Description

一种服务的推荐方法及电子设备
本申请要求于2021年07月28日提交国家知识产权局、申请号为202110858087.6、申请名称为“一种服务的推荐方法及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及终端领域,尤其涉及一种服务的推荐方法及电子设备。
背景技术
手机等电子设备中通常安装有一个或多个应用,这些应用可向用户提供丰富的应用服务。以视频APP举例,视频APP可向用户提供视频文件的播放、留言以及分享等应用服务。
在一些场景中,手机可通过卡片的形式向用户展示相关的应用服务。例如,如图1所示,手机的聊天APP可以接收到联系人发来的视频APP提供的视频卡片101。如果检测到用户点击视频卡片101,则手机可跳转至与视频卡片101对应的视频APP中为用户提供对应的视频播放服务。
如果用户需要对视频卡片101中的视频播放服务执行投屏、购票等相关操作,则用户还需要操作手机退出聊天APP(或视频APP),进一步操作手机执行应用切换、跳转页面等操作才能打开相关应用中的相关应用服务。显然,这种应用服务之间的跳转过程较为繁琐,用户的使用体验不高。
发明内容
本申请提供一种服务的推荐方法及电子设备,电子设备可在显示某一服务时向用户推荐与该服务关联的其他服务,简化跨应用服务之间的跳转流程,提高用户的使用体验。
为达到上述目的,本申请采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,本申请提供一种服务的推荐方法,包括:当电子设备显示聊天应用中与第一联系人的聊天界面时,电子设备可接收并显示用户在聊天界面输入的第一消息,例如包含查询指令的消息;进而,电子设备可获取与第一消息对应的第一服务卡片,第一服务卡片可由第一应用提供;并且,电子设备可获取与第一服务卡片关联的第二服务卡片,第二服务卡片可由第二应用提供;进而,电子设备可在聊天界面中显示第一服务卡片和第二服务卡片。
也就是说,电子设备在显示某一服务(例如第一服务卡片)时,电子设备可同时向用户推荐与该服务关联的其他服务(例如第二服务卡片)。这样,用户无需在多个应用之间跳转便可实现多个服务之间的切换和跳转过程,提高用户的使用体验。
在一种可能的实现方式中,电子设备获取与第一消息对应的第一服务卡片,包括:当第一消息具有第一意图(例如视频播放意图、购物意图等)时,电子设备可在与第一意图绑定的N(N为大于0的整数)个服务中确定与第一消息对应的第一服务;当确定出的第一服务由第一应用提供时,电子设备可从第一应用获取与第一服务对应的第一服务卡片。 其中,第一应用可以是聊天APP,也可以是电子设备中安装的其他应用。
或者,电子设备也可以从服务器或其他电子设备(例如第一联系人使用的电子设备)中获取与第一消息对应的第一服务卡片。
在一种可能的实现方式中,电子设备获取与第一服务卡片关联的第二应用提供的第二服务卡片,包括:电子设备确定与上述第一意图关联的第二意图,与第一意图类似的,第二意图可与M(M为大于0的整数)个服务之间具有绑定关系;进而,电子设备可在这M个服务中确定与第一消息对应的第二服务;当确定出的第二服务由第二应用提供时,电子设备可从第二应用获取与第二服务对应的第二服务卡片。
由于上述第一意图与第二意图相关联,因此,电子设备根据第一意图确定出的第一服务与根据第二意图确定出的第二服务也是相关联的。电子设备可将第二服务卡片作为第一服务卡片的关联卡片推荐给用户。
在一种可能的实现方式中,电子设备确定与第一意图关联的第二意图,包括:电子设备可将第一意图发送至预设的智慧引擎(智慧引擎可设置在应用程序框架层中),从而请求智慧引擎确定与第一意图关联的第二意图;或者,电子设备可将第一意图发送至应用程序层中的第一应用,从而请求述第一应用确定与第一意图关联的第二意图;或者,电子设备可将第一意图发送至其他设备(例如服务器),从而请求其他设备确定与第一意图关联的第二意图。
在一种可能的实现方式中,电子设备在聊天界面中显示第一服务卡片和第二服务卡片,包括:电子设备在聊天界面中显示第一消息的回复消息,在回复消息中第一服务卡片可位于第二服务卡片的上层。也就是说,电子设备可以卡片组的形式一并显示第一服务卡片和第二服务卡片,第二服务卡片作为第一服务卡片的关联卡片可显示在下层。
在一种可能的实现方式中,电子设备在聊天界面中显示第一服务卡片和第二服务卡片,包括:电子设备可以先在聊天界面中显示第一服务卡片;后续,当接收到用户对第一服务卡片执行的输入后,电子设备可再将第一服务卡片显示在第二服务卡片的上层。后续,用户可直接以第二服务卡片为入口进行相关操作。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在电子设备将第一服务卡片显示在第二服务卡片的上层之后,还包括:电子设备可接收用户对第一服务卡片输入的切换操作;进而,响应于上述切换操作,电子设备可将第二服务卡片显示在第一服务卡片的上层。这样,用户无需打开第二应用进行相关查找和切换操作便可在聊天APP中实现与第一服务关联的第二服务,简化了用户使用不同应用中各个服务时的操作流程,增强了各个服务之间的联系。
在一种可能的实现方式中,上述第一联系人可以为聊天应用中已添加的显示设备(例如电视等);当然,上述第一联系人还可以是用户在聊天APP中已添加的好友、群组、公众号、机器人或小程序等。
当与上述第一消息关联的第一意图为视频播放意图(VideoPlay)时,与第一意图关联的第二意图可以为设备遥控意图(TvControl),此时,第二服务卡片为与遥控意图绑定的设备遥控器卡片。这样,用户在显示设备上准备播放或播放某一视频时,可直接通过聊天界面中显示的设备遥控器卡片实现遥控功能。
或者,当与上述第一消息关联的第一意图为视频播放意图(VideoPlay)时,与第一意图关联的第二意图可以为购票意图等,本申请对此不做任何限制。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在电子设备获取与第一消息对应的第一服务卡片之后,还包括:电子设备获取与第一服务卡片关联的第三服务卡片,第三服务卡片可由第三应用提供;那么,电子设备显示第二服务卡片时,还包括:电子设备显示第三服务卡片。也就是说,电子设备获取到的与第一服务卡片关联的服务卡片可以有多个,电子设备可将这多个服务卡片均作为推荐卡片展示给用户,方便用户在多个服务之间的切换和跳转。
第二方面,本申请提供一种电子设备,包括:显示屏、一个或多个处理器、一个或多个存储器、以及一个或多个计算机程序;其中,处理器与显示屏、存储器均耦合,上述一个或多个计算机程序被存储在存储器中,当电子设备运行时,该处理器执行该存储器存储的一个或多个计算机程序,以使电子设备执行上述任一方面所述的服务的推荐方法。
第三方面,本申请提供一种计算机可读存储介质,包括计算机指令,当计算机指令在电子设备上运行时,使得电子设备执行上述任一方面所述的服务的推荐方法。
第四方面,本申请提供一种计算机程序产品,当计算机程序产品在电子设备上运行时,使得电子设备执行上述任一方面所述的服务的推荐方法。
可以理解地,上述提供的第二方面所述的电子设备、第三方面所述的计算机可读存储介质,以及第四方面所述的计算机程序产品均用于执行上文所提供的对应的方法,因此,其所能达到的有益效果可参考上文所提供的对应的方法中的有益效果,此处不再赘述。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实施例的实施方式进行详细描述。
本申请实施例提供的一种服务的推荐方法,可应用于手机、平板电脑、电视(也可称为智慧屏、大屏设备等)、笔记本电脑、超级移动个人计算机(Ultra-mobile Personal Computer,UMPC)、手持计算机、上网本、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、可穿戴 电子设备、车载设备(也可称为车机)、虚拟现实设备等电子设备,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
以手机为上述电子设备举例,手机中安装的各类应用可向用户提供相应的应用功能。其中,应用服务是应用向用户提供的为实现某一特定功能的服务业务。
例如,聊天APP可提供与联系人的聊天服务。其中,该联系人可以是指用户在聊天APP中已添加的好友、群组、公众号、机器人或小程序等。又例如,视频APP可提供各种视频文件的播放、分享、留言、收藏等服务。
除了应用服务外,手机等电子设备还可以向用户提供与某一设备相关的一项或多项服务。例如,手机可以向用户提供控制电视音量、亮度、换台、关机或开机等功能的遥控服务。又例如,手机还可以向用户提供语音助手、截屏等系统服务,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
目前,一些应用在运行时可以卡片的形式向用户展示相应的服务。例如,如图2所示,手机运行语音助手APP(也可称为智慧助手APP)后,可显示语音助手与用户的对话界面201。仍如图2所示,如果检测到用户输入“查询附近的医院”的语音指令202,则语音助手APP可获取并显示与语音指令202对应的地图卡片203。例如,地图卡片203可以是地图APP根据用户所在的位置提供的医院查询结果。这样,用户在对话界面201中可以获取到其他应用(例如地图APP)提供的服务。
但是,当后续用户需要进一步使用与地图卡片203相关的服务时,例如,用户看到地图卡片203中的信息后可能希望使用网约车APP提供的打车服务,此时,用户需要再一次输入相关的语音指令或打开相关的应用(例如网约车APP)使用打车服务,使得用户在两个服务之间跳转的过程较为繁琐。
对此,在本申请实施例中,仍以手机在对话界面201中显示地图卡片203举例。手机接收到上述语音指令202后,除了可以获取与语音指令202对应的地图卡片203,还可以获取与地图卡片203关联的其他服务卡片。例如,手机可将网约车APP中的打车卡片301确定为与地图卡片203关联的服务卡片。进而,如图3所示,手机在对话界面201中显示地图卡片203时,还可以显示关联的打车卡片301。例如,手机可将打车卡片301与地图卡片203组合为一个卡片组,并将该卡片组显示在对话界面201中。其中,地图卡片203可覆盖在打车卡片301的上层。这样,用户通过切换卡片组中的打车卡片301和地图卡片203便可以实现在两个关联服务之间的切换。
在一些实施例中,如果地图卡片203中包含医院A的信息,则手机还可以将相关APP中提供的医院A的挂号卡片作为与地图卡片203关联的服务卡片显示在对话界面201中,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
也就是说,手机等电子设备在显示聊天应用(例如上述语音助手APP)中与第一联系人的聊天界面(例如上述对话界面201)时,可接收并显示用户在聊天界面中输入的第一消息(例如上述语音指令202)。此时,电子设备除了可以按照现有技术获取与第一消息对应的第一服务卡片(例如上述地图卡片203),还可以获取与第一服务卡片关联的第二服务卡片(例如上述打车卡片301)。进而,电子设备可在上述聊天界面中显示第一服务卡片时,一并显示与第一服务卡片关联的第二服务卡片。
这样,手机等电子设备在显示某一服务(例如服务卡片)时,电子设备可同时向用户 推荐与该服务关联的其他服务,用户无需在多个应用之间跳转便可实现多个服务之间的切换和跳转过程,提高用户的使用体验。
其中,手机获取与某一服务卡片关联的服务卡片的具体方法将在后续实施例中进行详细阐述,故此处不予赘述。
仍以手机作为电子设备举例,图4示出了手机的结构示意图。
手机可以包括处理器110,外部存储器接口120,内部存储器121,通用串行总线(universal serial bus,USB)接口130,天线1,天线2,移动通信模块150,无线通信模块160,音频模块170,扬声器170A,受话器170B,麦克风170C,耳机接口170D,传感器模块180等。
可以理解的是,本发明实施例示意的结构并不构成对手机的具体限定。在本申请另一些实施例中,手机可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。图示的部件可以以硬件,软件或软件和硬件的组合实现。
处理器110可以包括一个或多个处理单元,例如:处理器110可以包括应用处理器(application processor,AP),调制解调处理器,图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU),图像信号处理器(image signal processor,ISP),控制器,存储器,视频编解码器,数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP),基带处理器,和/或神经网络处理器(neural-network processing unit,NPU)等。其中,不同的处理单元可以是独立的器件,也可以集成在一个或多个处理器中。
处理器110中还可以设置存储器,用于存储指令和数据。在一些实施例中,处理器110中的存储器为高速缓冲存储器。该存储器可以保存处理器110刚用过或循环使用的指令或数据。如果处理器110需要再次使用该指令或数据,可从所述存储器中直接调用。避免了重复存取,减少了处理器110的等待时间,因而提高了系统的效率。
手机的无线通信功能可以通过天线1,天线2,移动通信模块150,无线通信模块160,调制解调处理器以及基带处理器等实现。
天线1和天线2用于发射和接收电磁波信号。手机中的每个天线可用于覆盖单个或多个通信频带。不同的天线还可以复用,以提高天线的利用率。例如:可以将天线1复用为无线局域网的分集天线。在另外一些实施例中,天线可以和调谐开关结合使用。
移动通信模块150可以提供应用在手机上的包括2G/3G/4G/5G等无线通信的解决方案。移动通信模块150可以包括至少一个滤波器,开关,功率放大器,低噪声放大器(low noise amplifier,LNA)等。移动通信模块150可以由天线1接收电磁波,并对接收的电磁波进行滤波,放大等处理,传送至调制解调处理器进行解调。移动通信模块150还可以对经调制解调处理器调制后的信号放大,经天线1转为电磁波辐射出去。在一些实施例中,移动通信模块150的至少部分功能模块可以被设置于处理器110中。在一些实施例中,移动通信模块150的至少部分功能模块可以与处理器110的至少部分模块被设置在同一个器件中。
无线通信模块160可以提供应用在手机上的包括无线局域网(wireless local area networks,WLAN)(如无线保真(wireless fidelity,Wi-Fi)网络),蓝牙(bluetooth,BT),全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS),调频(frequency modulation,FM),近距离无线通信技术(near field communication,NFC),红外技术(infrared,IR)等无线通信的 解决方案。无线通信模块160可以是集成至少一个通信处理模块的一个或多个器件。无线通信模块160经由天线2接收电磁波,将电磁波信号调频以及滤波处理,将处理后的信号发送到处理器110。无线通信模块160还可以从处理器110接收待发送的信号,对其进行调频,放大,经天线2转为电磁波辐射出去。
在一些实施例中,手机的天线1和移动通信模块150耦合,天线2和无线通信模块160耦合,使得手机可以通过无线通信技术与网络以及其他设备通信。所述无线通信技术可以包括全球移动通讯系统(global system for mobile communications,GSM),通用分组无线服务(general packet radio service,GPRS),码分多址接入(code division multiple access,CDMA),宽带码分多址(wideband code division multiple access,WCDMA),时分码分多址(time-division code division multiple access,TD-SCDMA),长期演进(long term evolution,LTE),BT,GNSS,WLAN,NFC,FM,和/或IR技术等。所述GNSS可以包括全球卫星定位系统(global positioning system,GPS),全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GLONASS),北斗卫星导航系统(beidou navigation satellite system,BDS),准天顶卫星系统(quasi-zenith satellite system,QZSS)和/或星基增强系统(satellite based augmentation systems,SBAS)。
手机通过GPU,显示屏194,以及应用处理器等实现显示功能。GPU为图像处理的微处理器,连接显示屏194和应用处理器。GPU用于执行数学和几何计算,用于图形渲染。处理器110可包括一个或多个GPU,其执行程序指令以生成或改变显示信息。
显示屏194用于显示图像,视频等。显示屏194包括显示面板。显示面板可以采用液晶显示屏(liquid crystal display,LCD),有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED),有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体(active-matrix organic light emitting diode的,AMOLED),柔性发光二极管(flex light-emitting diode,FLED),Miniled,MicroLed,Micro-oLed,量子点发光二极管(quantum dot light emitting diodes,QLED)等。在一些实施例中,手机可以包括1个或N个显示屏194,N为大于1的正整数。
手机可以通过ISP,摄像头193,视频编解码器,GPU,显示屏194以及应用处理器等实现拍摄功能。
ISP用于处理摄像头193反馈的数据。例如,拍照时,打开快门,光线通过镜头被传递到摄像头感光元件上,光信号转换为电信号,摄像头感光元件将所述电信号传递给ISP处理,转化为肉眼可见的图像。ISP还可以对图像的噪点,亮度,肤色进行算法优化。ISP还可以对拍摄场景的曝光,色温等参数优化。在一些实施例中,ISP可以设置在摄像头193中。
摄像头193用于捕获静态图像或视频。物体通过镜头生成光学图像投射到感光元件。感光元件可以是电荷耦合器件(charge coupled device,CCD)或互补金属氧化物半导体(complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor,CMOS)光电晶体管。感光元件把光信号转换成电信号,之后将电信号传递给ISP转换成数字图像信号。ISP将数字图像信号输出到DSP加工处理。DSP将数字图像信号转换成标准的RGB,YUV等格式的图像信号。在一些实施例中,手机可以包括1个或N个摄像头193,N为大于1的正整数。
数字信号处理器用于处理数字信号,除了可以处理数字图像信号,还可以处理其他数字信号。例如,当手机在频点选择时,数字信号处理器用于对频点能量进行傅里叶变换等。
视频编解码器用于对数字视频压缩或解压缩。手机可以支持一种或多种视频编解码器。 这样,手机可以播放或录制多种编码格式的视频,例如:动态图像专家组(moving picture experts group,MPEG)1,MPEG2,MPEG3,MPEG4等。
外部存储器接口120可以用于连接外部存储卡,例如Micro SD卡,实现扩展手机的存储能力。外部存储卡通过外部存储器接口120与处理器110通信,实现数据存储功能。例如将音乐,视频等文件保存在外部存储卡中。
内部存储器121可以用于存储计算机可执行程序代码,所述可执行程序代码包括指令。处理器110通过运行存储在内部存储器121的指令,从而执行手机的各种功能应用以及数据处理。内部存储器121可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区。其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统,至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能,图像播放功能等)等。存储数据区可存储手机使用过程中所创建的数据(比如音频数据,电话本等)等。此外,内部存储器121可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件,闪存器件,通用闪存存储器(universal flash storage,UFS)等。
手机可以通过音频模块170,扬声器170A,受话器170B,麦克风170C,耳机接口170D,以及应用处理器等实现音频功能。例如音乐播放,录音等。
音频模块170用于将数字音频信息转换成模拟音频信号输出,也用于将模拟音频输入转换为数字音频信号。音频模块170还可以用于对音频信号编码和解码。在一些实施例中,音频模块170可以设置于处理器110中,或将音频模块170的部分功能模块设置于处理器110中。
扬声器170A,也称“喇叭”,用于将音频电信号转换为声音信号。手机可以通过扬声器170A收听音乐,或收听免提通话。
受话器170B,也称“听筒”,用于将音频电信号转换成声音信号。当手机接听电话或语音信息时,可以通过将受话器170B靠近人耳接听语音。
麦克风170C,也称“话筒”,“传声器”,用于将声音信号转换为电信号。当拨打电话或发送语音信息时,用户可以通过人嘴靠近麦克风170C发声,将声音信号输入到麦克风170C。手机可以设置至少一个麦克风170C。在另一些实施例中,手机可以设置两个麦克风170C,除了采集声音信号,还可以实现降噪功能。在另一些实施例中,手机还可以设置三个,四个或更多麦克风170C,实现采集声音信号,降噪,还可以识别声音来源,实现定向录音功能等。
耳机接口170D用于连接有线耳机。耳机接口170D可以是USB接口130,也可以是3.5mm的开放移动电子设备平台(open mobile terminal platform,OMTP)标准接口,美国蜂窝电信工业协会(cellular telecommunications industry association of the USA,CTIA)标准接口。
传感器模块180中可以包括压力传感器,陀螺仪传感器,气压传感器,磁传感器,加速度传感器,距离传感器,接近光传感器,指纹传感器,温度传感器,触摸传感器,环境光传感器,骨传导传感器等。
当然,手机还可以包括充电管理模块、电源管理模块、电池、按键、指示器以及1个或多个SIM卡接口等,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
上述手机的软件系统可以采用分层架构,事件驱动架构,微核架构,微服务架构,或云架构。本申请实施例以分层架构的Android系统为例,示例性说明手机的软件结构。
示例性的,图5是本申请实施例的手机的软件结构框图。
分层架构将软件分成若干个层,每一层都有清晰的角色和分工。层与层之间通过软件接口通信。在一些实施例中,将Android系统分为四层,从上至下分别为应用程序层,应用程序框架层,安卓运行时(Android runtime)和系统库,以及内核层。
应用程序层可以包括一系列应用程序包。
如图5所示,应用程序层中可以安装通话,备忘录,浏览器,联系人,相机,图库,日历,地图,蓝牙,音乐,视频,短信息等APP(应用,application)。
应用程序框架层为应用程序层的应用程序提供应用编程接口(application programming interface,API)和编程框架。应用程序框架层包括一些预先定义的函数。
如图5所示,应用程序框架层可以包括窗口管理器,内容提供器,视图系统,电话管理器,资源管理器,通知管理器等。
其中,上述窗口管理器用于管理窗口程序。窗口管理器可以获取显示屏大小,判断是否有状态栏,锁定屏幕,截取屏幕等。
上述内容提供器用来存放和获取数据,并使这些数据可以被应用程序访问。所述数据可以包括视频,图像,音频,拨打和接听的电话,浏览历史和书签,电话簿等。
上述视图系统可用于构建应用程序的显示界面。每个显示界面可以由一个或多个控件组成。一般而言,控件可以包括图标、按钮、菜单、选项卡、文本框、对话框、状态栏、导航栏、微件(Widget)等界面元素。
上述电话管理器用于提供手机201的通信功能。例如通话状态的管理(包括接通,挂断等)。
上述资源管理器为应用程序提供各种资源,比如本地化字符串,图标,图片,布局文件,视频文件等等。
上述通知管理器使应用程序可以在状态栏中显示通知信息,可以用于传达告知类型的消息,可以短暂停留后自动消失,无需用户交互。比如通知管理器被用于告知下载完成,消息提醒等。通知管理器还可以是以图表或者滚动条文本形式出现在系统顶部状态栏的通知,例如后台运行的应用程序的通知,还可以是以对话窗口形式出现在屏幕上的通知。例如在状态栏提示文本信息,发出提示音,振动,指示灯闪烁等。
如图5所示,系统库可以包括多个功能模块。例如:图层整合器(SurfaceFlinger),媒体库(Media Libraries),三维图形处理库(例如:OpenGL ES),2D图形引擎(例如:SGL)等。SurfaceFlinger用于对显示子系统进行管理,并且为多个应用程序提供了2D和3D图层的融合。媒体库支持多种常用的音频,视频格式回放和录制,以及静态图像文件等。媒体库可以支持多种音视频编码格式,例如:MPEG4,H.264,MP3,AAC,AMR,JPG,PNG等。三维图形处理库用于实现三维图形绘图,图像渲染,合成,和图层处理等。2D图形引擎是2D绘图的绘图引擎。
Android Runtime包括核心库和虚拟机。Android runtime负责安卓系统的调度和管理。
核心库包含两部分:一部分是java语言需要调用的功能函数,另一部分是安卓的核心库。
应用程序层和应用程序框架层运行在虚拟机中。虚拟机将应用程序层和应用程序框架层的java文件执行为二进制文件。虚拟机用于执行对象生命周期的管理,堆栈管理,线程 管理,安全和异常的管理,以及垃圾回收等功能。
如图5所示,内核层是硬件和软件之间的层。内核层至少包含摄像头驱动,音频驱动,传感器驱动等,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
在本申请实施例中,仍如图5所示,手机的应用程序层中可安装智慧助手APP(也可称为语音助手APP等)。智慧助手APP可调用应用程序框架层中的智慧引擎向用户推荐与当前待显示的第一服务相关联的第二服务。
示例性的,如图6所示,各个应用提供的各项服务可预先与相关的意图(intent)绑定。例如,第一视频APP提供的播放视频A的服务(即服务1)可与视频播放意图(VideoPlay)绑定。第二视频APP提供的播放视频B的服务(即服务2)也可与视频播放意图(VideoPlay)绑定。又例如,购物APP提供的电影购票服务(即服务3)可与购票意图(Ticket)绑定。购物APP提供的演唱会购票服务(即服务4)也可与购票意图(Ticket)绑定。在一些实施例中,如图5所示,手机可在应用程序框架层中设置服务管理模块,服务管理模块可用于管理和维护上述各项服务与不同意图之间的绑定关系。
在本申请实施例中,智慧引擎可使用预设的AI算法学习不同意图之间的关联关系。例如,当电影1为当前热映的电影时,与播放电影1这一服务绑定的视频播放意图相关联的意图可以为购票意图。又例如,当用户将电影1投屏在电视上播放时,与播放电影1这一服务绑定的视频播放意图相关联的意图可以为电视控制意图。也就是说,互相关联的两个意图下的服务一般是在某一场景下用户有使用需求的功能。
通常,应用可根据用户输入的查询指令显示某一具体服务。例如,仍如图5所示,聊天APP接收到用户输入的查询视频A的查询指令1后,可识别查询指令1的意图为视频播放意图。进而,聊天APP可将识别出的视频播放意图发送至服务管理模块,由服务管理模块在与视频播放意图绑定的各个服务中确定与查询指令1对应的服务1。进而,服务管理模块可从第一视频APP中获取服务1,并将服务1发送至聊天APP进行显示。
在本申请实施例中,仍如图5所示,当服务管理模块接收到聊天APP识别出的视频播放意图后,还可以通知智慧助手APP调用智慧引擎确定当前与视频播放意图关联的意图(例如购票意图)。进而,服务管理模块可在与购票意图绑定的各个服务中确定与服务1关联的服务3。同样,服务管理模块可从购物APP中获取服务3,并将服务3发送至聊天APP。
这样,聊天APP不仅可以获取到与本次查询指令1对应的服务1,还可以获取到与服务1关联的服务3。进而,聊天APP在显示服务1时还可以向用户推荐与服务1关联的服务3,使用户可以方便、快捷的使用服务1或服务3提供的功能,减少手机在在两个服务之间跳转时应用和界面的切换,提高用户的使用体验。
需要说明的是,上述服务管理模块可以作为独立的功能模块设置在应用程序框架层中,也可以集成在应用程序框架层中现有的资源管理器或内容提供器等功能模块中。或者,还可以将上述服务管理模块集成在应用层中的某一应用(例如聊天APP)中。又或者,还可以将上述服务管理模块设置在服务器中,手机中的应用(例如聊天APP)可通过调用对应的URL(Uniform Resource Locator,统一资源定位器)接口与服务器中的服务管理模块交互,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
以下仍以手机为例,结合附图详细阐述本申请实施例提供的一种服务的推荐方法。
示例性的,用户在使用聊天APP时,可按照图7所示的方法实现本申请实施例提供的 一种服务的推荐方法。具体的,该推荐方法可包括步骤S701-S704。
S701、响应于用户在聊天界面中输入的查询指令1,聊天APP识别查询指令1的意图1。
示例性的,用户可使用聊天APP与聊天APP中的联系人对话。例如,手机运行聊天APP时,如果检测到用户选择聊天APP中的机器人“小艺”,则如图8所示,手机可显示聊天APP中与“小艺”的聊天界面801。进而,用户可在聊天界面801中向“小艺”输入聊天消息(也可称为消息)。在一些实施例中,用户可在聊天界面801中联系人(例如“小艺”)发送的消息中可以包括查询指令。例如,用户可向聊天界面801的输入框中输入“查询电影A”的查询指令1,并点击发送按钮,触发手机的聊天APP向“小艺”发送查询指令1。
聊天APP接收到用户向机器人“小艺”输入的“查询电影A”的查询指令1后,聊天APP可响应查询指令1向用户提供对应的服务卡片,方便用户在聊天界面801中使用与查询指令1对应的服务内容。当然,用户也可使用聊天APP向已添加的好友、群组或公众号等联系人发送相应的查询指令。例如,用户可使用聊天APP向联系人“张三”发送“最近在看什么电影”的查询指令,进而,联系人“张三”可在聊天APP中将电影A的服务卡片发送给用户。此时,聊天APP可在用户与联系人“张三”的聊天界面中显示电影A的服务卡片。
示例性的,聊天APP可使用预设的自然语言理解(natural language understanding,NLU)算法提取查询指令1的意图(intent)。或者,聊天APP可将查询指令1发送至语音助手APP,由语音助手APP使用预设的NLU算法提取查询指令1的意图。又或者,聊天APP可触发手机与服务器交互,请求服务器提取查询指令1的意图。
也就是说,通过执行步骤S701,手机在显示聊天APP中与第一联系人的聊天界面时,可接收并显示用户在聊天界面输入的包含上述查询指令1的消息。进而,手机中的聊天APP可提取查询指令1的具体意图。
S702、聊天APP将意图1发送至服务管理模块,服务管理模块将意图1发送至智慧引擎。
示例性的,聊天APP提取到与上述查询指令1对应的意图1为:视频播放意图(VideoPlay)。进而,聊天APP可向应用程序框架层中的服务管理模块发送请求消息,以请求服务管理模块根据意图1获取与本次查询指令1对应的服务。其中,上述请求消息中可以包括聊天APP提取到的意图1,以便后续服务管理模块根据意图1获取与查询指令1对应的服务。
在一些实施例中,服务管理模块在获取与查询指令1对应的服务时,除了需要意图1外,还可能需要查询指令1中的一些关键信息(例如电影名称等)。那么,上述请求消息中还可以包括查询指令1中的关键信息,例如电影A等。或者,上述请求消息中还可以包括查询指令1,使得服务管理模块可以从查询指令1提取到相应的关键信息。
服务管理模块获取到本次查询指令1的意图1后,一方面可根据意图1获取与查询指令1对应的服务,另一方面可获取与意图1关联的意图,从而根据关联的意图为用户推荐与查询指令1相关的服务。其中,服务管理模块可通过执行下述步骤S713a-S731a获取与查询指令1对应的服务。并且,服务管理模块可将从聊天APP获取到的意图1发送至智慧引擎,进而通过执行下述步骤S713b-S753b为用户推荐与查询指令1相关的服务。也就是说,步骤S703可包括步骤S713a-S731a和步骤S713b-S753b。
示例性的,服务管理模块可先将意图1发送至智慧助手APP,再由智慧助手APP将意图1发送至智慧引擎。或者,服务管理模块可直接将意图1发送至智慧引擎,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
在另一些实施例中,聊天APP获取到用户输入的查询指令1后,可以直接将查询指令1发送至服务管理模块。此时,服务管理模块可识别查询指令1的意图1,并将识别出的意图1发送至智慧引擎。当然,聊天APP也可以直接将查询指令1发送至智慧引擎,由智慧引擎识别查询指令1的意图1,并将识别出的意图1发送至服务管理模块,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
S713a、服务管理模块在与意图1绑定的服务中确定与查询指令1对应的服务1。
仍以意图1为视频播放意图举例,如图6所示,服务管理模块中存储有与不同意图与各个服务之间的绑定关系。当服务管理模块获取到查询指令1的意图1后,服务管理模块可在与意图1绑定的各个服务中确定与查询指令1对应的服务。
例如,当查询指令1包含“电影A”这一关键信息时,服务管理模块可在与视频播放意图绑定的各个服务中查找能够播放电影A的视频播放服务。例如,当第一视频APP提供电影A的视频播放服务(即服务1)时,服务管理模块可将服务1确定为与查询指令1对应的服务。
或者,如果有多个应用均提供电影A的视频播放服务时,则服务管理模块可在这多个提供电影A的视频播放服务中选择一个作为与查询指令1对应的服务1。例如,服务管理模块可将用户最近一次使用的视频APP提供的电影A的视频播放服务确定为上述服务1。又例如,服务管理模块可将用户使用频率最高的视频APP提供的电影A的视频播放服务确定为上述服务1。
S723a、服务管理模块从第一应用中获取与服务1对应的服务卡片1。
仍以意图1为上述视频播放意图举例,服务管理模块确定出与查询指令1对应的服务1为第一视频APP提供电影A的视频播放服务后,服务管理模块可请求第一视频APP提供该服务1。
示例性的,服务管理模块可将服务1的标识携带在请求消息中发送给第一视频APP。进而,第一视频APP可响应该请求消息,将卡片形式的服务1(即服务卡片1)发送给服务管理模块。例如,第一视频APP可与第一视频APP的服务器1交互,从服务器1中获取包含电影A的视频播放服务的服务卡片1。进而,第一视频APP可将服务卡片1发送至服务管理模块。
也就是说,当上述查询指令1具有意图1时,手机通过执行步骤S702-S723a,可在与意图1绑定的N(N为大于0的整数)个服务中确定与查询指令1对应的服务1。进而,手机可从对应的第一应用中获取与服务1对应的服务卡片1。其中,第一应用是指提供服务卡片1的应用(例如上述第一视频APP)。当然,当提供服务卡片1的应用为聊天APP自身时,手机也可从聊天APP获取对应的服务卡片1,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
可以理解的是,除了以服务卡片的形式展示某一服务外,第一视频APP还可以使用窗口(例如悬浮窗)等方式向服务管理模块发送服务1的具体内容,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
S733a、服务管理模块将服务卡片1发送至聊天APP。
服务管理模块获取到上述服务卡片1后,可将服务卡片1发送至聊天APP,以便聊天APP将服务卡片1作为聊天消息显示在上述聊天界面801。
至此,通过执行S713a-S733a,服务管理模块可根据聊天APP识别出的查询指令1的意图1,获取到与查询指令1对应的服务卡片1。该服务卡片1后续可作为回复查询指令1的聊天消息显示在聊天界面801中。
另外,当服务管理模块在步骤S702中将查询指令1的意图1发送至智慧引擎后,还可以触发智慧引擎执行下述步骤S713b-S753b:
S713b、智慧引擎确定与意图1关联的意图2。
仍以意图1为上述视频播放意图举例,智慧引擎获取到本次查询指令1的意图1为视频播放意图后,可确定本次与视频播放意图关联的意图2。意图2通常是用户具有意图1时可能会同时有的意图,或者是用户具有意图1后后续可能会有的意图。
在一些实施例中,智慧引擎中可以记录不同意图之间的关联关系。例如,可预先设置视频播放意图与投屏意图关联、位置查询意图与打车意图关联等等。那么,智慧引擎获取到本次查询指令1的意图1后,可根据上述关联关系确定与意图1关联的意图2。
在另一些实施例中,智慧引擎可获取用户的使用数据(例如视频的播放记录,购物记录,应用的使用记录等)、当前的环境数据(例如时间、手机所在的地点、最近热播的电视剧等)以及聊天APP中上述查询指令1的上下文等数据。进而,智慧引擎可结合获取到的这些数据确定与上述意图1关联的意图2。例如,智慧引擎可结合获取到的这些数据使用预设的AI算法确定与上述意图1关联的意图2。
示例性的,当查询指令1包含“电影A”这一关键信息时,智慧引擎可查询电影A是否下映。如果电影A已经下映,则智慧引擎可确定与上述意图1关联的意图2为投屏意图。相应的,如果电影A还未下映,则智慧引擎可确定与上述意图1关联的意图2为购票意图。当然,智慧引擎确定出的与上述意图1关联的意图2也可以有多个,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
S723b、智慧引擎将意图2发送至服务管理模块。
以与上述意图1关联的意图2为购票意图举例,智慧引擎确定出与意图1关联的意图2后,智慧引擎可将意图2发送至服务管理模块。例如,智慧引擎可将购票意图的标识发送至服务管理模块。或者,智慧引擎可先将购票意图的标识发送至智慧助手APP,再由智慧助手APP将购票意图的标识发送至服务管理模块。
也就是说,通过执行步骤S713b-S723b,手机可确定与意图1关联的意图2。与意图1类似的,意图2可与M(M为大于0的整数)个服务之间具有绑定关系。
S733b、服务管理模块在与意图2绑定的服务中确定与查询指令1对应的服务2。
仍以与上述意图1关联的意图2为购票意图举例,服务管理模块接收到智慧引擎发送的意图2后,与步骤S713a类似的,服务管理模块可在与意图2绑定的各个服务中确定与查询指令1对应的服务2。
例如,意图2绑定了团购APP提供的电影A的购票服务以及购物APP提供的演唱会B的购票服务。此时,由于查询指令1中包含“电影A”这一关键信息,因此服务管理模块可将电影A的购票服务确定为与查询指令1对应的服务2。
由于查询指令1的意图1与意图2关联,那么,服务管理模块根据意图1确定出的上 述服务1与根据意图2确定出的上述服务2也是相关联的。例如,服务2一般是用户在使用服务1时(或在使用服务1后)可能会用到的服务。后续,聊天APP在响应查询指令1显示服务1时可向用户推荐关联的服务2,从而方便用户在多个服务之间的切换和跳转。
S743b、服务管理模块从第二应用中获取与服务2对应的服务卡片2。
示例性的,服务管理模块确定出上述服务2为团购APP提供的电影A的购票服务后,服务管理模块可请求团购APP(即第二应用)提供该服务2。例如,服务管理模块可将服务2的标识携带在请求消息中发送给团购APP。进而,团购APP可响应该请求消息,将卡片形式的服务2(即服务卡片2)发送给服务管理模块。
也就是说,手机通过执行步骤S733b-S743b,可在与意图2绑定的M(N为大于0的整数)个服务中确定与查询指令1对应的服务2。进而,手机可从对应的第二应用中获取与服务2对应的服务卡片2。此时,服务卡片2与服务卡片1也是关联的。
S753b、服务管理模块将服务卡片2发送至聊天APP。
服务管理模块获取到上述服务卡片2后,可将服务卡片2发送至聊天APP,以便聊天APP将服务卡片2作为与服务卡片1关联的服务推荐给用户。
至此,通过执行S713b-S753b,服务管理模块可与智慧引擎交互获取与上述意图1关联的意图2,并根据意图2获取到本次为用户推荐的与查询指令1相关的服务卡片2。
S704、聊天APP显示服务卡片1和服务卡片2。
示例性的,如图9中的(a)所示,聊天APP获取到上述服务卡片1后,可将服务卡片1作为回复上述查询指令1的聊天消息显示在与“小艺”的聊天界面801中。同时,聊天APP可将服务卡片2作为本次的推荐卡片一并显示在聊天界面801中。例如,仍如图9中的(a)所示,聊天APP可将服务卡片1和服务卡片2作为一个卡片组显示在聊天界面801中,服务卡片1可位于服务卡片2的上层。当然,该卡片组中还可以包括本次为用户推荐的其他服务卡片,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。这样,手机中的聊天APP在正常显示某一服务(例如服务卡片1)时,可将与其关联的服务卡片2推荐给用户,方便用户在多个可能有使用需求的服务之间的切换和跳转,提高用户的使用体验。
例如,当用户看到服务卡片1后希望购买电影A的电影票时,可对上述服务卡片1输入切换操作(例如滑动操作)。此时,如图9中的(b)所示,聊天APP可响应用户的切换操作将卡片组中的服务卡片2切换至服务卡片1的上层显示。其中,服务卡片2中可以包括团购APP提供的最近一场或多场电影A的购票信息。用户可直接以服务卡片2为入口进行查询、购票等操作。这样,用户无需打开团购APP进行相关查找和切换操作便可在聊天APP中查询电影A时完成购票等功能,简化了用户使用不同应用中各个服务时的操作流程,增强了各个服务之间的联系。
需要说明的是,聊天APP除了可以通过上述卡片组的形式展示上述服务卡片1和服务卡片2外,还可以通过其他形式显示上述服务卡片1和服务卡片2。例如,如图10所示,聊天APP可将服务卡片1作为回复上述查询指令1的一条聊天消息(也可称为回复消息)显示在聊天界面801中。并且,聊天APP可将服务卡片2也作为一条聊天消息在聊天界面801中。
在另一些实施例中,聊天APP除了可以同时显示上述服务卡片1和服务卡片2外,还可以先显示上述服务卡片1再显示服务卡片2。例如,如图11中的(a)所示,聊天APP 获取到上述服务卡片1后,可将服务卡片1作为回复上述查询指令1的聊天消息显示在与“小艺”的聊天界面801中。进而,当检测到用户对服务卡片1输入任意操作时,例如,如图11中的(b)所示,当检测到用户点击服务卡片1中的展开按钮时,如图11中的(c)所示,聊天APP可将服务卡片2作为本次的推荐卡片也显示在聊天界面801中。也就是说,当检测到用户对服务卡片1输入操作时,说明用户有使用服务卡片1中相关服务的意图,此时,聊天APP可将与服务卡片1关联的服务卡片2推荐给用户,方便用户在使用服务卡片1的同时(或使用服务卡片1之后)使用服务卡片2中的服务。
或者,当聊天APP先在聊天界面801中显示出上述服务卡片1后,如果检测到用户对服务卡片1输入某一操作,则手机可能会从聊天APP跳转至提供服务卡片1的第一视频APP。此时,如图12所示,当手机以服务卡片1为入口跳转至第一视频APP后,手机也可以显示与上述服务卡片1关联的服务卡片2。例如,手机可以通知消息的形式显示上述服务卡片2。这样,即使用户在使用服务卡片1时跳转至对应的应用中,手机也可将与其关联的服务卡片2推荐给用户,方便用户使用服务卡片2中的服务。
需要说明的是,聊天APP可以在显示出上述服务卡片1后,再按照上述步骤S713b-S753b获取与服务卡片1关联的服务卡片2,进而将服务卡片2作为推荐卡片显示在上述聊天界面801中。例如,手机执行完步骤S702后,可执行上述步骤S713a-S733a,使聊天APP获取到与查询指令1对应的服务卡片1。进而,如图11中的(a)所示,聊天APP可在聊天界面801中显示服务卡片1。此时,如果检测到用户对服务卡片1输入任意操作,则可触发手机执行上述步骤S713b-S753b,使聊天APP获取到与服务卡片1关联的服务卡片2。进而,如图11中的(c)所示,聊天APP可在聊天界面801中将服务卡片2显示在服务卡片1的下层。也就是说,本申请实施例对步骤S713a-S733a与步骤S713b-S753b之间的执行顺序不做限定。
上述实施例中是以服务管理模块通过与智慧引擎交互获取与待显示的服务1关联的服务2举例说明的。在另一些实施例中,提供服务1的应用也可以用于确定与服务1关联的服务2。这样,服务管理模块通过与提供服务1的应用交互也可获取关联的服务2。
仍以用户在聊天APP中输入查询指令举例,如图13所示,手机运行聊天APP时,如果检测到用户选择聊天APP中的某一设备(例如电视)作为聊天对象,则手机可显示聊天APP中与“电视”的聊天界面1301。进而,用户可向聊天界面1301的输入框中输入“查看电视剧B”的查询指令2,并点击发送按钮,触发手机的聊天APP向“电视”发送查询指令2。在一些实施例中,用户还可以在查询指令2中关联相关的设备,以指示由该设备执行查询指令2中的内容。例如,用户可在查询指令2中携带“@电视”的字符关联电视这一设备。
与上述实施例类似的,聊天APP接收到上述查询指令2后,可识别查询指令2的意图为:视频播放意图(VideoPlay)。进而,聊天APP可将查询指令2的意图发送至服务管理模块,由服务管理模块获取与查询指令2对应的服务卡片以及关联的推荐卡片。
与上述实施例不同的是,服务管理模块获取到查询指令2的视频播放意图后,可在与视频播放意图绑定的服务中确定与查询指令2对应的服务3(即执行上述步骤S713a),而不需要将查询指令2的视频播放意图发送至智慧引擎。
例如,当查询指令2包含“电视剧B”这一关键信息时,服务管理模块可在与视频播放意图绑定的各个服务中查找能够播放电影A的视频播放服务。例如,当第二视频APP提 供电视剧B的视频播放服务(即服务3)时,服务管理模块可将服务3确定为与查询指令2对应的服务。
进而,服务管理模块可将服务3的标识携带在请求消息中发送给第二视频APP,请求第二视频APP将服务3的服务卡片(例如服务卡片3)发送给服务管理模块。在本申请实施例中,服务管理模块可将查询指令2的视频播放意图也携带在上述请求消息中发送给第二视频APP。这样,第二视频APP不仅可根据服务3的标识获取对应的服务卡片,并且,第二视频APP还可确定与查询指令2的视频播放意图关联的意图。其中,第二视频APP确定与视频播放意图关联的意图的方法,与步骤S713b中智慧引擎确定与意图1关联的意图2的方法类似,故此处不再赘述。也就是说,除了智慧引擎外,手机中的应用也可确定一些意图之间的关联关系。
示例性的,第二视频APP获取到查询指令2的视频播放意图后,由于当前用户的聊天对象为电视,说明用户希望在电视上播放相关视频,因此,第二视频APP可将电视遥控意图(TvControl)确定为与本次视频播放意图关联的意图。进而,第二视频APP可将电视遥控意图的标识发送给服务管理模块。
这样,服务管理模块不仅可以获取到视频播放意图中与上述查询指令2对应的服务卡片3,还可以获取到与视频播放意图关联的电视遥控意图。进而,服务管理模块可在与电视遥控意图绑定的服务中确定与查询指令2对应的服务4。例如,服务4可以为智慧家庭APP提供的电视遥控器服务。进而,服务管理模块可从智慧家庭APP中获取与电视遥控器服务对应的电视遥控器卡片(即服务卡片4)。同样,服务管理模块可将获取到的服务卡片3和服务卡片4发送至聊天APP。需要说明的是,服务管理模块可依次向聊天APP发送服务卡片3和服务卡片4,也可以一并向聊天APP发送服务卡片3和服务卡片4,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
后续,与上述步骤S704类似的,聊天APP可将服务卡片3作为回复上述查询指令2的聊天消息显示在聊天界面1301中,并且,聊天APP可将服务卡片4作为本次的推荐卡片也显示在聊天界面1301中。
示例性的,如图14所示,聊天APP可将服务卡片3和服务卡片4作为一个卡片组显示在聊天界面1301中,服务卡片3可位于服务卡片4的上层。此时,用户可以通过输入切换操作触发聊天APP将服务卡片4切换至服务卡片3的上层显示。这样,手机中的聊天APP在正常显示服务卡片3时,可将与其关联的服务卡片4推荐给用户,方便用户在多个可能有使用需求的服务之间的切换和跳转,提高用户的使用体验。
或者,如图15中的(a)所示,聊天APP获取到上述服务卡片3后,可先将服务卡片3作为回复上述查询指令2的聊天消息显示在聊天界面1301中。进而,当检测到用户对服务卡片3输入任意操作时,例如,当检测到用户点击服务卡片3中的播放按钮时,如图15中的(b)所示,聊天APP可将服务卡片4作为本次的推荐卡片也显示在聊天界面1301中。在一些实施例中,聊天APP在检测到用户点击服务卡片3中的播放按钮时,可能已经按照上述方法获取到服务卡片4。或者,在另一些实施例中,聊天APP在检测到用户点击服务卡片3中的播放按钮时,可触发服务管理模块按照上述方法确定与本次视频播放意图关联的意图,并获取对应的服务卡片4,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
在另一些实施例中,仍以用户在上述聊天界面1301中输入查询指令2举例,聊天APP 将服务卡片3作为回复上述查询指令2的聊天消息显示在聊天界面1301后,如果检测到用户点击服务卡片3中的播放按钮,则手机可向电视发送电视剧B的视频播放指令。进而,电视可响应该视频播放指令开始播放电视剧B。例如,电视可打开已安装的第二视频APP播放电视剧B。或者,手机可通过投屏的方式将电视剧B投射至电视中播放。
在本申请实施例中,手机可以在向电视发送的电视剧B的视频播放指令中,携带查询指令2的视频播放意图。这样,电视接收到上述视频播放指令后,不仅可以响应该视频播放指令开始播放电视剧B,还可以确定与查询指令2的视频播放意图关联的意图。其中,电视确定与视频播放意图关联的意图的方法,与步骤S713b中智慧引擎确定与意图1关联的意图2的方法类似,故此处不再赘述。也就是说,除了智慧引擎和手机中的应用外,与手机关联的设备(例如上述电视)也可确定一些意图之间的关联关系。
示例性的,当电视确定出与本次视频播放意图关联的意图为电视遥控意图(TvControl)后,可将电视遥控意图的标识发送给手机的服务管理模块。进而,服务管理模块可在与电视遥控意图绑定的服务中确定与上述查询指令2对应的服务4为电视遥控器服务,并从智慧家庭APP中获取与电视遥控器服务对应的电视遥控器卡片(即服务卡片4)。后续,服务管理模块将服务卡片4发送给聊天APP后,如图15中的(b)所示,聊天APP可将服务卡片4作为本次的推荐卡片也显示在聊天界面1301中,实现关联服务的推荐功能。
上述实施例中是以用户在聊天APP中输入查询指令触发聊天APP显示对应服务卡片举例说明的,可以理解的是,当手机在其他场景中显示服务卡片时,也可按照上述方法向用户推荐与该服务卡片关联的其他服务卡片,以便用户在多个可能有使用需求的服务之间的切换和跳转。
示例性的,用户可以在出行APP中购买机票或火车票等。以用户在出行APP中购买了机票举例,手机的操作系统(例如UIsystem)可从出行APP中获取用户购买的机票的航班信息。进而,如图16中的(a)所示,UIsystem可将与航班信息对应的出行卡片1601显示在手机的桌面1602中。
在本申请实施例中,UIsystem获取到机票的航班信息后,可将与航班信息对应的出行提醒意图(TripRemind)发送至服务管理模。进而,服务管理模可按照上述实施例中的方法从智慧引擎(或出行APP等其他模块)中获取与本次出行提醒意图关联的意图。例如,与本次出行提醒意图关联的意图可以为打车意图(TaxiService)。进而,服务管理模可在与打车意图绑定的各个服务中确定与上述航班信息对应的服务。例如,与上述航班信息对应的服务可以为:网约车APP提供的从位置A到位置B的打车服务5。进而,服务管理模可从网约车APP中获取与服务5的服务卡片(即服务卡片5),并将服务卡片5发送给UIsystem。此时,如图16中的(b)所示,UIsystem可将服务卡片5作为本次的推荐卡片也显示在桌面1602中。这样,手机在桌面中正常显示出行卡片时,可将与其关联的服务卡片5推荐给用户,方便用户在多个可能有使用需求的服务之间的切换和跳转,提高用户的使用体验。
当然,UIsystem也可以在获取到上述出行卡片1601和服务卡片5后,一并将这两个服务卡片显示在桌面1602中,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
另外,上述实施例中是以手机在显示某一服务卡片时,向用户推荐关联的一个服务卡片举例说明的。可以理解的是,手机也可以按照上述方法在显示某一服务卡片向用户推荐关联的多个服务卡片,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。并且,当平板电脑等其他电子设 备显示某一服务卡片时,也可按照上述方法向用户推荐关联的一个或多个服务卡片,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
本申请实施例公开了一种电子设备,包括处理器,以及与处理器相连的存储器、输入设备和输出设备。其中,输入设备和输出设备可集成为一个设备,例如,可将触摸传感器(touch sensor or touch panel)作为输入设备,将显示屏(display)作为输出设备,并将触摸传感器和显示屏集成为触摸屏(touch screen)。
如图17所示,上述电子设备可以包括:触摸屏1701,所述触摸屏1701包括触摸传感器1706和显示屏1707;一个或多个处理器1702;存储器1703;一个或多个应用程序(未示出);以及一个或多个计算机程序1704,上述各器件可以通过一个或多个通信总线1705连接。当然,电子设备中还可以包括通信模块等其他部件。

    电子设备显示聊天应用中与第一联系人的聊天界面;
    所述电子设备接收并显示用户在所述聊天界面输入的第一消息;
    所述电子设备获取与所述第一消息对应的第一服务卡片,所述第一服务卡片由第一应用提供;
    所述电子设备获取与所述第一服务卡片关联的第二服务卡片,所述第二服务卡片由第二应用提供;
    所述电子设备在所述聊天界面中显示所述第一服务卡片和所述第二服务卡片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备获取与所述第一消息对应的第一服务卡片,包括:
    当所述第一消息具有第一意图时,所述电子设备在与所述第一意图绑定的N个服务中确定与所述第一消息对应的第一服务,N为大于0的整数;
    当所述第一服务由第一应用提供时,所述电子设备从所述第一应用获取与所述第一服务对应的第一服务卡片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备获取与所述第一服务卡片关联的第二应用提供的第二服务卡片,包括:
    所述电子设备确定与所述第一意图关联的第二意图,所述第二意图与M个服务之间具有绑定关系,M为大于0的整数;
    所述电子设备在所述M个服务中确定与所述第一消息对应的第二服务;
    当所述第二服务由第二应用提供时,所述电子设备从所述第二应用获取与所述第二服务对应的第二服务卡片。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备确定与所述第一意图关联的第二意图,包括:
    所述电子设备将所述第一意图发送至预设的智慧引擎,请求所述智慧引擎确定与所述第一意图关联的第二意图;或者,
    所述电子设备将所述第一意图发送至所述第一应用,请求述第一应用确定与所述第一意图关联的第二意图;或者,
    所述电子设备将所述第一意图发送至其他设备,请求所述其他设备确定与所述第一意图关联的第二意图。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备在所述聊天界面中显示所述第一服务卡片和所述第二服务卡片,包括:
    所述电子设备在所述聊天界面中显示所述第一消息的回复消息,在所述回复消息中所述第一服务卡片位于所述第二服务卡片的上层。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备在所述聊天界面中显示所述第一服务卡片和所述第二服务卡片,包括:
    所述电子设备在所述聊天界面中显示所述第一服务卡片;
    当接收到用户对所述第一服务卡片执行的输入后,所述电子设备将所述第一服务卡片显示在所述第二服务卡片的上层。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述电子设备将所述第一服务卡片显示在所述第二服务卡片的上层之后,还包括:
    所述电子设备接收用户对所述第一服务卡片输入的切换操作;
    响应于所述切换操作,所述电子设备将所述第二服务卡片显示在所述第一服务卡片的上层。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一联系人为所述聊天应用中已添加的显示设备;当与所述第一消息关联的第一意图为视频播放意图时,与所述第一意图关联的第二意图为设备遥控意图,所述第二服务卡片为与所述遥控意图绑定的设备遥控器卡片。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述电子设备获取与所述第一消息对应的第一服务卡片之后,还包括:
    所述电子设备获取与所述第一服务卡片关联的第三服务卡片,所述第三服务卡片由第三应用提供;
    其中,所述电子设备显示所述第二服务卡片时,还包括:所述电子设备显示所述第三服务卡片。
  10. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    显示屏;
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器;
    其中,所述存储器中存储有一个或多个计算机程序,所述一个或多个计算机程序包括指令,当所述指令被所述电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行以下步骤:
    显示聊天应用中与第一联系人的聊天界面;
    接收并显示用户在所述聊天界面的第一输入的第一消息;
    获取与所述第一消息输入对应的第一应用提供的第一服务卡片,所述第一服务卡片由第一应用提供;
    获取与所述第一服务卡片关联的第二应用提供的第二服务卡片,所述第二服务卡片由第二应用提供;
    在所述聊天界面中显示所述第一服务卡片和所述第二服务卡片。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备获取与所述第一消息对应的第一服务卡片,包括:
    当所述第一消息具有第一意图时,所述电子设备在与所述第一意图绑定的N个服务中确定与所述第一消息对应的第一服务,N为大于0的整数;
    当所述第一服务由第一应用提供时,所述电子设备从所述第一应用获取与所述第一服务对应的第一服务卡片。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备获取与所述第一服务卡片关联的第二应用提供的第二服务卡片,包括:
    所述电子设备确定与所述第一意图关联的第二意图,所述第二意图与M个服务之间具有绑定关系,M为大于0的整数;
    所述电子设备在所述M个服务中确定与所述第一消息对应的第二服务;
    当所述第二服务由第二应用提供时,所述电子设备从所述第二应用获取与所述第二服务对应的第二服务卡片。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备确定与所述第一意图关联的第二意图,包括:
    所述电子设备将所述第一意图发送至预设的智慧引擎,请求所述智慧引擎确定与所述第一意图关联的第二意图;或者,
    所述电子设备将所述第一意图发送至所述第一应用,请求述第一应用确定与所述第一意图关联的第二意图;或者,
    所述电子设备将所述第一意图发送至其他设备,请求所述其他设备确定与所述第一意图关联的第二意图。
  14. 根据权利要求10-13中任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备在所述聊天界面中显示所述第一服务卡片和所述第二服务卡片,包括:
    所述电子设备在所述聊天界面中显示所述第一消息的回复消息,在所述回复消息中所述第一服务卡片位于所述第二服务卡片的上层。
  15. 根据权利要求10-14中任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备在所述聊天界面中显示所述第一服务卡片和所述第二服务卡片,包括:
    所述电子设备在所述聊天界面中显示所述第一服务卡片;
    当接收到用户对所述第一服务卡片执行的输入后,所述电子设备将所述第一服务卡片显示在所述第二服务卡片的上层。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的电子设备,其特征在于,在所述电子设备将所述第一服务卡片显示在所述第二服务卡片的上层之后,所述电子设备还用于执行以下步骤:
    接收用户对所述第一服务卡片输入的切换操作;
    响应于所述切换操作,将所述第二服务卡片显示在所述第一服务卡片的上层。
  17. 根据权利要求10-16中任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一联系人为所述聊天应用中已添加的显示设备;当与所述第一消息关联的第一意图为视频播放意图时,与所述第一意图关联的第二意图为设备遥控意图,所述第二服务卡片为与所述遥控意图绑定的设备遥控器卡片。
  18. 根据权利要求10-17中任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,在所述电子设备获取与所述第一消息对应的第一服务卡片之后,所述电子设备还用于执行以下步骤:
    获取与所述第一服务卡片关联的第三服务卡片,所述第三服务卡片由第三应用提供;
    其中,所述电子设备显示所述第二服务卡片时,所述电子设备还用于:显示所述第三服务卡。
