聚酰亚胺薄膜包括均苯型聚酰亚胺薄膜和联苯型聚酰亚胺薄膜两类,前者为美国杜邦公司产品,由均苯四甲酸酐与二氨基二苯醚制得,后者由日本宇部兴产公司生产,由联苯四甲酸二酐与二苯醚二胺(R型)或间苯二胺(S型)制得。
聚酰亚胺薄膜生产过程中需要进行供水,现有的聚酰亚胺薄膜生产恒温供水设备难以进行快速方便的拆卸和组装,从而不便于进行携带,且难以在聚酰亚胺薄膜生产过程中根据供水量进行调节,不便于使用,以及难以在供水设备发生损坏时进行局部更换,增加了资源的浪费。

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种聚酰亚胺薄膜生产恒温供水装置,能够进行快速方便的拆卸和组装,从而便于对聚酰亚胺薄膜生产恒温供水设备进行携带,且能够在聚酰亚胺薄膜生产过程中根据供水量进行调节,便于使用,以及能够在供水设备发生损坏时进行局部更换,减少资源的浪费。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种聚酰亚胺薄膜生产恒温供水装置,包括储存箱,储 存箱的顶部活动连接有第一固定件,并且第一固定件的顶部活动连接有第二固定件,第二固定件的顶部活动连接有第三固定件,并且第三固定件的顶部活动连接有密封件,第一固定件的底部与储存箱的顶部相接触,第二固定件的底部与第一固定件的顶部相接触,第三固定件的底部与第二固定件的顶部相接触,密封件的底部与第三固定件的顶部相接触。
优选的,储存箱、第一固定件、第二固定件和第三固定件顶部的两侧均开设有卡接槽,并且第一固定件、第二固定件、第三固定件和密封件底部的两侧均固定连接有卡接块。
优选的,卡接槽与卡接块相适配,并且卡接槽和卡接块的数量均为若干个。
优选的,第一固定件、第二固定件、第三固定件和密封件外表面的底部均固定连接有橡胶垫。
优选的,储存箱的顶部与密封件的底部均为不封闭设置,第一固定件、第二固定件和第三固定件的顶部与底部均为不封闭设置。
优选的,储存箱的一侧固定连接有把手,并且储存箱另一侧的底部连通有横管,密封件的顶部连通有竖管。
优选的,横管和竖管的内部均固定连接有球阀。

在一个可选的实施例中,储存箱1、第一固定件2、第二固定件3和第三固定件4顶部的两侧均开设有卡接槽6,并且第一固定件2、第二固定件3、第三固定件4和密封件5底部的两侧均固定连接有卡接块7。
需要说明的是,通过卡接槽6和卡接块7的设置能够便于对储存箱1、第一固定件2、第二固定件3和第三固定件4进行拆卸和组装。
在一个可选的实施例中,卡接槽6与卡接块7相适配,并且卡接槽6和卡接块7的数量均为若干个。
