为使本公开实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
本公开一实施例提供了一种信息管理系统,参照图1,该信息管理系统可 以包括服务器11、第一终端12和电子卡片13。
其中,服务器11用于存储访客信息,并向第一终端12发送访客信息。第一终端12用于从服务器11获取访客信息,根据访客信息生成卡片信息,并将卡片信息发送至电子卡片13。电子卡片13用于接收并显示卡片信息。后续实施例中会对信息管理系统进行详细介绍。
本实施例提供的信息管理系统,可以应用于展会、访客到访以及其他需要卡片的场景,可以方便地对电子卡片13上的显示内容进行管理和刷新更换,具有数据处理方便,环保节约等优点。例如,展会第一天可以对不同的参会者发放相应卡片;待第二天举办另一场展会时,可以对电子卡片13上的显示内容进行更新,再发放给第二天的参会者,使得电子卡片可以多次利用。
本公开一实施例提供了一种信息管理方法,应用于信息管理系统(如图1所示)中的第一终端12。本实施例中,第一终端12可以是智能手机、平板电脑或其他智能设备等,本实施例对此不作限定。
参照图2,该信息管理方法可以包括:
步骤S21:向服务器发送信息获取请求,以使服务器响应于信息获取请求,发送访客信息至第一终端。
其中,访客信息可以预先存储在服务器的数据库中。第一终端可以根据数据库的信息(如下表1所示)访问数据库,从而获取访客信息。

在具体实现中,第一终端向服务器发送信息获取请求的实现方式有多种。例如可以在第一终端上打开用于编辑卡片信息的操作界面(如图3a或b所示)时,向服务器发送信息获取请求;还可以在用户点击操作界面上的操作控件如“同步服务器”(如图3a所示)时,向服务器发送信息获取请求。其中,信息获取请求用于请求获取服务器上的访客信息。
第一终端向服务器发送的信息获取请求中还可以携带有数量标识,该数 量标识用于指示第一终端请求从服务器获取的访问信息的数量,例如用户可以通过操作界面(如图3a所示)上的下拉菜单,设置数量标识为:全部、10、20等等。
在实际应用中,第一终端可以预先获得服务器的授权,例如可以预先将第一终端的互联网协议地址(Internet Protocol Address,IP地址)添加到服务器的访问白名单中等等。服务器接收第一终端发送的信息获取请求,可以将预先存储在服务器中的访客信息发送至第一终端。为了提高安全性以及访客信息的准确性,服务器向第一终端发送的访客信息可以是验证通过的访客的信息。后续实施例会详细介绍验证过程。
需要说明的是,预先存储在服务器中的访客信息可以包括第二终端(如访客自助机)在访客到访时采集的证件信息,如访客自助机从访客身份证中的芯片里获取的证件身份信息以及证件照片信息,还可以包括第二终端在访客到
访时对访客进行现场拍摄的现场照片信息;还可以包括第三终端(如访客手机)在访客到访前采集的预留访问信息,预留访问信息可以为访客和/或被访问人员预先输入的访客的身份信息。后续实施例会介绍访客信息预先存储在服务器中的详细过程。
步骤S22:接收服务器发送的访客信息。
在具体实现中,第一终端接收服务器返回的访客信息,例如访客信息可以以表格的形式显示在第一终端的操作界面上,如图4所示。
步骤S23:根据访客信息,生成卡片信息。
在具体实现中,第一终端根据访客信息生成卡片信息的实现方式有多种。例如,可以基于用户的操作,对访客信息进行图片处理和文字编辑等,将访客信息中的访客照片和个人信息(如姓名、联系方式、公司等)合成图片,从而生成卡片信息,如图3b所示;还可以由第一终端首先获取预先存储在第一终端中的模板信息,然后根据模板信息中的模板字段与访客信息进行匹配,获得模板字段对应的模板内容,进而根据模板字段和模板内容,生成卡片信息,如图3a所示。后续实施例会对后一种实现方式进行详细介绍。
步骤S24:发送卡片信息至电子卡片,以使电子卡片显示卡片信息。
在具体实现中,第一终端将卡片信息发送至信息管理系统中的电子卡片 的实现方式有多种。
在一种实现方式中,如图1所示,信息管理系统还可以包括读卡器15,读卡器15与第一终端12连接。读卡器15可以被配置为接收第一终端12发送的卡片信息,并通过近场通信发送卡片信息至电子卡片13。其中,第一终端可以为个人计算机等智能终端。第一终端与读卡器15可以通过通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)接口连接。
本实现方式中,第一终端可以首先发送卡片信息至读卡器15,以使得读卡器15通过近场通信等无线方式发送卡片信息至电子卡片13。其中,近场通信可以为蓝牙通信、WIFI通信或NFC通信等。
具体地,第一终端可以通过USB接口将卡片信息发送到读卡器的图像处理模块,再由读卡器中的NFC无线发射模块将卡片信息发送到电子卡片中的NFC无线接收模块,最后通过电子卡片中的图像处理模块将卡片信息在电子墨水屏上进行刷新显示。
在另一种实现方式中,第一终端可以为具有近场通信功能的移动终端,例如具有NFC功能的手机等。本实现方式中,第一终端可以通过近场通信等无线方式直接将卡片信息发送至电子卡片。其中,近场通信可以为蓝牙通信、WIFI通信或NFC通信等。
在又一种实现方式中,第一终端可以为个人计算机等智能终端,第一终端与电子卡片例如可以通过Type-C接口有线连接,这样,第一终端可以通过有线方式直接将卡片信息发送至电子卡片。
本实施例中,电子卡片用于显示卡片信息,该电子卡片上可以具有电子墨水屏等显示屏幕,可以方便地更换卡片信息,并且可以多次重复利用。
本实施例提供的信息管理方法,第一终端从服务器获取访客信息,进而根据访客信息生成卡片信息,并发送卡片信息至电子卡片,实现对电子卡片显示内容的刷新。本实施例可以对电子卡片上的卡片信息进行方便地管理和更换,避免了相关技术中需要现场录入访客信息(如现场拍照、录入个人信息等)的麻烦。
在一种可选的实现方式中,在步骤S23之前,第一终端还可以执行以下步骤:确定模板信息。其中,模板信息中可以包括模板字段以及模板字段对应的格式信息。
如图3a所示,模板信息可以包括访客姓名、被访者、被访部门、被访区域、来访时间、访客照片等模板字段。模板字段对应的模板内容可以从访客信息(如图4所示的表格)中获取得到。
模板信息还可以包括模板字段对应的格式信息,如字体、颜色、大小、位置等,使得模板字段对应的模板内容可以按照对应的格式信息进行显示。
模板信息中模板字段的数量可以为一个或多个。各模板字段可以分别对应相同或不同的格式信息。
在具体实现中,确定模板信息的方式有多种。
在一种可选的实现方式中,模板信息可以预先存储在第一终端的数据库中,确定模板信息的步骤可以包括:在打开如图3a所示的操作界面时自动读取数据库中的模板信息,获取默认的模板信息;或者根据用户在操作界面的操作,首先获取用户输入的模板标识,进而获取预先存储在第一终端中的与模板标识对应的模板信息。根据用户输入的模板标识获取的模板信息,可以满足多种不同场景下的显示需求。
在另一种可选的实现方式中,模板信息还可以根据用户的输入生成,由用户进行自定义。
在又一种可选的实现方式中,模板信息还可以预先存储在服务器中,并由第一终端请求服务器获取。
本实施例对模板信息的具体确定方式不作限定。
本实现方式中,步骤S23具体可以包括以下步骤:首先根据访客信息,确定模板字段对应的模板内容;然后根据模板字段、格式信息以及模板内容,生成卡片信息。
在具体实现中,根据模板字段、格式信息以及模板内容,生成的卡片信息可以显示在第一终端的预览界面中,如图4所示,显示出来的卡片信息可以包括模板字段,以及按照模板字段的格式信息进行显示的模板内容,等等。
其中,根据访客信息,确定模板字段对应的模板内容的步骤,具体可以包括:获取用户的输入,根据用户的输入,从访客信息中确定目标访客的信息,目标访客的信息包括目标访客的至少一个访客属性的属性内容;根据目标访客的信息中与模板字段对应的访客属性的属性内容,确定模板字段对应的模板内容。
其中,当访客信息以表格形式显示在操作界面上时,如图4所示,访客属性可以包括From Type、Visitor Name、Card Type以及Visitor photo url等,分别对应表格中的列字段。表格中的每一行代表一个访客的信息,包括各列字段对应的属性内容。
在具体实现中,当访客信息以表格形式显示在操作界面上时,如图4所示,用户可以通过点击某一访客的信息,将该访客的信息确定为目标访客的信息。然后,按照该目标访客的信息中的访客属性逐条与模板信息中的模板字段进行匹配,匹配成功,则将相匹配的访客属性的属性内容确定为对应模板字段的模板内容,或者进一步根据属性内容确定对应模板字段的模板内容。
在具体实现中,可以将表格中的目标访客的信息逐列与模板中的模板字段进行配对,参照图5示出了一种对目标访客的信息与模板信息进行配对的流程示意图。具体可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S51:获取目标访客的信息和模板信息。
步骤S52:逐列将表格中的信息与模板中的字段进行配对。也就是,将目标访客的信息中的访客属性逐条与模板信息中的模板字段进行配对。若配对成功,则执行步骤S53,若配对失败,则执行步骤S54。
步骤S53:获得模板字段中的模板内容;即将模板字段对应的访客属性的属性内容,确定为该模板字段对应的模板内容。
步骤S54:判断是否全部配对完成;若是,则执行步骤S55;若否,则执行步骤S52,匹配下一列。
步骤S55:生成卡片信息。
参照图6,将目标访客的信息中的访客属性逐条与模板信息中的模板字段进行配对的具体过程如下:
第1列:访客属性“From Type”,模板信息中无匹配的模板字段,继续下一列;
第2列:访客属性“Visitor Name”,与模板信息中的模板字段“访客姓名”匹配,可以将模板信息中的“代用名”替换为列字段Visitor Name对应的目标访客的属性内容,得到模板字段“访客姓名”对应的模板内容,如图4所示的“代用名9”,“代用名9”可以按照模板字段“访客姓名”对应的格式信息显示在预览界面中,即“代用名9”继承“代用名”在模板中的字体、大小、 颜色和位置等格式信息;
第3列:访客属性“Card Type”,模板信息中无匹配的模板字段,继续下一条;
……
第11列:访客属性“Visitor photo url”,与模板信息中的访客照片字段匹配,第一终端从目标访客的信息中获得访客“代用名9”的照片信息在服务器上的网络地址,然后访问服务器上的该网络地址,获取访客照片字段对应的模板内容,即访客“代用名9”的照片信息。
第12列:访客属性“State Time”,模板信息中无匹配的模板字段,完成遍历,结束。
在具体实现中,当模板字段包括访客照片字段,目标访客的信息中与访客照片字段对应的访客属性的属性内容为目标访客的照片信息在服务器上的网络地址时,根据目标访客的信息中与模板字段对应的访客属性的属性内容,确定模板字段对应的模板内容的步骤,可以包括:根据网络地址,从服务器获取目标访客的照片信息,确定包括目标访客的照片信息的模板内容。
第一终端首先从目标访客的信息中获得目标访客的照片信息在服务器上的网络地址,然后再访问服务器上的该网络地址,获取访客照片字段对应的模板内容,即目标访客的照片信息。
获得标访客的照片信息之后,根据模板字段、格式信息以及模板内容,生成卡片信息的步骤,具体可以包括:按照访客照片字段对应的格式信息,对目标访客的照片信息进行处理,得到待显示图片信息,生成包括待显示图片信息的卡片信息。
其中,对目标访客的照片信息进行处理的步骤,可以包括以下步骤至少之一:对目标访客的照片信息进行尺寸调整;以及,对目标访客的照片信息进行半色调处理。
具体地,电子卡片的显示模组一般采用电子纸,即电子墨水屏,而半色调处理为电子纸图像显示必备的技术之一,是指用少量的色彩将一幅连续色调的图像(如灰度图像和彩色图像)量化为一幅二值图像或是只有少数几种色彩的彩色图像,量化后的图像在一定距离的视觉效果和原始图像相似。
具体地,第一终端获取到目标访客“代用名9”的照片信息为102×126 像素,可以首先按照格式信息调整成124×153像素,然后再经半色调处理转换成黑白红图片,最后替换图4所示模板中的“照片”,继承“照片”在模板中的位置,如此可以使得经过半色调处理后的照片在电子卡片中更好地显示,同时也不需要电子卡片自身对照片进行处理,或者避免因电子卡片不能对照片进行处理而导致不能更好地显示未经过半色调处理的照片。
本实现方式中,第一终端从服务器获取访客信息,访客信息以表格的形式展现在第一终端的操作界面上,用户只需点击选择相应的访客,就可以自动匹配更新模板信息中的模板字段,获得模板内容,进而生成卡片信息,并发送卡片信息至电子卡片,对电子卡片进行刷新,可以很方便地完成电子卡片的内容更新。
本公开一实施例提供了一种信息管理方法,应用于信息管理系统(如图1所示)中的服务器。
参照图7,该信息管理方法包括:
步骤S71:接收第一终端发送的信息获取请求。
其中,信息获取请求中可以包括数量标识,该数量标识用于指示第一终端请求获取的访客信息的数量。
步骤S72:响应于信息获取请求,确定访客信息。
本实施例中,访客信息可以预先存储在服务器的数据库中。

服务器将访客信息发送至第一终端,第一终端根据访客信息生成卡片信息的过程可以参照图2所示实施例的描述,这里不再赘述。
本实施例提供的信息管理方法,服务器响应于第一终端的信息获取请求,确定访客信息,并发送访客信息至第一终端,以使第一终端可以根据访客信息生成卡片信息,并发送卡片信息至电子卡片,实现对电子卡片显示内容的刷新。本实施例可以对电子卡片上的卡片信息进行方便地管理和更换,避免了相关技术中需要现场录入访客信息(如现场拍照、录入个人信息等)的麻 烦。
在一种可选的实现方式中,如图1所示,信息管理系统还可以包括第二终端14。第二终端14可以被配置为获取访客的证件信息以及对访客进行现场拍摄得到的现场照片信息,证件信息包括证件身份信息和证件照片信息;向服务器发送认证请求,认证请求包括访客的证件信息以及现场照片信息。
本实施例中,第二终端14可以是智能手机、平板电脑或其他智能设备等。本实施例对此不作限定。
在具体实现中,第一终端12与第二终端14可以相同,本实施例对此不作限定。
在一种可选的实现方式中,第一终端12与第二终端14可以是同一装置,本实施例对此不作限定。
本实现方式中,在步骤S72之前,服务器11还可以执行以下步骤:
接收第二终端发送的认证请求,认证请求包括访客的证件信息以及对访客进行现场拍摄得到的现场照片信息,其中,证件信息包括证件身份信息和证件照片信息;
确定访客的预留访问信息;
若预留访问信息与证件身份信息匹配,且证件照片信息与现场照片信息的人脸识别结果匹配,则确定访客的认证状态为认证通过,访客信息包括认证通过的访客的信息,访客信息包括以下至少之一:证件身份信息、证件照片信息、预留访问信息和现场照片信息;

在具体实现中,在确定访客的预留访问信息的步骤之前,还可以包括以下步骤:

发送信息模板至访客标识所指示的访客终端;其中,访客终端用于接收并展示信息模板;获取访客针对信息模板的编辑操作;根据编辑操作,获得访客的预留访问信息;发送预留访问信息至服务器;
接收并存储预留访问信息。
本实现方式中,被访问人员可以在第三终端上通过小程序等发出信息填 写请求,该信息填写请求中可以包含访客标识以及信息模板。其中,访客标识例如可以由被访问人员选取的信息模板接收对象确定。信息模板中可以包括被访问人员提前录入的访客姓名、电话、到访事由、到访时间等信息。
服务器根据访客标识,将信息模板发送至访客标识对应的访客终端。
访客终端接收到信息模板之后,在访客终端的界面上展示信息模板,并获取访客针对信息模板的编辑操作,根据编辑操作,获得预留访问信息,并发送预留访问信息至服务器,以使服务器接收并存储预留访问信息。
其中,信息模板可以以链接的形式发送至访客终端,访客点开链接,使得信息模板展示在访客终端界面上。在该界面上,访客可以进一步完善个人信息(如身份证号等),从而完成预留访问信息的提前录入。预留访问信息可以为访客和/或被访问人员预先输入的访客的身份信息。
访客到达后,可以在接待室的访客自助机(即第二终端)上刷身份证,访客自助机从身份证中的芯片里获取访客的证件身份信息如姓名和身份证号,以及证件照片信息,并对访客进行现场拍摄,获得访客的现场照片信息,然后将证件照片信息、证件身份信息以及现场照片信息上传到服务器。
之后,可以由服务器将证件身份信息与预留访问信息中姓名和身份证号等进行比对,将证件照片信息与现场照片信息进行人脸识别比对;两者都匹配通过后,服务器可以将该访客的信息变为“认证通过”状态,可以被第一终端请求获取。
其中,证件照片信息可以用于生成卡片信息,现场照片信息可以用于开通人脸识别闸机的临时权限等。
本实现方式中,服务器可以实现访客信息的预先存储,并且通过对证件信息分别与预留访问信息以及现场照片信息进行双重对比,完成对访客的验证,提高访问安全性,提高访客信息的准确性。

本公开一实施例提供了一种信息管理系统,如图1所示,包括第一终端12、服务器11和电子卡片13。
第一终端12,被配置为向服务器11发送信息获取请求;接收服务器11发送的访客信息;根据访客信息,生成卡片信息;发送卡片信息至电子卡片13;
服务器11,被配置为接收第一终端12发送的信息获取请求;响应于信息获取请求,确定访客信息;发送访客信息至第一终端12;
电子卡片13,被配置为接收第一终端12发送的卡片信息,并显示卡片信息。
在一种可选的实现方式中,信息管理系统还包括:
第二终端14,被配置为获取访客的证件信息以及对访客进行现场拍摄得到的现场照片信息,证件信息包括证件身份信息和证件照片信息;向服务器11发送认证请求,认证请求包括访客的证件信息以及现场照片信息;
服务器11还被配置为:接收第二终端14发送的认证请求;确定访客的预留访问信息;若预留访问信息与证件身份信息匹配,且证件照片信息与现场照片信息的人脸识别结果匹配,则确定访客的认证状态为认证通过,访客信息包括认证状态为认证通过的访客的信息,访客信息包括以下至少之一:证件身份信息、证件照片信息、预留访问信息和现场照片信息;存储访客信息。
本实施例提供的信息管理系统,第一终端向服务器发送信息获取请求,服务器响应于第一终端的信息获取请求,确定访客信息,并发送访客信息至 第一终端,第一终端根据访客信息生成卡片信息,并发送卡片信息至电子卡片,电子卡片刷新显示卡片信息。本实施例可以对电子卡片上的卡片信息进行方便地管理和更换,避免了相关技术中需要现场录入访客信息(如现场拍照、录入个人信息等)的麻烦。
本实施例中,第二终端14可以是智能手机、平板电脑或其他智能设备等,本实施例对此不作限定。
在具体实现中,第一终端12与第二终端14可以相同,本实施例对此不作限定。
在一种可选的实现方式中,第一终端12与第二终端14可以是同一装置,本实施例对此不作限定。
在一种可选的实现方式中,如图1所示,信息管理系统还可以包括:
读卡器15,与第一终端12连接,被配置为接收第一终端12发送的卡片信息,并通过近场通信发送卡片信息至电子卡片13。
其中,近场通信可以为蓝牙通信、WIFI通信或NFC通信等无线通信。
当通过NFC通信时,读卡器15的功能为接收第一终端12发送的卡片信息,并将卡片信息转换为13.56MHz的NFC信号发送至电子卡片13。
参照图8示出了一种读卡器的结构示意图。该读卡器与第一终端12通过通用串行总线接口(即USB接口)101连接。该读卡器可以包括:第一控制器102、第一近场通信线圈104、第一近场通信芯片103以及第一电源管理器105。
其中,第一控制器102,分别与通用串行总线接口101、第一电源管理器105以及第一近场通信芯片103连接,被配置为控制读卡器通过通用串行总线接口101接收第一终端12发送的卡片信息,并通过第一近场通信线圈104和第一近场通信芯片103发送卡片信息至电子卡片13;
第一电源管理器105,还分别与通用串行总线接口101以及第一近场通信芯片103连接,被配置为根据通用串行总线接口101的输出,分别向第一控制器102以及第一近场通信芯片103供电。
在具体实现中,该读卡器还可以包括:与第一控制器102连接的工作指示灯106。工作指示灯106用于指示读卡器15的工作状态。
参照图8,,第一控制器102例如可以包括第一处理器等,本实施例对此 不作限定。
第一近场通信线圈104例如可以包括第一NFC天线线圈,本实施例对此不作限定。
第一近场通信芯片103具有近场通信功能,例如可以包括第一NFC芯片,本实施例对此不作限定。
第一电源管理器105可以包括电池以及场效应晶体管等,本实施例对此不作限定。
在另一种可选的实现方式中,第一终端12可以为具有近场通信功能的移动终端。例如,第一终端12可以为具有NFC功能的手机等。
其中,近场通信为蓝牙通信、WIFI通信或NFC通信等无线通信。
本实施例中,由于第一终端12为具有近场通信功能的移动终端,可以直接与电子卡片13进行近场通信,可以简化信息管理系统的结构,提高信息传输。
在一种可选的实现方式中,参照图9示出了一种电子卡片的结构示意图,该电子卡片13可以包括第二近场通信线圈111、第二近场通信芯片112、选择器113、第二电源管理器114、第二控制器115以及显示模组116。
其中,第二近场通信线圈111,被配置为检测磁场信号。
第二近场通信芯片112,分别与第二近场通信线圈111以及选择器113连接,被配置为在第二近场通信线圈111检测到磁场信号时,将第二近场通信线圈111检测到的磁场信号转换成电信号,并将电信号输出至选择器113。
选择器113,还与第二控制器115以及第二电源管理器114连接,被配置为根据电信号以及第二控制器115的工作信号,输出使能信号至第二电源管理器114。
第二电源管理器114,还分别与电源117、第二控制器115、显示模组116以及第二近场通信芯片112连接,被配置为根据使能信号,导通或关断电源117分别与第二控制器115、显示模组116以及第二近场通信芯片112之间的连接。
第二控制器115,被配置当第二控制器115与电源117之间的连接导通时,控制电子卡片13接收卡片信息,并刷新显示模组116,显示模组116用于显示卡片信息。
参照图9,第二近场通信线圈111例如可以包括第二NFC天线线圈,本实施例对此不作限定。
第二近场通信芯片112具有近场通信功能,例如可以包括第二NFC芯片,本实施例对此不作限定。
选择器113例如可以包括或门逻辑电路等,本实施例对此不作限定。
第二电源管理器114可以包括场效应晶体管等,本实施例对此不作限定。
第二控制器115例如可以包括第二处理器等,本实施例对此不作限定。
显示模组116例如可以包括电子墨水屏,本实施例对此不作限定。电子墨水屏采用电泳显示技术,只有在刷新时耗电,刷新完成后断电仍然可以正常显示。这样,电子卡片13可以在信息传输和刷新显示的过程中接通电源,刷新显示完成后可以切断电源,可待机显示卡片信息。
电源117例如可以包括电池,本实施例对此不作限定。
本实施例提供的电子卡片可以节省功耗,延长电池使用寿命,具有功耗低、使用寿命长、可刷新的优点,与传统的不含任何访客信息的通用访客卡,电子纸访客卡可以显示丰富的访客信息,便于对访客进行统一管理。
在实际应用中,当第一终端12或读卡器等具有近场通信功能的设备位于第二近场通信线圈111的有效距离范围内时,第二近场通信线圈111可以检测到磁场信号,并将该磁场信号发送至第二近场通信芯片112,以使第二近场通信芯片112将磁场信号转换为电信号。
在具体实现中,可以控制第二电源管理器114的使能信号EN为高电平时接通电源117分别与第二控制器115以及显示模组116之间的连接。当电子卡片13附近有读卡器(或其它近场通信设备)靠近时,第二近场通信芯片112通过第二近场通信线圈111收集电量,产生高电平的电信号E-HARV,该电信号E-HARV经过或门,输出高电平的使能信号EN,因此可以接通电源117与第二控制器115,第二控制器115开始工作,产生高电平的工作信号GPIO-A0。当电子卡片13与读卡器通信完成,读卡器移走之后,第二近场通信芯片112输出的电信号E-HARV为低电平,由于第二控制器115的工作信号GPIO-A0仍为高电平,经过或门,使能信号EN仍为高电平;第二控制器115在显示更新完成后,工作信号GPIO-A0转为低电平,经过或门,使能信号EN为低电平,断开电源117分别与第二控制器115以及显示模组116之间的连接。
本实现方式中的电子卡片13,通过第二近场通信芯片112输出的电信号以及第二控制器115的工作信号通过或门共同控制第二电源管理器114的使能信号EN,使读卡器等近场通信设备靠近时接通电源,数据传输完成后,电子卡片13可移开,第二控制器115的工作信号控制电源保持接通状态,待显示模组刷新完成后,第二控制器115控制电源断开,实现电子卡片13在不通信、不刷新状态下待机显示,实现超低功耗。
本公开一实施例提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括:
处理器;
用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
其中,处理器被配置为执行指令,以实现任一实施例所述的方法。
图10是本公开示出的一种电子设备800的框图。例如,电子设备800可以是移动电话、计算机、数字广播终端、消息收发设备、游戏控制台、平板设备、医疗设备、健身设备、个人数字助理等。
参照图10,电子设备800可以包括以下一个或组件:处理组件802、存储器804、电力组件806、多媒体组件808、音频组件810、输入/输出(I/O)的接口812、传感器组件814以及通信组件816。
处理组件802通常控制电子设备800的整体操作,诸如与显示、电话呼叫、数据通信、相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件802可以包括一个或处理器820来执行指令,以完成任一实施例所述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件802可以包括一个或模块,便于处理组件802和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件802可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件808和处理组件802之间的交互。
存储器804被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在设备800的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在电子设备800上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令、联系人数据、电话簿数据、消息、图片、视频等。存储器804可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、只读存储器(ROM)、磁存储器、快闪存储器、磁盘或光盘。
电源组件806为电子设备800的各种组件提供电力。电源组件806可以 包括电源管理系统、电源及其他与为电子设备800生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件808包括在所述电子设备800和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件808包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备800处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件810被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件810包括一个麦克风(MIC),当电子设备800处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器804或经由通信组件816发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件810还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。

传感器组件814包括一个或传感器,用于为电子设备800提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件814可以检测到设备800的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为电子设备800的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件814还可以检测电子设备800或电子设备800一个组件的位置改变,用户与电子设备800接触的存在或不存在,电子设备800方位或加速/减速和电子设备800的温度变化。传感器组件814可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件814还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件814还可以包括加速度传感器、陀螺仪传感器、磁传感器、压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件816被配置为便于电子设备800和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。电子设备800可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi、运营商网络(如2G、3G、4G或5G)或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件816经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件816还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术、红外数据协会(IrDA)技术、超宽带(UWB)技术、蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。

  1. 一种信息管理方法,其中,应用于第一终端,包括:
    向服务器发送信息获取请求,以使所述服务器响应于所述信息获取请求,发送访客信息至所述第一终端;
    接收所述服务器发送的访客信息;
    根据所述访客信息,生成卡片信息;
    发送所述卡片信息至电子卡片,以使所述电子卡片显示所述卡片信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息管理方法,其中,在所述根据所述访客信息,生成卡片信息的步骤之前,还包括:
    确定模板信息,所述模板信息中包括模板字段以及所述模板字段对应的格式信息;
    所述根据所述访客信息,生成卡片信息的步骤,包括:
    根据所述访客信息,确定所述模板字段对应的模板内容;
    根据所述模板字段、所述格式信息以及所述模板内容,生成所述卡片信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的信息管理方法,其中,所述根据所述访客信息,确定所述模板字段对应的模板内容的步骤,包括:
    获取用户的输入;
    根据用户的输入,从所述访客信息中确定目标访客的信息,所述目标访客的信息包括所述目标访客的至少一个访客属性的属性内容;
    根据所述目标访客的信息中与所述模板字段对应的访客属性的属性内容,确定所述模板字段对应的模板内容。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的信息管理方法,其中,所述模板字段包括访客照片字段,所述目标访客的信息中与所述访客照片字段对应的访客属性的属性内容为所述目标访客的照片信息在所述服务器上的网络地址;
    所述根据所述目标访客的信息中与所述模板字段对应的访客属性的属性内容,确定所述模板字段对应的模板内容的步骤,包括:
    根据所述网络地址,从所述服务器获取所述目标访客的照片信息,确定包括所述目标访客的照片信息的所述模板内容;
    所述根据所述模板字段、所述格式信息以及所述模板内容,生成所述卡片信息的步骤,包括:
    按照所述访客照片字段对应的格式信息,对所述目标访客的照片信息进行处理,得到待显示图片信息,生成包括所述待显示图片信息的所述卡片信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的信息管理方法,其中,所述对所述目标访客的照片信息进行处理的步骤,包括以下步骤至少之一:
    对所述目标访客的照片信息进行尺寸调整;以及,
    对所述目标访客的照片信息进行半色调处理。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的信息管理方法,其中,所述确定模板信息的步骤,包括:
    获取用户输入的模板标识;
    获取预先存储在所述第一终端中的与所述模板标识对应的模板信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的信息管理方法,其中,所述发送所述卡片信息至电子卡片的步骤,包括:
    发送所述卡片信息至与所述第一终端连接的读卡器,以使得所述读卡器通过近场通信发送所述卡片信息至所述电子卡片。
  8. 一种信息管理方法,其中,应用于服务器,包括:
    接收第一终端发送的信息获取请求;
    响应于所述信息获取请求,确定访客信息;
    发送所述访客信息至所述第一终端;其中,
    所述第一终端用于根据所述访客信息,生成卡片信息,并发送所述卡片信息至电子卡片,以使所述电子卡片显示所述卡片信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的信息管理方法,其中,在所述确定访客信息的步骤之前,还包括:
    接收第二终端发送的认证请求,所述认证请求包括访客的证件信息以及对所述访客进行现场拍摄得到的现场照片信息,其中,所述证件信息包括证件身份信息和证件照片信息;
    确定所述访客的预留访问信息;
    若所述预留访问信息与所述证件身份信息匹配,且所述证件照片信息与 所述现场照片信息的人脸识别结果匹配,则确定所述访客的认证状态为认证通过,所述访客信息包括认证通过的访客的信息,所述访客信息包括以下至少之一:证件身份信息、证件照片信息、预留访问信息和现场照片信息;
    存储所述访客信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的信息管理方法,其中,在所述确定所述访客的预留访问信息的步骤之前,还包括:
    接收第三终端发送的信息填写请求,所述信息填写请求包含访客标识以及信息模板;
    发送所述信息模板至所述访客标识所指示的访客终端;其中,所述访客终端用于接收并展示所述信息模板;获取访客针对所述信息模板的编辑操作;根据所述编辑操作,获得所述访客的预留访问信息;发送所述预留访问信息至所述服务器;
    接收并存储所述预留访问信息。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10任一项所述的信息管理方法,其中,所述信息获取请求包括数量标识,所述数量标识用于指示所述第一终端请求获取的访客信息的数量;
    所述响应于所述信息获取请求,确定访客信息的步骤,包括:
    根据所述数量标识所指示的访客信息的数量,确定所述访客信息。
  12. 一种应用于第一终端的信息管理装置,其中,包括处理器以及与所述处理器耦合的存储器,所述存储器存储有计算机指令,所述计算机指令被所述处理器执行时,执行如权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法。
  13. 一种应用于服务器的信息管理装置,其中,包括处理器以及与所述处理器耦合的存储器,所述存储器存储有计算机指令,所述计算机指令被所述处理器执行时,执行如权利要求8至11任一项所述的方法。
  14. 一种非瞬态计算机可读存储介质,其中,当所述非瞬态计算机可读存储介质中的指令由电子设备的处理器执行时,使得所述电子设备能够执行如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法。
  15. 一种信息管理系统,其中,包括第一终端、服务器和电子卡片;
    所述第一终端,被配置为向所述服务器发送信息获取请求;接收所述服务器发送的访客信息;根据所述访客信息,生成卡片信息;发送所述卡片信 息至所述电子卡片;
    所述服务器,被配置为接收所述第一终端发送的信息获取请求;响应于所述信息获取请求,确定访客信息;发送所述访客信息至所述第一终端;
    所述电子卡片,被配置为接收所述第一终端发送的卡片信息,并显示所述卡片信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的信息管理系统,其中,所述信息管理系统还包括:
    第二终端,被配置为获取访客的证件信息以及对所述访客进行现场拍摄得到的现场照片信息,所述证件信息包括证件身份信息和证件照片信息;向所述服务器发送认证请求,所述认证请求包括所述访客的证件信息以及所述现场照片信息;
    所述服务器还被配置为:接收所述第二终端发送的认证请求;确定所述访客的预留访问信息;若所述预留访问信息与所述证件身份信息匹配,且所述证件照片信息与所述现场照片信息的人脸识别结果匹配,则确定所述访客的认证状态为认证通过,所述访客信息包括认证状态为认证通过的访客的信息,所述访客信息包括以下至少之一:证件身份信息、证件照片信息、预留访问信息和现场照片信息;存储所述访客信息。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的信息管理系统,其中,所述信息管理系统还包括:
    读卡器,与所述第一终端连接,被配置为接收所述第一终端发送的卡片信息,并通过近场通信发送所述卡片信息至所述电子卡片,所述近场通信为蓝牙通信、WIFI通信或NFC通信。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的信息管理系统,其中,所述读卡器与所述第一终端通过通用串行总线接口连接,所述读卡器包括:第一控制器、第一近场通信线圈、第一近场通信芯片以及第一电源管理器;
    其中,所述第一控制器,分别与所述通用串行总线接口、所述第一电源管理器以及所述第一近场通信芯片连接,被配置为控制所述读卡器通过所述通用串行总线接口接收所述第一终端发送的卡片信息,并通过所述第一近场通信线圈和所述第一近场通信芯片发送所述卡片信息至所述电子卡片;
    所述第一电源管理器,还分别与所述通用串行总线接口以及所述第一近 场通信芯片连接,被配置为根据所述通用串行总线接口的输出,分别向所述第一控制器以及所述第一近场通信芯片供电。
  19. 根据权利要求15或16所述的信息管理系统,其中,所述第一终端为具有近场通信功能的移动终端,所述近场通信为蓝牙通信、WIFI通信或NFC通信。
  20. 根据权利要求15至19任一项所述的信息管理系统,其中,所述电子卡片包括第二近场通信线圈、第二近场通信芯片、选择器、第二电源管理器、第二控制器以及显示模组;
    所述第二近场通信线圈,被配置为检测磁场信号;
    所述第二近场通信芯片,分别与所述第二近场通信线圈以及所述选择器连接,被配置为在所述第二近场通信线圈检测到磁场信号时,将所述第二近场通信线圈检测到的磁场信号转换成电信号,并将所述电信号输出至所述选择器;
    所述选择器,还与所述第二控制器以及所述第二电源管理器连接,被配置为根据所述电信号以及所述第二控制器的工作信号,输出使能信号至所述第二电源管理器;
    所述第二电源管理器,还分别与电源、所述第二控制器以及所述显示模组连接,被配置为根据所述使能信号,导通或关断所述电源分别与所述第二控制器以及所述显示模组之间的连接;
    所述第二控制器,被配置当所述第二控制器与所述电源之间的连接导通时,控制所述电子卡片接收所述卡片信息,并刷新所述显示模组,所述显示模组用于显示所述卡片信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的信息管理系统,其中,所述显示模组包括电子墨水屏。
