一种气溶胶生成装置的发热管和气溶胶生成装置 技术领域
本发明涉及气溶胶生成装置技术领域,具体涉及一种气溶胶生成装置的发热管和气溶胶生成装置。
背景技术
加热不燃烧卷烟是一种重要新型烟草制品,其可以不直接燃烧烟支而是通过外部热源来加热烟草材料,产生烟气而令吸烟者达到生理满足的吸食效果。与传统卷烟相比,加热不燃烧卷烟没有燃烧过程,不产生焦油、一氧化碳等有害物质,大大减少了吸烟对消费者及周围人群的危害。
加热不燃烧卷烟(烟支)需要借助气溶胶生成装置进行加热吸食,发热不燃烧烟内设置有发热管,发热管用于产生热能对烟支进行加热;但目前的发热管加热效果并不理性,影响吸食效果。
技术问题
本发明提供了一种气溶胶生成装置的发热管和气溶胶生成装置,主要用于解决加热不理想的问题。
技术解决方案
根据第一方面,一种实施例中提供一种气溶胶生成装置的发热管,包括位于中部的发热体和位于所述发热体两端的第一电极和第二电极;
所述发热体包括外层、中间层和内层,所述外层和内层为绝缘层,所述中间层为导电线路,所述导电线路包括若干个沿着轴向延伸的线路条,若干个所述线路条在周向相互间隔开设置;所述线路条的两端分别与所述第一电极和第二电极连接。
一种实施例中,若干个所述线路条沿着周向均匀分布设置。
一种实施例中,所述线路条为直线型或弯曲型结构。
一种实施例中,若干条所述线路条的阻值相等或者成预设比例关系。
一种实施例中,所述第一电极设有若干个第一触点,所述第二电极设有一个第二触点,若干个所述线路条的一端分别与所述第一触点一一对应连接,若干个所述线路条的另一端均与所述第二触点连接。
一种实施例中,所述导电线路还包括连接线条,若干个所述第二电极通过所述连接线条与所述第二触点连接。
一种实施例中,所述连接线条为环状结构。
一种实施例中,所述第一电极设有若干个第一触点,所述第二电极设有若干个第二触点,若干个所述线路条的两端分别与所述第一触点和第所述第二触点一一对应连接。
一种实施例中,所述第一电极为正极,所述第二电极为负极。
根据第二方面,一种实施例中提供一种气溶胶生成装置,包括上述的气溶胶生成装置的发热管。
有益效果
依据上述实施例的气溶胶生成装置的发热管和气溶胶生成装置,由于发热管的导电线路分为若干个线路条,若干个线路条沿轴向延伸并相互间隔设置,形成瓣式结构布局,使得线路条能够根据需求进行同步同温或异步异温加热,起到更好的加热效果,以满足不同吸食需求。

实施例一:
本实施例提供了一种气溶胶生成装置的发热管,本实施例中的发热管为热源,用于对气溶胶形成基质(发热不燃烧烟支)进行加热烘烤;本实施例的发热管中的导电线路成瓣式结构布局,能够根据不同需求,对烟支进行加热,具有更好的吸食效果。
请参考图1和图2,本实施例的气溶胶生成装置的发热管主要包括发热体1、第一电极2和第二电极3,发热体1位于中部,第一电极2和第二电极3连接在发热体1的两端。其中,发热体1、第一电极2和第二电极3均为管状结构,发热体1为陶瓷复合材料,第一电极2和第二电极3为金属材料。
请参考图3,发热体1包括外层11、中间层12和内层13,外层11和内层13均为绝缘陶瓷,中间层12为导电线路,发热体1的三层材料通过高温烧结而成。导电线路包括若干个线路条121,如具有4个或6个线路条121,线路条121的数量可以根据需要设置。线路条121沿着轴向延伸设置,线路条121从发热体1的一端延伸至另一端,线路条121之间在周向相互间隔开设置,多个线路条121形成多瓣式结构布局,线路条121的宽度及间距均可以根据需要设置成预定值,以满足加热需求。线路条121在通电后能够将电能转为热能,对烟支进行加热烘烤。若干个线路条121的阻值相等,或者若干个线路条121的阻值成预设比例关系,如4个线路条121的阻值之间的比值为1:1.5:2:3。
优先的,若干个线路条121沿着轴向均匀分布设置,即线路条121具有相同的形状、宽度及间距。均匀分布的线路条121有利于对烟支进行均匀加热,以满足大部分吸食需求。当然,若干个线路条121可也设置成为不同形状、不同宽度及不同间距,以适配特殊情况下烟支加热需求。
请参考图4和图5,本实施例中,线路条121为直线型结构,线路条121与发热体1的轴向平行。
请参考图6和图7,在其他实施例中,线路条121为弯曲型结构,如线路条121由多段S型串联而成的弯曲型结构。线路条121也可以为螺旋弯曲型结构,线路条121沿着发热体1的管状结构螺旋设置。
请参考图4和图5,本实施例中,中间层12还包括连接线条122,连接线条122为环状结构,连接线条122靠近第二电极3设置。线路条121具有朝向第一电极2的第一端,线路条121具有朝向第二电极3的第二端,第一端和第二端作为连接端子。所有线路条121的第二端均与连接线条122连接,连接线条122与第二电极3连接,即所有线路条121通过连接线条122与第二电极3连接,而若干个线路条121的第一端分别与第一电极2连接。
第一电极2为正极,第二电极3为负极。第一电极2上具有均匀分布的若干个第一触点21,第一触点21的数量和位置与线路条121的一一对应,线路条121的第一端分别与第一触点21一一对应连接。第二电极3上设有一个第二触点31,连接线条122与第二触点31连接。第一触点21和第二触点31分别用于与电源连接,形成发热电路。
本实施例中,导电线路还包括连接线条122,使得多个线路条121连接到一条线路中,简化了导电线路,能够对多个线路条121进行单独控制或同时控制,以实现线路条121的先后发热或同步发热,以满足不同吸食需求。
在其他实施例中,导电线路不设置连接线条122,第二电极3上也设置多个第二触点31,线路条121的两端分别与第一触点21和第二触点31一一对应连接,导电线路形成多条并联电路,虽然增加了导电线路的复杂性,但也能够实现多个线路条121进行单独控制或同时控制。
本实施例的发热管,由于导电线路分为若干个线路条121,若干个线路条121沿轴向延伸并相互间隔设置,形成瓣式结构布局,使得线路条能够根据需求进行同步同温或异步异温加热,起到更好的加热效果,以满足不同吸食需求。
实施例二:
本实施例提供了一种气溶胶生成装置,气溶胶生成装置为加热不燃烧装置,气溶胶生成装置包括壳体和上述实施例中的发热管,发热管安装在壳体内。壳体内还有电源和电线,电源通过电线与发热管连接,电源给发热管供电,发热管将电能转为热能对烟支进行加热烘烤。
本实施例的气溶胶生成装置采用上述实施例的发热管,导电线路形成瓣式结构布局,使得线路条能够根据需求进行同步同温或异步异温加热,起到更好的加热效果,以满足不同吸食需求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种气溶胶生成装置的发热管,其特征在于,包括位于中部的发热体和位于所述发热体两端的第一电极和第二电极;
    所述发热体包括外层、中间层和内层,所述外层和内层为绝缘层,所述中间层为导电线路,所述导电线路包括若干个沿着轴向延伸的线路条,若干个所述线路条在周向相互间隔开设置;所述线路条的两端分别与所述第一电极和第二电极连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的气溶胶生成装置的发热管,其特征在于,若干个所述线路条沿着周向均匀分布设置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的气溶胶生成装置的发热管,其特征在于,所述线路条为直线型或弯曲型结构。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的气溶胶生成装置的发热管,其特征在于,若干条所述线路条的阻值相等或者成预设比例关系。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的气溶胶生成装置的发热管,其特征在于,所述第一电极设有若干个第一触点,所述第二电极设有一个第二触点,若干个所述线路条的一端分别与所述第一触点一一对应连接,若干个所述线路条的另一端均与所述第二触点连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的气溶胶生成装置的发热管,其特征在于,所述导电线路还包括连接线条,若干个所述第二电极通过所述连接线条与所述第二触点连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的气溶胶生成装置的发热管,其特征在于,所述连接线条为环状结构。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的气溶胶生成装置的发热管,其特征在于,所述第一电极设有若干个第一触点,所述第二电极设有若干个第二触点,若干个所述线路条的两端分别与所述第一触点和第所述第二触点一一对应连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的气溶胶生成装置的发热管,其特征在于,所述第一电极为正极,所述第二电极为负极。
  10. 一种气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的气溶胶生成装置的发热管。
