实施例一
参见图1至图4所示,其中,图1是本实施例一公开的漱口水包装瓶的主视图,图2是本实施例一公开的漱口水包装瓶的分解图,图3是图2中的K区域的放大图,图4是本实施例一公开的瓶身的剖视图。具体地,本实施例中漱口水包装瓶包括瓶身10和瓶盖组件20。瓶身10包括主体部11和设置于主体部11顶部的颈部12,主体部11上设置有用于容纳漱口水的容纳腔111,颈部12设置有出水通道121,出水通道121的一端与容纳腔111连通,另一端设置有出水口122;瓶盖组件20包括密封外盖21和密封内盖22,密封内盖22可拆卸地盖设于出水口122处,密封外盖21可拆卸地设置于颈部12的端部并盖设于密封内盖22的外侧;其中,颈部12靠近出水口122的一端的外周凸设有至少两圈挡水圈123,该两圈挡水圈123用于对从出水口122处流出并沿颈部12的外侧壁面流动的漱口水进行止挡。
实际包装漱口水时,漱口水可以从出水口122处加入至瓶身10的容纳腔111内,然后通过瓶盖组件20将出水口122密封起来即可。当用户需要使用漱口水时,只需要将瓶盖组件20从出水口122处取下,并使得瓶身10倾斜即可使容纳腔111内的漱口水沿出水通道121流动,并从出水口122处流出倾倒于其他容器内进行使用。然而,倾倒完漱口水并使得瓶身10回正(即使瓶身10回正至如图1中所示的情况)的过程中,会有少量的漱口水不可避免地会从出水口122处沿颈部12的外侧壁面流动。在本实施例中,由于颈部12靠近出水口122的一端的外周凸设有至少两圈挡水圈123,通过该挡水圈123的作用,可以对从出水口122流出并沿瓶身10的外侧壁面流动的漱口水进行阻挡,避免漱口水沿着颈部12的外侧壁面向下流动,进而防止颈部12乃至主体部11外侧壁面被漱口水附着而产生粘稠感,便于用户使用。
本实施例中的主体部11和颈部12沿瓶身10的高度方向依次设置,两者的分界线如图4中的直线P所示,颈部12位于主体部11的顶部,且主体部11和颈部12均呈柱状设置,两者之间连接形成整体。可选地,本实施例中的主体部11和颈部12的截面可以为圆形,也可以为多边形或者其他异形形状。本实施例中的图1、图2以及图4示出了截面为圆形设置的情况,在本实施例中,主体部11的外径大于颈部12 的外径,主体部11形成有容纳330ml左右的漱口水的容纳腔111,颈部12的外径小于主体部11的外径,颈部12能够形成一个具有一定引流作用的出水通道121。
进一步地,颈部12沿瓶身10高度方向的长度D大于等于主体部11沿瓶身10的高度方向的长度d的1/3,例如1/3、1/2或者1。相对于相关技术中的仅仅用于与瓶盖组件20配合的漱口水包装瓶而言,本实施例中的漱口水包装瓶的颈部12长度与主体部11长度的占比更大,其内部形成的出水通道121也比较长,便于用户缓慢地将漱口水倾倒于其他容器内。本实施例中通过使出水通道121长度D等于或大于容纳腔111的长度d的1/3,恰当长度的出水通道121可以给用户在倒出漱口水时一定的反应时间以控制倒出漱口水的量,且恰当长度的出水通道121也提供给用户一个视觉观察窗,可以看到并控制漱口水的倒出速度。如此设计,能够在一定程度上避免漱口水溅落于用户的手指或者桌面上。
可选地,本实施例中的瓶身10为透明瓶身或者半透明瓶身。需要说明的是,这里的透明和半透明是指用户能够直接透视瓶身10以便观察到瓶身10内部的漱口水流动的情况的。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,挡水圈123可以设置为两圈、也可以设置为三圈或者三圈以上,本发明的图3中示出了挡水圈123为两圈时的情况,通过将挡水圈123设置为两圈,能够起到很好的挡水效果。为了便于区分,本实施例中将两圈挡水圈123分别标识为第一挡水圈123a和第二挡水圈123b,其中,第一挡水圈123a和第二挡水圈123b由出水口122至主体部11的方向上依序间隔设置于颈部12,第一挡水圈123a和第二挡水圈123b可以对沿颈部12的外侧壁面流动的漱口水进行两次止挡,挡水效果好。
参见图2至图6所示,其中,图5是图4中的E区域的放大图,图6是图5中的F区域的放大图。本实施例中的第一挡水圈123a为一个沿颈部12的外周设置的环形结构,该环形结构与颈部12一体成型设置,且该第一挡水圈123a的剖面为方形。当然,在本发明的其他实施方式中,第一挡水圈123的剖面还可以是半圆形等。
进一步地,本实施例中的第一挡水圈123a具有靠近出水口122设置的第一环面1231,该第一环面1231与颈部12位于两者连接处的外侧壁面之间的夹角为90°。当漱口水从出水口122沿颈部12的外侧壁面流动至第一环面1231处时,该第一环面1231与颈部12的外侧壁面处具有90°拐角,而不是呈钝角(即第一环面1231朝向远离出水口122的方向倾斜),漱口水不容易越过第一环面1231朝向背离出水口122的一侧运动,能够起到很好的挡水效果。
进一步地,本实施例中的第二挡水圈123b具有靠近出水口122设置的第二环面1232,该第二环面1232朝向背离出水口122的方向倾斜,当密封外盖21扣盖在颈部12上时,该密封外盖21的端部抵顶于第二环面1232。由于第二环面1232是朝向背离出水口122的方向倾斜的,密封外盖21抵顶于第二环面1232时,可以呈现出越抵越紧的效果,能够对密封外盖21起到很好的限位和密封作用。此外,当密封外盖21的端部抵顶于第二环面1232上时,其端部位置处会呈现出被第二环面1232从内侧支撑起来的趋势,在运输和使用漱口水包装瓶的过程中,密封外盖21不容易被挤压变形,能够在一定程度上提高本实施例中的漱口水包装瓶的使用寿命。与此同时,密封外盖21的端部抵顶于第二环面1232上时,其端部与第二环面1232之间的缝隙较小,灰尘等异物不容易从密封外盖21与瓶身10之间的间隙处进入密封外盖21乃至瓶身10的内部,当密封外盖21作为盛装漱口水的容器使用时,无需对密封外盖21进行清洗,且能够长时间起到很好的密封效果。
可选地,本实施例中的第二环面1232与颈部12位于两者连接处的外侧壁面之间的夹角为95°至110°,例如95°、98°、100°、103°、106°或者110°等。当第二环面1232的夹角小于95°时,第二环面1232的倾斜角度不够,不便于与密封外盖21的端部抵接以达到提高密封效果的目的;当第二环面1232的夹角大于110°时,第二环面1232的倾斜度比较大,此时,颈部12的外侧壁面与第二环面1232之间的夹角较大,当漱口水沿颈部12的外侧壁面流动至第二环面1232处时,更容易朝向远离出水口122的方向流动,挡水效果不佳。也即是说,本实施例中通过使第二环面1232与颈部12的外侧壁面之间的夹角在95°至110°的范围内,不仅能够与密封外盖21配合实现很好的密封效果,还能够对密封外盖21起到很好的防护作用。
进一步地,本实施例中的第二挡水圈123b远离颈部12中心轴线的一端外设置有第一倒圆角1233,该第一倒圆角1233与第二环面1232平滑过渡连接,通过该第一倒圆角1233的作用,使得第二挡水圈123b可以与密封外盖21的端部很好地配合以进一步提高本实施例中的密封外盖21对出水口122的密封性。
在实际使用漱口水的过程中,一瓶漱口水需要使用多次才能够使用完,也即是说,密封外盖21需要反复多次盖设于颈部12并抵顶于第二挡水圈123b上,因此,本实施例中的第二挡水圈123b需要设置得厚一些,避免第二挡水圈123b被顶坏。具体而言,在颈部12的中心轴向方向上,第二挡水圈123b靠近颈部12中心轴线的一端的厚度D1大于或等于第一挡水圈123a靠近颈部12中心轴线的一端的厚度D2,如此设置,可以在颈部12靠近出水口122位置处留出足够的空间来设置第二挡水圈123b,避免第一挡水圈123a设置得过宽而需要将第二挡水圈123b下移,最终导致密封外盖21无法抵顶在第二挡水圈123b上的情况发生。
在本发明的一些具体的实施方式中,第一挡水圈123a与出水口122的间距L1为10mm至14mm,例如10mm、12mm或者14mm等,第二挡水圈123b与第一挡水圈123a之间的间距L2为5mm至7mm,例如5mm、6mm或者7mm等;第二挡水圈123b与出水口122的间距L3为18mm至20mm,例如16mm、117mm、18mm、19mm或者20mm等。通过使第一挡水圈123a、第二挡水圈123b满足上述的参数范围,能够起到很好的防水效果,并能够与密封外盖21配合以对出水口122进行密封。
可选地,在颈部12的径向方向上,第一挡水圈123a的凸起高度H1小于第二挡水圈123b的凸起高度H2,如此设置,第一挡水圈123a不会在密封外盖21抵顶在第二挡水圈123b的过程中对密封外盖21造成干涉。此外,由于第二挡水圈123b为最后的挡水台阶,其凸出高度H2比H1高,能进一步地避免漱口水沿瓶身10的外侧壁面向下流动。
参见图3、图7至图9所示,其中,图7是本实施例一公开的密封外盖21处于第一视角时的结构示意图,图8是本实施例一公开的密封外盖处于第二视角时的结构示意图,图9是本实施例一公开的密封外盖的剖视图。该密封外盖21包括密封端板211和环形围档212,环形围档212围绕密封端板211的外周设置并与密封端板211围设形成盛放腔2101,该盛放腔2101用于盛装一次性用量的漱口水。可以理解的是,这里所述的盛放腔2101用于盛装一次性用量的漱口水是指:在盛放腔2101装满漱口水时,其漱口水的量刚好够用户使用一次。当用户需要使用漱口水时,只需要将密封外盖21从瓶身10上取下,使得瓶身10倾斜,并将出水口122对准盛放腔2101,然后缓慢将漱口水倒装于盛放腔2101,并将盛放腔2101倒满,此时,盛放腔2101内盛放的漱口水正好供用户使用一次,不会出现漱口水倒多的情况。也即是说,采用本 实施例中的漱口水包装瓶对漱口水进行包装,通过设置于瓶身10上的密封外盖21的作用,不仅便于对瓶身10上的出水口122进行密封,还便于用户将漱口水倒入密封外盖21内进行使用,不容易出现漱口水倾倒过量的现象,能够在一定程度上避免漱口水的浪费,且用户外出时无需携带单独的容器也可使用,更加适于户外使用。
本实施例中的盛放腔2101具有开口端2102(即环形围档212远离密封端板211的一端围设形成的圆形开口端),环形围档212靠近开口端2102的一端设置有防护部2121,该防护部2121用于防止环形围档212割伤使用者。也即是说,当用于将漱口水从瓶身10内倒入至密封外盖21上的盛放腔2101内之后,用户可以将密封外盖21作为承装容器直接使用,此时,通过在环形围档212靠近开口端2102的一端设置防护部2121,可以起到防止用户的嘴巴被密封外盖21割伤的作用。
进一步地,在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,盛放腔2101为圆柱形空腔,且该圆柱形空腔的内径L5与高度L6的比值为0.5至2,例如L5:L6=0.5、L5:L6=0.8、L5:L6=1.2、L5:L6=1.5、L5:L6=1.8或者L5:L6=2。当圆柱形空腔的内径L5与高度L6的比值小于0.5时,容积一定的情况下,圆柱形空腔的高度L6,即盛放腔2101的深度较大,而内径L5比较小,此时,盛放腔2101的开口端2102处的截面积比较小,不便于用户将漱口水倾倒于盛放腔2101内;当圆柱形空腔的内径L5与高度L6的比较大于2时,容积一定的情况下,圆形柱空腔的高度L6,即盛放腔2101的深度比较浅,而内径L5比较大,此时,如果用户将漱口水从瓶身10内倾倒于盛放腔2101内,倾倒过程中,容易出现漱口水溅落的情况。也即是说,本实施例中通过使圆柱形空腔的内径L5与高度L6的比值在0.5至2的范围内,不仅便于用户将漱口水倒入至密封外盖21内,还能够在一定程度上防止漱口水在倾倒过程中发生飞溅。与此同时,如果密封外盖21的高度较短,当将密封外盖21扣盖在出水口122处时,难于对出水口122起到密封效果。
一些实施方式中,防护部2121包括外翻卷绕边,这里的外翻卷绕边为沿开口端2102处朝向背离盛放腔2101的一侧翻出,并朝向靠近密封端板211卷绕的结构。该外翻卷绕边沿环形围档靠近开口端2102的一端的外周延伸设置,且该外翻卷绕边与环形围档212圆滑过渡连接。也即是说,开口端2102的周向上均设置有上述的外翻卷绕边,且该外翻卷绕边与环形围档212过渡位置处无尖锐或者锋利的边角,当用户拿起密封外盖21以对盛装于盛放腔2101内的漱口水进行使用时,不会出现密封外盖21划伤或者割伤用户的嘴巴的风险,更加适于用户使用。
当密封外盖扣盖在颈部12上时,该防护部2121的底端抵顶于第二挡水圈123b上,两者之间通过第一倒圆角1233和过渡弧面接触,密封效果更好。
当然,在本发明的其他实施方式中,防护部2121还可以是设置于开口端2102处的圆弧形倒角结构或者与盛放腔2101连通设置并可以开闭的软胶吸管等结构,只要是本发明的构思下的其他变形方式,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
进一步地,为了将密封外盖21密封固定于瓶身10的出水口122处,本实施例中的环形围档212上设置有第一螺纹2122,颈部12的外周设置有与第一螺纹2122相适配的第二螺纹124。实际使用时,密封外盖21通过第一螺纹2122和第二螺纹124的相互配合作用实现连接,结构简单,便于实现。
可选地,挡水圈123位于第二螺纹124远离出水口122的一侧,且第二螺纹124与距离第二螺纹124最近的挡水圈123(即第一挡水圈123a)之间的间距L4为3mm至5mm,例如3mm、4mm、5mm等, 挡水圈123之间具有一定的间距,不仅可以对漱口水进行止挡,还能够防止旋拧密封外盖21时第一螺纹2122与第一挡水圈123发生摩擦。
进一步地,本实施例中的环形围档212的外周设置有防滑部2123,该防滑部2123至少位于环形围档背离开口端2102的一侧的外周面上。在打开或者扣盖密封外盖21的过程中,该防滑部2123可用于防止用户的手指发生打滑现象,便于用户将密封外盖21打开或者旋拧盖设于瓶身10上。
示例性地,本实施例中的防滑部2123包括防护条纹、防滑波纹、防滑凹凸坑等结构。
可选地,本发明中的密封外盖21可以是金属盖,也可以是塑料盖,本发明中优选将密封外盖21设置为金属盖,例如铝盖、合金盖等,相比于塑料盖而言,金属盖可以实现回收利用,且不容对环境造成污染。
参见图2、图10所示,其中,图10是本实施例一公开的密封内盖处于的立体结构图。该密封内盖22可拆卸地盖设于出水口122处以对出水口122进行密封。实际组装时,密封内盖22位于密封外盖21的内侧,该密封内盖22可以对出水口122进行一级密封,密封外盖21可以用于对出水口122进行二级密封,密封效果更好。
用户在使用漱口水时,可以先将密封外盖21从瓶身10上旋拧下来,然后再将密封内盖22从瓶身10上取下,当将瓶身10内的漱口水倒入密封外盖21内之后,可以先将密封内盖22盖上,如此,用户使用密封外盖21内的漱口水进行口腔清洁的过程中,出水口122可保持密封状态,即使用户不小心将瓶身10碰倒,也不会造成瓶身10内的漱口水被倾倒出来。
具体来说,本实施例中的密封内盖22包括端盖部221和密封部222,其中,端盖部221的外径大于出水口122的内径,密封部222连接于端盖部221以用于与出水口122过盈配合,从而可以对出水口122进行密封。由于端盖部221的内径大于出水口122的内径,当将密封内盖22盖设于出水口122处时,端盖部221可以搭设在出水口122的外部,可以防止密封内盖22掉入容纳腔111内,还便于用户下次打开时可以触摸到密封内盖22进行施力以将密封内盖22从出水口122处拆卸下来。扣盖密封内盖22时,密封部222可以被按压进入出水口122内部,此时,密封部222与出水口122过盈配合,可以起到很好的密封效果,避免漱口水发生渗漏,结构简单,便于拆装。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,端盖部221为一小块端板,密封部222为柱状结构,该柱状结构的外周凸设有至少一圈密封挡圈2221,通过该密封挡圈2221与出水口122过盈配合,能够将对出水口122进行密封。
具体地,本实施例中的密封挡圈2221可以是一圈,也可以是两圈、三圈或者三圈以上,当将密封挡圈2221设置为多圈(两圈或者两圈以上)时,多圈密封挡圈2221沿柱状结构的长度方向间隔设置,便于对出水口122进行多层密封,本实施例中的图9中示出了将密封挡圈2221设置为两圈时的情况。
此外,在柱状结构的外周设置密封挡圈2221对出水口122进行密封,能够减少柱状结构与出水口122内侧壁面的接触面积,这样,在打开密封内盖22时,能够在一定程度上减小出水口122内侧壁面与密封内盖22的摩擦,便于用户将密封内盖22从出水口122处取下来。
可选地,本实施例中的密封内盖22可以为塑料盖、还可以是木质盖等,只要是在本发明的构思下的其他变形方式,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例二
参见图11至图13所示,其中,图11是本实施例二的漱口水包装瓶的主视图;图12是本实施例二的漱口水包装瓶的分解图,图13是本实施例二中的瓶身的剖视图。本实施例二中的漱口水包装瓶包括瓶身10和瓶盖组件20。
具体来说,瓶身10上设置有容纳腔111和出水口122,容纳腔111用于存储漱口水,出水口122与容纳腔111连通设置,可以用于将容纳腔111内的漱口水倒出;瓶盖组件20包括密封外盖21,该密封外盖21可拆卸地盖设于出水口122,该密封外盖21包括密封端板211和环形围档212,环形围档212围绕密封端板211的外周设置并与密封端板211围设形成盛放腔2101(如图16所示),该盛放腔2101用于盛装一次性用量的漱口水。可以理解的是,这里所述的盛放腔2101用于盛装一次性用量的漱口水是指:在盛放腔2101装满漱口水时,其漱口水的量适合用户使用漱口一次。
实际包装漱口水时,漱口水可以从出水口122处加入至瓶身10的容纳腔111内,然后通过瓶盖组件20将出水口122密封起来即可。当用户需要使用漱口水时,只需要将密封外盖21从瓶身10上取下,使得瓶身10倾斜,并将出水口122对准盛放腔2101,然后缓慢将漱口水倒装于盛放腔2101,并将盛放腔2101倒满,此时,盛放腔2101内盛放的漱口水正好供用户使用一次,不会出现漱口水倒多的情况。也即是说,采用本实施例中的漱口水包装瓶对漱口水进行包装,通过设置于瓶身10上的密封外盖21的作用,不仅便于对瓶身10上的出水口122进行密封,还便于用户将漱口水倒入密封外盖21内进行使用,不容易出现漱口水倾倒过量的现象,能够在一定程度上避免漱口水的浪费,且用户外出时无需携带单独的容器也可使用,更加适于户外使用。
可选地,本实施例中的盛放腔2101的容积为9ml至15ml。例如9ml、11ml、13ml或者15ml等。当盛放腔2101的容积小于9ml时,盛放腔2101的容积较小,不够盛装用户一次性使用的漱口水的量;当盛放腔2101的容积大于15ml,且盛放腔2101倒满漱口水时,漱口水的量比较多,容易浪费。也即是说,本实施例中将盛放腔2101的容积设置在9ml至15ml的范围之内时,使用时不容易出现漱口水浪费的问题,且能够满足供用户一次用量。
一些实施方式中,瓶身10呈柱结构状设置,这里柱状结构可以是圆柱、棱柱、椭圆柱或者其他异形柱状设置。本发明的图11至图13中示出了瓶身10呈圆柱设置的情况。具体地,瓶身10包括沿其高度方向依次设置的两段圆柱,即第一圆柱段101和第二圆柱段102,其中,第二圆柱段102位于第一圆柱段101的顶部,且第一圆柱段101的外径大于顶部的第二圆柱段102的外径,且第一圆柱段101和第二圆柱段102之间通过弧形过渡段103连接。实际加工的过程中,第二圆柱段102内部设置有出水通道121,该出水通道121通过出水口122与外界连通。所述第一圆柱段101设置有上述的容纳腔111,该容纳腔111的容积为330ml左右,出水口122位于第二圆柱段102的顶端。可选地,容纳腔111和出水通道121均呈柱形设置,对应地,这里的柱形容纳腔111和出水通道121可以是圆柱形、棱柱形或者其他异形柱状腔,只要是本发明的构思下的其他变形方式,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
进一步地,在瓶身10的高度方向上,出水通道121的高度大于或等于容纳腔111深度的1/3。例如1/3、1/2或者1。用户倾倒漱口水时,同样的倾斜角度下,长度较长的出水通道121能够以比较缓慢的速度将漱口水倒出。即较长的出水通道121的漱口水倒出速度会比较短出水通道121漱口水倒出速度更慢,而由于 密封外盖21上的盛放腔2101仅能盛放一次性用量的漱口水,当出水通道121的高度小于容纳腔111的1/3时,出水通道121比较短,漱口水会以比较快的速度倒入至盛放腔2101内,如果用户控制不当,漱口水就容易从盛放腔2101内溅落出来,不仅容易造成漱口水的浪费,还容易洒落在用于放置密封外盖21的桌面或者握持密封外盖21的手指等,给用户造成困扰。也即是说,本实施例中通过使出水通道121高度等于或大于容纳腔111的深度1/3,恰当长度的出水通道121可以给用户在倒出漱口水时一定的反应时间以控制倒出漱口水的量,且恰当长度的出水通道121也提供给用户一个视觉观察窗,可以看到并控制漱口水的倒出速度。如此设计,能够避免用户在使用的过程中对漱口水造成浪费,并能够在一定程度上避免漱口水溅落于用户的手指或者桌面上。
可选地,本实施例中的瓶身10为透明瓶身或者半透明瓶身以用于形成第二视觉观察窗,从而便于用户对瓶身10内的漱口水进行观察。需要说明的是,这里的透明瓶身和半透明瓶身是指用户直接透过瓶身10而非通过出水口122来观察到其内部的漱口水流动的情况的瓶身。如此,便于厂家盛装漱口水时对容纳腔111内的漱口水量进行观察,也便于用户在使用过程中对瓶身10内的漱口水的流动情况进行观察,更加便于用户使用。
示例性地,瓶身10可以采用透明或者半透明塑料制备而成,也可以采用透明或者半透明玻璃材料制备而成。本实施例中优选采用塑料来制备瓶身10,塑料相比于玻璃更加轻便,且塑料具有一定的塑形,不容易被撞坏或者摔坏,更加适于用户携带和长时间使用。
参见图12至图16所示,其中,图14是本实施例二的密封外盖处于第一视角时的立体结构图,图15是本实施例二的密封外盖处于第二视角时的立体结构图,图16是本实施例二的密封外盖的剖视图。本实施例中的环形围档212可以是圆环形围档,还可以通过多个直线边和/或弧形边围设成一圈形成的环形围档。本实施例中的附图14至图16中示出了环形围档212为圆环形围档的情况,此时,盛放腔2101为圆柱形空腔。本实施例中的盛放腔2101具有开口端2102(即环形围档212远离密封端板211的一端围设形成的圆形开口端),环形围档212靠近开口端2102的一端设置有防护部2121,该防护部2121用于防止环形围档212割伤使用者。也即是说,当用于将漱口水从瓶身10内倒入至密封外盖21上的盛放腔2101内之后,用户可以将密封外盖21作为量用杯具直接使用,此时,通过在环形围档212靠近开口端2102的一端设置防护部2121,可以起到防止用户的嘴巴被密封外盖21割伤的作用。
一些实施方式中,防护部2121包括外翻卷绕边,这里的外翻卷绕边为沿开口端2102处朝向背离盛放腔2101的一侧翻出,并朝向靠近密封端板211卷绕的结构。该外翻卷绕边沿环形围档靠近开口端2102的一端的外周延伸设置,且该外翻卷绕边与环形围档212圆滑过渡连接。也即是说,开口端2102的周向上均设置有上述的外翻卷绕边,且该外翻卷绕边与环形围档212过渡位置处无尖锐或者锋利的边角,当用户拿起密封外盖21以对盛装于盛放腔2101内的漱口水进行使用时,不会出现密封外盖21划伤或者割伤用户的嘴巴的风险,更加适于用户使用。
当然,在本发明的其他实施方式中,防护部2121还可以是设置于开口端2102处的圆弧形倒角结构或者与盛放腔2101连通设置并可以开闭的软胶吸管等结构,只要是本发明的构思下的其他变形方式,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
进一步地,正如前文所提及的一样,在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,盛放腔2101为圆柱形空腔,且 该圆柱形空腔的内径D与高度d的比值为0.5至2,例如D:d=0.5、D:d=0.8、D:d=1.2、D:d=1.5、D:d=1.8或者D:d=2。当圆柱形空腔的内径D与高度d的比值小于0.5时,容积一定的情况下,圆柱形空腔的高度d,即盛放腔2101的深度较大,而内径D比较小,此时,盛放腔2101的开口端2102处的截面积比较小,不便于用户将漱口水倾倒于盛放腔2101内;当圆柱形空腔的内径D与高度d的比较大于2时,容积一定的情况下,圆形柱空腔的高度d,即盛放腔2101的深度比较浅,而内径D比较大,此时,如果用户将漱口水从瓶身10内倾倒于盛放腔2101内,倾倒过程中,容易出现漱口水溅落的情况。也即是说,本实施例中通过使圆柱形空腔的内径D与高度d的比值在0.5至2的范围内,不仅便于用户将漱口水倒入至密封外盖21内,还能够在一定程度上防止漱口水在倾倒过程中发生飞溅。与此同时,如果密封外盖21的高度较短,当将密封外盖21扣盖在出水口122处时,难于对出水口122起到密封效果。
进一步地,为了将密封外盖21密封固定于瓶身10的出水口122处,本实施例中的环形围档212上设置有第一螺纹2122,瓶身10上设置有与第一螺纹2122相适配的第二螺纹124。实际使用时,密封外盖21通过第一螺纹2122和第二螺纹124的相互配合作用实现连接,结构简单,便于实现。
进一步地,本实施例中的瓶身10的外周设置有挡水圈123,当将密封外盖21扣盖在瓶身10上时,密封外盖21通过第一螺纹2122与第二螺纹124配合固定于瓶身10,并通过挡水圈123进行限位。也即是说,当旋拧密封外盖21使得第一螺纹2122与第二螺纹124配合时,密封外盖21的朝向瓶身10的底部的一端抵顶在挡水圈123上,当密封外盖21与挡水圈123抵顶时继续对密封外盖21进行旋拧,密封外盖21能够与挡水圈123实现有效抵接,进而可以在一定程度上提高本实施例中的密封外盖21的密封效果。
此外,由于本实施例中的漱口水包装瓶的密封外盖21是一种需要反复多次使用的盖子,反复旋拧密封外盖21的过程中,第一螺纹2122与第二螺纹124之间容易出现打滑(即密封外盖21可以在瓶身10上无止境的转动)现象,而本实施例中的挡水圈123的设置,可以在一定程度上避免上述打滑现象的产生。也即,当密封外盖21通过第一螺纹2122与第二螺纹124啮合到一定位置之后即可通过挡水圈123进行限位,不容易出现第一螺纹2122与第二螺纹124长期反复过渡啮合而出现打滑的现象。
示例性地,本实施例中的挡水圈123为止挡圆环,该止挡圆环设置于瓶身10的外周,并与瓶身10一体成型,结构强度高,稳定性好。当然,在本发明的其他未示出的实施方式中,挡水圈123还可以包括多个凸起结构,该多个凸起结构沿瓶身10的外周呈一圈间隔设置,只要是能够在密封外盖21拧紧的过程中对密封外盖21进行限位和止挡即可。
在本发明的其他实施方式中,密封外盖21还可以通过卡扣等结构密封扣盖于瓶身10的出水口122处。
进一步地,本实施例中的环形围档212的外周设置有防滑部2123,该防滑部2123与第一螺纹2122两者共同形成防滑结构。在打开或者扣盖密封外盖21的过程中,用户的手指通过捏紧防滑部2123和/或第一螺纹2122对密封外盖21进行旋拧,此时,该防滑部2123和/或第一螺纹2122可用于防止用户的手指发生打滑现象,便于用户将密封外盖21打开或者旋拧盖设于瓶身10上。
示例性地,本实施例中的防滑部2123包括凹凸条纹、凹凸波纹、凹凸坑等结构。
实际加工的过程中,防滑部2123和第一螺纹2122可以重叠加工于密封外盖21的同一位置处,还可以间隔设置于密封外盖21上。本实施例中的附图14至6中示出了防滑部2123与第一螺纹2122间隔设置的情况。可选地,本实施例中的防滑部2123和第一螺纹2122由远离密封端板211的方向上依序间隔设置, 且该防滑部2123与第一螺纹2122之间的间距为3mm至5mm,例如3mm、4mm、5mm等。可以理解的是,这里所述的防滑部2123与第一螺纹2122之间的间距是指第一螺纹2122与防滑部2123之间的最小距离。本实施例中通过使防滑部2123与第一螺纹2122之间的间距为3mm至5mm,两者之间间距比较小,便于用户的同一手指可以同时按压在第一螺纹2122和防滑部2123上,如此,不仅能够降低防滑部2123和第一螺纹2122的加工难度,还能够提高密封外盖21的防滑性能,更加便于用户使用。可选地,本发明中的密封外盖21可以是金属盖,也可以是塑料盖,本发明中优选将密封外盖21设置为金属盖,例如铝盖、合金盖等,相比于塑料盖而言,金属盖可以实现回收利用,且不容对环境造成污染。
参见图12、图17和图18所示,其中,图17是本实施例二公开的密封内盖处于第一视角时的立体结构图,图18是本实施例二公开的密封内盖处于第二视角时的立体结构图。具体来说,本实施例中的瓶盖组件20还包括密封内盖22,该密封内盖22可拆卸地或者可翻转地设置于瓶身10以用于对出水口122进行密封。也即是说,密封内盖22可以以从瓶身10上拆卸下来的方式安装在瓶身10上(如图12所示),也可以以可翻转的方式安装于瓶身10上。当密封内盖22以可翻转的方式连接于瓶身10上时,该密封内盖22通过转动件连接于出水口122处即可,此时,转动件可以是转轴、柔性硅胶件等结构,具体设计时,可以将转动件可转动地安装在出水口122的外侧边缘处,并对应将密封内盖22的侧边与转动件连接在一起,当密封内盖22沿转动件朝向靠近出水口122的一侧转动并将出水口122扣盖上时,可以将出水口122密封;当密封内盖22受力并从出水口122处朝向远离出水口122处转动时,可以将出水口122打开。实际组装时,密封内盖22位于密封外盖21的内侧,该密封内盖22可以对出水口122进行一级密封,密封外盖21可以用于对出水口122进行二级密封,密封效果更好。
用户在使用漱口水时,可以先将密封外盖21从瓶身10上旋拧下来,然后再将密封内盖22从瓶身10上取下,当将瓶身10内的漱口水倒入密封外盖21内之后,可以先将密封内盖22盖上,如此,用户使用密封外盖21内的漱口水进行口腔清洁的过程中,出水口122可保持密封状态,即使用户不小心将瓶身10碰倒,也不会造成瓶身10内的漱口水被倾倒出来。
具体来说,本实施例中的密封内盖22包括端盖部221和密封部222,其中,端盖部221的外径大于出水口122的内径,密封部222连接于端盖部221以用于与出水口122过盈配合,从而可以对出水口122进行密封。由于端盖部221的内径大于出水口122的内径,当将密封内盖22盖设于出水口122处时,端盖部221可以搭设在出水口122的外部,可以防止密封内盖22掉入容纳腔111内,还便于用户下次打开时可以将端盖部221作为着力点对密封内盖22进行施力以将密封内盖22从出水口122处拆卸下来。扣盖密封内盖22时,密封部222可以被按压进入出水口122内部,此时,密封部222与出水口122过盈配合,可以起到很好的密封效果,避免漱口水发生渗漏,结构简单,便于拆装。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,端盖部221为一小块端板,密封部222为柱状结构,该柱状结构的外周凸设有至少一圈密封挡圈2221,通过该密封挡圈2221与出水口122过盈配合,能够将对出水口122进行密封。
具体地,本实施例中的密封挡圈2221可以是一圈,也可以是两圈、三圈或者三圈以上,当将密封挡圈2221设置为多圈(两圈或者两圈以上)时,多圈密封挡圈2221沿柱状结构的长度方向间隔设置,便于对出水口122进行多层密封,本实施例中的图17中示出了将密封挡圈2221设置为两圈时的情况。
此外,在柱状结构的外周设置密封挡圈2221对出水口122进行密封,能够减少柱状结构与出水口122内侧壁面的接触面积,这样,在打开密封内盖22时,能够在一定程度上减小出水口122内侧壁面与密封内盖22的摩擦,便于用户将密封内盖22从出水口122处取下来。
一些实施方式中,密封部222为实心柱状结构,密封内盖22上设置有避让凹槽2201,该避让凹槽2201从端盖部221朝向密封部222凹陷,如此设置,当用户进行密封内盖22的拆装时,用户的手指可以卡入该避让凹槽2201内,便于对密封内盖22进行抓持以进行施力,从而可以很容易地将密封内盖22盖设于出水口122处或者将密封内盖22从出水口122处拆卸下来。
可选地,本实施例中的密封内盖22可以为塑料盖、还可以是木质盖等,只要是在本发明的构思下的其他变形方式,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例三
参见图19至图21、以及图23所示,其中,图19是本实施例三公开的漱口水包装瓶的主视图,图20是本实施例三公开的漱口水包装瓶的分解图,图21是本实施例三公开的瓶身的主视图,图23是本实施例三公开的瓶身的剖视图。本实施例三中的漱口水包装瓶包括瓶身10、瓶盖组件20以及漱口水30。
其中,瓶身10包括主体部11、弧形过渡部14、颈部12以及瓶口部13,其中,该主体部11、弧形过渡部14、颈部12以及瓶口部13沿瓶身10的底部至顶部的方向依次连接。主体部11和弧形过渡部14围设形成容纳腔111,颈部12的高度方向上贯穿设置有出水通道121,瓶口部13的高度方向上贯穿设置有出水孔131,出水通道121的一端与容纳腔111连通,另一端与出水孔131连通,漱口水30承装于所述容纳腔111内,瓶身10竖直放置于水平面内时(如图19至21中状态放置时),该漱口水30的液面31低于颈部12。瓶盖组件20可拆卸地设置于颈部12以对出水孔131进行密封。实际包装漱口水时,漱口水30可以从出水孔131处加入至瓶身10的容纳腔111内,然后通过瓶盖组件20将出水孔131密封起来即可。
主体部11和弧形过渡部14两者合在一块的高度为d,本实施例中的颈部12的高度D跟主体部11和弧形过渡部14两者合在一块的高度d的比值为1/3至1。示例性地,颈部12的高度D与主体部11高度d的比值为1/3、2/5、1/2、0.7、4/5或者1等。也即是说,设置于颈部12上的出水通道121的长度与主体部11的长度d之比为1/3至1,相比于现有市面上没有设置颈部12的漱口水包装瓶而言,本发明的漱口水包装瓶的瓶身10具有较长的出水通道121,用户倾倒漱口水30时,同样的倾斜角度下,长度较长的出水通道121能够以比较缓慢的速度将漱口水30倒出。与此同时,恰当长度的出水通道121可以给用户在倒出漱口水30时一定的反应时间以控制倒出漱口水的量,且恰当长度的出水通道121也提供给用户一个视觉观察窗,可以看到并控制漱口水的倒出速度。
当用户需要使用漱口水30时,只需要将瓶盖组件20从出水孔131处取下,并使得瓶身10倾斜即可使容纳腔111内的漱口水30沿出水通道121流动,并从出水孔131处流出倾倒于其他容器内进行使用。然而,如果颈部12的高度D与主体部11的高度d的比值小于1/3时,漱口水30的倒出速度比较快,倒出分量不容易控制。如果颈部12的高度D与主体部11的高度d的比值大于1,则出水通道121比较长,漱口水30需要较长的时间才能够流出出水通道121,且需要倾斜更大的角度才能够将瓶身10内的漱口水 30倒出,不便于用户使用。本实施例中通过将颈部12的高度D设置为主体部11高度d的1/3至1,不仅能够以比较舒适的手势将漱口水30倒出,且漱口水30的倒出分量更加容易控制,尤其适于用于承载漱口水30的容器为容量比较小的容器。
一些实施方式中,颈部12的高度D为60mm至80mm,例如60mm、65mm、70mm、75mm以及80mm,对应地,出水通道121的长度在60mm至80mm的范围内,更加适于用户对漱口水30的倒出速度进行控制。
实际设计时,本实施例中的主体部11、弧形过渡部14、颈部12以及瓶口部13沿瓶身10底部至顶部的方向依次连接,主体部11和弧形过渡部14的分界线如图23中的直线P1所示,颈部12与弧形过渡部14的分界线如图23中的直线P2所示,颈部12和瓶口部13两者的分界线如图23中的直线P3所示,其中,主体部11、弧形过渡部14、颈部12以及瓶口部13可以呈圆柱形设置,也可以呈棱柱形或者其他异形柱状结构设置。本实施例中的图19至图21示出了主体部11、弧形过渡部14、颈部12以及瓶口部13呈圆柱形设置的情况。也即,主体部11、颈部12以及瓶口部13的横截面积均为圆环面,可以理解的是,主体部11、弧形过渡部14、颈部12以及瓶口部13的横截面是指沿垂直于瓶身10的轴线方向截切瓶身10得到的截面。
具体来说,本实施例中的瓶口部13为被瓶盖组件20扣盖并包覆的区域,弧形过渡部14包括第一端143和第二端144,该弧形过渡部14的外径从第一端143至第二端144的方向逐渐变小,且第二端144的外径为第一端的外径的0.7,第一端143与主体部11对接,且所述第一端143位于所述容纳腔111的内径即将开始持续变小的位置处。也即是说,主体部11与弧形过渡部14的分界线P1位于所述容纳腔111的内径即将开始持续变小处,弧形过渡部14与颈部12的分界线P2在弧形过渡部14的外径变小为主体部11的外径的0.7处,颈部12与瓶口部13的分界线P3在瓶盖组件20包覆的区域的底端。
需要特别指出的是,该弧形过渡部14的外径从第一端143至第二端144的方向逐渐变小,是指第一端143到第二端144整体上呈现由大变小的态势,在某些实施方式中,该弧形过渡部14的外周壁会设置一些花纹或一小段呈现轻微的外突结构,这种局部没有影响到整体态势的逐渐变小也应该在本发明的保护范围之内,即应该在“逐渐变小”的范畴中。
示例性地,主体部11的外径R1为55mm至60mm,例如55mm、56mm、57mm、58mm、59mm或者60mm。通过将主体部11的外径R1设置为55mm至60mm,这个数值与大部分人的拇指和其余四个手指围成的C形或者圆形空腔的内径相适配,能够适于用户的手部对主体部11进行握持,更加符合人体工程学设计。颈部12的外径R2为25mm至35mm,例如25mm、27mm、29mm、31mm、33mm或者35mm。如果颈部12的外径R2小于25mm,颈部12比较细,容易断裂;如果颈部12的外径R2大于35mm,颈部12比较粗,容易增加瓶身10的重量。也即是说,将颈部12的外径R2设置为25mm至35mm,可以合理配置颈部12与主体部11尺寸,能够提高整个瓶身10的结构强度。瓶口部13的外径为25mm至30mm,例如25mm、27mm或者30mm等。将瓶口部13的外径尺寸设置为25mm至30mm,能够与颈部12实现很好过渡,且便于将瓶口部13与其他容器对准以进行漱口水30的倾倒。
进一步地,本实施例中的弧形过渡部14包括相互连接的凸弧段141和凹弧段142,该凸弧段141和凹弧段142沿主体部11至颈部12的方向依次设置。可以理解的是,凸弧段141是指朝向瓶身10的外部凸 起的弧形段,凹弧段142是指朝向瓶身10的内侧凸起的弧形段。如图22所示,图22是图21中的弧形过渡部14处的放大图。根据图22可以知道,本实施例中的凸弧段141和凹弧段142的分界线如曲线T所示。使用该漱口水包装瓶时,在一些握持方式中,用户握持住该弧形过渡部14时,凸弧段141位于用户手心内,用户手部的虎口部位可位于凹弧段142内,更加适于用户对瓶身10进行握持。
与此同时,通过将弧形过渡部14设置为沿主体部11至颈部12方向上依次设置的凸弧段141和凹弧段142,如此,容纳腔111的内侧壁面比较平滑,倾倒漱口水30时,漱口水30能够沿该弧形过渡部14内壁面顺畅地流动至出水通道121内。当瓶身10竖直放置时,漱口水30的液面低于颈部12,也就是说漱口水30的灌装量是有讲究的,漱口水30的液面低于颈部12,液面与瓶口部13之间就形成了一个较大的中空段,倾倒时,漱口水30由容纳腔111出发,需要经历较长的行程才能到达瓶口部13,因此,用户有足够的反应时间来控制漱口水30的倾倒量,并且中空段也为用户调节漱口水30倾倒量提供了操作空间,因此,本发明漱口水包装瓶将漱口水30的液面控制在所述弧形过渡部14以下,更加有利于漱口水30的平稳可控倾倒。
可选地,凸弧段141所对应的圆心角为25°至40°,例如25°、28°、30°、33°、35°、38°或者40°等,凹弧段142对应的圆心角为10°至20°,例如10°、12°、14°、16°、18°以及20°。凸弧段141和凹弧段142所对应的圆心角满足上述度数,用户手部握持弧形过渡部14时,手部的掌心能够与该弧形过渡部14很好的贴合,使用起来更加方便和舒适。
参见图19至图22所示,主体部11远离颈部12的一端(瓶身10的底端)设置有第二倒圆角112,该第二倒圆角112的设置可以减少尖锐拐角的产生,能够降低瓶身10产生形变的风险,且在实际生产的过程中,瓶身10通常采用模具开模加工而成,第二倒圆角112的设置可以降低瓶身10的出模难度,降低瓶身10的加工和生产成本。
可选地,主体部11的底部端面设置有凹陷部113,该凹陷部113朝向靠近瓶身10的内部凹陷,该凹陷部113能够让瓶身10长期保持纵向站起情况,也可合理地减少瓶身10底部的擦破风险性,另外还能授予瓶身10抗气体压力和抗流体压力冲击性等的抗压强度,避免瓶身10底部裂开。
进一步地,本实施例中的容纳腔111的容积为300ml至350ml,例如300ml、310ml、320ml、330ml、340ml或者350ml等。出水通道121的容积与容纳腔111的容积比为18/100至22/100,例如18/100、19/100、20/200、21/200、22/200。通过使容纳腔111和出水通道121满足上述的容积关系,可以使得整个漱口水包装瓶承装的漱口水30的量比较适中,方便用户握持瓶身10进行使用,也方便用户外出携带。与此同时,用户倾倒漱口水30的过程中,通常是单手握持瓶身10进行倾倒,如果容纳腔111的容积比较大,首次使用时的漱口水30的量也比较多,用户的需要施加的握持力就需要更大,不便于用户使用,也即,本实施例中将容纳腔111的容积设置为300ml至350ml,更加适于用户对漱口水30进行倾倒。
参见图25至图28所示,其中,图25是图23中的N区域的放大图,图26是图23中的P区域的放大图,图27是图26中I区域的放大图,图28是图20中的M区域的放大图。颈部12的外周设置有用于增加用户手部与颈部12的摩擦力的摩擦缓冲段121b,该摩擦缓冲段121b与主体部11之间通过上述弧形过渡部14连接,通过该摩擦缓冲段121b的作用,可以增大手部与颈部12的摩擦力,便于用户对瓶身10进行握持。
可选地,本实施例中的摩擦缓冲段121b可以是设置于颈部12外周的外凸段,还可以是设置于颈部12外周的凹凸纹等。本实施例中的图25中示出了将摩擦缓冲段121b设置为外凸部时的情况。通过在颈部12的外侧壁上设置外凸部,该外凸部与主体部11之间形成内凹部,当用户的手握持住主体部11与颈部12过渡位置处时,手部虎口位置位于内凹部内时,外凸部可以对用户的手部起到一定的摩擦阻碍作用,便于用户对瓶身10进行握持。当用户手部握持住颈部12的外凸部处时,用户的手指环绕外凸部将颈部12握持住,外凸部的设置可以与用户手指握持形成的空腔相适配,更符合人体工程学设计,进一步提升用户良好的体验感。
进一步地,出水通道121的内侧壁面设置有一圈凹陷部位121a,凹陷部位121a朝向颈部12的外侧壁面凹陷,该凹陷部位121a位于容纳腔111和瓶口部13之间,该凹陷部位121a用于暂存漱口水30和减缓漱口水30的流速。当漱口水30从容纳腔111流出时,漱口水30从出水通道121靠近容纳腔111的一端流动至凹陷部位121a,然后沿凹陷部位121a的侧壁上行流动至出水孔131。可以理解的是,本实施例中将漱口水30从凹陷部位121a的最靠近颈部12的外侧壁面的位置处(即凹陷部位121a的底部)朝向靠近出水孔131的方向流动时的流向称为本实施例中的“上行”。
当漱口水30从容纳腔111流动至出水通道121并进入至凹陷部位121a处时(例如,当瓶身10如图24所示状态倾斜时),凹陷部位121a可以对漱口水30进行暂存,漱口水30的流速会有所减缓,然后再从凹陷部位121a处沿凹陷部位121a的侧壁面上行流动至出水孔131处,此过程中,漱口水30以“爬坡”的形式流动,其流动速度会再次被减缓,最后从出水孔131倒出至用于承装漱口水的容器内以供用户使用。可以理解的是,瓶身10处于相同的倾斜角度时,具有凹陷部位121a的出水通道121比不设置凹陷部位121a的出水通道121的出水速度慢,能够将漱口水30缓慢地倒入其他容器内,漱口水30的倒出分量更容易控制,尤其是当用于承装漱口水30的容器的容量较小时,如果漱口水30的倒出流速过快,就比较容易产生漱口水30洒落的情况。也即是说,本发明的漱口水包装瓶通过在瓶身10的颈部12设置具有凹陷部位121a的出水通道121,能够减缓漱口水30的倒出速度,不容易出现漱口水30洒落至用于承载漱口水30的容器的外部的情况,不容易对漱口水30造成浪费。
进一步地,本实施例中的凹陷部位121a具有相互连接的下坡段1211和上坡段1212,其中,下坡段1211和上坡段1212沿主体部11至瓶口部13的方向依序设置,两者的分界线如图24中的直线K所示。当瓶身10竖直放置时(如图19至3中状态放置时),漱口水30的液面31位于下坡段1211的底部。当将瓶身10倾斜并将漱口水30倒出时,漱口水30的路径为先沿下坡段1211流动至凹陷部位121a的最底部,然后沿上坡段1212上行流出,流速比较缓慢。
可选地,本实施例中的下坡段1211和上坡段1212之间通过弧形过渡连接,如此,可以使得漱口水30以比较平稳的流速从下坡段1211流动至上坡段1212,以防漱口水30被激荡而无法平稳流出。
进一步地,在出水通道121的高度方向上,出水通道121的横截面积从主体部11至出水孔131的方向先变大后变小。如此设置,在出水通道121横截面积较大的部位可以形成上述的凹陷部位121a,便于对漱口水30进行缓冲并减缓漱口水30的倒出流速。
进一步地,在出水孔131的高度方向上,出水孔131内径一致,即出水孔131的内径沿其高度方向不发生变化,其中,出水孔131的横截面为沿垂直于瓶身10的轴线方向剖切出水孔131得到的截面,如此 设置,当漱口水30流动至该凹陷部位121a处时,流速不会受出水通道121截面积大小改变而发生变化,能够平稳地将漱口水30倒入至承载容器内,相对于出水通道121靠近出水孔131一端的截面积逐渐变小的结构而言,本实施例中的瓶身10上的出水通道121的形状更适于将漱口水30平稳缓慢地倒出。
可选地,出水通道121的横截面可以是圆形、还可以是椭圆形或者多边形。可以理解的是,出水通道121的横截面积是指沿垂直于瓶身10的轴线方向剖切所述出水通道121,剖切完之后,出水通道121外周边缘围设形成的面即为出水通道121的横截面。本实施例中优选将出水通道121设置为圆形,结构简单,便于加工。
进一步地,出水通道121靠近主体部11一端的横截面积大于出水孔131的横截面积。也即是说,出水通道121靠近容纳腔111的一端的开口大于出水孔131的开口(即出水通道121靠近容纳腔111的“端面”的开口大于出水孔131的开口),如此,漱口水30能够以比较缓慢的速度进入至出水通道121内,并能够以比较平稳的速度倒出。此外,将出水孔131设置得相对小一些,更加便于与用于承载漱口水30的容器对准,进而便于将漱口水30倒入至容器内,不容易出现漱口水30洒落的情况。
可选地,本实施例中的出水孔131的内径L1与凹陷部位121a的最大内径L2的比值为0.7至0.8,例如L1:L2=0.7、L1:L2=0.72、L1:L2=0.74、L1:L2=0.76、L1:L2=0.78或者L1:L2=0.8等。当L1:L2的值小于0.7时,出水孔131的内径L1比较小,而凹陷部位121a的内径比较大,容易加大漱口水30的在出水孔131处的流速,漱口水30倾倒的过程中容易产生飞溅。当L1:L2的值大于0.8时,出水孔131的内径L1比较大,不容易对准用于承载漱口水30的容器。
可选地,本实施例中的出水通道121靠近主体部11一端的内径L3与凹陷部位121a的最大内径L2的比值为0.82至0.99,例如L3:L2=0.82、L3:L2=0.84、L3:L2=0.86、L3:L2=0.98、L3:L2=0.9、L3:L2=0.93、L3:L2=0.95或者L3:L2=0.99等。当L3:L2的值小于0.82时,出水通道121靠近主体部11的一端的开口较小,而凹陷部位121a的最大内径L2比较大,同样倾斜角度下,漱口水30容易沉积在凹陷部位121a,不便于倾倒于其他承载容器内;当L3:L2的值大于0.99时,凹陷部位121a的最大内径L2与L3的更加接近,对漱口水30流速的减缓效果不好或者根本起不到减缓效果。也即是说,本实施例中通过使出水通道121靠近主体部11一端的内径L3与凹陷部位121a的最大内径L2的比值为0.82至0.99,不仅能够减缓漱口水30在出水通道121内的流速,还便于将出水通道121内的漱口水30倾倒于其他承装容器内。
在本实施例中,瓶口部13的高度D1与颈部12的高度D之比为1/5至1/3,例如D1:D=1/5、D1:D=1/4或者D1:D=1/3。当D1:D的值小于1/5时,瓶口部13比较短,难于平稳地将漱口水30导流至承载容器内;当D1:D的比值大于1/3时,瓶口部13比较长,同等长度的出水通道121下,将瓶口部13设置得比较长,对应地的凹陷部位121a就会相对占比比较短,不便于对漱口水30的流动速度进行减缓。
本实施例中的瓶口部13至少两圈挡水圈123,该挡水圈123可以用于对从出水孔131处流出并沿瓶口部13的外侧壁面流动的漱口水30进行止挡。在倾倒完漱口水30并使瓶身10回正(回到如图19所示的状态)的过程中,部分漱口水30不可避免地会从出水孔131处沿瓶口部13的外侧壁面流动。由于瓶口部13外周凸设有至少两圈挡水圈123,通过该挡水圈123的作用,可以对从出水孔131流出的漱口水30进行阻挡,避免漱口水30沿着瓶口部13的外侧壁面向下流动,进而防止颈部12乃至主体部11外侧壁面被 漱口水30附着而产生粘稠感,便于用户使用。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,挡水圈123可以设置为两圈、也可以设置为三圈或者三圈以上,本发明的图25至图26中示出了挡水圈123为两圈时的情况,通过将挡水圈123设置为两圈,不仅能够起到很好的挡水效果,还能够避免挡水圈123设置为多圈时造成加工成本升高的问题。为了便于区分,本实施例中将两圈挡水圈123分别标识为第一挡水圈123a和第二挡水圈123b,其中,第一挡水圈123a和第二挡水圈123b沿出水孔131至主体部11的方向间隔设置于颈部12,第一挡水圈123a和第二挡水圈123b可以对沿瓶口部13的外侧壁面流动的漱口水30进行两次止挡,结构简易便于制造,但挡水效果好。
本实施例中的第一挡水圈123a为一个沿颈部12的外周设置的环形结构,该环形结构与瓶口部13一体成型设置,且该第一挡水圈123a的剖面为方形。当然,在本发明的其他实施方式中,第一挡水圈123的剖面还可以是半圆形等。进一步地,本实施例中的第一挡水圈123a具有靠近出水孔131设置的第一环面1231,第一环面1231与瓶口部13位于两者连接处的外侧壁面之间的夹角为90°。也即是说,本实施例中的第一环面1231是一个与瓶口部13用于与该第一环面1231连接位置处的外侧壁面垂直的平面,当漱口水30从出水孔131沿瓶口部13的外侧壁面流动至第一环面1231处时,该第一环面1231与瓶口部13的外侧壁面处具有90°拐角,而不是呈钝角(即第一环面1231朝向远离出水孔131的方向倾斜),漱口水30不容易越过第一环面1231朝向背离出水孔131的一侧运动,能够起到很好的挡水效果。与此同时,在实际加工的过程中,瓶身10是通过模具开模加工而成,使第一环面1231与瓶口部13的外侧壁面之间呈90°设置,而不是呈锐角设置(即第一环面1231朝向靠近出水孔131的一侧倾斜),更加方便瓶身10出模,能够降低瓶身10的生产和加工成本。
结合图19、图23至图28所示,本实施例中的第二挡水圈123b具有瓶口部13顶端设置的第二环面1232,该第二环面1232朝向背离瓶口部13顶端的方向倾斜,瓶盖组件20包括密封外盖21,当密封外盖21扣盖在颈部12上时,该密封外盖21的端部抵顶于第二环面1232。由于第二环面1232是朝向背离瓶口部13顶端的方向倾斜的,密封外盖21抵顶于第二环面1232时,可以呈现出越抵越紧的效果,能够对密封外盖21起到很好的限位和密封作用。此外,当密封外盖21的端部抵顶于第二环面1232上时,其端部位置处会呈现出被第二环面1232从内侧支撑起来的趋势,在运输和使用漱口水包装瓶的过程中,密封外盖21不容易被挤压变形,能够在一定程度上提高本实施例中的漱口水包装瓶的使用寿命。与此同时,密封外盖21的端部抵顶于第二环面1232上时,其端部与第二环面1232之间的缝隙较小,灰尘等异物不容易从密封外盖21与瓶身10之间的间隙处进入密封外盖21乃至瓶身10的内部,当密封外盖21作为盛装漱口水30的容器使用时,无需对密封外盖21进行清洗,且能够长时间起到很好的密封效果。
可选地,本实施例中的第二环面1232与瓶口部13位于两者连接处的外侧壁面之间的夹角A为95°至110°,例如95°、98°、100°、103°、106°或者110°等。当第二环面1232与瓶口部13位于两者连接处的外侧壁面的夹角小于95°时,第二环面1232的倾斜角度不够,不便于与密封外盖21的端部抵接以达到提高密封效果的目的;当第二环面1232与瓶口部13用于与第二环面1232连接位置处的外侧壁面的夹角大于110°时,第二环面1232的倾斜度比较大,此时,瓶口部13的外侧壁面与第二环面1232之间的夹角较大,当漱口水30沿瓶口部13的外侧壁面流动至第二环面1232处时,更容易朝向远离出水孔131的方向流动,挡水效果不佳。也即是说,本实施例中通过使第二环面1232与瓶口部13位于两者连接 位置处的外侧壁面之间的夹角设置在95°至110°的范围内,不仅能够与密封外盖21配合实现很好的密封效果,还能够对密封外盖21起到很好的防护作用。
进一步地,本实施例中的第二挡水圈123b远离瓶口部13中心轴线的一端设置有第一倒圆角1233,该第一倒圆角1233为倒圆角,通过该第一倒圆角1233的作用,使得第二挡水圈123b可以与密封外盖21的端部很好地配合以进一步提高本实施例中的密封外盖21对出水孔131的密封性。
在实际使用漱口水30的过程中,一瓶漱口水30需要使用多次才能够使用完,也即是说,密封外盖21需要反复多次盖设于瓶口部13并抵顶于第二挡水圈123b上,因此,本实施例中的第二挡水圈123b需要设置得厚一些,避免第二挡水圈123b被顶坏。具体而言,在瓶口部13的高度方向上,第二挡水圈123b靠近瓶口部13中心轴线的一端的厚度D1大于或等于第一挡水圈123a的厚度D2,如此设置,可以在瓶口部13靠近出水孔131位置处留出足够的空间来设置第二挡水圈123b,避免第一挡水圈123a设置得过宽而需要将第二挡水圈123b下移,最终导致密封外盖21无法抵顶在第二挡水圈123b上的情况发生。
示例性地,本实施中的第二挡水圈123b悬空设置于颈部12的顶端(即颈部12远离主体部11的一端),如此设置,即使漱口水30沿瓶口部13的外侧壁面流动至第二挡水圈123b处时,通过悬空设置于颈部12的顶端的第二挡水圈123b的作用,可以对漱口水30进行有效止挡,漱口水30难于越过第二挡水圈123b并沿颈部12的外侧壁面向下流动。
在本发明的一些具体的实施方式中,第一挡水圈123a与出水孔131顶端(即远离主体部11的一端)的间距L5为10mm至14mm,例如10mm、12mm或者14mm等,第二挡水圈123b与第一挡水圈123a之间的间距L6为5mm至7mm,例如5mm、6mm或者7mm等;第二挡水圈123b与出水孔131顶端的间距L7为18mm至22mm,例如18mm、19mm、20mm、21mm或者22mm等。通过使第一挡水圈123a、第二挡水圈123b满足上述的参数范围,能够起到很好的防水效果。
可选地,在瓶口部13的径向方向上,第一挡水圈123a的凸起高度H1小于第二挡水圈123b的凸起高度H2,如此设置,第一挡水圈123a不会在密封外盖21抵顶在第二挡水圈123b的过程中对密封外盖21造成干涉。此外,由于第二挡水圈123b最为最后的挡水台阶,其凸出高度H2越高,挡水效果越好。
参见图19至图21所示,本实施例中的漱口水30漱口水包装瓶还包括瓶盖组件20,该瓶盖组件20包括密封外盖21和密封内盖22,其中,密封内盖22可拆卸地设置于瓶口部13的出水孔131处,密封外盖21可拆卸地盖设于颈部12并盖设于密封内盖22的外侧。通过密封外盖21和密封内盖22的作用,便于对出水孔131进行双层密封,密封效果好,便于用户使用。
参见图29至图32所示,其中,图29和图30是本实施例三的密封外盖处于两个不同视角下时的结构示意图,图31是本实施例三密封外盖的剖视图,图32是本实施例三的密封内盖处于第一视角时的结构示意图。密封外盖21包括密封端板211和环形围档212,环形围档212围绕密封端板211的外周设置并与密封端板211围设形成盛放腔2101,该盛放腔2101用于盛装一次性用量的漱口水30。可以理解的是,这里所述的盛放腔2101用于盛装一次性用量的漱口水30是指:在盛放腔2101装满漱口水30时,其漱口水30的量刚好够用户使用一次。当用户需要使用漱口水30时,只需要将密封外盖21从瓶身10上取下,使得瓶身10倾斜,并将出水孔131对准盛放腔2101,然后缓慢将漱口水30倒满于盛放腔2101,此时,盛放腔2101内盛放的漱口水30正好供用户使用一次,不会出现漱口水30倒多的情况。也即是说,采用本 实施例中的漱口水包装瓶对漱口水30进行包装,通过设置于瓶身10上的密封外盖21的作用,不仅便于对瓶身10上的出水孔131进行密封,还便于用户将漱口水30倒入密封外盖21内进行使用,不容易出现漱口水30倾倒过量的现象,能够在一定程度上避免漱口水30的浪费,且用户外出时无需携带单独的容器也可使用,更加适于户外使用。
当用户将瓶身10内的漱口水30倒入至密封外盖21内时,密封外盖21上的盛放腔2101仅够盛放一次性用量的漱口水30,因此,漱口水30的倒出速度过快,漱口水30就容易洒落出来,而在本实施例中,由于本实施例中的瓶身10上的出水通道121上设置有凹陷部位121a,通过该凹陷部位121a的作用,能够在一定程度上减缓漱口水30的倒出速度,更加便于对漱口水30的倒出量进行控制,不容易出现漱口水30洒落的情况。
可选地,本实施例中的盛放腔2101的容积为9ml至15ml。例如9ml、11ml、13ml或者15ml等。当盛放腔2101的容积小于9ml时,盛放腔2101的容积较小,不够盛装用户一次性使用的漱口水30的量;当盛放腔2101的容积大于15ml,且盛放腔2101倒满漱口水30时,漱口水30的量比较多,容易浪费。也即是说,本实施例中将盛放腔2101的容积设置在9ml至15ml的范围之内时,使用时不容易出现漱口水30浪费的问题,便于供用户刚好使用一次。
本实施例中的盛放腔2101具有开口端2102(即环形围档212远离密封端板211的一端围设形成的圆形开口端),环形围档212靠近开口端2102的一端设置有防护部2121,该防护部2121用于防止环形围档212割伤使用者。也即是说,当用户将漱口水30从瓶身10内倒入至密封外盖21上的盛放腔2101内之后,用户可以将密封外盖21作为量用杯具直接使用,此时,通过在环形围档212靠近开口端2102的一端设置防护部2121,可以起到防止用户的嘴巴被密封外盖21割伤的作用。
一些实施方式中,防护部2121包括外翻卷绕边,这里的外翻卷绕边为沿开口端2102处朝向背离盛放腔2101的一侧翻出,并朝向靠近密封端板211卷绕的结构。该外翻卷绕边沿环形围档212靠近开口端2102的一端的外周延伸设置,且该外翻卷绕边与环形围档212圆滑过渡连接。也即是说,开口端2102的周向上均设置有上述的外翻卷绕边,且该外翻卷绕边与环形围档212过渡位置处无尖锐或者锋利的边角,当用户拿起密封外盖21以对盛装于盛放腔2101内的漱口水30进行使用时,不会出现密封外盖21划伤或者割伤用户的嘴巴的风险,更加适于用户使用。
当然,在本发明的其他实施方式中,防护部2121还可以是设置于开口端2102处的圆弧形倒角结构或者与盛放腔2101连通设置并可以开闭的软胶吸管等结构,只要是本发明的构思下的其他变形方式,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
进一步地,为了将密封外盖21密封固定于瓶身10的出水孔131处,本实施例中的环形围档212上设置有第一螺纹2122,颈部12的外周设置有与第一螺纹2122相适配的第二螺纹124。实际使用时,密封外盖21通过第一螺纹2122和第二螺纹124的相互配合作用实现连接,结构简单,便于实现。
可选地,挡水圈123位于第二螺纹124远离出水孔131的一侧,且第二螺纹124与距离第二螺纹124最近的挡水圈123(即第一挡水圈123a)之间的间距L8为3mm至5mm,例如3mm、4mm、5mm等,挡水圈123之间具有一定的间距,不仅可以对漱口水30进行止挡,还能够防止旋拧密封外盖21时第一螺纹2122与第一挡水圈123a发生摩擦。
进一步地,本实施例中的环形围档212的外周设置有防滑部2123,该防滑部2123与第一螺纹2122两者至少之一形成防滑结构。在打开或者扣盖密封外盖21的过程中,用户的手指通过捏紧防滑部2123和第一螺纹2122两者至少之一对密封外盖21进行旋拧,此时,该防滑部2123和第一螺纹2122两者至少之一可用于防止用户的手指发生打滑现象,便于用户将密封外盖21打开或者旋拧盖设于瓶身10上。
示例性地,本实施例中的防滑部2123包括凹凸条纹、凹凸波纹、凹凸坑等结构。
实际加工的过程中,防滑部2123和第一螺纹2122可以重叠加工于密封外盖21的同一位置处,还可以间隔设置于密封外盖21上。本实施例中的附图29至12中示出了防滑部2123与第一螺纹2122间隔设置的情况。
可选地,本实施例中的防滑部2123和第一螺纹2122由远离密封端板211的方向上依序间隔设置,且该防滑部2123与第一螺纹2122之间的间距L为3mm至5mm,例如3mm、4mm、5mm等。可以理解的是,这里所述的防滑部2123与第一螺纹2122之间的间距是指第一螺纹2122与防滑部2123之间的最小距离。本实施例中通过使防滑部2123与第一螺纹2122之间的间距为3mm至5mm,两者之间间距比较小,便于用户的同一手指可以同时按压在第一螺纹2122和防滑部2123上,如此,不仅能够降低防滑部2123和第一螺纹2122的加工难度,还能够提高密封外盖21的防滑性能,更加便于用户使用。
可选地,本发明中的密封外盖21可以是金属盖,也可以是塑料盖,本发明中优选将密封外盖21设置为金属盖,例如铝盖、合金盖等,相比于塑料盖而言,金属盖可以实现回收利用,且不容对环境造成污染。
进一步地,正如前文所提及的一样,在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,盛放腔2101为圆柱形空腔,且该圆柱形空腔的内径L10与高度L9的比值为0.5至2,例如L10:L9=0.5、L10:L9=0.8、L10:L9=1.2、L10:L9=1.5、L10:L9=1.8或者L10:L9=2。当圆柱形空腔的内径L10与高度L9的比值小于0.5时,容积一定的情况下,圆柱形空腔的高度L9,即盛放腔2101的深度较大,而内径L10比较小,此时,盛放腔2101的开口端2102处的截面积比较小,不便于用户将漱口水30倾倒于盛放腔2101内;当圆柱形空腔的内径L10与高度L9的比较大于2时,容积一定的情况下,圆形柱空腔的高度L9,即盛放腔2101的深度比较浅,而内径L10比较大,此时,如果用户将漱口水30从瓶身10内倾倒于盛放腔2101内,倾倒过程中,容易出现漱口水30溅落的情况。也即是说,本实施例中通过使圆柱形空腔的内径L10与高度L9的比值在0.5至2的范围内,不仅便于用户将漱口水30倒入至密封外盖21内,还能够在一定程度上防止漱口水30在倾倒过程中发生飞溅。与此同时,如果密封外盖21的高度较短,当将密封外盖21扣盖在出水孔131处时,难于对出水孔131起到密封效果。
参见图20至图22、以及图32所示,密封内盖22可拆卸地或者可翻转地设置于瓶身10以用于对出水孔131进行密封。也即是说,密封内盖22可以以从瓶身10上拆卸下来的方式安装在瓶身10上,也可以以可翻转的方式安装于瓶身10上。当密封内盖22以可翻转的方式连接于瓶身10上时,该密封内盖22通过转动件连接于出水孔131处即可,此时,转动件可以是转轴、柔性硅胶件等结构,具体设计时,可以将转动件可转动地安装在出水孔131的外侧边缘处,并对应将密封内盖22的侧边与转动件连接在一起,当密封内盖22沿转动件朝向靠近出水孔131的一侧转动并将出水孔131扣盖上时,可以将出水孔131密封;当密封内盖22受力并从出水孔131处朝向远离出水孔131处转动时,可以将出水孔131打开。实际组装时,密封内盖22位于密封外盖21的内侧,该密封内盖22可以对出水孔131进行一级密封,密封外盖21 可以用于对出水孔131进行二级密封,密封效果更好。实际组装时,密封内盖22位于密封外盖21的内侧,该密封内盖22可以对出水孔131进行一级密封,密封外盖21可以用于对出水孔131进行二级密封,密封效果更好。
用户在使用漱口水30时,可以先将密封外盖21从瓶身10上旋拧下来,然后再将密封内盖22从瓶身10上取下,当将瓶身10内的漱口水30倒入密封外盖21内之后,可以先将密封内盖22盖上,如此,用户使用密封外盖21内的漱口水30进行口腔清洁的过程中,出水孔131可保持密封状态,即使用户不小心将瓶身10碰倒,也不会造成瓶身10内的漱口水30被倾倒出来。
具体来说,本实施例中的密封内盖22包括端盖部221和密封部222,其中,端盖部221的外径大于出水孔131的内径,密封部222连接于端盖部221以用于与出水孔131过盈配合,从而可以对出水孔131进行密封。由于端盖部221的内径大于出水孔131的内径,当将密封内盖22盖设于出水孔131处时,端盖部221可以搭设在出水孔131的外部,可以防止密封内盖22掉入容纳腔111内,还便于用户下次打开时可以将端盖部221作为着力点对到密封内盖22进行施力以将密封内盖22从出水孔131处拆卸下来。扣盖密封内盖22时,密封部222可以被按压进入出水孔131内部,此时,密封部222与出水孔131过盈配合,可以起到很好的密封效果,避免漱口水30发生渗漏,结构简单,便于拆装。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,端盖部221为一小块端板,密封部222为柱状结构,该柱状结构的外周凸设有至少一圈密封挡圈2221,通过该密封挡圈2221与出水孔131过盈配合,能够将对出水孔131进行密封。
具体地,本实施例中的密封挡圈2221可以是一圈,也可以是两圈、三圈或者三圈以上,当将密封挡圈2221设置为多圈(两圈或者两圈以上)时,多圈密封挡圈2221沿柱状结构的高度方向间隔设置,便于对出水孔131进行多层密封,本实施例中的图32中示出了将密封挡圈2221设置为两圈时的情况。
此外,在柱状结构的外周设置密封挡圈2221对出水孔131进行密封,能够减少柱状结构与出水孔131内侧壁面的接触面积,这样,在打开密封内盖22时,能够在一定程度上减小出水孔131内侧壁面与密封内盖22的摩擦,便于用户将密封内盖22从出水孔131处取下来。
参见图33所示,图33是本实施例公开的密封内盖处于第二视角时的结构示意图。一些实施方式中,密封部222为实心柱状结构,密封内盖22上设置有避让凹槽2201,该避让凹槽2201从端盖部221朝向密封部222凹陷,如此设置,当用户进行密封内盖22的拆装时,用户的手指可以卡入该避让凹槽2201内,便于对密封内盖22进行抓持以进行施力,从而可以很容易地将密封内盖22盖设于出水孔131处或者将密封内盖22从出水孔131处拆卸下来。
可选地,本实施例中的密封内盖22可以为塑料盖、还可以是木质盖等,只要是在本发明的构思下的其他变形方式,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
进一步地,在本发明的一些未示出的实施方式中,主体部11和/或弧形过渡部14和/或颈部12的外周侧面包覆设置有根据漱口水30的口味不同标识有不同图案和色彩的标识层(图中未示出)。也即是说,可以在主体部11的外周包覆设置有标识部,还可以在颈部12的外周包覆设置标识部,还可以同时在主体部11和颈部12的外周包覆设置有标识部,通过该标识层的作用,可以对漱口水30的口味、组成成分、使用方法等进行标识。与此同时,通过该标识层的作用,还可以在瓶身10外部设置各种图案以提高本发明的漱 口水包装瓶的美观性等。
示例性地,标识层为聚四氟乙烯层,该聚四氟乙烯为透明材料,利用聚四氟乙烯来制备标识层,该聚四氟乙烯层至少部分(例如聚四氟乙烯层没有设置图案的间隙位置)用于形成第一视觉观察窗,便于用户在使用过程中对瓶身10内部的漱口水30的流动情况进行观察,更适于用户对漱口水30的倒出速度进行控制。与此同时,采用透明的聚四氟乙烯层来设置标识层,使用漱口水30时,可以给用户提供一种安全放心的体验感。
实际加工的过程中,标识层通过热收缩或者粘接等方式固定于瓶身10的外表面,结构简单,稳定性好。
可选地,本实施例中的瓶身10为透明瓶身或者半透明瓶身以用于形成与第一视觉观察窗相对应的第二视觉观察窗。需要说明的是,这里的透明瓶身和半透明瓶身是指从瓶身10外部可以观察到其内部的漱口水30流动的情况的瓶身。如此,便于厂家盛装漱口水30时对容纳腔111内的漱口水30的量进行观察,也便于用户在使用过程中对瓶身10内的漱口水30的流动情况进行观察,更加便于用户使用。
示例性地,瓶身10可以采用透明或者半透明塑料制备而成,也可以采用透明或者半透明玻璃材料制备而成。本实施例中优选采用塑料来制备瓶身10,塑料相比于玻璃更加轻便,且塑料具有一定的塑形,不容易被撞坏或者摔坏,更加适于用户携带和长时间使用。
以上对本发明实施例公开的漱口水包装瓶进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的漱口水包装瓶及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种漱口水包装瓶,其特征在于,包括:
    瓶身,所述瓶身包括主体部和设置于所述主体部顶部的颈部,所述主体部上设置有用于容纳漱口水的容纳腔,所述颈部设置有出水通道,所述出水通道的一端与所述容纳腔连通,另一端设置有出水口;以及
    瓶盖组件,所述瓶盖组件包括密封内盖和密封外盖,所述密封内盖可拆卸地盖设于所述出水口处,所述密封外盖可拆卸地设置于所述颈部的端部并盖设于所述密封内盖的外侧;
    其中,所述颈部靠近所述出水口的一端的外周凸设有至少两圈挡水圈,两圈所述圈挡水圈对从所述出水口处流出并沿所述颈部的外侧壁面流动的漱口水进行止挡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的漱口水包装瓶,其特征在于,两圈所述挡水圈包括第一挡水圈和第二挡水圈,所述第一挡水圈和所述第二挡水圈由所述出水口至所述主体部的方向上依序间隔设置于所述颈部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的漱口水包装瓶,其特征在于,所述第一挡水圈具有靠近所述出水口设置的第一环面,所述第一环面与所述颈部位于两者连接处的外侧壁面之间的夹角为90°。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的漱口水包装瓶,其特征在于,所述第二挡水圈具有靠近所述出水口设置的第二环面,所述第二环面朝向背离所述出水口的方向倾斜,所述密封外盖盖设在所述颈部时,所述密封外盖的端部抵顶于所述第二环面上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的漱口水包装瓶,其特征在于,所述第二环面与所述颈部位于两者连接处的外侧壁面之间的夹角为95°至110°。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的漱口水包装瓶,其特征在于,所述第二挡水圈的远离所述颈部中心轴线的一端设置有第一倒圆角,所述第一倒圆角与所述第二环面平滑过渡连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的漱口水包装瓶,其特征在于,在所述颈部的中心轴线方向上,所述第二挡水圈靠近所述颈部中心轴线的一端的厚度为D1,所述第一挡水圈靠近所述颈部中心轴线的一端的厚度为D2,D1≥D2。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的漱口水包装瓶,其特征在于,在所述颈部的径向方向上,所述第一挡水圈的凸出高度为H1,所述第二挡水圈的凸出高度为H2,H1<H2。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的漱口水包装瓶,其特征在于,所述第一挡水圈与所述出水口的间距为10mm至14mm。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的漱口水包装瓶,其特征在于,所述第二挡水圈与所述第一挡水圈之间的间距为5mm至7mm。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的漱口水包装瓶,其特征在于,所述第二挡水圈与所述出水口的间距为16mm至20mm。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的漱口水包装瓶,其特征在于,所述密封外盖上设置有第一螺纹,所述颈部的外周设置有与所述第一螺纹相适配的第二螺纹,所述挡水圈位于所述第二螺纹远离所述出水口的一侧,且所述第二螺纹与距离所述第二螺纹最近的所述挡水圈之间的间距为3mm至5mm。
