本领域人员能够理解的是,在本发明的技术方案中,衣物处理设备包括进水装置、排水装置和柔性水囊,进水装置包括硬质储水箱,硬质储水箱设置为非密闭箱体,硬质储水箱与柔性水囊通过第一管道连通,第一管道上设置有用于将硬质储水箱的中水吸入柔性水囊中的吸水泵,排水装置包括硬质污水箱,硬质污水箱为密闭箱体,硬质污水箱与柔性水囊通过第二管道连通,硬质污水箱上方还设置有第三管道,第三管道一端与硬质污水箱连通,另一端与外部连通,在第三管道上还设置有气泵。
通过上述设置方式,在洗涤完成后,本发明的衣物处理设备能够通过控制气泵从密闭硬质污水箱内向外部抽气以实现硬质污水箱内压强降低,进而使得密闭硬质污水箱中产生负压,以抽吸柔性水囊内的洗涤水,以实现排水需求。通过上述利用负压原理以实现排水能够提高衣物的脱水效率,进而提高衣物的洗涤效果。此外,通过设置能够与外界连通的非密闭的硬质储水箱,使得在控制吸水泵将硬质储水箱中的水向柔性水囊中注入的过程中,水流能够顺畅地从硬质储水箱流向柔性水囊。

下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合。例如,尽管说明书中是以将加热装置设置在壳体和柔性水囊之间为例对加热装置的设置位置进行描述的,但是,本发明的加热装置可选择的设置位置并不局限于此,只要该设置位置能够满足对衣物进行加热即可。例如,加热装置也可以设置在柔性水囊的内部。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
现有的衣物处理设备通常采用将自来水直接与衣物处理设备连接的方式实现进水,并且采用离心式的脱水方式实现排水。但是离心式的脱水方式存在衣物脱水率低的问题,为了提高洗涤过程中衣物的脱水率,本发明提供了一种新的衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备根据负压原理设计排水方式以提高衣物的脱水率,从而提高洗涤效果。
首先参照图1,对本发明的衣物处理设备进行描述。其中,图1为本发明的衣物处理设备的结构示意图。
如图1所示,为解决现有的衣物处理设备的进水和排水方式存在衣物脱水率低、洗涤效果差的问题,本发明的衣物处理设备包括进水装置1、排水 装置2和柔性水囊3,进水装置1包括硬质储水箱11,硬质储水箱11设置为非密闭箱体,硬质储水箱11与柔性水囊3通过第一管道12连通,第一管道12上设置有用于将硬质储水箱11的中水吸入柔性水囊3中的吸水泵13,排水装置2包括硬质污水箱21,硬质污水箱21为密闭箱体,硬质污水箱21与柔性水囊3通过第二管道22连通,硬质污水箱21上方还设置有第三管道23,第三管道23一端与硬质污水箱21连通,另一端与外部连通,在第三管道23上还设置有气泵24。
在洗涤完成后,本发明的衣物处理设备能够通过控制气泵24从密闭硬质污水箱21内向外部抽气以实现硬质污水箱21内压强降低,进而使得密闭硬质污水箱21中产生负压,以抽吸柔性水囊3内的洗涤水,以实现排水需求。通过上述利用负压原理以实现排水能够提高衣物的脱水效率,进而提高衣物的洗涤效果。
此外,通过设置能够与外界连通的非密闭的硬质储水箱11,使得在控制吸水泵13将硬质储水箱11中的水向柔性水囊3中注入的过程中,水流能够顺畅地从硬质储水箱11流向柔性水囊3。
下面进一步参照图1-3,对本发明的衣物处理设备进行详细描述。
如图1所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,上述硬质储水箱11无上盖。在本实施例中,通过设置无上盖的硬质储水箱11,以使硬质储水箱11与外界连通,使得在控制吸水泵13将硬质储水箱11中的水向柔性水囊3中注入的过程中,衣物处理设备的整体管路不会产生压差,从而使得水流能够顺畅地从硬质储水箱11流向柔性水囊3。
可以理解的是,虽然在本实施例中是以设置无上盖的硬质储水箱11为例对硬质储水箱11的非密闭形式进行描述的,但是,本实施例中可选用的硬质储水箱11的非密闭形式并不局限于此,只要该形式能够使得硬质储水箱11为非密闭结构即可。例如,硬质储水箱11上端设置有上盖111,并在上盖111上设置有通孔112,更优选地,通孔112的孔径小于第一管道12的管径;再如,硬质储水箱11上端设置有上盖111,上盖111上设置有用于将硬质储水箱11与外界连通的单向阀113,以使空气能从外界单向进入硬质储水箱11内。如图2-3所示。
在本实施例中,通过上述设置方式,一方面能够使得硬质储水箱11与外界连通,满足水流顺畅地从硬质储水箱11流向柔性水囊3的注水需要,另一方面,减小了硬质储水箱11的开口面积,由于通孔112的孔径小于第一管道 12的管径,以使得单位时间内进入硬质储水箱11中的空气量减小,从而使得在洗涤完成后对柔性水囊3中的水进行抽排的过程中,通过气泵24从密闭硬质污水箱21向外部抽气以使硬质污水箱21中压强的降低程度增加,进而提高柔性水囊3的收缩程度,在硬质储水箱11内的水用完以后,能提高衣物的脱水率。
如图2所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,第一管道12上设置有用于阻断或者连通硬质储水箱11和柔性水囊3之间水流通过和气流通过的第一开闭阀121。
在本实施例中,通过在第一管道12上设置第一开闭阀121,一方面能够通过控制第一开闭阀121的打开或关闭以实现控制向柔性水囊3中注水以及停止向柔性水囊3中注水,从而能够实现对柔性水囊3中的注水量实现控制,另一方面,在洗涤完成后对柔性水囊3中的水进行抽排的过程中,通过控制第一开闭阀121关闭,使得柔性水囊3、第二管道22和密闭硬质污水箱21之间形成密闭空间,以使柔性水囊3能够实现完全真空排水,从而进一步提高柔性水囊3中衣物的脱水效率,进而提高洗涤效果。
为了监测向柔性水囊3中注入水量的多少,在本实施例中,第一管道12上设置有流量传感器122,通过流量传感器122以检测柔性水囊3中的注水量,从而保证衣物处理设备正常运行,如图1所示。
可以理解的是,虽然在本实施例中是以在第一管道12上设置流量传感器122为例对柔性水囊3中注水量的监测方式进行描述的,但是,在本实施例中可选用的用于监测柔性水囊3中注水量多少的方式并不局限于此,只要该方式能够用于监测柔性水囊3中的注水量即可。例如,还可以在硬质储水箱11内设置有液位传感器123。
在本实施例中,通过在硬质储水箱11内设置液位传感器123,监测硬质储水箱11中的水流出情况,以监测柔性水囊3中水注入量的多少,如图1所示。
为了在洗涤完成后方便控制将柔性水囊3中的水排出,以及防止污水从硬质污水箱21中溢出,在本实施例中,在第二管道22上设置有第二开闭阀221,如图2所示。
在本实施例中,通过在第二管道22上设置第二开闭阀221,以实现在洗涤完成后,通过控制第二开闭阀221开启,并通过气泵24从硬质污水箱21内向外部抽气,以使得柔性水囊3内的水进入硬质污水箱21。此外,还可以通过控制第二开闭阀221关闭,以防止由于排水量过大而使得污水从硬质污水 箱21中溢出。除此之外,在柔性水囊3内的衣物洗涤过程中,关闭第一开闭阀121和第二开闭阀221能使得柔性水囊3实现密闭洗涤。
可以理解的是,虽然在本实施例中是以在第二管道22上设置第二开闭阀221为例对柔性水囊3的排水控制方式进行描述的,但是,在本实施例中可以选用的用于对柔性水囊3中水的排出进行控制的方式并不局限于此,只要该方式能够对柔性水囊3中水的排出进行控制即可。例如,还可以在第三管道23上设置有第二开闭阀221(图中未示出)。
为了方便向硬质储水箱11中注水以及将硬质污水箱21中的水排出,在本实施例中,硬质储水箱11上设置有可开闭的进水阀114,硬质污水箱21上设置有可开闭的排水阀211,如图1所示。
为了进一步提高洗涤效果,在本实施例中,衣物处理设备还包括壳体(图中未示出),衣物处理设备还包括加热装置4,加热装置4设置在壳体和柔性水囊3之间。
在本实施例中,通过在衣物处理设备中设置加热装置4,一方面在洗涤过程中,可以实现热水洗涤,提高洗涤剂的溶解效果,从而提高衣物的洗涤效果;另一方面,在柔性水囊3排水过程中,还可以实现对衣物进行烘干的效果。
可以理解的是,虽然在本实施例中是以将加热装置4设置在壳体和柔性水囊3之间为例对加热装置4的设置位置进行描述的,但是,本实施例中的加热装置4可选择的设置位置并不局限于此,只要该设置位置能够满足对衣物进行加热即可。例如,加热装置4也可以设置在柔性水囊3的内部(如图1所示)。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的加热装置4可以为电加热器或者电加热管。
如图2和图4所示,本发明还提供了一种衣物处理设备的进水控制方法,衣物处理设备包括进水装置1、排水装置2和柔性水囊3,进水装置1包括硬质储水箱11,硬质储水箱11设置为非密闭箱体,硬质储水箱11与柔性水囊3通过第一管道12连通,第一管道12上设置有用于将硬质储水箱11的中水吸入柔性水囊3中的吸水泵13,第一管道12上设置有用于阻断或者连通硬质储水箱11和柔性水囊3之间水流通过和气流通过的第一开闭阀121,排水装置2包括硬质污水箱21,硬质污水箱21为密闭箱体,硬质污水箱21与柔性水囊3通过第二管道22连通,硬质污水箱21上方还设置有第三管道23,第三管道23一端与硬质污水箱21连通,另一端与外部连通,在第三管道23上还设置有气泵24;
控制方法包括:
S1、控制第一开闭阀开启;
S2、控制吸水泵将水从硬质储水箱向柔性水囊注水,直至柔性水囊内的水达到设定值。
具体地,控制第一开闭阀开启121,以使得硬质储水箱11、第一管道12以及柔性水囊3之间的水路通畅,为水流能够从硬质储水箱11流向柔性水囊3提供了完整通路,并且控制吸水泵13将水从硬质储水箱11向柔性水囊3注水,直至柔性水囊3内的水达到设定值,以使衣物处理设备的洗涤过程正常运行。
通过上述控制方法可以使得在向柔性水囊3中注水的过程中,水流能够顺畅的从硬质储水箱11流向柔性水囊3,并且能够对柔性水囊3中的注水量进行控制,以满足对衣物的洗涤需求。
如图2和图5所示,本发明还提供了一种衣物处理设备的排水控制方法,衣物处理设备包括进水装置1、排水装置2和柔性水囊3,进水装置1包括硬质储水箱11,硬质储水箱11设置为非密闭箱体,硬质储水箱11与柔性水囊3通过第一管道12连通,第一管道12上设置有用于将硬质储水箱11的中水吸入柔性水囊3中的吸水泵13,第一管道12上设置有用于阻断或者连通硬质储水箱11和柔性水囊3之间水流通过和气流通过的第一开闭阀121,排水装置2包括硬质污水箱21,硬质污水箱21为密闭箱体,硬质污水箱21与柔性水囊3通过第二管道22连通,硬质污水箱21上方还设置有第三管道23,第三管道23一端与硬质污水箱21连通,另一端与外部连通,在第三管道23上还设置有气泵24;
控制方法包括:
S3、控制第一开闭阀关闭;
S4、控制气泵从硬质污水箱内向外部抽气,以使得柔性水囊内的水进入硬质污水箱。
具体地,在洗涤完成后,需要将柔性水囊3中的水排出,在本实施例中,通过控制第一开闭阀121关闭,使得柔性水囊3、第二管道22以及密闭硬质污水箱21形成一个完整的密闭通路,为使柔性水囊3能够实现完全真空排水提供了必要条件。并且,控制气泵24开启,从硬质污水箱21内向外部抽气,以使柔性水囊3收缩,从而使得柔性水囊3内的水进入硬质污水箱21。
通过上述控制方法可以实现在完全密闭的条件下,对柔性水囊3中的水进行抽排,以进一步提高柔性水囊3中衣物的脱水效率,从而提高衣物的洗涤效果。
综上所述,在洗涤完成后,本发明的衣物处理设备能够通过控制气泵24从密闭硬质污水箱21内向外部抽气以实现硬质污水箱21内压强降低,进而使得密闭硬质污水箱21中产生负压,以抽吸柔性水囊3内的洗涤水,以实现排水需求。通过上述利用负压原理以实现排水能够提高衣物的脱水效率,进而提高衣物的洗涤效果。此外,通过设置能够与外界连通的非密闭的硬质储水箱11,使得在控制吸水泵13将硬质储水箱11中的水向柔性水囊3中注入的过程中,水流能够顺畅地从硬质储水箱11流向柔性水囊3。
进一步地,本发明通过在第一管道12上设置第一开闭阀121,一方面能够通过控制第一开闭阀121的打开或关闭以实现控制向柔性水囊3中注水以及停止向柔性水囊3中注水,从而能够实现对柔性水囊3中的注水量实现控制,另一方面,在洗涤完成后对柔性水囊3中的水进行抽排的过程中,通过控制第一开闭阀121关闭,使得柔性水囊3、第二管道22和密闭硬质污水箱21之间形成密闭空间,以使柔性水囊3能够实现完全真空排水,从而进一步提高柔性水囊3中衣物的脱水效率,进而提高洗涤效果。
此外,本发明还提供了一种衣物处理设备的进水控制方法,以实现向柔性水囊3中注水以及对柔性水囊3中的注水量进行控制,从而满足对衣物的洗涤需求。
另外,本发明还提供了一种衣物处理设备的排水控制方法,以实现在洗涤完成后,能够使得柔性水囊3在完全真空的条件下将洗涤水排出,从而满足对柔性水囊3中的衣物实现脱水效果,进而提高对衣物的洗涤效果。
需要说明的是,上述实施方式仅仅用来阐述本发明的原理,并非旨在与限制本发明的保护范围,在不偏离本发明原理的条件下,本领域技术人员能够对上述结构进行调整,以便本发明能够应用于更加具体的应用场景。

  10. 一种衣物处理设备的排水控制方法,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括进水装置、排水装置和柔性水囊,所述进水装置包括硬质储水箱,所述硬质储水箱设置为非密闭箱体,所述硬质储水箱与所述柔性水囊通过第一管道连通,所述第一管道上设置有用于将所述硬质储水箱的中水吸入所述柔性水囊中的吸水泵,所述第一管道上设置有用于阻断或者连通所述硬质储水箱和所述柔性水囊之间水流通过和气流通过的第一开闭阀,所述排水装置包括硬质污水箱,所述硬质污水箱为密闭箱体,所述硬质污水箱与所述柔性水囊通过第二管道连通,所述硬质污水箱上方还设置有第三管道,所述第三管道一端与所述硬质污水箱连通,另一端与外部连通,在所述第三管道上还设置有气泵;
    所述控制方法包括:
    S3、控制所述第一开闭阀关闭;
    S4、控制所述气泵从所述硬质污水箱内向外部抽气,以使得所述柔性水囊内的水进入所述硬质污水箱。
