本实用新型属于电缆技术领域,特指一种变频电缆。
背景技术:
变频电缆主要用于变频电源和变频电机之间连接用的电缆,以及额定电压1KV及以下的输配电线路中,作输送电能用,尤其适用于造纸、冶金、金属加工、矿山、铁路和食品加工等行业。
变频电缆一般包括三根动力线和三根中性线,现有的变频电缆各个线之间屏蔽性不好,相互干扰。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种变频电缆,其线芯与线芯之间屏蔽性好,有效防止干扰。

在上述的一种变频电缆中,所述动力线芯绝缘层和中性线芯绝缘层的材料为交联PE,所述动力线芯半导电屏蔽层和中性线芯半导电屏蔽层的材料为EVA,所述护套的材料为塑料。

3、本实用新型的动力线芯绝缘层和动力线芯半导电屏蔽层同时挤出包覆在动力线芯导体外部,所述中性线芯绝缘层和中性线芯半导电屏蔽层同时挤出包覆在中性线芯导体外部,减少加工工序,生产成本低。

为了使动力线芯和中性线芯更紧实不易松散,提高电缆的圆整性,以及便于包覆铜带屏蔽层8和护套7,三根动力线芯和三根中性线芯绞合成缆芯,缆芯 外部设有铜带屏蔽层8和护套7。
优选的,所述动力线芯绝缘层2和中性线芯绝缘层5的材料为交联PE,所述动力线芯半导电屏蔽层3和中性线芯半导电屏蔽层6的材料为EVA,所述护套7的材料为塑料。
为了减少加工工序,降低生产成本,所述动力线芯绝缘层2和动力线芯半导电屏蔽层3同时挤出包覆在动力线芯导体1外部,所述中性线芯绝缘层5和中性线芯半导电屏蔽层6同时挤出包覆在中性线芯导体4外部。
