对称设置。
其中,自然状态为中底系统不受冲击力及人体足部踩踏力的状态。
在中底系统受冲击力及人体足部踩踏力的状态时,前侧柱状结构穿入前侧通孔112的端部可以与外底7接触。当然,也可以不与外底7接触。
优选地,在两个对称设置的前侧通孔112之间还设置由定位凸起111,第一中底2朝向弹片1的一面设置有与定位凸起111相配合的凹槽。以便于进一步提高定位效果。
本发明实施例提供的中底系统中,还包括位于中底系统的后跟区域的后跟缓冲中底结构;后跟缓冲中底结构位于缓冲空间内。
为了提高缓冲效果,后跟缓冲中底结构包括:第二中底3及第三中底4;第二中底3上具有第三配合结构,第三中底4具有第四配合结构;第三配合结构与第四配合结构凹凸配合;第二中底3及第三中底4均采用缓震材料制作;第三中底4位于第二中底3与外底7之间。
本实施例中,第二中底3朝向弹片1的一面与弹片1及第一中底2粘接。第三中底4朝向第二中底3的一面与第二中底3粘接。
出于提高稳定性的考虑,第三配合结构为贯穿第二中底3的中底通孔;第四配合结构为与第四配合结构一体设置的后侧柱状结构,第四配合结构穿入中底通孔内。
为了更进一步提高稳定性,弹片1具有贯穿其的后侧通孔121;在自然状态下,后侧柱状结构穿过中底通孔并穿入后侧通孔121;后侧柱状结构穿入后 侧通孔121的端部悬空。
其中,自然状态为中底系统不受冲击力及人体足部踩踏力的状态。
在中底系统受冲击力及人体足部踩踏力的状态时,后侧柱状结构穿入后侧通孔121的端部可以与第一中底2接触。当然,也可以不与第一中底2接触。
当然,可以采用其他凹凸配合结构,如,弹片1上具有定位柱,第一中底2、第二中底3及第三中底4上具有定位孔。
本发明实施例提供的中底系统中,还包括足中稳定片5,足中稳定片5设置于外底7朝向弹片1的一面。
本实施例中,足中稳定片5与弹片1、第三中底4及第二中底3粘接。通过上述连接,有效提高了整体的结构稳定性。
中底系统在组装过程中,可以由上到下依次粘接,即,粘接顺序依次为:第一中底2与弹片1粘接——第二中底3与弹片1及第一中底2粘接——第三中底4与第二中底3粘接——足中稳定片5与弹片1、第三中底4及第二中底3粘接——侧向支撑片6与第一中底2粘接——外底7与第一中底2、(弹片1)、第二中底3、第三中底4、足中稳定片5及侧向支撑片6粘接。
由于穿着时,整个中底系统的动作分为后跟落地,过度至前掌,前掌着底,后跟离地,前掌离地五个运动状态,中底系统具体的缓冲过程如下:
1、后跟落地时,人体的足根部施加的力依次作用于第一中底2、弹片1、第三中底4及第二中底3,并使第一中底2、弹片1、第三中底4及第二中底3产生弹性形变吸收冲击。
2、过度至前掌时,弹片1的中部和足中稳定片5提供一定的刚性支撑,维持人体的足部的稳定性,保证顺畅过度。
3、前掌着地时,人体的足前掌依次踩到第一中底2及弹片1,使第一中底2及弹片1产生弹性形变吸收冲击。此时,侧向支撑片6会产生一定的形变,抑制人体的足前掌的压缩。
4、后跟离地时,第三中底4、第二中底3、弹片1及第一中底2恢复形变,为人体的足根部提供一定的回弹。
5、前掌离地时,第二中底3、弹片1及侧向支撑片6恢复形变,并提供回弹。
如图4及图5所示,弹片1的具体结构如下:
后跟部分12包括靠近第一中底2的上部后跟弹片层、靠近外底7的下部后跟弹片层及连接上部后跟弹片层与下部后跟弹片层远离前掌部分11的一端的后侧连接层;前掌部分11包括靠近第一中底2的上部前跟弹片层、靠近外底7的下部前跟弹片层及连接上部前跟弹片层与下部前跟弹片层远离后跟部分12的一端的前侧连接层。
因此,后跟部分12与前掌部分11相互独立的形成结构缓震,也可以使得后跟部分12与前掌部分11为一体式结构。
由于穿着时,整个中底系统的动作分为后跟落地,过度至前掌,前掌着底,后跟离地,前掌离地五个运动状态。为了进一步提高舒适程度,下部后跟弹片层与上部前跟弹片层位于同一平面。即,后跟部分12高于前掌部分11。
进一步地,弹片1还包括设置于上部后跟弹片层与下部后跟弹片层之间的弹性支撑件13。通过上述设置,对上部后跟弹片层与下部后跟弹片层之间起到支撑作用,进一步确保了弹片1的弹性恢复力。本实施例中,弹性支撑件13可以为弹簧、圆管等结构。
也可以使得弹片1还包括设置于下部前跟弹片层与下部前跟弹片层之间的弹性支撑件13。同上,进一步确保了弹片1的弹性恢复力。
为了便于加工且提高弹片1的回弹效果,上部后跟弹片层、后侧连接层、下部后跟弹片层、下部前跟弹片层、前侧连接层及上部前跟弹片层为一体式结构。
本发明实施例还提供了一种运动鞋,包括中底系统,中底系统为如上述任一种中底系统。由于上述中底系统具有上述技术效果,具有上述中底系统的运动鞋也应具有同样的技术效果,在此不在一一累述且均在保护范围之内。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本发明。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而 是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种中底系统,其特征在于,包括:
    第一中底(2),所述第一中底(2)采用缓震材料制作;
    外底(7),所述第一中底(2)及所述外底(7)之间形成缓冲空间;
    位于所述缓冲空间内的弹片(1),所述弹片(1)能够沿所述第一中底(2)与所述外底(7)的排列方向弹性变形;所述弹片(1)具有位于所述中底系统的后跟区域的后跟部分(12)及位于所述中底系统的前掌区域的前掌部分(11)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的中底系统,其特征在于,还包括用于提供侧向支撑力的侧向支撑片(6),所述侧向支撑片(6)与所述第一中底(2)及所述外底(7)支撑连接;
    所述侧向支撑片(6)设置于所述第一中底(2)及所述外底(7)的外侧;或,所述侧向支撑片(6)设置于所述第一中底(2)及所述外底(7)的内侧;或,所述侧向支撑片(6)包括第一侧向支撑片及第二侧向支撑,所述第一侧向支撑片设置于所述第一中底(2)及所述外底(7)的外侧,所述第二侧向支撑片设置于第一中底(2)及所述外底(7)的内侧。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的中底系统,其特征在于,所述弹片(1)上具有第一配合结构,所述第一中底(2)具有第二配合结构;
    所述第一配合结构与所述第二配合结构凹凸配合;
    所述第一配合结构为贯穿所述弹片(1)的前侧通孔(112);
    所述第二配合结构为与所述第一中底(2)一体设置的前侧柱状结构;
    在自然状态下,所述前侧柱状结构穿入所述前侧通孔(112),所述前侧柱状结构穿入所述前侧通孔(112)的端部悬空。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的中底系统,其特征在于,还包括位于所述中底系统的后跟区域的后跟缓冲中底结构;
    所述后跟缓冲中底结构位于所述缓冲空间内;
    所述后跟缓冲中底结构包括:第二中底(3)及第三中底(4);
    所述第二中底(3)上具有第三配合结构,所述第三中底(4)具有第四配 合结构;
    所述第三配合结构与所述第四配合结构凹凸配合;
    所述第二中底(3)及所述第三中底(4)均采用缓震材料制作;所述第三中底(4)位于所述第二中底(3)与所述外底(7)之间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的中底系统,其特征在于,所述第三配合结构为贯穿所述第二中底(3)的中底通孔;
    所述第四配合结构为与所述第四配合结构一体设置的后侧柱状结构,所述第四配合结构穿入所述中底通孔内;所述弹片(1)具有贯穿其的后侧通孔(121);
    在自然状态下,所述后侧柱状结构穿过所述中底通孔并穿入所述后侧通孔(121);所述后侧柱状结构穿入所述后侧通孔(121)的端部悬空。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的中底系统,其特征在于,还包括足中稳定片(5),所述足中稳定片(5)设置于所述外底(7)朝向所述弹片(1)的一面。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的中底系统,其特征在于,
    所述后跟部分(12)包括靠近所述第一中底(2)的上部后跟弹片层、靠近所述外底(7)的下部后跟弹片层及连接所述上部后跟弹片层与所述下部后跟弹片层远离所述前掌部分(11)的一端的后侧连接层;
    所述前掌部分(11)包括靠近所述第一中底(2)的上部前跟弹片层、靠近所述外底(7)的下部前跟弹片层及连接所述上部前跟弹片层与所述下部前跟弹片层远离所述后跟部分(12)的一端的前侧连接层。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的中底系统,其特征在于,所述下部后跟弹片层与所述上部前跟弹片层位于同一平面;
    或,所述上部后跟弹片层、所述后侧连接层、所述下部后跟弹片层、所述下部前跟弹片层、所述前侧连接层及所述上部前跟弹片层为一体式结构。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的中底系统,其特征在于,所述弹片(1)还包括:
    设置于所述上部后跟弹片层与所述下部后跟弹片层之间的弹性支撑件(13);
    和/或,设置于所述下部前跟弹片层与所述下部前跟弹片层之间的弹性支撑件(13)。
  10. 一种运动鞋,包括中底系统,其特征在于,所述中底系统为如权利要求1-9任一项所述的中底系统。
