技术领域
本申请涉及可穿戴设备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种可切换屏幕的腕带设备。
背景技术
智能穿戴产品已经成为人们生活中常见的电子产品,而随着人们对电子产品要求的提升,以手表为例,手表已经不能只是作为一种时间呈现工具,不断涌现更多功能的同时,还需要满足不同用户的审美及体验需求,例如,手表屏幕会根据不同用户的审美和使用需求进行便捷切换,对于满足不同使用需求是非常有意义的。
但是多种不同类型的腕带设备的屏幕切换控制的结构较为复杂,不仅不能够实现快速准确的屏幕的控制,还容易因为复杂结构导致结构不稳定。
综上所述,如何提供一种方便控制且结构稳定的腕带设备,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请的目的是提供一种可切换屏幕的腕带设备,该设备通过光传感器组件感应滚轮的转动实现对屏幕的控制,同时在连接位置设置密封件,保证了结构的防水性能和安全稳定性。
为了实现上述目的,本申请提供如下技术方案:

本申请所提供的可切换屏幕的腕带设备通过光传感器感应滚轮变化,用以控制器实现对屏幕调节的控制,并通过密封件形成滚轮外侧与视窗内侧的防水密封,可满足5ATM防水要求,可靠性高。

本申请的核心是提供一种可切换屏幕的腕带设备,该设备通过光传感器感应滚轮的转动实现对屏幕的控制,同时在连接位置设置密封件,保证了结构的防水性能和安全稳定性。
请参考图1至图7,本申请提供了一种可切换屏幕的腕带设备,腕带设备可以为手表、手环等,结构主要包括:屏幕、中框1、视窗框体7、滚轮2、密封件6和控制器。
其中,中框1为用于设置滚轮2的框架,其设有通孔11,且滚轮2设置在通孔11处,安装完成后,滚轮2可相对于通孔11进行转动,在中框1的外部可以通过通孔位置拨动滚轮2。滚轮2的端部或中部可转动的设置于中框1,其中,中框1可以设置两个相对的安装槽,滚轮2的两端插入安装槽中,并可以在安装槽中转动。滚轮2的旋转轴线可以平行于中框1的外表面,并可以同时平行于屏幕所在平面。
视窗框体7为中框1连接的另一个框体,其设有透光视窗,且透光视窗一侧设有用于检测滚轮2转动的光传感器组件8,光传感器组件8连接控制器,中框1贴合于视窗框体7的另一侧;滚轮2位于中框1和视窗框体7之间
密封件6密封设于视窗框体7与中框1之间,且环形的密封件6绕设于通孔11外周,以实现通孔11与中框1内部的防水密封。
需要说明的是,视窗框体7的中部设置有透光视窗,用于允许光线透过,在透光视窗的一侧,滚轮2使用过程中会转动,形成对光线的不同角度的反射,反射光线通过透光视窗到光传感器组件8的位置,光传感器组件8检测变化的反射光线,并将检测结果发送给控制器。控制器根据接收到的反射光线变化的具体情况控制屏幕的切换,具体可以包括旋转至预定角度时,控制屏幕切换,或者是以旋转速度、旋转方向等进行判断。
上述结构中视窗框体7的一侧设置有滚轮2,另一侧设置有光传感器组件8,可以知道,滚轮2需要具备操作功能,须与外部为连通状态,而光传感器组件8需要与控制器连接,其安装位置需要具备防水效果,因此本申请中通过在中框1与视窗框体7之间设置密封件6,将通孔11与光传感器组件8隔离开,避免使用过程中的水汽进入到光传感器组件8所在位置。
本申请提供的一种可切换屏幕的腕带设备中,在中框1设置通孔11,且在通孔11处设置可旋转的滚轮2,通孔11的形状以能够方便操作滚轮2转动为宜,例如可以为矩形孔,滚轮2的中部位于通孔处,滚轮2的两端可转动的设置在通孔端口的两侧,以使在中框1外部可以操作滚轮2的转动,中框 1内侧贴合设置视窗框体7,视窗框体7内侧设置光传感器组件8,用于感应滚轮2的转动情况,并发送给控制器,在中框1和视窗框体7之间设置环形的密封件6,且绕设于上述通孔11的位置,从而将中框1外部的水汽隔绝于通孔11的外部,避免其通过通孔11进入到视窗位置,从而保护视窗处的光传感器和其连接的控制器不被水汽影响。
本申请所提供的可切换屏幕的腕带设备通过光传感器感应滚轮变化,用以控制器实现对屏幕调节的控制,并通过密封件6形成滚轮外侧与视窗内侧的防水密封。
可选的,上述透光视窗可以为透光玻璃,或者为透光塑料件。
在上述实施例的基础之上,光传感器组件8包括用于向滚轮2发射光的发光器、用于感应滚轮2反射光的传感器81和柔性电路板,柔性电路板连接控制器和传感器81。
光传感器组件8具有发出光线的作用,具体包括发光器、传感器81和连接用的柔性电路,发光器可用于发出光线,光线向滚轮2方向发出,通过透光视窗后照射在滚轮2,滚轮2反射的光线通过透光视窗后照射到发光器侧部的传感器81,传感器81接收信号并通过柔性电路板将信号发送给控制器。上述光线可以为红外光线。
本实施例采用自带光源的光传感器组件8,可选的,传感器81可以特定检测红外光线,相比较于仅设置传感器81的情况而言,本实施例能够避免外部其他结构发出或反射光线造成检测不准确的情况,从而提升检测的准确率。
本实施例中,光传感器组件8可以为光源光导航芯片,通过光学获取连续的表面图像来测量滚轮2转动位置变化,控制器可以通过数学方法确定运动方向和幅度,通过读取和转换位置信息的变化,来控制屏幕的切换。
可选的,除了选用红外光线进行输出和检测以外,还可以为其他特定光线。
可选的,滚轮2的结构沿周向具有变化,从而在转动过程中,对光线的反射能力、反射方向等具有改变。
传感器81和发光器均设置在透光视窗的一侧,考虑到其与滚轮2之间应保持相对位置关系,即在滚轮2转动时,传感器81和发光器均与滚轮2的轴线固定设置。
在上述实施例的基础之上,视窗框体7设有限位部,传感器81与限位部71卡接设置,以限制传感器81错位移动。
限位部可以为设置在视窗框体7上的限位结构,例如与传感器81外形结构相同的凸起结构,限制传感器81移动,避免形成错位。
可选的,限位部71还可以与传感器81为粘接连接,以便完全固定传感器81。
中框1和视窗框体7固定连接,可以采用多种方式,其中,在上述实施例的基础之上,中框1与视窗框体7通过螺丝9压紧连接。
可选的,盖板10、中框1、视窗框体7可以均设置有螺丝孔,三者叠加设置时,可以通过螺丝9固定连接。
可选的,也可以在中框1和盖板10设置螺丝孔,并通过螺丝9连接,将视窗框体7卡接在中框1或盖板10之一上,利用卡接结合中框1和盖板10的夹持实现固定。
在上述实施例的基础之上,盖板10将发光器或传感器81抵接在视窗框体7。盖板10固定在视窗框体7上的同时,盖板10将发光器或传感器81压在透光视窗或视窗框体7上,从而在光线发射方向上固定发光器或传感器81,使得发光器或传感器81能够完全固定,保证其与透光视窗的位置关系。
可选的,还可以通过粘接的方式实现发光器或传感器81的固定。
在一个具体的实施例中,视窗框体7设有环形凹槽72,密封件6设于环形凹槽72中,且在安装中框1前,密封件6部分伸出于环形凹槽72。
或者中框1设置有环形凹槽72,将密封件6设置在中框1的环形凹槽72中。
另外,在视窗框体7或中框1上设置有凸起结构,以便将密封件6压紧于预设位置。
需要说明的是,环形凹槽72的直径或宽度应当大于通孔11的直径或宽度尺寸,并位于通孔11的外缘以外,以便将通孔圈在其中,形成完全密封状态。
密封件6设在环形凹槽72中,需要保持密封件6的周向一圈均具有凸出于环形凹槽72的部分,避免造成密封不紧密。
可选的,密封件6为硅胶密封圈,硅胶密封圈需要为周向封闭的结构, 可以为圆形圈,或者为矩形圈等其他形状的圈。或者可以为其他适用于实现密封的材质。
可选的,硅胶密封圈通过背胶固定于环形凹槽72。视窗框体7设置有向中框1凸起的台阶73,台阶73与中框1的中部凹槽卡接设置,环形凹槽72设置在该台阶73上,一方面,该台阶73能够与中框1的中部凹槽配合,限制中框1与视窗框体7的错位晃动,另一方面,有助于将环形凹槽72更加贴合中框1的位置,便于对密封圈的压紧。
在上述实施例的基础之上,视窗框体7设有朝向滚轮2的具有弹性伸缩的凸点装置,滚轮2设有凹槽。
需要说明的是,上述凸点装置具有弹性,可以为弹性伸缩结构,或者为刚性结构连接弹性件,凸点装置可以靠近或远离滚轮2移动,滚轮2设置有凹槽,在滚轮2转动过程中,凸点装置能够与凹槽卡接,卡接状态对滚轮23继续转动具有阻滞力,以形成转动方向的卡顿感。
上述滚轮2轴向方向的不同位置,均可以设置凹槽,例如滚轮2轴向两端均沿周向设有一组凹槽,这两组凹槽关于中框1的通孔11对称设置。
在周向上,滚轮2可以设置至少2个凹槽,两个凹槽沿周向依次设置。轴向方向同一位置的若干个凹槽沿周向分布设置,且轴向方向同一位置的若干个凹槽与对应的同一个凸点装置卡接或脱离;在滚轮2转动过程中,轴向方向不同位置的凹槽可以在同时与对应的凸点装置卡接,并在同时与对应的凸点装置脱离卡接。
可选的,上述凸点装置可以设置在上述台阶73位置。
另外,可以将凸点装置与滚轮2检测结合,例如将光传感器组件8对滚轮2上特殊结构的检测的时机,设置为与凸点装置、凹槽卡接的时机相匹配。在一个具体的实施例中,当滚轮2转动至凸点装置与凹槽配合卡接时,光传感器组件8检测到滚轮2转动至预设角度,光传感器组件8向控制器发送检测信号。
因此,当光传感器组件8检测到滚轮2转动至预设角度,光传感器组件8向控制器发送检测信号,以使控制器控制屏幕进行内容切换;与此同时同时凸点装置与凹槽为卡接状态,操作者能够感应到卡顿感,从而确认其操作达到一个特殊状态,对应于屏幕内容切换。
本实施例中,通过将凸点装置与凹槽的匹配卡接结合状态与滚轮2的检测形成切换屏幕的状态像匹配,为使用者提供相应的触感效果,提升操作体验感。
可选的,滚轮2设有至少三个凹槽,用于在转动至不同角度时分别与同一个凸点装置配合卡接。
本申请的凸点装置包括凸点3、凸点外壳5和弹簧4,其中,凸点3设置在凸点外壳5中,并部分露出于凸点外壳5的通孔,凸点3与凸点外壳5之间通过弹簧4抵接,以使凸点3具有向外部弹出的趋势。
在一个具体的实施例中,中框1或视窗框体7均可以设置有与滚轮2在轴向和径向上卡接的结构,例如图3中,在视窗框体7上设置卡接凸起,用于在轴向和径向上对滚轮2进行限定。
在滚轮2的两端均可以设置对应的凹槽,以便与视窗框体7的两个凸点装置进行对应的卡接,以形成均匀的卡顿感。
本申请所提供的可切换屏幕的腕带设备的安装过程可以参考下方内容:
第一步,将滚轮2装到中框1上,滚轮2要保证在中框1中能够自由的转动,即滚轮2与中框1可以采用间隙配合,在过程中可以借助工装将其预固定,保证滚轮不从中框上掉出来,安装结束后,拆掉工装件即可;
第二步,将凸点3与凸点外壳5固定,将弹簧4安装于凸点外壳5中,并将整体组装到视窗框体7的定位结构中,上述固定方式可以选用焊接、粘接等方式;
第三步,将光传感器组件8安装在视窗框体7上,并保证传感器81外形与视窗框体7或视窗有0.05mm的装配间隙,可以进行预固定,保证组装流转过程中不掉落;
第四步,将密封件6固定到环形凹槽72中;
第五步,最后将中框1与视窗框体7通过盖板10和螺丝9固定到一起。
上述各个方案中提供的可切换屏幕的腕带设备通过传感器、发光器配合检测滚轮2转动情况并反馈给控制器,以控制屏幕切换,在该结构上设置密封件6保证内外结构的隔离,避免内部受到外部水汽的影响,该结构安装过程简单、易于实现,可满足5ATM防水要求,且具有较高的结构可靠性。
除了上述各个实施例中所提供的可切换屏幕的腕带设备的主要结构和连 接关系,该腕带设备的其他各部分的结构请参考现有技术,本文不再赘述。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
以上对本申请所提供的可切换屏幕的腕带设备进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以对本申请进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本申请权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可切换屏幕的腕带设备,包括屏幕,其特征在于,还包括:
    中框(1),其设有可转动的滚轮(2)以及便于在所述中框(1)的外部拨动所述滚轮(2)的通孔(11);
    视窗框体(7),其设有透光视窗,且所述透光视窗的一侧设有用于检测所述滚轮(2)的转动的光传感器组件(8),所述光传感器组件(8)连接控制器,所述透光视窗的另一侧固定设置所述中框(1),所述滚轮(2)位于所述中框(1)和所述视窗框体(7)之间;
    密封件(6),其密封设于所述视窗框体(7)与所述中框(1)之间,且环形的所述密封件(6)绕设于所述通孔(11)外周,以实现所述通孔(11)与所述中框(1)内部的防水密封。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可切换屏幕的腕带设备,其特征在于,所述光传感器组件(8)包括用于向所述滚轮(2)发射光的发光器、用于感应所述滚轮(2)反射光的传感器(81)和柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板连接所述控制器和所述传感器(81)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可切换屏幕的腕带设备,其特征在于,所述视窗框体(7)设有限位部(71),所述传感器(81)与所述限位部(71)卡接设置,以限制所述传感器(81)错位移动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可切换屏幕的腕带设备,其特征在于,所述中框(1)与所述视窗框体(7)通过螺丝(9)压紧连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可切换屏幕的腕带设备,其特征在于,所述视窗框体(7)通过所述螺丝(9)连接盖板(10),所述盖板(10)将发光器或传感器(81)抵接于所述视窗框体(7)。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的可切换屏幕的腕带设备,其特征在于,所述视窗框体(7)设有环形凹槽(72),所述密封件(6)设于所述环形凹槽(72)中,且在安装所述中框(1)前,所述密封件(6)部分伸出于所述环形凹槽(72)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可切换屏幕的腕带设备,其特征在于,所述密封件(6)为硅胶密封圈。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的可切换屏幕的腕带设备,其特征在于,所述硅胶密封圈通过背胶固定于所述环形凹槽(72)。
  9. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的可切换屏幕的腕带设备,其特征在于,所述视窗框体(7)设有朝向所述滚轮(2)的具有弹性伸缩的凸点装置,所述滚轮(2)设有凹槽,当所述滚轮(2)转动至所述凸点装置与所述凹槽配合卡接时,所述光传感器组件(8)感应到所述滚轮(2)转动至预设角度,所述光传感器组件(8)向所述控制器发送检测信号。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可切换屏幕的腕带设备,其特征在于,所述滚轮(2)设有至少三个所述凹槽,用于在转动至不同角度时分别与同一个所述凸点装置配合卡接。
