技术解决方案

另外,支架上可以印商标或厂家的标识或其它文字或图画,还可放人名牌(开会用)、工作证、书本、琴谱、MP4、画册、小探照灯、照片像框等物品;尺寸加大的支架还可放笔记本电脑、厨房的小案板等物品。

图3是本发明设计2的一个收纳状态立体图,大致在一个平面上,把1右支撑腿和6左支撑腿朝同一个方向掰动或挝动,把5中间支撑腿朝另一个相反的方向掰动,使其变成三足鼎立的直立状态,由于5中间支撑腿与9拧转杆的中部相连接,在掰动时,会带动9拧转杆的转动,转动的变形部位分布在长条形状里,单位长度的形变很小,所以反复掰拧不容易断。把图3中的2右拖挡钩用手握住并拧动,使与其相连的4右连接臂转动大约70—90度,另一个7左拖挡钩也朝同一个方向拧动,使与其相连的8左连接臂转动大约70—90度,这时外观应该和图4的立体图大致一样,把手机放到2右拖挡钩和7左拖挡钩上面,手机斜靠在3靠背及标记块上,这样就可以正常观看使用手机了, 其它方面和图2的设计一样,也能调节倾斜角度和在上面印标记或商标。4右连接臂和8左连接臂在拧转的过程中,单位长度的形变很小,所以反复掰拧不容易断。
工业实用性
只是结构件,而且结构简单,便于工业上大规模生产。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种掰动及拧动的手机支架,支架有三个或三个以上的支撑腿,其特征是利用支架所用材质本身的可掰折性,通过掰动及拧动可让支架收纳到大致在一个平面,支架的支撑腿也可通过掰动调整支撑腿的间距,使其能够变成直立状且能调节倾斜角度,支架上有两个或两个以上的拖挡钩(2)和(7),拖挡钩(2)和(7)可通过与其相连接的支撑腿(1)和(6)或连接臂(4)和(8)的拧动或转动,从平面结构中向前伸展或突出出来,拧动或转动的变形部位分部在相对较长的连接臂或支撑腿上,平均单位长度的变形很小,反复来回掰拧不易断。
  2. 一种使用在权利要求1中并可广泛应用在其它领域里能增加金属反复掰动次数的方法或设计,其特征利用金属材质本身的可掰折性或拧转性,把“应用部件”连接或固定在“拧转杆”上,通过“拧转杆”的拧转或掰转,来收纳或展开“应用部件”,或使“应用部件”发挥作用,“拧转杆”的变形部位分布在长条形状里,单位长度的形变很小,反复掰拧不容易断。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种掰动及拧动的手机支架,其特征是拖挡钩所述(2)和(7)是有两个或两个以上的折弯结构,或是已成型的钩型结构,在通过所述支撑腿(1)和(6)或所述连接臂(4)和(8)的拧动或转动而伸展出来以后,不需要再次掰折或折弯。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种使用在权利要求1中并可广泛应用在其它领域里能增加金属反复掰折次数的方法或设计,其特征是“拧转杆”两端的端头是固定的。
