本发明属于遮阳篷领域,具体涉及一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置,包括导向轨道、与导向轨道滑动配合的链条及与链条配合连接的上下牵引机构,所述链条用以带动联动条活动,所述上下牵引机构用以带动链条在导向轨道上活动,所述导向轨道用以引导链条在水平运动与竖直运动之间转换。本发明的上下牵引机构、链条、导向轨道等结构内置于遮阳篷的篷架内,避免结构外露,更加美观。

本发明属于遮阳篷领域,具体涉及一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置。
公开号为CN110565992A的中国专利公开了一种户外手动百叶遮阳篷,所述户外手动百叶遮阳篷包括横梁框体、若干片百叶、手动驱动装置和传动组件;横梁框体包括相对设置的左横梁和右横梁;手动驱动装置包括手动机头;若干片百叶包括主动百叶和从动百叶;主动百叶的一端铰接在左横梁上,主动百叶的另一端与手动机头的输出端连接;从动百叶的两端分别铰接在左横梁和右横梁上,且从动百叶基于传动组件与主动百叶连接并同步转动;手动机头驱动主动百叶转动,当若干片百叶同步转动至闭合状态时,所述若干片百叶中相邻两片百叶紧贴。该能应对恶劣天气,且操作简单方便,具有很好的实用性。
该专利中采用手动驱动装置带动联动条,主要缺陷在于:一、传动结构复杂,成本高;二、手动驱动装置中的手动机头31是采用蜗轮蜗杆的方式进行传动,手动机头31安装于帐篷顶梁,使用摇杆转动蜗杆,以驱动手动机头31工作,这种传动结构须使蜗轮蜗杆机构显露在外,破坏产品美观。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置的技术方案。
所述的一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置,其特征在于:包括导向轨道、与导向轨道滑动配合的链条及与链条配合连接的上下牵引机构;
所述链条用以带动联动条活动;
所述上下牵引机构用以带动链条在导向轨道上活动;
所述导向轨道用以引导链条在水平运动与竖直运动之间转换。
所述的一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置,其特征在于:所述导向轨道内置于遮阳篷的篷架中。
所述的一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置,其特征在于:所述导向轨道包括自下而上设置的竖直段、圆角段和水平段,三者构成直角结构。
所述的一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置,其特征在于:所述链条包括若干依次首尾铰接的链条节片。
所述的一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置,其特征在于:所述链条通过设置的滑轮与导向轨道滑动配合。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明通过上下牵引机构、链条、导向轨道等结构实现对联动条的驱动, 具有结构简单、零件少、传动稳定、成本低的优点;
2)本发明的上下牵引机构、链条、导向轨道等结构内置于遮阳篷的篷架内,避免结构外露,更加美观。

参阅图1-8,一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置,其包括导向轨道1、与导向轨道1滑动配合的链条及与链条配合连接的上下牵引机构,所述链条用以带动联动条6活动,所述上下牵引机构用以带动链条在导向轨道1上活动,所述导向轨道1用以引导链条在水平运动与竖直运动之间转换。其中,所述导向轨道1、 链条和上下牵引机构均内置于遮阳篷的篷架内。
继续参阅图3和图4,导向轨道1结构为:所述导向轨道1包括自下而上设置的竖直段1a、圆角段1b和水平段1c,三者构成直角结构。
继续参阅图1、图5、图6和图7,链条结构为:所述链条包括若干依次首尾铰接的链条节片3,链条的连接节点处均转动配合滑轮2,所述滑轮与导向轨道1滑动配合,其中,所述滑轮2位于导向轨道1内,所述链条节片3位于导向轨道1外。
继续参阅图1、图2和图8,所述链条的前端通过设置的连接件4与联动条6配合连接。具体地,所述连接件4的两端分别与链条和联动条6铰接。
继续参阅图1和图2,所述上下牵引机构为伸缩推杆机构5,伸缩推杆机构5内置与篷架的立柱内,伸缩推杆机构5的推杆5a上端与链条配合连接,所述伸缩推杆机构5优选为手动推杆,手动推杆为公知技术,其利用螺母丝杠的原理带动推杆5a伸缩升降,伸缩推杆机构5带有输入摇手,通过转动输入摇手带动伸缩推杆机构5工作,该输入摇手从篷架的立柱中伸出,便于操控。
此外,所述伸缩推杆机构5也可以采用电动推杆。
使用时,手动转动输入摇手,使伸缩推杆机构5工作,伸缩推杆机构5的推杆5a伸长,推动链条沿导向轨道1朝连接件4移动,连接件4带动联动条6移动,以此实现篷顶百叶结构的开合,在这个过程中,链条在导向轨道1上的移动能够将推杆5a的竖直运动转换为连接件4的水平移动。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置,其特征在于:所述导向轨道(1)内置于遮阳篷的篷架中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置,其特征在于:所述导向轨道(1)包括自下而上设置的竖直段(1a)、圆角段(1b)和水平段(1c),三者构成直角结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置,其特征在于:所述链条包括若干依次首尾铰接的链条节片(3)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置,其特征在于:所述链条通过设置的滑轮(2)与导向轨道(1)滑动配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置,其特征在于:所述链条的连接节点处均通过设置的滑轮(2)与导向轨道(1)滑动配合,所述滑轮(2)位于导向轨道(1)内,所述链条节片(3)位于导向轨道(1)外。

- 根据权利要求8所述的一种遮阳篷百叶开合结构用传动装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩推杆机构(5)为手动推杆或电动推杆。
