本发明公开了一种多功能清洗机,包括:机身组件,所述机身组件内设有安装工位,清洗容器,所述清洗容器设置在所述安装工位上,所述清洗容器设有容置腔;水系统,所述水系统与所述清洗容器连通,所述水系统用于为清洗 容器供水和/或将清洗容器内的液体排出;动力模块,所述动力模块至少部分设置在所述清洗容器内,所述动力模块用于搅动清洗容器内的液体;动力模块包括主动件装置和从动件装置,从动件装置与主动件装置相对设置,主动件装置用于驱动从动件装置旋转,从动件装置设置在清洗装置组件上;控制装置,所述控制装置与所述水系统和所述动力模块电连接。
本发明公开了一种多功能清洗机,通过在机身组件内设置有安装空位,清洗容器则放置在安装工位上,清洗容器设有容置腔,清洗容器用于放置待清洗件,水系统连通清洗容器,用于为清洗容器供水或者将清洗容器内的液体排出,动力模块至少部分位于在清洗容器内,用于搅动清洗容器内的液体,主动件装置与从动件装置相对设置,可以更好的配合使用,主动件装置驱动从动件装置来搅动清洗容器内的液体来对待清洗物件进行清洗,从动件装置安装在清洗装置组件上,避免动力模块在运动过程中与驱动模块直接接触,可以减少磨损,降低损耗率。清洗装置主体与清洗装置底盖可拆卸安装,可以更好的提高了安装便捷性。其中在使用过程中,通过控制装置发出指令来控制水系统和动力模块的工作状态,工作时,通过水系统的运作给清洗容器提供清洗液,清洗模块搅动清洗容器内的液体来清洗待清洗件,清洗完成后,水系统将清洗容器内的液体排出。
在其中一个实施例中,所述清洗容器包括清洗杯、清洗装置组件和清洗容器上盖,所述清洗容器上盖盖设在所述清洗装置组件上,所述清洗装置组件至少部分设置在所述清洗杯内。可更好实现整个装置尺寸的减小,同时也可以更好的提升空间利用效率,减小零部件占用空间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述清洗容器上盖设置有进水口,所述清洗杯上设置有出水口。进水口设置在清洗容器上盖上,出水口设置在清洗杯上,提高了 排水功能。
在其中一个实施例中,所述清洗杯底部设置有出水口,所述清洗杯侧壁上设置有进水口。进水口设置在清洗杯侧壁上,出水口设置在底部上,提高了排水功能。
在其中一个实施例中,所述清洗杯底部设置有出水口和进水口,所述进水口与所述出水口相对设置,所述进水口和所述出水口和所述流道连通。进水口设置和出水口都设置在底部上,提高了排水功能。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的清洗容器通过连接管与所述水系统连通。连接管可以为软管,软管一端有部分可延伸至清洗容器内,另一端与进水系统中的第一水泵连接。
在其中在一个实施例中,软管一端有部分可延伸至清洗容器内,另一端与储水装置的第二水泵连接。在其中一个实施例中,所述清洗装置组件包括清洗装置主体和清洗装置底盖,所述清洗装置底盖设置在所述清洗装置主体上,所述清洗装置主体与所述清洗装置底盖围合形成第一安装腔,所述从动件装置设置在所述第一安装腔。清洗装置底盖可拆卸的安装在清洗装置主体上,提高了装配性。从动件装置设置在第一安装腔内,可以更好的在使用过程中,降低了从动件装置与主动件装置的摩擦损耗率,提高了使用寿命。
进一步地,清洗装置底盖固定安装在清洗装置主体上。清洗装置主体与清洗装置底盖可一体化安装,减少装配零部件数量,提高安装工艺效率。在其中一个实施例中,所述主动件装置包括驱动件和转动件,所述驱动件的输出轴上设置有转动件,所述驱动件和所述转动件设置在所述清洗容器外,所述转动件为磁性转动件,所述从动件装置与所述转动件相对设置,所述从动件装置为磁性转动件,所述从动件装置能够随着所述转动件进行转动。清洗装置底盖可拆 卸的安装在清洗装置主体上,提高了装配性。从动件装置设置在第一安装腔内,可以更好的在使用过程中,降低了从动件装置与主动件装置的摩擦损耗率,提高了使用寿命。
在其中一个实施例中,所述主动件装置包括驱动件和转动件,所述驱动件的输出轴上设置有所述转动件,所述驱动件和所述转动件设置在所述清洗容器外,所述转动件为磁性转动件,所述从动件装置与所述转动件相对设置,所述从动件装置为磁性转动件,所述从动件装置能够随着所述转动件进行转动。磁力驱动件包括驱动件和转动件,转动件上为磁性转动件,可以与从动件的磁性相互作用,来驱动转动件运动,从而带动搅拌杯内的液体转动,进行清洗。
在其中一个实施例中,所述主动件装置包括驱动件,所述驱动件的输出轴设置在所述清洗容器外,与所述从动件装置相互配合,用来驱动所述从动件装置旋转。驱动件的输出轴设置在清洗容器外,与从动件装置相互配合,避免主动件装置在运动过程中与从动件装置直接接触,可以减少磨损,降低损耗率。同时也使得驱动件不与底座直接配合,滑动阻力小的同时启动也较为容易。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括超声波换能装置,所述超声波换能装置设置在清洗容器上。底部设置了超声波换能器,启动后可以使水分子产生高频震动,可以使物品达到清洁效果。提高了消毒装置工作的便利性,同时也可更好实现整个装置尺寸的减小,更好地提升空间利用效率,减小零部件占用空间。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括紫外线杀菌灯,所述紫外线杀菌灯设置在所述机身组件上。机身组件上还设置了紫外线杀菌灯,可以更好的提高物品清洁效果。提高了消毒装置工作的便利性,同时也可更好实现整个装置尺寸的减小,更好地提升空间利用效率,减小零部件占用空间。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括泡腾片供应装置,所述泡腾片供应装置设置 在所述机身组件上,所述泡腾片供应装置用于为所述清洗容器提供泡腾片。机身组件上还设置了泡腾片供应装置,可以更好的提高物品清洁效果。提高了消毒装置工作的便利性,同时也可更好实现整个装置尺寸的减小,更好地提升空间利用效率,减小零部件占用空间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述水系统包括进水系统与排水系统,所述进水系统与所述清洗容器连通,所述进水系统用于为清洗容器供应液体,所述排水系统与所述清洗容器连通,所述排水系统用于将所述清洗容器内的液体排出。清洗容器一端与进水系统连通,另一端与排水系统连通,便于清洗装置工作时,清洗液体便于进水与排水,提高了清洗装置工作的便利性。
在其中一个实施例中,所述水系统还包括储水装置,所述储水装置包括隔板、储水容器主体和储水容器盖体,所述储水容器盖体盖设在所述储水容器主体上,所述隔板设置在所述储水容器主体内,所述隔板将所述储水容器主体分割为两个部分,其中一部分形成所述第二安装腔,另一部形成第三安装腔。可更好实现整个装置尺寸的减小,同时可更好地提升空间利用效率,减小零部件占用空间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述进水系统包括第一水泵、第一连通件与第一水位传感器,所述第一水泵的一端通过所述第一连通件与所述第二安装腔连通,所述第一水泵的另一端通过所述第一连通件与所述清洗容器连通,所述第二安装腔用于承接杀菌消毒后的液体,所述第一水位传感器设置在所述第二安装腔内,所述第一水位传感器用于感应液体位置。可更好实现整个装置尺寸的减小,更好地提升空间利用效率,减小零部件占用空间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述排水系统包括第二水泵、第二连通件和第二水位传感器,所述第二水泵的一端通过所述第二连通件与所述第三安装腔连通, 所述第二水泵的另一端通过所述第二连通件与所述清洗容器连通,所述第三安装腔用于承接所述第二水泵排出的液体,所述第二水位传感器设置在所述第三安装腔内,所述第二水位传感器用于感应液体位置。可更好实现整个装置尺寸的减小,更好地提升空间利用效率,减小零部件占用空间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述杀菌消毒装置设置在第二安装腔内。杀菌消毒装置安装在第二安装腔内,可以更好的提高物品清洁效果。提高了消毒装置工作的便利性,同时也可更好实现整个装置尺寸的减小,更好地提升空间利用效率,减小零部件占用空间。

如图2所示,可选的,清洗杯201底部设置有出水口,清洗杯201侧壁上设置有进水口。进水口设置在清洗杯侧壁上,出水口设置在底部上,提高了排水功能。
如图2所示,可选的,清洗杯201底部设置有出水口和进水口,进水口与出水口相对设置,进水口和出水口和流道连通。进水口和出水口都设置在底部上,提高了排水功能。
如图2所示,可选的,所述的清洗容器200通过连接管与所述水系统连通。所述的清洗容器通过连接管与所述水系统连通。连接管可以为软管,软管一端有部分可延伸至清洗容器内,另一端与进水系统中的第一水泵连接。

如图2所示,可选的,进水系统包括第一水泵5011、第一连通件与第一水位传感器5012,第一水泵5011的一端通过第一连通件与第二安装腔50311连通,第一水泵5011的另一端通过第一连通件与清洗容器200连通,第二安装腔50311用于承接杀菌消毒后的液体,第一水位传感器5012设置在第二安装腔50311内,第一水位传感器5012用于感应液体位置。可更好实现整个装置尺寸的减小,更好地提升空间利用效率,减小零部件占用空间。
如图2所示,可选的,排水系统包括第二水泵5021、第二连通件和第二水 位传感器5022,第二水泵5021的一端通过第二连通件与第三安装腔50312连通,第二水泵5021的另一端通过第二连通件与清洗容器200连通,第三安装腔50312用于承接第二水泵5021排出的液体,第二水位传感器5022设置在第三安装腔50312内,第二水位传感器5022用于感应液体位置。可更好实现整个装置尺寸的减小,更好地提升空间利用效率,减小零部件占用空间。
如图2所示,可选的,杀菌消毒装置600设置在第二安装腔50311内。杀菌消毒装置安装在第二安装腔内,可以更好的提高物品清洁效果。提高了消毒装置工作的便利性,同时也可更好实现整个装置尺寸的减小,更好地提升空间利用效率,减小零部件占用空间。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能清洗机,包括:
    机身组件(100),所述机身组件(100)内设有安装工位,
    清洗容器(200),所述清洗容器(200)设置在所述安装工位上,所述清洗容器(200)设有容置腔;
    水系统,所述水系统与所述清洗容器(200)连通,所述水系统用于为清洗容器(200)供水和/或将清洗容器(200)内的液体排出;
    动力模块(300),所述动力模块至少部分设置在所述清洗容器(200)内,所述动力模块(300)用于搅动清洗容器(200)内的液体;所述动力模块(300)包括主动件装置(301)和从动件装置(302),所述从动件装置(302)与所述主动件装置(301)相对设置,所述主动件装置(301)用于驱动所述从动件装置(302)旋转,所述从动件装置(302)设置在所述清洗装置组件(202)上。
    控制装置,所述控制装置与所述水系统和所述动力模块(300)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能清洗机,其特征在于,所述清洗容器(200)包括清洗杯(201)、清洗装置组件(202)和清洗容器上盖(203),所述清洗容器上盖(203)盖设在所述清洗装置组件(202)上,所述清洗装置组件(202)至少部分设置在所述清洗杯(201)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能清洗机,其特征在于,所述清洗容器上盖(203)设置有进水口,所述清洗杯(201)上设置有出水口;或
    所述清洗杯(201)底部设置有出水口,所述清洗杯(201)侧壁上设置有进水口;或
    所述清洗杯(201)底部设置有出水口和进水口,所述进水口与所述出水口相对设置,所述进水口和所述出水口和所述流道连通;或
    所述的清洗容器(200)通过连接管与所述水系统连通。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能清洗机,其特征在于,所述清洗装置组件(202)包括清洗装置主体(2021)和清洗装置底盖(2022),
    所述清洗装置底盖(2022)设置在所述清洗装置主体(2021)上,所述清洗装置主体(2021)与所述清洗装置底盖(2022)围合形成第一安装腔(2023),所述从动件装置(302)设置在所述第一安装腔(2023)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能清洗机,其特征在于,所述主动件装置(301)包括驱动件(3011)和转动件(3012),所述驱动件(3011)的输出轴上设置有转动件(3012),所述驱动件(3011)和所述转动件(3012)设置在所述清洗容器(200)外,所述转动件(3012)为磁性转动件,所述从动件装置(302)与所述转动件(3012)相对设置,所述从动件装置(302)为磁性转动件,所述从动件装置(302)能够随着所述转动件(3012)进行转动;或
    所述主动件装置(301)包括驱动件(3011),所述驱动件(3011)的输出轴设置在所述清洗容器外,与所述从动件装置(302)相互配合,用来驱动所述从动件装置(302)旋转。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能清洗机,其特征在于,还包括超声波换能装置(400),所述超声波换能装置(400)设置在清洗容器(200)上;和/或
    还包括紫外线杀菌灯,所述紫外线杀菌灯设置在所述机身组件(100)上;和/或
    还包括泡腾片供应装置,所述泡腾片供应装置设置在所述机身组件(100)上,所述泡腾片供应装置用于为所述清洗容器(200)提供泡腾片。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能清洗机,其特征在于,所述水系统包括进水系统与排水系统,所述进水系统与所述清洗容器(200)连通,所述进水系统用于为清洗容器(200)供应液体,所述排水系统与所述清洗容器(200)连通, 所述排水系统用于将所述清洗容器(200)内的液体排出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能清洗机,其特征在于,所述水系统还包括储水装置(503),所述储水装置(503)包括隔板(5031)、储水容器主体(5032)和储水容器盖体(5033),所述储水容器盖体(5033)盖设在所述储水容器主体(5032)上,所述隔板(5031)设置在所述储水容器主体(5032)内,所述隔板(5031)将所述储水容器主体(5032)分割为两个部分,其中一部分形成所述第二安装腔(50311),另一部形成第三安装腔(50312)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能清洗机,其特征在于,所述进水系统包括第一水泵(5011)、第一连通件与第一水位传感器(5012),所述第一水泵(5011)的一端通过所述第一连通件与所述第二安装腔(50311)连通,所述第一水泵(5011)的另一端通过所述第一连通件与所述清洗容器(200)连通,所述第二安装腔(50311)用于承接杀菌消毒后的液体,所述第一水位传感器(5012)设置在所述第二安装腔(50311)内,所述第一水位传感器(5012)用于感应液体位置;和/或
    所述排水系统包括第二水泵(5021)、第二连通件和第二水位传感器(5022),所述第二水泵(5021)的一端通过所述第二连通件与所述第三安装腔(50312)连通,所述第二水泵(5021)的另一端通过所述第二连通件与所述清洗容器(200)连通,所述第三安装腔(50312)用于承接所述第二水泵(5021)排出的液体,所述第二水位传感器(5022)设置在所述第三安装腔(50312)内,所述第二水位传感器(5022)用于感应液体位置。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的多功能清洗机,其特征在于,所述杀菌消毒装置(600)设置在第二安装腔(50311)内。
