Description

一种液气混合强化旋流装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及旋流器技术领域,尤其涉及一种液气混合强化旋流装置。
背景技术
随着人们对大气环境治理的越来越重视,各个国家加大对工业废气的排放与处理的管控,废气吸收塔成为工业废气排放必不可少的一套设备,其中旋流器是废气吸收塔中接受经冷凝器降温后的废气的关键设备。
在现有技术中,若通入旋流装置内的净化液流速较低或引入废气流量较小,则容易存在混合不均匀和混合效率低等问题,特别是通入的净化液的喷射流动量不足,则会导致净化液喷射距离较短,不能在旋流装置整个空间内与废气充分混合,导致旋流装置对废气的净化效果不佳,需要进行二级甚至多级净化,才能达到排放标准,增加了企业废气处理的成本。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种液气混合强化旋流装置,用以解决废气在旋流装置内与净化液若不能充分混合,易导致旋流装置对废气的净化效果不佳的问题。
本实用新型提供一种液气混合强化旋流装置,包括
旋流器主体,所述旋流器主体整体呈锥形,所述旋流器主体的上端间隔设置有两进液口,所述旋流器主体的上端位于两进液口之间设置有进气口,所述旋流器主体的下端设置有出液口;
喷淋组件,两所述喷淋组件分别与两进液口相连通,所述喷淋组件包括喷淋管和喷头,所述喷淋管呈半圆环状,所述喷淋管的一端与一进液口相连通,若干所述喷头间隔设置于喷淋管靠近旋流器主体内壁的一侧。
进一步地,若干所述喷头均倾斜连通于所述喷淋管上。
进一步地,所述喷淋管的内径逐渐减小,且所述喷淋管内径较大的一端与一进液口相连通。
进一步地,所述旋流器主体内部位于两喷淋组件的下方设置有锥体,所述锥体的周向上设置有至少两连接杆,所述锥体经由连接杆与旋流器主体固定连接。
进一步地,所述出液口内固设有分液块,所述分液块上贯穿开设有若干分液孔,所述分液孔呈锥形向下设置。
进一步地,所述进气口的内径大于出液口的内径。
进一步地,所述进气口、出液口以及两进液口上固设有连接法兰。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供一种液气混合强化旋流装置,通过在旋流器主体内安装喷淋组件,旋流器主体的上端间隔设置有两进液口,旋流器主体的上端位于两进液口之间设置有进气口,喷淋管呈半圆环状,喷淋管的一端与一进液口相连通,若干喷头间隔设置于喷淋管靠近旋流器主体内壁的一侧,使得从喷头喷出的净化液在旋流器主体内形成旋流,经由喷头喷出的净化液冲击到旋流器主体后被打散,能够增加与废气的接触面积,提高了对废气的净化效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来具体描述本实用新型的优选实施例,其中,附图构成本申请一部分,并与本实用新型的实施例一起用于阐释本实用新型的原理,并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
本实用新型提供了一种新的技术方案,一种液气混合强化旋流装置,包括旋流器主体1和喷淋组件2,旋流器主体1整体呈锥形,旋流器主体1的上端间隔设置有两进液口11,旋流器主体1的上端位于两进液口11之间设置有进气口12,旋流器主体1的下端设置有出液口13;两喷淋组件2分别与两进液口11相连通,喷淋组件2包括喷淋管21和喷头22,喷淋管21呈半圆环状,喷淋管21的一端与一进液口11相连通,若干喷头22间隔设置于喷淋管21靠近旋流器主体1内壁的一侧。
为了能够使净化液在旋流器主体内形成旋流,具体地,若干喷头22均倾斜连通于喷淋管21上。通过将若干喷头22倾斜连接在喷淋管21上,能够使净化液在旋流器主体内旋转,延长了净化液停留在旋流器主体内的时间,同时也增加了净化液与废气的接触面积,提高了净化效率。
在一种具体实施例中,喷淋管21的内径逐渐减小,且喷淋管21内径较大的一端与一进液口11相连通。通过喷淋管21的内径逐渐减小,可有效避免靠近喷淋管21另一端的喷头22喷出的净化液压力过小。
为了进一步提高净化液的分散效果,具体地,旋流器主体1内部位于两喷淋组件2的下方设置有锥体3,锥体3的周向上设置有至少两连接杆31,锥体3经由连接杆31与旋流器主体1固定连接。净化液在下落的过程遇到锥体3可进一步被打散,增加净化液与废气的接触面积。
在一种具体实施例中,出液口13内固设有分液块4,分液块4上贯穿开设有若干分液孔41,分液孔41呈锥形向下设置。通过设置分液块4,且在分液块4上设置若干锥形向下设置的分液孔41,可有效提高废气与净化液的接触面积。
在本具体实施例中,进气口12的内径大于出液口13的内径,进气口12、出液口13以及两进液口11上固设有连接法兰。
工作原理:废气通过进气口12进入到旋流器主体1内部,净化液通过两进液口11进入到旋流器主体1内部,净化液经由两喷淋管21上的喷头22喷出,在旋流器主体1内部形成高速旋流且被打散,同时,下落的净化液遇到锥体3被进一步打散与废气充分接触,最后,废气与净化液通过分液块4上的分液孔41流出旋流器主体1的外部。

  1. 一种液气混合强化旋流装置,其特征在于,包括
    旋流器主体,所述旋流器主体整体呈锥形,所述旋流器主体的上端间隔设置有两进液口,所述旋流器主体的上端位于两进液口之间设置有进气口,所述旋流器主体的下端设置有出液口;
    喷淋组件,两所述喷淋组件分别与两进液口相连通,所述喷淋组件包括喷淋管和喷头,所述喷淋管呈半圆环状,所述喷淋管的一端与一进液口相连通,若干所述喷头间隔设置于喷淋管靠近旋流器主体内壁的一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种液气混合强化旋流装置,其特征在于,若干所述喷头均倾斜连通于所述喷淋管上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种液气混合强化旋流装置,其特征在于,所述喷淋管的内径逐渐减小,且所述喷淋管内径较大的一端与一进液口相连通。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种液气混合强化旋流装置,其特征在于,所述旋流器主体内部位于两喷淋组件的下方设置有锥体,所述锥体的周向上设置有至少两连接杆,所述锥体经由连接杆与旋流器主体固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种液气混合强化旋流装置,其特征在于,所述出液口内固设有分液块,所述分液块上贯穿开设有若干分液孔,所述分液孔呈锥形向下设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种液气混合强化旋流装置,其特征在于,所述进气口的内径大于出液口的内径。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种液气混合强化旋流装置,其特征在于,所述进气口、出液口以及两进液口上固设有连接法兰。
