背景技术
目前洗涤液种类繁多，例如洗涤液根据浓度不同可以分为浓缩型和普通型，不同的洗涤液具有其对应的适用范围。用户在洗衣时，如果不能根据所要洗涤的衣物选择合适的洗涤液，可能会导致用户洗的衣物不干净或残留泡沫过多，或者采用不合适的洗涤液也可能对衣物造成损伤，影响了用户体验。
公开内容
本公开旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此，本公开的第一个目的在于提出一种洗涤提醒方法，结合洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息，为用户提供精细化洗涤推荐，使用户选择合适的洗涤液洗涤衣物，在洗涤液不适合的情况下，提醒用户，从而可以避免因用错洗涤液而导致衣物清洗不干净或损伤衣物的情况发生，提升了用户体验。
本公开的第二个目的在于提出一种洗涤提醒装置。
本公开的第三个目的在于提出一种衣物处理设备。
本公开的第四个目的在于提出一种计算机可读存储介质。
为达到上述目的，本公开第一方面实施例提出了一种洗涤提醒方法，包括以下步骤：对当前洗涤液进行识别，获得洗涤液信息；获取待洗涤衣物信息；确定所述洗涤液信息与所述待洗涤衣物信息不匹配，则发出提醒信息。

根据本公开实施例的衣物处理设备，通过执行上述的洗涤提醒方法，结合洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息，为用户提供精细化洗涤推荐，使用户选择合适的洗涤液洗涤衣物，在洗涤液不适合的情况下，提醒用户，从而可以避免因用错洗涤液而导致衣物清洗不干净或损伤衣物的情况发生，提升了用户体验。
为达到上述目的，本公开第四方面实施例提出的一种计算机可读存储介质，其上存储有洗涤提醒程序，该洗涤提醒程序被处理器执行时实现上述的洗涤提醒方法。

下面详细描述本公开的实施例，所述实施例的示例在附图中示出，其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的，旨在用于解释本公开，而不能理解为对本公开的限制。
下面参考附图描述本公开实施例提出的洗涤提醒方法、洗涤提醒装置、衣物处理设备和计算机可读存储介质。
图1为根据本公开实施例的洗涤提醒方法的流程图。如图1所示，本公开实施例的 洗涤提醒方法可包括以下步骤：
S1，对当前洗涤液进行识别，获得洗涤液信息。
根据本公开的一个实施例，对当前洗涤液进行识别，可包括：获取当前洗涤液的标识信息，根据当前洗涤液的标识信息确定洗涤液信息。
具体而言，由于目前市场上的洗涤液种类繁多，每种洗涤液往往都具有不同的使用条件，用户在使用洗涤液时需要根据不同的需求来选择合适的洗涤液。例如，根据衣物的颜色选取洗涤液时，如果衣物有颜色，则不可用具有漂白或脱色功能的洗涤液。又如，根据衣物的材质选取洗涤液时，由于衣物的材质不同，对脏污的吸附能力不同，当衣物的材质为棉质或其它易吸附脏污的材质时，需要选用重垢型洗涤液，当衣物材质为丝绸或其它不易吸附脏污的材质，需要选用轻垢型洗涤液。再如，根据衣物的类别选取洗涤液时，如夏装或冬装，夏装较单薄且经常换洗，采用普通型洗涤液即可满足洗涤要求，冬装较厚且换洗频率较低，采用浓缩型洗涤液可以满足洗涤要求。又如，根据衣物的重量选取洗涤液时，当衣物的重量较重时，需投放的洗涤液的量较多，当衣物的重量较轻时，需投放的洗涤液的量较少。
具体地，为了方便用户查找洗涤液的信息，洗涤液的相关信息在上市时就已经收录在洗涤液大数据中，并在洗涤液的外包装上设置有标识信息(如二维码或条形码)，标识信息与洗涤液大数据关联。用户通过扫描标识信息，就可以获得该洗涤液的存储在洗涤液大数据中的信息，作为一种示例，如图2所示，用户通过扫描洗涤液的条形码，可以得到洗涤液的具体信息。具体地，洗涤液的具体信息可包括：洗涤液的特殊功能：除菌、除螨、亮白等；规格型号：净含量；浓度：浓缩、普通等；产品特性：杀菌、酵净素等；产品适用范围：羊毛、羊绒、丝绸、棉、麻、丝、毛、羽绒、合成纤维、混纺等；用量说明：水量55L-衣物重量5公斤-洗涤液用量45ml，水量45L-衣物重量3公斤-洗涤液用量35ml，水量30L-衣物量2公斤-洗涤液用量25ml；注意事项：易褪色衣物请先在衣物隐蔽处试用，并与其他衣物分开洗涤等。
对洗涤液进行识别的方式可以有多种，例如，用户通过移动终端APP(Application，应用程序)扫描当前洗涤液的条形码或者二维码，由APP对条形码或者二维码进行处理，以获取条形码或者二维码中存储的当前洗涤液的信息，其中，移动终端与衣物处理设备之间通信连接，可以实现数据交互。又如，还可以通过具有图像识别功能的衣物处理设备获取当前洗涤液包装上的二维码或者条码的图像，并对图像进行处理，以获取当前洗涤液的信息；或者，通过拍摄当前洗涤液的外包装，根据外包装获取对应的洗涤液名称，在数据库中查找洗涤液名称对应的洗涤液信息，本公开实施例中对洗涤液的识别方式不 做具体限定。
S2，获取待洗涤衣物信息。
根据本公开的一个实施例，获取待洗涤衣物信息，可包括：获取待洗涤衣物图像，并对待洗涤衣物图像进行处理，获得待洗涤衣物信息。其中，待洗涤衣物的信息可以包括衣物的颜色、材质类型、可采用的洗涤方式、适用的洗涤液类型、洗涤温度、可否熨烫等信息。
根据本公开的一个实施例，通过图像识别获取待洗涤衣物信息，具体而言，以具有图像识别功能的洗衣机为例进行举例说明。洗衣机内安装有摄像头，摄像头的安装位置可以满足对洗衣机筒内衣物的有效图像采集需求，例如，当洗衣机的类型为滚筒洗衣机时，洗衣机的机门在侧方，可将摄像头设置于洗衣机机门的中部，设置方向可以与水平方向平行，以保证能够拍摄到洗衣筒内完整的图像；当洗衣机的类型为涡轮洗衣机时，洗衣机的机门在上方，可将摄像头设置在洗衣机的机门中部，设置方向可以与纵向平行，以保证能够拍摄到洗衣筒内完整的图像。需要说明的是，摄像头的安装位置不局限与设置在洗衣机的机门上，也可以设置在其他位置，只要保证能够拍摄到洗衣筒内完整的图像即可，另外，当摄像头安装在机门上时，不局限于安装在机门的中部，也可以在其他部位，同样保证能够拍摄到洗衣筒内完整的图像即可。
在洗衣机执行衣物洗涤程序之前，首先通过洗衣机上的摄像头对待洗涤衣物进行拍摄图像，然后由洗衣机对衣物图像进行处理，例如，可采用深度卷积神经网络对衣物图像进行分割预测，提取衣物图像中每个像素点对应的衣物特征，并根据每个像素点对应的衣物特征预测出每个像素点所属的材质分类，由此可以获得待洗涤衣物的材质类型信息；也可以通过对每个像素点的颜色值进行提取，确定待洗涤衣物的颜色信息。本公开实施例中对通过图像识别待洗涤衣物信息的方式不作具体限定。
根据本公开的另一个实施例，还可以通过识别待洗涤衣物上的标签信息，获得待洗涤衣物的材质类型和颜色信息。具体而言，待洗涤衣物在生产时，衣物中携带有该衣物对应的标签信息，该标签信息包括衣物的材质类型、衣物的颜色、该衣物适合的洗涤液类型和该衣物适合的洗涤方式等，在洗涤时，衣物处理设备通过识别待洗涤衣物上的标签信息，获取待洗涤衣物的材质类型和颜色信息等。如图3所示，在衣物标签上可包含以下信息：面料：66％聚酯纤维，34％棉；里料：83％锦纶，17％氨纶；分开水洗，不可浸泡，使用中性洗涤液；不可甩干或绞拧，不可干洗。
需要说明的是，为了获取更清晰的待洗涤衣物图像，可以控制摄像机进行多个角度的拍摄，以得到衣物不同角度的图像，筛选较清晰的图像作为待识别的图像。
S3，确定洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息不匹配，则发出提醒信息。
具体而言，在衣物处理设备获取到的洗涤液信息和待洗涤衣物信息之后，对洗涤液与待洗涤衣物是否相匹配进行判断。当洗涤液的适用范围不包括当前待洗涤衣物时，认为洗涤液与待洗涤衣物不匹配；当待洗涤衣物适用的洗涤液类型不包括当前洗涤液时，认为当前洗涤液与待洗涤衣物不匹配。此时，衣物处理设备可以向用户发出提醒信息，提醒信息内容可包括：不匹配，建议更换洗涤液。当洗涤液与待洗涤衣物匹配时，提醒用户投放当前洗涤液。
在本公开的一些实施例中，提醒信息的发送方式可以有多种，例如，可以将提醒信息发送至衣物处理设备的显示屏上，通过显示屏将该信息进行显示，以提醒用户；还可以将提醒信息发送至移动终端APP上，提醒用户；还可以通过设置在医务处理设备上语音提醒模块，发出语音提醒，以提醒用户。
需要说明的是，在上述实施例中，是以衣物处理设备作为执行主体，根据洗涤液信息和待洗涤衣物确定是否匹配，还可以由终端服务器作为执行主体，终端服务器接收洗涤液信息、待洗涤衣物信息，然后判断洗涤液信息和待洗涤衣物信息是否匹配，并将匹配结果发送给衣物处理设备，以通过衣物处理设备提醒用户。
由此，上述的洗涤提醒方法，通过判断洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息之间是否匹配，对用户的洗涤进行精细化地推荐，使用户选择合适的洗涤液洗涤衣物，避免因用错洗涤液而导致衣物清洗不干净或损伤衣物的情况发生，提升了用户体验。
下面详细描述本公开上述实施例中，如何判断洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息之间是否匹配。
根据本公开的一个实施例，确定洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息不匹配，可包括：根据洗涤液信息获取产品适用范围；根据待洗涤衣物信息确定待洗涤衣物不属于产品适用范围，则确定洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息不匹配。
具体而言，衣物处理设备通过图像识别模块扫描当前洗涤液的标签信息，可以从洗涤液大数据中获得当前洗涤液的相关信息，进而可以从这些信息中确定适于使用当前洗涤液的衣物范围，然后，根据当前待洗涤衣物的相关信息，判断是否属于当前洗涤液对应的衣物范围。如果属于，则认为当前洗涤液与待洗涤衣物相匹配，可以使用当前洗涤液进行洗涤；如果不属于，则认为当前洗涤液与待洗涤衣物不匹配，为了保证衣物的洗涤效果和防止衣物损坏，需要提醒用户更换洗涤液。
根据本公开的另一个实施例，确定所述洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息不匹配，可包括：根据待洗涤衣物信息确定适配的洗涤液范围；根据洗涤液信息确定当前洗涤液不属 于适配的洗涤液范围，则确定洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息不匹配。
也就是说，衣物处理设备通过图像识别模块获取待洗涤衣物的信息，并从数据库中查询适用于待洗涤衣物的洗涤液范围，然后，根据当前洗涤液的相关信息，判断是否属于当前待洗涤衣物对应的洗涤液范围。如果属于，则认为当前洗涤液与待洗涤衣物相匹配，可以使用当前洗涤液进行洗涤；如果不属于，则认为当前洗涤液与待洗涤衣物不匹配，为了保证衣物的洗涤效果和防止衣物损坏，需要提醒用户更换洗涤液。
进一步地，根据本公开的一个实施例，待洗涤衣物信息可包括衣物标签，根据待洗涤衣物信息确定适配的洗涤液范围，包括：根据衣物标签获取洗涤液类型，并根据洗涤液类型确定适配的洗涤液范围。
具体而言，一般衣物上会带有衣物标签，上面标注的内容包括：衣物材质、洗涤说明、洗涤剂类型、可否机洗、洗涤水温、衣物颜色等。在衣物处理设备获取到的图像中包含有待洗涤衣物的标签时，对衣物标签进行识别，获取标签中的洗涤液类型，然后从数据库中查询该洗涤液类型对应的洗涤液范围，根据当前洗涤液的相关信息，判断是否属于当前的洗涤液范围。如果属于，则认为当前洗涤液与待洗涤衣物相匹配，可以使用当前洗涤液进行洗涤；如果不属于，则认为当前洗涤液与待洗涤衣物不匹配，为了保证衣物的洗涤效果和防止衣物损坏，需要提醒用户更换洗涤液。
另外，当识别到衣物的标签信息中含有安全技术类别，一般婴幼儿用品为A类，当识别到的安全技术类别为A类时，判断当前洗涤液中是否含有宝宝易过敏的物质，例如，洗涤液中含有特殊的花粉气味，或者是容易引起过敏的成分，若含有，则提醒用户。
根据本公开的另一个实施例，待洗涤衣物信息可包括衣物材质类型和衣物颜色，根据待洗涤衣物信息确定适配的洗涤液范围，可包括：根据衣物材质类型和衣物颜色确定洗涤液类型，并根据洗涤液类型确定适配的洗涤液范围。
具体而言，通过衣物处理设备上的摄像头对待洗涤衣物进行拍摄图像，然后由洗衣机对衣物图像进行处理，例如，可采用深度卷积神经网络对衣物图像进行分割预测，提取衣物图像中每个像素点对应的衣物特征，并根据每个像素点对应的衣物特征预测出每个像素点所属的材质分类，由此可以获得待洗涤衣物的材质信息和颜色信息。根据衣物材质和颜色确定洗涤液类型，然后从数据库中查询该洗涤液类型对应的洗涤液范围，根据当前洗涤液的相关信息，判断是否属于当前的洗涤液范围。如果属于，则认为当前洗涤液与待洗涤衣物相匹配，可以使用当前洗涤液进行洗涤；如果不属于，则认为当前洗涤液与待洗涤衣物不匹配，需要提醒用户更换洗涤液。例如，当衣物有颜色时，不可用有漂白或脱色功能的洗涤液；当衣物的材质不同时，对脏污的吸附能力不同，若衣物的 材质为棉质或其它易吸附脏污的材质，可选用重垢型洗涤液，当衣物材质为丝绸或其它不易吸附脏污的材质时，可选用轻垢型洗涤液。
根据本公开的一个实施例，获取用户设置的禁用洗涤信息，确定洗涤液信息与禁用洗涤信息匹配，则发出提醒信息。
具体而言，不同的洗涤液中含有多种不同的成分，有的洗涤液还有花香气味，如：薰衣草香味、茉莉花香味等，用户根据自身需要选择自己适于使用的洗涤液，并将自己不适用的洗涤液设置为禁止使用的洗涤液，并将禁止使用的洗涤液的相关信息记录在衣物处理设备中。用户使用衣物处理设备进行洗涤作业时，对当前洗涤液进行扫描，获取当前洗涤液的相关信息，并将当前洗涤液信息与禁用洗涤液信息进行比对，在确定当前洗涤液属于禁用洗涤液时，则向用户发出提醒信息，提醒用户更换洗涤液。例如，用户可以将自己不喜欢的味道设为禁用洗涤信息并记录在衣物处理设备中，当衣物处理设备识别到该当前洗涤液中含有用户设置的味道时，可以提醒用户。
综上所述，根据本公开实施例的洗涤提醒方法，首先对当前洗涤液进行识别，获得洗涤液信息，再获取待洗涤衣物信息，在洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息不匹配时，发出提醒信息。由此，该方法能够结合洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息，为用户提供精细化洗涤推荐，使用户选择合适的洗涤液洗涤衣物，在洗涤液不适合的情况下，提醒用户，从而可以避免因用错洗涤液而导致衣物清洗不干净或损伤衣物的情况发生，提升了用户体验。

其中，识别模块10用于对当前洗涤液进行识别，获得洗涤液信息。获取模块20用于获取待洗涤衣物信息。推荐模块30用于确定洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息不匹配，则发出提醒信息。

根据本公开的一个实施例，推荐模块30确定洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息不匹配，具体用于，根据待洗涤衣物信息确定适配的洗涤液范围，根据洗涤液信息确定当前洗涤液不属于适配的洗涤液范围，则确定洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息不匹配。
根据本公开的一个实施例，待洗涤衣物信息包括衣物标签，获取模块20根据待洗涤衣物信息确定适配的洗涤液范围，具体用于，根据衣物标签获取洗涤液类型，并根据洗涤液类型确定适配的洗涤液范围。
根据本公开的一个实施例，待洗涤衣物信息包括衣物材质类型和衣物颜色，获取模块20根据待洗涤衣物信息确定适配的洗涤液范围，具体用于，根据衣物材质类型和衣物颜色确定洗涤液类型，并根据洗涤液类型确定适配的洗涤液范围。
根据本公开的一个实施例，识别模块10对当前洗涤液进行识别，具体用于，获取当前洗涤液的标识信息；根据当前洗涤液的标识信息确定洗涤液信息。
根据本公开的一个实施例，获取模块20获取待洗涤衣物信息，具体用于，获取待洗涤衣物图像，并对待洗涤衣物图像进行处理，获得待洗涤衣物信息。
根据本公开的一个实施例，推荐模块30还用于获取用户设置的禁用洗涤信息，确定洗涤液信息与禁用洗涤信息匹配，则发出提醒信息。
需要说明的是，本公开实施例的洗涤提醒装置中未披露的细节，请参照本公开实施例的洗涤提醒方法中所披露的细节，具体这里不再赘述。
根据本公开实施例的洗涤提醒装置，通过识别模块对当前洗涤液进行识别，以获得洗涤液信息，通过获取模块获取待洗涤衣物信息，推荐模块在洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息不匹配时，发出提醒信息。由此，该装置能够结合洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息，为用户提供精细化洗涤推荐，使用户选择合适的洗涤液洗涤衣物，在洗涤液不适合的情况下，提醒用户，从而可以避免因用错洗涤液而导致衣物清洗不干净或损伤衣物的情况发生，提升了用户体验。
对应上述实施例，本公开还提出了一种衣物处理设备。
图5为根据本公开实施例的衣物处理设备的方框示意图。
如图5所示，本公开实施例的衣物处理设备100，包括：存储器110、处理器120及存储在存储器110上并可在处理器120上运行的洗涤提醒程序，处理器120执行洗涤提醒程序时，实现上述的洗涤提醒方法。
根据本公开实施例的衣物处理设备，通过执行上述的洗涤提醒方法，结合洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息，为用户提供精细化洗涤推荐，使用户选择合适的洗涤液洗涤衣物，在洗涤液不适合的情况下，提醒用户，从而可以避免因用错洗涤液而导致衣物清洗不干净或损伤衣物的情况发生，提升了用户体验。
对应上述实施例，本公开还提出了一种计算机可读存储介质。
本公开实施例的计算机可读存储介质，其上存储有洗涤提醒程序，该洗涤提醒程序 被处理器执行时实现上述的洗涤提醒方法。
根据本公开实施例的计算机可读存储介质，通过执行上述的洗涤提醒方法，结合洗涤液信息与待洗涤衣物信息，为用户提供精细化洗涤推荐，使用户选择合适的洗涤液洗涤衣物，在洗涤液不适合的情况下，提醒用户，从而可以避免因用错洗涤液而导致衣物清洗不干净或损伤衣物的情况发生，提升了用户体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 洗涤提醒方法，包括：
    对当前洗涤液进行识别，获得洗涤液信息；
    获取待洗涤衣物信息；
    确定所述洗涤液信息与所述待洗涤衣物信息不匹配，则发出提醒信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其中，所述确定所述洗涤液信息与所述待洗涤衣物信息不匹配，包括：
    根据所述洗涤液信息获取产品适用范围；
    根据所述待洗涤衣物信息确定待洗涤衣物不属于所述产品适用范围，则确定所述洗涤液信息与所述待洗涤衣物信息不匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其中，所述确定所述洗涤液信息与所述待洗涤衣物信息不匹配，包括：
    根据所述待洗涤衣物信息确定适配的洗涤液范围；
    根据所述洗涤液信息确定所述当前洗涤液不属于所述适配的洗涤液范围，则确定所述洗涤液信息与所述待洗涤衣物信息不匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法，其中，所述待洗涤衣物信息包括衣物标签，所述根据所述待洗涤衣物信息确定适配的洗涤液范围，包括：
    根据所述衣物标签获取洗涤液类型，并根据所述洗涤液类型确定所述适配的洗涤液范围。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法，其中，所述待洗涤衣物信息包括衣物材质类型和衣物颜色，所述根据所述待洗涤衣物信息确定适配的洗涤液范围，包括：
    根据所述衣物材质类型和所述衣物颜色确定洗涤液类型，并根据所述洗涤液类型确定所述适配的洗涤液范围。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法，其中，对当前洗涤液进行识别，包括：
    获取所述当前洗涤液的标识信息；
    根据所述当前洗涤液的标识信息确定所述洗涤液信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法，其中，所述方法，还包括：
    获取用户设置的禁用洗涤信息；
    确定所述洗涤液信息与所述禁用洗涤信息匹配，则发出所述提醒信息。
  8. 洗涤提醒装置，包括：
    识别模块，用于对当前洗涤液进行识别，获得洗涤液信息；
    获取模块，用于获取待洗涤衣物信息；
    推荐模块，用于确定所述洗涤液信息与所述待洗涤衣物信息不匹配，则发出提醒信息。
  9. 衣物处理设备，包括：存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的洗涤提醒程序，所述处理器执行所述洗涤提醒程序时，实现根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的洗涤提醒方法。
  10. 计算机可读存储介质，其上存储有洗涤提醒程序，该洗涤提醒程序被处理器执行时实现根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的洗涤提醒方法。
