Description
本实用新型涉及罐式集装箱领域,特别涉及一种罐式集装箱扶手连杆组件。
现有罐式集装箱扶手连杆限位的设置情况为:
连杆轴通过连接板与顶侧梁连接,连杆轴上套有轴套,扶手连杆焊接在轴套上,轴套通过挡圈和开口销限位,挡圈和开口销均套在连接杆上。
现有技术是在连杆轴末端进行限位的,此时有以下问题:
连杆轴的长度需要尽可能的短,现有连接板和连接轴的总长度最短也要90mm长,所以,在设计步道时,考虑到连杆轴的占用空间,步道与顶侧梁之间的距离大于90mm,这样扶手组件的占用空间较大;扶手组件放平时,扶手上的拉绳可能会被开口销勾住,影响扶手组件的打开,使用不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种罐式集装箱扶手连杆组件,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种罐式集装箱扶手连杆组件,该扶手组件设置在顶侧梁和步道板之间,该扶手组件包括焊接在顶侧梁上的连接板,连接板上焊接有纵向设置的连接轴,连接 轴的顶部外侧套有轴套,轴套上焊接有扶手连杆,在连杆轴与轴套接触的位置上周向方向设有沟槽,即沟槽设置在连杆轴的外圆周面上,轴套上开有孔,孔内焊接有限位销,限位销的一端插在沟槽内,另一端置于轴套外部。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:沟槽为一个90°的弧形槽。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:限位销可以在沟槽内移动。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:顶侧梁和步道板之间的距离只需大于75mm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型能减少扶手组件的占用空间,并在结构上取消了开口销,解决扶手上的拉绳可能会被开口销勾住的问题。

本实施例提供一种技术方案:一种罐式集装箱扶手连杆组件,该扶手组件设置在顶侧梁1和步道板2之间,具体结构包括焊接在顶侧梁1上的连接板3,连接板3上焊接有纵向设置的连接轴4,连接轴4的顶部外侧套有轴套5,轴套5上焊接有扶手连杆6,在连杆轴4与轴套5接触的位置上周向方向设有沟槽7,即沟槽7设置在连杆轴4的外圆周面上,轴套5上开有孔,孔内焊接有限位销8,限位销8的一端插在沟槽7内,另一端置于轴套5外部。本实用新型能减少扶手组件的占用空间,并解决扶手上的拉绳可能会被开口销勾住的问题。
沟槽7为一个90°的弧形槽,弧形槽宽9mm,深5mm;在轴套5上开一个直径9mm的孔,开孔里焊接一个直径8mm的限位销8,限位销8可以在沟槽7内移动,既满足了连杆的转动,同时实现了限位功能;连接板和连接轴的总长度可以缩短至75mm,步道与顶侧梁之间只需要预留超过75mm的空间即可,减少了预留空间,在步道的设置上更加宽泛。

- 一种罐式集装箱扶手连杆组件,该扶手组件设置在顶侧梁(1)和步道板(2)之间,其特征在于:该扶手组件包括焊接在所述顶侧梁(1)上的连接板(3),所述连接板(3)上焊接有纵向设置的连接轴(4),所述连接轴(4)的顶部外侧套有轴套(5),所述轴套(5)上焊接有扶手连杆(6),在所述连杆轴(4)与所述轴套(5)接触的位置上周向方向设有沟槽(7),即所述沟槽(7)设置在所述连杆轴(4)的外圆周面上,所述轴套(5)上开有孔,孔内焊接有限位销(8),所述限位销(8)的一端插在所述沟槽(7)内,另一端置于所述轴套(5)外部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种罐式集装箱扶手连杆组件,其特征在于:所述沟槽(7)为一个90°的弧形槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种罐式集装箱扶手连杆组件,其特征在于:所述限位销(8)可以在所述沟槽(7)内移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种罐式集装箱扶手连杆组件,其特征在于:所述顶侧梁(1)和步道板(2)之间的距离只需大于75mm。
