Description

一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷 技术领域
本发明属于户外帐篷技术领域,具体是一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷。
背景技术
车篷,作为一种户外保护车辆的屏障,是用来保护车辆不受损伤的一种防护性建筑物,主要有遮风、挡雨、防晒、美化景观、防高空坠物等功能,常见于住宅楼、别墅小区、公司企业、学校、商店、体育馆、工厂、政府机构等户外私人或公共场所中。但是,传统的汽车篷都是相互独立的单独体,相邻的车篷之间只能独立使用,无法连贯,或者是固定连接在一起,要增加或者分离困难,增加车篷后,也会存在漏水的问题,不利于调整汽车篷的排布。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷。
所述的一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷,包括顶棚主体,所述顶棚主体的两侧设置有排水管,其特征在于所述汽车篷左右延伸时,相邻汽车篷的排水管之间通过紧固件固定。
进一步的,所述排水管的侧壁上设置至少一个卡槽,所述卡槽中卡接设置有密封条。
进一步的,所述排水管上设置有通孔,所述紧固件包括螺栓以及螺母,所述螺栓依次穿过相邻两组排水管的通孔后,与螺母配合将两组排水管锁紧实现汽车篷的延伸。
进一步的,所述卡槽设置有两组,分别设置在所述通孔的上下两侧,所述密封条包括卡接端及密封端,所述卡接端卡接在所述卡槽中,所述密封端限位在两 组排水管之间;所述密封端上设置有多层密封。
进一步的,所述螺母与所述排水管之间设置有垫片。
进一步的,相邻的排水管连接后,所述排水管的上方固定设置有上盖。
进一步的,排水管的顶部设置有若干螺孔,所述上盖上对应设置有安装孔,固定螺钉穿过所述安装孔后与所述螺孔配合,将所述上盖锁紧在所述排水管上。
进一步的,所述排水管的两端设置有端盖,所述端盖固定连接在所述顶棚主体上。
进一步的,还包括立柱,所述顶棚主体固定安装在立柱上。
进一步的,相邻的排水管之间,所述密封条卡接在所述排水管的卡槽中,相邻排水管的卡槽中不设置密封条。
与现有技术相比,本发明有以下优点:
两个单元汽车蓬靠在一起,其中排水管上侧边设有两个卡槽,卡槽中卡接密封条,当两个蓬靠一起的时候,通过螺栓对锁憋紧,再在排水管上方加盖管,螺钉从上往下锁,使其密封不漏水。可以任意加装或拆除汽车篷,根据实地环境进行调节,且调节方便,安装便捷。

具体实施方式
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“一端”、“另一端”、“外侧”、 “上”、“内侧”、“水平”、“同轴”、“中央”、“端部”、“长度”、“外端”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-5所示,一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷,包括顶棚主体6,顶棚主体6的两侧设置有排水管1,汽车篷左右延伸时,相邻汽车篷的排水管1之间通过紧固件5固定。
排水管1的侧壁上设置至少一个卡槽101,卡槽101中卡接设置有密封条2。
排水管1上设置有通孔102,紧固件5包括螺栓501以及螺母502,螺栓501依次穿过相邻两组排水管1的通孔102后,与螺母502配合将两组排水管1锁紧实现汽车篷的延伸。
卡槽101设置有两组,分别设置在通孔102的上下两侧,密封条2包括卡接端201及密封端202,卡接端201卡接在卡槽101中,密封端202限位在两组排水管1之间;密封端202上设置有多层密封。螺母502与排水管1之间设置有垫片503。
相邻的排水管1连接后,排水管1的上方固定设置有上盖3。排水管1的顶部设置有若干螺孔103,上盖3上对应设置有安装孔301,固定螺钉4穿过安装孔301后与螺孔103配合,将上盖3锁紧在排水管1上。
排水管1的两端设置有端盖104,端盖104固定连接在顶棚主体6上。
还包括立柱7,顶棚主体6固定安装在立柱7上。相邻的排水管1之间,密封条2卡接在排水管1的卡槽101中,相邻排水管1的卡槽101中不设置密封条2。
使用时,两个单元汽车蓬靠在一起,其中排水管上侧边设有两个卡槽,卡槽中卡接密封条,当两个蓬靠一起的时候,通过螺栓对锁憋紧,再在排水管上方加盖管,螺钉从上往下锁,使其密封不漏水,两组卡槽对应形成两级密封,进一步防止漏水。可以任意加装或拆除汽车篷,根据实地环境进行调节,且调节方便,安装便捷。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷,包括顶棚主体(6),所述顶棚主体(6)的两侧设置有排水管(1),其特征在于所述汽车篷左右延伸时,相邻汽车篷的排水管(1)之间通过紧固件(5)固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷,其特征在于所述排水管(1)的侧壁上设置至少一个卡槽(101),所述卡槽(101)中卡接设置有密封条(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷,其特征在于所述排水管(1)上设置有通孔(102),所述紧固件(5)包括螺栓(501)以及螺母(502),所述螺栓(501)依次穿过相邻两组排水管(1)的通孔(102)后,与螺母(502)配合将两组排水管(1)锁紧实现汽车篷的延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷,其特征在于所述卡槽(101)设置有两组,分别设置在所述通孔(102)的上下两侧,所述密封条(2)包括卡接端(201)及密封端(202),所述卡接端(201)卡接在所述卡槽(101)中,所述密封端(202)限位在两组排水管(1)之间;所述密封端(202)上设置有多层密封。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷,其特征在于所述螺母(502)与所述排水管(1)之间设置有垫片(503)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷,其特征在于相邻的排水管(1)连接后,所述排水管(1)的上方固定设置有上盖(3)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷,其特征在于排水管(1)的顶部设置有若干螺孔(103),所述上盖(3)上对应设置有安装孔(301),固定螺钉(4)穿过所述安装孔(301)后与所述螺孔(103)配合,将所述上盖(3) 锁紧在所述排水管(1)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷,其特征在于所述排水管(1)的两端设置有端盖(104),所述端盖(104)固定连接在所述顶棚主体(6)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷,其特征在于还包括立柱(7),所述顶棚主体(6)固定安装在立柱(7)上。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可延伸顶篷结构的汽车篷,其特征在于相邻的排水管(1)之间,所述密封条(2)卡接在所述排水管(1)的卡槽(101)中,相邻排水管(1)的卡槽(101)中不设置密封条(2)。
