具体实施方式
以下结合附图1-13对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本申请实施例公开一种擦窗器。
参照图1,一种擦窗器包括用于贴合于被擦拭部表面的擦拭部2、一端转动连接于擦拭部2且另一端用于握持的手持部1,手持部1包括呈弧形的操纵杆11、和操纵杆11一端可拆卸连接的面板接头组件3,面板接头组件3和擦拭部2万向转动连接,并且面板接头组件3和擦拭部2的连接处位于擦拭部2的中心轴线上,操纵杆11的弧形角度A可以选择在40°—180°之间,操作者在握持操纵杆11时,能够更好地实现擦拭部2和操纵杆11之间的转动,对外窗的边角实现更好的擦拭。
参考图13,操纵杆11可以是一段杆体,也可以采用多段杆体拼接而成。杆体可以是折弯杆体111或者是弧形杆体112。选择采用折弯杆体111的操纵杆11:折弯杆体111与折弯杆体111通过折弯接头连接,该拼接而成的操纵杆11的首端、尾端以及其中一处或多处折弯点在同一条弧形线上,所围成的弧形线的弧形角度A为40度-180度。
见图1,选择采用弧形杆体112的操纵杆11:弧形杆体112与弧形杆体112套接,可以伸缩活动。由多段弧形杆体112拼接而成的操纵杆11的弧形角度为40度-180度。
参考图6和图7,弧形杆体112有三段,分别是大杆体1121、中杆体 1122和小杆体1123,小杆体1123套设于中杆体1122并且两者之间通过跳珠1124连接;中杆体1122套设于大杆体1121并且两者之间通过锁紧板机1125连接。
参照图2和图3,擦拭部2包括面板21、设置在面板21背离手持部11一侧的清洁机构。面板21的形状可以是正方体或者是长方体。面板21的一侧具有一个用于容纳清洁机构的安装槽22。清洁机构包括刮条221、沿面板21厚度方向滑动连接于安装槽22内的浮动板222、安装在浮动板222上的清洁布223。
见图2和图12,刮条221具有两条,分别位于浮动板222的左右两侧,并且与清洁布223位于同一侧。面板21的左右两端分别设置有刮条架23,每条刮条架2上具有卡槽310,刮条221固定于卡槽310内。
见图3,在安装槽22内并且位于中心处具有一中心圆柱224,中心圆柱224上安装有旋钮24,该旋钮24能绕着中心圆柱224转动。中心圆柱224的外圆壁上设置有一对卡块25,用于卡住旋钮24。面板21的内壁上设置有调档条26,调档条26上有两个弧形凹部261。
见图5和图11,旋钮24朝向浮动板222的一面上对称设置有一对支块27,每块支块27的外壁上设置螺旋凸筋28。旋钮24朝向调档条26的端部上弧形凸部242,弧形凸部242与调档条26抵接,旋钮24在转动时,弧形凸部242沿调档条26移动;弧形凸部242与弧形凹部261嵌合。
参照图12,浮动板222的中心处开设有套在中心圆柱224上的安装孔29,安装孔29的内壁上设置有与卡块25配合的固定槽。浮动板222朝向旋钮24的壁面上设置有螺旋凹槽291,旋钮24与浮动板222配合连 接时,螺旋凸筋28位于螺旋凹槽291内,旋钮24转动通过螺旋凸筋28带动浮动板222上下移动。
面板21上开设有切换口212,旋钮24上设置有切换按钮241,切换按钮241穿过切换口212延伸在外。使用者切换,通过切换按钮241转动旋钮24,旋钮24带动浮动板222上下移动;浮动板222向下移动,清洁巾出来;浮动板222向上移动,回到面板21内,可以使用刮条221。切换简单、快捷,使用灵活、方便。
参照图2,浮动板222外形结构也近似呈长方体,在四个角处均为直倒角,在刮条221架的两端均一体成型有呈倾斜且抵接于其中一个直倒角的抵挡边231。浮动板222背离面板21一侧用于卡接清洁布223,清洁布223具有两块并且与面板21的宽度方向呈平行,清洁布223分设于浮动板222靠近长度方向的两端。清洁布223固定在浮动板222上,可对清洁布223进行取出清洗或更换。
参照图1和图4所示,为了使擦拭部2能灵活地擦洗外窗的每一个角落,操纵杆11与擦拭部2之间采用面板接头组件3连接。
面板接头组件包括摇臂31和连接件32。在面板21的中心处开设有中心孔33,位于中心孔33的中心上并且相对于中心圆柱224的另一侧设置有转动柱34,该转动柱34向上且向中心孔33的圆心方向倾斜。位于转动柱34相对的中心孔33内壁上设置有铰接头35,铰接头35所在的中心轴线与面板21所在的水平面呈倾斜;转动柱34与铰接头35之间铰接有万向接头36,摇臂31通过销与万向接头36连接,连接件32与摇臂31的另一端铰接。万向接头36沿垂直于摇臂31与万向接头36连接的销所 在轴线的方向倾斜设置并且位于擦拭部2的中心处;万向接头36铰接于面板21上并且能左右摆动。
参照图,8,摇臂31的另一端设置有卡头37,连接件32的一端上设置有连接头38,卡头37与连接头38之间设置有齿套39并且两者通过齿套39铰接。卡头37和连接件32上均设置有两个卡槽310,齿套39上有卡齿311,齿套39在穿过卡头37和连接件32,其卡齿311卡入卡头37和连接件32的卡槽310内;使得卡头37和连接件32不能转动。为了避免连接件32在转动时,超出位置,在卡头37的外圆周面且朝向连接件32的方向上设置有限位凸点312。
参照图4,连接件32上且相对于齿套39的另一端安装有弹簧321和按钮322,弹簧321套设在齿套39上且弹簧321的一端抵接连接件32的内轴面,另一端抵接按钮322,按钮322在外力作用下向内移动并且弹簧321受力压缩,使得齿套39从卡头37的卡槽310内脱离,再转动连接件32,切换卡槽310位置,实现连接件32与摇臂31的角度切换。
参照图9和图10所示,为了更好的对操纵杆11进行握持操作,在操纵杆11远离擦拭部2的一端安装有手柄4,手柄4包括三通连接器41和延伸杆42,三通连接器41连接于杆体上,延伸杆42与三通连接器41可拆卸连接。
参照图9和图10,三通连接器41的形状为“T”字形,它包括有第一连接端411和第二连接端412,第一连接端411通过螺丝固定于杆体上。延伸杆42固定在第二连接端412上。大杆体1121内设置有台阶421,台阶421上安置有内衬套422。第二连接端412内设置有螺纹头423并且通 过螺丝与内衬套422连接固定;延伸杆42内设置有与螺纹头423对接的螺纹内套424。延伸杆42的自由端上安装有拎手43。
第一连接端411与第二连接端412之间夹角B的角度≤90度。如此设置,在使用时,应力会集中在延伸杆42与操纵杆11杆体的连接处;而两者采用螺丝固定,强度足够大,避免发生断裂。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种擦窗器,其特征在于:包括:擦拭部,贴合于被擦拭部的表面;
    手持部,一端用于握持且另一端转动连接于擦拭部;
    所述手持部包括操纵杆,所述操纵杆包括有一段或者多段杆体拼接而成,所述杆体包括有折弯杆体或弧形杆体,由折弯杆体拼接的操纵杆的首端、尾端以及其中一处或多处折弯点所围成的弧形线的弧形角度为40度-180度;由弧形杆体拼接成的操纵杆的弧形角度为40度-180度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种擦窗器,其特征在于:还包括有面板接头组件,所述擦拭部通过面板接头组件与操纵杆连接;所述面板接头组件包括摇臂,所述摇臂的下端部铰接有万向接头并且沿其铰接点前后摆动,所述万向接头沿垂直于摇臂与万向接头连接轴线所在水平面的方向倾斜设置并且位于擦拭部的中心处;所述万向接头铰接于擦拭部上并且能左右摆动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种擦窗器,其特征在于:所述擦拭部包括面板和安装于面板上的清洁机构;所述面板开设有安装孔,所述安装孔的侧壁设置有中心轴线倾斜于面板表面的转动柱,所述转动柱向上且向安装孔的圆心方向倾斜,位于转动柱相对的安装孔内壁上设置有铰接头,所述铰接头所在的中心轴线与面板所在的水平面呈倾斜,所述万向接头连接于转动柱与铰接头上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种擦窗器,其特征在于:所述摇臂的另一端设置有卡头,所述操纵杆的前端部上安装有管接件,所述管接件的一端上设置有连接头,所述卡头与连接头之间设置有齿套并且两者通过齿套铰 接;所述连接件沿齿套转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种擦窗器,其特征在于:所述卡头和连接件上至少设置有两个卡槽,所述连接件上且相对于齿套的另一端安装有弹簧和按钮,所述弹簧套设在齿套上且弹簧的一端抵接连接件的内轴面,另一端抵接按钮,所述按钮在外力作用下向内移动并且弹簧受力压缩,使得齿套从卡头的卡槽内脱离,从而实现连接件转动。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种擦窗器,其特征在于:所述清洁机构包括位于面板内的浮动板和安装在面板上的旋钮,所述旋钮安装在面板上并且设置有螺旋凸筋,所述浮动板上设置有螺旋凹槽,所述螺旋凸筋位于螺旋凹槽内,所述旋钮转动通过螺旋凸筋带动浮动板上下移动;所述浮动板上安装有清洁巾,所述面板的两侧部并且与清洁巾的同一面上安装有刮条架,所述刮条架上安装有刮条。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种擦窗器,其特征在于:所述手持部还包括有安装于所述操纵杆远离擦拭部一端的手柄,所述手柄包括三通连接器和延伸杆,所述延伸杆与三通连接器可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种擦窗器,其特征在于:所述三通连接器包括第一连接端和第二连接端,所述延伸杆固定在第二连接端上,所述弧形杆体或折弯杆体的体内设置有内衬套,所述第二连接端内设置有螺纹头并且通过螺丝与内衬套连接固定;所述延伸杆内设置有与螺纹头对接的螺纹内套。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种擦窗器,其特征在于:所述卡头的外圆周面且朝向连接件的方向上设置有限制连接件转动过位的限位凸点。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种擦窗器,其特征在于:所述折弯杆体与折弯杆体通过连接件连接;所述弧形杆体与弧形杆体伸缩活动连接。
