发明内容
本发明提供了一种带有引诱剂的防烧毁灭虫灯,旨在解决上述灭虫灯内的诱盘易堆积昆虫造成灭虫灯着火烧毁的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种带有引诱剂的防烧毁灭虫灯,包括灯罩和安装于所述灯罩内的诱虫灯,所述灯罩通过支杆连接有底盘,所述底盘下端可拆卸连接有收集盒,所述灯罩和所述底盘之间竖直设有隔网;所述隔网内竖直设有竖杆,所述竖杆上铰接有用于放置引诱剂的诱盘;所述诱盘的两侧凸出设有导向轮;所述灯罩和所述底盘之间设有一级升降机构,所述支杆上滑动设有与所述一级升降机构传动连接的升降盘;所述升降盘上设有限位盘,所述限位盘上弹性连接有伸缩环;所述伸缩环的两侧设有导向槽,所述伸缩环在所述一级升降机构的驱动下进行降下,以使所述导向轮进入所述导向槽内进行双向翻转来将所述诱盘上的昆虫倾倒入所述收集盒内。

相对现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
1.通过在隔网内设置可双向翻转的诱盘,并依靠一级升降机构来驱动升降盘来带动限位盘推动伸缩环伸缩,使伸缩环上的导向槽与诱盘两侧的导向轮配合,来实现将诱盘进行双向翻转倾倒积压在诱盘上的昆虫,有效降低昆虫积压诱盘造成引诱剂被覆盖的问题出现,从而大大降低了因昆虫堆积过多造成昆虫接触引诱灯引起着火的问题出现;同时,引诱剂结合引诱灯可实现双重诱杀昆虫,大大提高昆虫诱杀效率。
2.通过设置升降盘和一级升降机构,来实现一级升降机构驱动升降盘在隔网上进行升降运动,以将黏附于隔网上的昆虫去除;同时,通过设置二级升降机构,以使一级驱动机构驱动升降盘上的弹性预警机构运动至与二级升降机构连接时,二级升降机构驱动弹性预警机构进行二次下降,以将隔网底部的昆虫推送进入到收集盒内,并通过挤压的方式来实现接通预警组件来进行预警,有效降低了隔网内昆虫堆积的问题出现,且有效降低了收集盒内的昆虫收集过量的问题出现,以通过预警的方式来提醒使用者收集盒内昆虫堆积量已超过设定值。
3.通过设置水平推动机构,并将水平推动机构与弹性预警机构联动,来实 现弹性预警机构下降时推动水平推动机构对堆积于隔网下端圆环上的昆虫水平推入收集盒内,有效降低了升降盘不断将昆虫挤压堆积于隔网底部的问题出现,有效提高昆虫的清洁效率。

实施例1:
如图1至图10所示,本发明提供了一种带有引诱剂的防烧毁灭虫灯,包括灯罩1和安装于灯罩1内的诱虫灯2,以通过诱虫灯2来实现灯光引诱昆虫;灯罩1通过支杆7连接有底盘3,底盘3下端可拆卸连接有收集盒4,收集盒4通过螺纹连接的可拆卸方式来实现拆装收集盒4;底盘3中部设有开口,开口处设有外螺纹,以便于降收集盒4螺纹连接于外螺纹上;灯罩1和底盘3之间竖直设有隔网5,以通过竖直设置的隔网5来将昆虫捕杀于灭虫灯内;隔网5内竖直设有竖杆6,竖杆6上铰接有用于放置引诱剂的诱盘8;诱盘8的两侧凸出设有导向轮9;灯罩1和底盘3之间设有一级升降机构,支杆7上滑动设有与一级升降机构传动连接的升降盘10,以通过一级升降机构来驱动升降盘10在隔网5上进行升降运动,以将隔网5上的昆虫去除;升降盘10上设有限位盘41,限位盘41上弹性连接有伸缩环42,以通过伸缩环42来推动积压在隔网5底部的昆虫进入到收集盒4内;伸缩环42的两侧设有导向槽47,伸缩环42在一级升降机构的驱动下进行降下,以使诱盘8上的导向轮9进入导向槽47内进行双向翻转来将诱盘8上的昆虫倾倒入收集盒4内,从而降低昆虫堆积诱盘8上的问题出现,有效防止昆虫堆积与诱虫灯2接触造成自燃的问题出现。

实施例2:
如图1至图5所示,结合实施例1的技术方案,本实施例中,导向槽47包括第一导向槽471和第二导向槽472,第一导向槽471的竖直截面为梯形和三角形的结合结构,第二导向槽472的竖直截面为梯形结构;导向轮9包括第一导向轮91和第二导向轮92,第一导向轮91通过进入第一导向槽471内的三角形段来使诱盘8翻转;当第一导向轮91进入到第一导向槽471内的梯形段时,第二导向轮92进入到第二导向槽472内的梯形斜面段,以使诱盘8进行反向翻转;通过设置第一导向槽471和第二导向槽472来实现对诱盘8进行双向翻转来倾倒积压在诱盘8上的昆虫,来降低昆虫积压造成引诱剂覆盖的问题出现。
具体地,诱盘8上可拆卸设有罩网81,以防止昆虫进入诱盘8内粘附于诱虫剂上,也防止诱虫剂在诱盘8翻转倾斜一定角度时从诱盘8内滑落进入到收集盒4内;诱盘8的两侧通过扭簧82与竖杆6端部铰接,以通过扭簧82来使诱盘8脱离伸缩环42后能够进行复位,以使诱盘8在使用过程中能够保持水平。
实施例3:
如图6至图10所示,结合实施例2的技术方案,本实施例中,升降盘10上设有用于对隔网5底部积压的昆虫进行推送的水平推送机构;升降盘10通过一级升降机构运动至底盘3处,伸缩环42通过二级升降机构伸出将昆虫推送进入收集盒4内,并依靠弹性触发来使伸缩环42上的预警组件进行预警;伸缩环42伸出时推动水平推送机构沿升降盘10中心进行水平运动,以将隔网5底部的昆虫推送进入到收集盒4内。
实施例4:
如图6至图8所示,结合实施例3的技术方案,本实施例中,一级升降机 构包括驱动电机21﹑一级螺杆22以及一级螺管23,驱动电机21设于灯罩1内;一级螺杆22的两端转动连接于灯罩1和底盘3上;升降盘10通过一级螺管23与一级螺杆22螺纹连接;驱动电机21通过一级齿轮24与一级螺杆22传动连接,以通过驱动电机21来驱动一级螺杆22进行转动,从而使通过一级螺管23连接于一级螺杆22上的升降盘10在一级螺杆22转动下进行升降运动,并在隔网5上进行竖直升降运动,以便于将隔网5上黏附的昆虫进行刮除,以降低昆虫粘附隔网5上造成无法诱虫的问题出现。
具体地,二级升降机构包括二级螺杆31﹑二级螺管32以及直杆33,隔网5的端部设有圆环50,二级螺杆31的一端转动连接于圆环50上;二级螺杆31的另一端通过直杆33转动连接于灯罩1上;二级螺管32设于弹性预警机构上,二级螺管32通过升降盘10的运动与二级螺杆31螺纹连接;直杆33通过二级齿轮34与驱动电机21传动连接,以使驱动电机21驱动一级螺杆22转动的同时,通过直杆33上的二级齿轮34驱动二级螺杆31进行转动,从而使运动至此处的限位盘41通过二级螺管32来与二级螺杆31螺纹连接,以使二级螺杆31转动带动伸缩环42进行二次下降,以将隔网5内的昆虫推入到收集盒4内。
具体地,升降盘10上设有圆孔101,直杆33穿过圆孔101与二级螺杆31连接,以使升降盘10在升降过程中不与直杆33接触;二级螺杆31的直径大于直杆33直径,圆孔101直径大于二级螺杆31直径,以使升降盘10降下的过程中不与二级螺杆31接触,从而使二级螺管32能够与二级螺杆31进行螺纹配合,来使伸缩环42进行二次降下。
实施例5:
如图9和图10所示,结合实施例4的技术方案,本实施例中,限位盘41通过第一限位杆44设于升降盘10上,第一限位杆44上套接有第一弹簧43;伸 缩环42通过第二限位杆45与限位盘41滑动连接,第二限位杆45上套接有第二弹簧46,第二弹簧46位于所述限位盘41和所述伸缩环42之间,伸缩环42挤压推动昆虫进入收集盒4的过程中会挤压第二弹簧46,当收集盒4内的昆虫的量达到目标值时,第二弹簧46的压缩量正好使预警组件能够接通电路通路进行预警,以提醒使用者收集盒4内的昆虫收集量已达到目标值,需要拆卸收集盒4对昆虫进行处理。
具体地,预警组件包括通讯模块﹑导电针杆51以及环形导电片52,通讯模块设于伸缩环42内,导电针杆51设于伸缩环42的两侧,导电针杆51连接于通讯模块的电路回路上;环形导电片52设于限位盘41上并连通;伸缩环42通过压缩弹簧来使导电针杆51与环形导电片52接触,以接通通讯模块的电路回路,从而使通讯模块将收集盒4内积压昆虫数量已达到设定值的预警信号发送至终端,以通过发送预警信号至终端来提醒使用者收集盒4内的昆虫收集量已满,有效降低了昆虫堆积收集盒4内过大造成昆虫积压隔网5内的问题出现。

如图6至图8所示,结合实施例5的技术方案,本实施例中,水平推送机构包括竖直截面为直角三角形的环形推送件61﹑限位圈62﹑推杆63﹑弧形推块64以及水平推送块65,环形推送件61设于限位盘41上;限位圈62设于升降盘10上,推杆63沿周向滑动设于限位圈62上,弧形推块64设于推杆63的端部;推杆63上套有第三弹簧66,第三弹簧66位于限位圈62和弧形推块64之间;弧形推块64通过连接杆与水平推送块65固定连接;环形推送件61通过下降与水平推送块65的弧形斜面抵接,以使环形推送件61通过下降运动来推送水平推送块65进行水平直线运动,以将隔网5底部之间的昆虫推动进入收集盒4内。

如图10所示,本实施例与实施例5的区别是,预警组件包括预警灯﹑导电针杆51以及环形导电片52,预警灯设于伸缩环42上,导电针杆51设于伸缩环42的两侧,导电针杆51连接于预警灯的电路回路上;环形导电片52设于限位盘41上并通过导电环连通;伸缩环42通过压缩弹簧来使导电针杆51与环形导电片52接触,以接通预警灯的电路回路,从而使预警灯闪烁亮起,以起到预警的作用。
