Description
本实用新型属于电缆技术领域,特指一种柔性防火电缆。
电缆是一种电能或信号传输装置,通常是由几根或几组导线组成。在缆线的标准中,有一类防火标准,称之为“线路完整性”标准,它的目标是缆线在火场中仍然能保持线路畅通,让电源和信息仍然能够正常传输。因此符合系列完整性要求的线缆也被称之为防火缆线。
中国实用新型专利CN201820478U公开了防火电缆,包括铜管,在铜管内设有若干个铜导线,铜导线间填充耐火材料,所述铜管外部设有石棉防护层。
上述防火电缆仅通过铜管外部设有的石棉防护层减少外部高温对铜管的影响,减少铜管对管内铜导线的热辐射,抗温防火效果不好。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种柔性防火电缆,其抗温、防火效果好。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种柔性防火电缆,包括线芯和依次包覆在线芯外部的铜硅复合带和护套,所述线芯包括导体和包覆在导体外部的云母带,所述线芯与铜硅复合带之间设有硅胶。
在上述的一种柔性防火电缆中,所述线芯设置有一个。
在上述的一种柔性防火电缆中,所述线芯设置有两个以上且相互绞合,所述硅胶还设置在线芯与线芯之间。
在上述的一种柔性防火电缆中,所述铜硅复合带包括硅带面和设置在硅带面外侧的铜带面。
在上述的一种柔性防火电缆中,所述铜硅复合带绕包在线芯外部。
在上述的一种柔性防火电缆中,所述云母带为陶瓷复合云母带,所述护套为塑料护套。
本实用新型相比现有技术突出的优点是:
1、本实用新型包覆在线芯外部的铜硅复合带抗温、防火、防水,有效提高电缆的防火、防水性能;设置在线芯与铜硅复合带之间的硅胶,填充间隙,有效提高电缆的防火、防水性能;
2、本实用新型的铜带面设置在硅带面外侧,有效避免铜带面刺破硅带面,硅带面不易破损,防火、防水效果好;
3、本实用新型的铜硅复合带绕包在线芯外部,无需电焊专用设备,生产成本低、速度快,便于生产,结构更紧凑。

实施例一:
一种柔性防火电缆,包括线芯和依次包覆在线芯外部的铜硅复合带1和护 套2,所述线芯包括导体3和包覆在导体3外部的云母带4,所述线芯与铜硅复合带1之间设有硅胶5。
如图1所示,本实用新型包覆在导体3外部的云母带4对导体3进行绝缘;包覆在线芯外部的铜硅复合带1抗温、防火、防水,有效提高电缆的防火、防水性能;设置在线芯与铜硅复合带1之间的硅胶5,填充间隙,有效提高电缆的防火、防水性能。
在本实施例中,所述线芯设置有一个,所述硅胶5设置在线芯与铜硅复合带1之间。
为了防止铜带面12刺破硅带面11,所述铜硅复合带1包括硅带面11和设置在硅带面11外侧的铜带面12。硅带面11不易破损,防火、防水效果好。
优选的,所述铜硅复合带1绕包在线芯外部。相比一般铜带焊接包覆在线芯外部,本实用新型无需电焊专用设备,生产成本低、速度快,便于生产,结构更紧凑。
优选的,所述云母带4为陶瓷复合云母带,绝缘效果好;所述护套2为塑料护套。
实施例二:
本实施例与上述实施例一的结构基本相同,其主要区别在于:如图2所示,所述线芯设置有两个以上且相互绞合,所述硅胶5还设置在线芯与线芯之间。线芯与线芯之间、线芯与铜硅硅复合带1之间充满硅胶5,硅胶5填充间隙,有效提高电缆的防火、防水性能。线芯相互绞合,有效提高电缆的圆整性,便于包覆铜硅复合带1和护套2。
上述实施例仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例之一,并非以此限制本实 用新型的实施范围,故:凡依本实用新型的形状、结构、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本实用新型的保护范围之内。

- 一种柔性防火电缆,其特征在于:包括线芯和依次包覆在线芯外部的铜硅复合带(1)和护套(2),所述线芯包括导体(3)和包覆在导体(3)外部的云母带(4),所述线芯与铜硅复合带(1)之间设有硅胶(5)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防火电缆,其特征在于:所述线芯设置有一个。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防火电缆,其特征在于:所述线芯设置有两个以上且相互绞合,所述硅胶(5)还设置在线芯与线芯之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防火电缆,其特征在于:所述铜硅复合带(1)包括硅带面(11)和设置在硅带面(11)外侧的铜带面(12)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防火电缆,其特征在于:所述铜硅复合带(1)绕包在线芯外部。
