Abstract

The invention relates to an adhesive display strip comprising, at least, a lamellar central structure (1), a plastic sheet (2) permanently attached to the lamellar central structure (1) by means of an adhesive (3) and means for the attachment of units for sale. The attachment means consist of: - a window (4) cut into the central structure (1), configured to allow access to the adhesive (3) of the plastic sheet (2); - and a U-shaped or inverted U-shaped, or C-shaped or inverted C-shaped cut-out (5) punched through the central structure (1) and the plastic sheet (2), around the perimeter of the window (4), with at least one side attached to the central structure (1); where the punched cut-out (5) allows the window (4) to turn around the axis formed by the side attached to the central structure (1).

Description

ADHESIVE DISPLAY STRIP

TECHNIQUE SECTOR

The present invention is framed within the sector of elements used in the exhibition of food products, among many others, for sale. It particularly refers to the displays used for the particular placement of the aforementioned products, and more specifically to the strip-shaped sheet displays, on which the products available for sale are fixed.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Currently, the supports used to display products in stores are widely known, in which they are placed in a certain position that favors visual appeal so that potential consumers fix their attention on them, favoring a subsequent purchase.

Laminar strip-shaped supports are also widely known, generally made of cardboard, which allow the placement of the products to be displayed by using equidistant and regular die-cuts.

These types of products are commonly used in different points of sale, such as kiosks, service areas, points of sale for a multitude of products arranged in different lines, and differentiated points of sale; that are intended to attract the attention of the consumer, at the same time that an order is achieved in the exhibition of the aforementioned products, without diminishing the effectiveness of the point of sale.

Particularly, document ES1040049 belongs to the state of the art, in which an improved display strip is described, which comprises a piece of laminar structure with fixing means for bags of edible products intended for sale, which is characterized in that the fixing are made up of a plurality of regular and equidistant window-shaped openings, which are closed on both fronts by two sheets transparent plastics, with an effective surface area equivalent to that of the strip.

In this document, it is defined that one of the plastic sheets will be permanently fixed through the use of an adhesive, while the other will be eventually, configured to allow its easy separation with respect to the assembly of the adhesive display strip, protecting the fastening windows of each sales unit.

In this way, when removing the removable sheet, the permanently located parts of the sheet would remain visible, thanks to the existence of the windows in the strip, allowing the use of the visible areas for fixing the products, due to to the presence of said adhesive.

However, both the system described, like all those existing on the market, do not allow the fixing of products with rigid packaging and of greater weight than products packed in bags, Flow pack type, which are easily attached to current strips. .

That is why an adhesive display strip is necessary that is capable of holding products of any type and weight, allowing the fixation of rigid packaging; while maintaining the visual appeal in the display of the products.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

The adhesive display strip that the invention proposes is configured, therefore, as a remarkable novelty within its field of application, since according to its implementation and exhaustively, the aforementioned objectives are satisfactorily achieved, with the characterizing details that make it possible. and that distinguish them conveniently collected in the final claims that accompany this description.

In particular, the present invention defines an adhesive display strip that, due to its morphological and structural characteristics, allows the placement of heavier products, including those that comprise rigid packaging. Maintaining the visual appeal in the exhibition, so that a potential buyer fixes his attention in the exhibitor, favoring a subsequent purchase of the product.

To achieve this, the use of a laminar-type adhesive display strip is proposed, which comprises a central laminar structure, and on each of its two faces, a plastic sheet. Where one of the aforementioned sheets will be permanently attached by means of an adhesive to the central laminar structure; while the other of the sheets will be configured in a removable manner, being fixed to the central laminar structure by means of an adhesive and/or a rivet, and will serve as a protection element for the fixing means until it is used, in which it will be removed, leaving the fixing means accessible, and allowing the products to be placed on the display.

The fixing means will be comprised of some windows made in the central laminar structure, which will allow access to the adhesive of the plastic sheet that is permanently attached; so that the products adhere to the exhibitor in a removable manner through the use of the aforementioned adhesive, allowing its subsequent removal by the user or buyer.

As a technical advantage, and to achieve the proposed objectives, the windows will include a die-cut around them, which may preferably have the shape of an inverted U or U, or an inverted C or C, with one side attached to the laminar central structure, configuring a fastening as a pivoting flap on the side attached to the central structure, detaching from the three remaining sides of the display strip itself, and allowing the possibility of collapsing on it.

In accordance with the previous definition, a flexible support element is obtained, which configures an overlap, at least partially, of each product for sale; in addition to maintaining sufficient rigidity to be able to support them without compromising the integrity of the set.

This implies an optimization of the space used in the adhesive display strip, allowing a greater number of exposed sales units, as well as the guarantee of achieving a more attractive visual appearance, as each sales unit remains in a semi-overlapping position with its neighbors, but completely accessible and ready for extraction and acquisition by the potential buyer. On the other hand, the described configuration allows different orientations of the die-cutting, achieving different effects in the positioning of the sales units, with different positions of the products, which can be adapted to the different morphologies and structures of the packages, expanding the advantages that the present invention proposes.

Additionally, and as a non-limiting characteristic, the preferential use of recycled and/or recyclable materials is proposed, in order to achieve compliance with current regulations on recyclability and care for the environment.

For example, the use of Kraft paper for packaging is proposed, so that a 100% renewable, recyclable and biodegradable material is achieved; which also provides the resistant and structural characteristics necessary for the use of the present invention.

The adhesive display strip and the set of elements described represent an innovation with hitherto unknown structural and constituent characteristics, reasons that, together with its practical utility, provide it with sufficient grounds to obtain the requested privilege of exclusivity.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments, reference is made to the accompanying drawings which form a part of this specification, and in which are shown by way of illustration specific preferred embodiments in which the invention may be embodied. These embodiments are described in sufficient detail to enable those skilled in the art to carry out the invention, and it is understood that other embodiments may be used and logical structural, mechanical, electrical, and/or chemical changes may be made without departing from the scope. of the invention. To avoid details not necessary to enable those skilled in the art to carry out the detailed description should therefore not be taken in a limiting sense.

Specifically, in a preferred embodiment, an adhesive display strip is proposed that comprises at least: a central laminar-shaped structure 1, a plastic sheet 2 permanently attached to the central laminar structure 1 by using an adhesive 3, and means of fixing of sales units to the adhesive display strip object of the present invention.

Being characterized in that the fixing means comprise: a window 4 made in the central structure 1, configured to allow access to the adhesive 3 of the plastic sheet 2; and a die 5 in the shape of an inverted U or U, or an inverted C or C, made in the central structure 1 and in the plastic sheet 2, around the perimeter of the window 4, which includes at least one side joined to the core structure 1.

Where the die 5 is configured to allow the window 4 to rotate around the axis formed by the side attached to the central structure 1, so that a flap is configured that detaches from three of its sides from the central structure 1, maintaining the pivot joint on the side attached to the central frame 1.

According to the first embodiment, a support element with flexible characteristics is achieved, which allows the overlap, at least partially, of the products or sales units, achieving an optimization of the space in the strip, by allowing a greater number of units. selling. At the same time, the structural and resistant characteristics that allow the support of products of greater weight and/or that include rigid packaging are maintained.

In a preferred embodiment of the previous embodiment, the adhesive display strip will additionally comprise a second plastic sheet 6 detachably attached to the central structure 1, preferably by using a rivet 7; and that it will be located on the opposite side to that of the plastic sheet 2, configured to serve as protection for the windows 4 of the fixing means.

In another preferred embodiment, the union between the plastic sheet 6 and the central structure 1 will be made by means of an adhesive, which will allow the removable union between both elements.

In this way, there is a protective sheet, both for the central structure 1 and for the adhesive 3, which can be removed from the assembly in a simple and ergonomic way, to allow access to said adhesive 3, and to proceed with the fixing of the products that are located in the exhibitor.

Preferably, and to meet the needs and regulations relating to recyclability and the environment, the central structure 1 will be made of Kraft paper material for packaging or similar.

Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the way of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to make its explanation more extensive so that any expert in the field understands its scope and the advantages derived from it, stating that, Within its essentiality, it may be put into practice in other embodiments that differ in detail from the one indicated by way of example, and which will also be covered by the protection that is sought provided that its fundamental principle is not altered, changed, or modified. .

Claims

1. Adhesive display strip comprising at least: a. a central structure (1) of laminar shape, b. a plastic sheet (2) permanently attached to the central laminar structure (1) by using an adhesive (3); c. and means for fixing units of sale; characterized in that the fixing means consist of: a window (4) made in the central structure (1), configured to allow access to the adhesive (3) of the plastic sheet (2);

- and a passing die (5) in the shape of an inverted U or U, or in the shape of an inverted C or C, made in the central structure (1) and in the plastic sheet (2), around the perimeter of the window (4), comprising at least one side attached to the central structure (1); where the die (5) is configured to allow the window (4) to rotate around the axis formed by the side attached to the central structure (1).

Adhesive display strip according to the first claim, characterized in that it comprises a second plastic sheet (6) removably attached to the central structure (1), and located on the opposite side to that of the plastic sheet (2), configured to serve as a protection to the windows (4) of the fixing means.

3. Adhesive display strip according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the union between the central structure (1) and the plastic sheet (6) is made by means of at least one rivet (7).

4. Adhesive display strip according to the second claim, characterized in that the union between the central structure (1) and the plastic sheet (6) is made by means of an adhesive.

5. Adhesive display strip according to the first claim, characterized in that the central structure (1) is made of Kraft paper type material for packaging.
