本发明公开了一种使用无工具连接件连接板件和杆件的方法,包括以下步骤:
所述弹性部(1)沿横截面压紧收缩之后伸入所述板件(4)的连接口,然后松开回弹;
所述第一半片(31)和所述第二半片(32)套在所述杆件(5)的外侧,连接成所述夹片(3),并使所述环形突出条(35)嵌入所述杆件(5)的沟槽内;
所述弹性部(1)和所述支撑部(2)连同所述板件(4)穿过所述杆件(5),使所述弹性部(1)或所述支撑部(2)挤压所述夹片(3)。
本发明至少具有如下有益技术效果:
1、本发明提供的无工具连接件,弹性部和支撑部为一体化成型结构,简化了加工工艺,提高了零件的加工精确度。
2、本发明提供的无工具连接件,通过弹性部的弹性收缩和回弹,安装于家具板件的连接口中,无需焊接、攻丝等操作,因此可广泛应用于中纤板、实木板、刨花板、大理石板、人造石板、塑料化合物有机板材质的家具中。
3、本发明的无工具连接件,夹片通过第一半片和第二半片扣在一起,夹片与弹性部之间形成锁扣接口,可在不使用手工具的情况下实现拆装,使用十分便利。

具体实施方式
以下参考说明书附图介绍本发明的多个优选实施例,使其技术内容更加清楚和便于理解。本发明可以通过许多不同形式的实施例来得以体现,本发明的保护范围并非仅限于文中提到的实施例。
在附图中,结构相同的部件以相同数字标号表示,各处结构或功能相似的组件以相似数字标号表示。附图所示的每一组件的尺寸和厚度是任意示出的,本发明并没有限定每个组件的尺寸和厚度。为了使图示更清晰,附图中有些地方适当夸大了部件的厚度。
本发明的无工具连接件,用于板件和杆件的连接。如图9所示,在家具的组装中,板件4为水平状态,杆件5为竖直状态,在板件4上开有连接口,无工具连接件的弹性部1嵌入板件4的连接口中,并使弹性部1在上、支撑部2在下。杆件5穿过弹性部1的第一通孔和支撑部2的第二通孔,在安装就位后,弹性部1或支撑部2给杆件5提供挤压力。弹性部1、支撑部2和杆件5之间还可以设置夹片3,以提高无工具连接件对杆件5的压紧作用,并便于杆件5的拆装。
实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例的无工具连接件,包括弹性部1和支撑部2。弹性部1沿轴向方向具有相对设置的第一端和第二端;板件4具有连接口,弹性部1的第一端具有与板件4的连接口相匹配的外轮廓并用于与板件4连接。支撑部2沿轴向方向具有相对设置的第三端和第四端,弹性部1的第二端与支撑部2的第三端连接。如图2所示,本实施例中,弹性部1整体上大致呈圆柱形,具有轴线11,沿轴线11延伸的方向即为轴向方向;支撑部2整体上大致呈圆柱形,具有轴线21,沿轴线21延伸的方向即为轴向方向。本实施例的轴线11与轴线21相重合。
如图2所示,弹性部1沿轴向方向开有第一通孔,支撑部2沿轴向方向开有第二通孔,弹性部1的第一通孔和支撑部2的第二通孔连通。杆件5穿过第一通孔和第二通孔,在板件4和杆件5连接时,弹性部1或支撑部2向杆件5施加挤压力。
弹性部1的第一通孔内壁和支撑部2的第二通孔内壁平滑过渡,第二通孔的横截面的面积大于等于第一通孔的横截面面积。本实施例中,第一通孔的横截面的面积沿轴向方向自弹性部1的第一端至弹性部1的第二端逐渐增大,第二通孔的横截面面积沿轴向方向自支撑部2的第三端至第四端逐渐增大。横截面是指与弹性部1的轴线11或支撑部2的轴线21垂直的面。
弹性部1的壁面具有弹性,可沿第一通孔的横截面方向扩张、收缩和回弹。
本实施例的无工具连接件用于家具的板件和杆件的连接。如图3所示,在板件4上预先开连接口,弹性部1的第一端具有与板件4的连接口相匹配的外轮廓。在进行安装时,通过挤压弹性部1的壁面使其收缩,然后将弹性部1从板件4的下表面伸入板件4的连接口中,松开之后,弹性部1即依靠回弹力而卡紧板件4。弹性部1的第一通孔和支撑部2的第二通孔内安装家具的杆件5,第一通孔和第二通孔的横截面上小下大,通过重力即可实现弹性部1、支撑部2与杆件5锁紧,重力越大,锁紧效果越好。本实施例的无工具连接件与待安装的家具相互独立,除在家具的板件4上开孔之外,不需要其它加工工艺。因此,本实施例可适用的板件4包括中纤板、实木板、刨花板、大理石板、人造石板、塑料化合物有机板等。
如图3所示,弹性部1的第一端外壁设置有凸起15,板件4的连接口上设置有榫槽,第一端的凸起15与板件4的榫槽配合,可使弹性部1与板件4连接牢固。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中,弹性部1的第一通孔横截面与支撑部2的第二 通孔横截面为圆形,弹性部1的轴线11和支撑部2的轴线21重合,弹性部1的第一通孔孔径和支撑部2的第二通孔孔径自弹性部1的第一端至支撑部2的第四端线性增大,形成锥面,可使弹性部1和支撑部2更牢固地锁紧在家具的圆柱形杆件上。第一通孔和第二通孔孔径范围为10~60mm,可以适用于不同规格的家具杆件。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中,弹性部1的外壁为圆柱形,相应地,在板件4上加工圆柱形的连接口。弹性部1的壁面上设置有弹性片12,弹性片12之间留有缺口13,使弹性部1的收缩和回弹效果更好。弹性片12绕弹性部1的轴线11均匀分布,缺口13的宽度自弹性部1的第一端至弹性部1的第二端逐渐增大,相应地,弹性片12的宽度自弹性部1的第一端开始逐渐减小,使弹性片12上的回弹力分布尽量均匀。如图4所示,缺口13底部的交线处圆滑过渡,形成圆滑过渡段14,以减小弹性片12在压缩和回弹过程中的局部应力。
如图1和图2所示,支撑部2的第一端外侧设置有顶板21;顶板21的下方,在支撑部2的壁面22上沿支撑部2的轴线21的方向设置有支撑板23,支撑板23绕支撑部2的轴线21均匀分布;支撑板23与顶板21连接,增加支撑部2的稳定性。如图3所示,在本实施例的连接件安装至板件4上时,支撑板23与板件4的下表面贴合,弹性部1第一端的凸起15与板件4的上部榫槽配合,使弹性部1和支撑部2在家具上安装牢固。支撑板23的形状为弧形,以提高支撑力。
本实施例的弹性部1和支撑部2一体化成型,不需要焊接、沉孔等工艺,加工工艺简单,精确度高。无工具连接件的材质可以为塑料、铁、铝、铝合金、锌合金中的一种,应用范围广泛。
实施例2
本实施例在实施例1的基础上增加了夹片3。如图5所示,夹片3为中空结构,使夹片3套在家具的杆件上。夹片3具有相对设置的第五端和第六端。夹片3包括第一半片31和第二半片32,第一半片31和第二半片32拼接成完整的夹片3。夹片3在使用时嵌入弹性部1的第一通孔和支撑部2的第二通孔内,弹性部1和支撑部2通过挤压锁紧夹片3。夹片3的长度大于弹性部1与支撑部2的长度之和,长度为沿轴线方向的尺寸。
如图6所示,第一半片31和第二半片32的连接面上设置有凸起33和凹槽34,第一半片31和第二半片32通过凸起33和凹槽34拼接在一起。第一半片31和第二半片32形状相同,增加了夹片3组装的便利性。
如图6所示,夹片3的内壁上设置有环形突出条35。如图8所示,环形突出条35与家具的杆件5上的沟槽配合,使夹片3安装时位置稳定。
如图7所示,夹片3的外壁横截面自夹片3的第五端至夹片3的第六端增大;在安装时,夹片3的第五端位于弹性部1的第一端,夹片3的第六端位于支撑部2的第四端。夹片3的外壁轮廓自第五端至第六端分别与弹性部1的第一通孔和支撑部2的 第二通孔轮廓匹配,以使夹片3与弹性部1和支撑部2更好地贴合,使锁紧效果更好。同时,夹片3的第六端超出支撑部2的第四端,在弹性部1和支撑部2锁紧夹片3时,留有上下调节空间。
本实施例的无工具连接件的使用过程如下:弹性部1从板件4的下表面嵌入板件4的连接口中,弹性部1第一端的凸起15与板件4的连接口的榫槽部分配合,支撑部2的顶板22贴合板件4的下表面,使弹性部1和支撑部2与板件4连接牢固;夹片3的第一半片31和第二半片32套在杆件5的外侧,然后拼接在一起并使环形突出条35与杆件5的沟槽配合,安装时使夹片3的第五端在上、第六端在下;最后将弹性部1和支撑部2连同板件4从杆件5的上端套在夹片3的外侧,使弹性部1、支撑部2挤压夹片3,整个连接件锁紧。
本实施例的夹片3用在圆棒结构上,可同时应用于铁管、竹棒、实木棒、铝管、合金管、塑料有机棒上,组合成不同类型的家具,包括多层置物架、桌子、推车、鞋架、吊衣架、屏风、厨房储物架、卫浴储物架等。本实施例的无工具连接件,在不使用手工具的情况下即可通过上下移动板件4、组合和分拆夹片3,实现拆装和上下调节,安装十分便利。本实施例的无工具连接件、板件4和杆件5均为独立部件,不需要进行预先加工,使生产工艺大大简化。
在本发明的其他实施例中,杆件5并不限于圆柱,也可以是方柱、棱柱等,相应地设置夹片3的开孔形状、夹片3的形状、弹性部1的第一通孔和支撑部2的第二通孔形状、弹性部1和支撑部2的外轮廓以及板件4的连接口形状,可实现不同形状的无工具连接件,适用于多种场景下板件4与杆件5的连接。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种无工具连接件,用于板件和杆件的连接,其特征在于,包括:
    弹性部(1),所述弹性部(1)沿轴向方向具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,其中,所述板件(4)具有连接口,所述第一端具有与所述连接口相匹配的外轮廓并用于与所述板件(4)连接;
    支撑部(2),所述支撑部(2)沿轴向方向具有相对设置的第三端和第四端,所述弹性部(1)的第二端与所述支撑部(2)的第三端连接;
    所述弹性部(1)沿轴向方向开有第一通孔,所述支撑部(2)沿轴向方向开有第二通孔,所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔连通;
    所述杆件(5)穿过所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔,在所述板件(4)和所述杆件(5)连接时,所述弹性部(1)或所述支撑部(2)向所述杆件(5)施加挤压力。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述第一通孔的内壁和所述第二通孔的内壁平滑过渡。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述第二通孔的横截面的面积大于等于所述第一通孔的横截面的面积。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述第一通孔的横截面的面积沿轴向方向自所述第一端至所述第二端逐渐增大,以及所述第二通孔的横截面的面积沿轴向方向自所述第三端至所述第四端逐渐增大。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述第一通孔的横截面和所述第二通孔的横截面是圆形。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述弹性部(1)上设置有一个或多个弹性片(12)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述弹性片(12)均匀分布在所述弹性部(1)的壁面上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述弹性片(12)之间设置有缺口(13)。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述缺口(13)的宽度自所述弹性部(1)的第一端至所述弹性部(1)的第二端增大。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述弹性部(1)的第一端的外壁设置有凸起(15)。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述支撑部(2)的第三端外壁设置有顶板(22)。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述支撑部(2)的外壁设置有斜撑(23),所述斜撑(23)与所述顶板(22)连接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述斜撑(23)的形状为弧形。
  14. 如权利要求1-13任一项所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述弹性部(1)和所述支撑部(2)一体化成型。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述连接件的材质为塑料、铁、铝、铝合金、锌合金中的一种。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,还包括夹片(3),所述夹片(3)为中空结构,所述夹片(3)具有相对设置的第五端和第六端;所述夹片(3)包括第一半片(31)和第二半片(32),所述第一半片(31)和所述第二半片(32)拼接连接;所述夹片(3)置于所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔内,所述杆件(5)穿过所述夹片(3)。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述夹片(3)的外壁横截面自所述夹片(3)的第五端至所述夹片(3)的第六端增大。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述第一半片(31)与所述第二半片(32)的形状相同,所述第一半片(31)与所述第二半片(32)通过凸起(33)和凹槽(34)连接。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的无工具连接件,其特征在于,所述夹片(3)的内壁设置 有环形突出条(35),其中,所述杆件(5)具有沟槽,所述环形突出条(35)嵌入所述沟槽内。
  20. 一种使用无工具连接件连接板件和杆件的方法,所述无工具连接件包括:
    弹性部(1),所述弹性部(1)沿轴向方向具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,其中,所述板件(4)具有连接口,所述第一端具有与所述连接口相匹配的外轮廓并用于与所述板件(4)连接;
    支撑部(2),所述支撑部(2)沿轴向方向具有相对设置的第三端和第四端,所述弹性部(1)的第二端与所述支撑部(2)的第三端连接;
    所述弹性部(1)沿轴向方向开有第一通孔,所述支撑部(2)沿轴向方向开有第二通孔,所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔连通;
    所述杆件(5)穿过所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔,在所述板件(4)和所述杆件(5)连接时,所述弹性部(1)或所述支撑部(2)向所述杆件(5)施加挤压力;
    所述无工具连接件还包括:
    夹片(3),所述夹片(3)为中空结构,所述夹片(3)具有相对设置的第五端和第六端;所述夹片(3)包括第一半片(31)和第二半片(32),所述第一半片(31)和所述第二半片(32)拼接连接;所述夹片(3)置于所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔内,所述杆件(5)穿过所述夹片(3);
    所述夹片(3)的内壁设置有环形突出条(35),其中,所述杆件(5)具有沟槽,所述环形突出条(35)嵌入所述沟槽内;
    其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    所述弹性部(1)沿横截面压紧收缩之后伸入所述板件(4)的连接口,然后松开回弹;
    所述第一半片(31)和所述第二半片(32)套在所述杆件(5)的外侧,连接成所述夹片(3),并使所述环形突出条(35)嵌入所述杆件(5)的沟槽内;
    所述弹性部(1)和所述支撑部(2)连同所述板件(4)穿过所述杆件(5),使所述弹性部(1)或所述支撑部(2)挤压所述夹片(3)。
