一种灯具 技术领域
本申请属于照明领域,尤其涉及一种灯具。
背景技术
灯具是指能透光、分配和改变光源光分布的器具,包括光源、所有用于固定和保护光源所需的全部零部件,以及与电源连接所必需的线路附件等等。灯具根据安装形式可分为固定灯具及可移动灯具,且随着人民需要的提高,现在市场出现了很多用于户外的可移动灯具。
顾名思义,可移动灯具是没有具体的固定位置的,可任意位置使用,具有使用方便等优点,例如泛光灯等。
但是,在有些场合,可能不能将灯具放置在地上,或需要抬高灯上的高度,从而提高照明高度,而现在的泛光灯,其照明高度不能调节,导致使用场合受到限制。

本申请提供一种灯具,旨在解决灯具的照明高度不能调节的问题。

具体地,散热器20位于主体外壳10的外部,有利于散热,防止热量聚集在主体外壳10内,且散热器20外露的面较多,有利于在散热器20外露面上安装灯源30。
如图6所示,本申请的一个可选实施例中,散热器20具有三个、四个、五个或其它多个侧面均可。
在散热器20的顶面和每个侧面均设置有灯源30,顶面的灯源30可以向正上方照射光亮,侧面的灯源30可以向周向照射光亮,从而使灯具的照射方向更广。
更进一步地,所述灯具还包括可单独控制每个所述灯源30的开闭的控制器(图中未示出)。控制器可以是开关、MCU等,用于控制每个灯源30的开闭。单独控制每个灯源30,用户可以根据需要照明的方向自主选择需要开启的灯源30,避免所有的灯源30均打开而造成电能浪费。

本申请实施例中,为说明方便,将两侧的反光面21定义为左右反光面,射向左反光面的光会经过左反光面反射到右反光面,射向右反光面的光会经过右反光面反射到左反光面,这样光线不会射向平行于该侧面的方向。
本申请实施例中,散热器20的每个侧面均设置有两个反光面21,两反光面21预留有平面,用于安装灯源30,散热器20内设置有上下贯通的通孔,使散热器20内的表面增加,用于增加散热器20的散热面积,以提高散热效率。并且,为了散热均匀,通过多个通孔,使散热器20的壁厚均匀。
本申请实施例通过设置反光面21,使散热器20的每个侧面的灯源30发射的光,经过灯源30两侧的反光面21的全反射后,射向灯源30所在侧面的前方,防止光向平行于该侧面的方向散射,提高了光的利用率,使光发射得更集中且更远。

本实施例中,挂钩40设置两个即可。将灯具挂在支架41上时,连接部42起挂钩40的作用,当挂钩40作为支撑架时,连接部42起支脚作用,用于稳固灯具。两支架41自由端的转轴43共中心线,主体外壳10侧壁13上设置有轴孔,转轴43安装在轴孔内后可以转动,进而使挂钩40整体可以转动。其中,连接部42可呈U字型、M字型等,起支脚作用,以增大当挂钩40作为支撑架时连接部42与地面的接触面积和接触范围,提高灯具由挂钩40支撑时的稳定性。
实施例五
如图7、图10所示,本申请的一个可选实施例中,所述支架41与所述主体外壳10侧面之间设置有阻止所述支架41转动的阻尼部12。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,阻尼部12可以是摩擦系数较大的面,或多个小圆突起周向排列,甚至可以是支架41与主体外壳10侧面之间的弹性夹持力(具体为,两支架41之间的距离小于主体外壳10相对两侧面之间的距离,两支架41撑开变形后夹持在主体外壳10相对两侧面)。
更进一步地,如图11-图13所示所述阻尼部12设置在所述主体外壳10侧壁13的外侧面,所述转轴43穿过所述主体外壳10侧壁13且所述转轴43端部设置有防脱部431,所述主体外壳10侧壁13的内侧面与所述防脱部431之间设置有套设在所述转轴43上的弹簧60。防脱部431为安装在转轴43端部的插销、卡簧、垫片等。弹簧60压缩在主体外壳10侧壁13的内侧面与防脱部431之间,弹簧60弹性回复时可以提供将转轴43及支架41拉向主体外壳10内部的拉力,使支架41更紧贴主体外壳10侧面,可以提高支架41与主体外壳10侧面之间的阻尼力。
本申请实施例设置阻尼部12,提高支架41与主体外壳10侧面之间的阻尼力,使支架41可以固定在主体外壳10侧面的任一位置,当两挂钩40的支架41之间平行时,支撑的灯具高度最高,两挂钩40的支架41之间的夹角越大,支撑的灯具高度越低。本申请实施例可以调节两挂钩40的支架41之间的夹角,进而调节灯具的高度,使灯具高度可任意调节。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯具,其特征在于,包括:
    主体外壳;
    设置在所述主体外壳上的散热器;
    设置在所述散热器上的灯源;
    设置在所述主体外壳侧面的挂钩,所述挂钩与所述主体外壳侧面底部可转动连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述主体外壳侧面对称设置有至少两个所述挂钩。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述散热器位于所述主体外壳顶面外侧,所述散热器的顶面和每个侧面均设置有所述灯源。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述散热器的每个侧面的所述灯源两侧均设置有反光面。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于,相邻两所述反光面连接呈V字型。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具还包括可单独控制每个所述灯源的开闭的控制器。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述挂钩包括:
    平行设置的两支架;
    连接两所述支架的连接部;
    设置在所述支架自由端的转轴。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述支架与所述主体外壳侧面之间设置有阻止所述支架转动的阻尼部。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述阻尼部设置在所述主体外壳侧壁的外侧面,所述转轴穿过所述主体外壳侧壁且所述转轴端部设置有防脱部,所述主体外壳侧壁的内侧面与所述防脱部之间设置有套设在所述转轴上的弹簧。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述连接部呈U字型。
