Abstract

The present invention relates to a cooking container with a foldable handle and, more specifically, to a cooking container with a foldable handle, the container enabling the handle to be folded toward the central part of a container main body and, particularly, when the handle is folded, enabling efficient storage and layered storage through a structural improvement in which the handle does not protrude upward the container main body, thereby facilitating storage. According to the present invention, the handle can be folded toward the central part of the container main body and, particularly, a novel structure, in which an accommodation groove is formed on a side wall part of the container main body and the handle is mounted in the accommodation groove to prevent protruding up toward the side wall part of the container main body when the handle is folded, is presented, and thus the size of the present invention can be reduced to enable efficient storage and layered storage with other containers, thereby facilitating storage.

Description

Cooking vessel with foldable handle

The present invention relates to a cooking container having a foldable handle, and more particularly, to enable the handle to be folded toward the center of the container body, but in particular, efficient efficiency through structural improvement to prevent the handle from protruding upward from the container body when folded. The present invention relates to a cooking container having a foldable handle that can be stored and stored in a stack for convenient storage.

In general, a cooking vessel is used for cooking food, and a frying pan is used for frying, frying, or baking, and a pot is used for boiling or boiling soup. In recent years, frying pans and pots are used without distinction, and in the present invention, frying pans and pots are not distinguished, but it should be recognized that any long handle can be included.

Conventionally, as a folding handle, there is Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0405455 (published on January 11, 2006). According to the prior art, a folding handle for a cooking container that can be stored by folding the handle in two steps has been proposed. Of course, as the size is reduced when the handle is folded, there is an advantage of excellent space utilization when storing. However, when the handle is folded, the folded part is a type that protrudes upward from the container, so even if the size is reduced, it is impossible to stack with other containers, making efficient storage difficult.

In addition, when the handle is folded, there is no means to hang it, so there is a storage limit that must be stored only on the floor unconditionally.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and efficient storage is possible through structural improvement such that the handle can be folded toward the center of the container body, but in particular, it does not protrude upward from the container body when the handle is folded. In addition, it is intended to provide a cooking container having a foldable handle for convenient storage as it can be stored in a stack.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms a cooking space composed of a bottom portion and a side wall portion surrounding the bottom portion, wherein a setter plate protruding in a lateral direction is formed on one side of the side wall portion, and the sidewall portion is formed on the setter plate. A container body having a receiving groove penetrating in a lateral direction; and a handle installed via a rotating shaft in the accommodating groove of the container body to be folded toward the center of the cooking space and stored, and to grip the container body while being supported by the seating plate when unfolded in the opposite direction. Since is mounted in the receiving groove, it is characterized in that it is configured not to protrude upward from the side wall when folded toward the center of the cooking space.

Preferably, the bottom of the receiving groove is formed to have a slope gradually lowering toward the cooking space, so that water is well drained during washing.

Preferably, a fastening means coupled to the seat plate is further provided to prevent unauthorized folding when the handle is unfolded.

Preferably, the fastening means is coupled to the rail grooves formed on both sides of the handle and is characterized in that it consists of a slider coupled to or separated from the seat plate when moved forward and backward.

Preferably, the fastening means includes a U-shaped rotating body rotatably mounted on the handle; and an elastic body mounted on the handle to provide an elastic force so that the rotating body is always rotated in a clockwise direction.

According to the present invention, the handle can be folded toward the center of the container body, but in particular, an accommodation groove is formed on the side wall of the container body, and the handle is attached to the accommodation groove so that when the handle is folded, the side wall of the container body protrudes upward. By proposing a new structure that prevents the size from being reduced, efficient storage is possible, as well as stacked storage with other containers, resulting in convenient storage.

Hereinafter, a cooking container having a foldable handle according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

It should be interpreted as a meaning and concept consistent with the technical idea of the present invention based on the principle that it can be defined.

Therefore, the embodiments described in this specification and the configurations shown in the drawings are only the most preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all of the technical ideas of the present invention, so at the time of the present application, they can be replaced. It should be understood that there may be many equivalents and variations.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5 , a cooking vessel having a foldable handle according to the present invention largely includes a container body 100 and a handle 200 .

First, the container body 100 is composed of a bottom part 110 and a side wall part 120 surrounding the bottom part 110 to form a cooking space 130, and one side of the side wall part 120 has a side wall part 120. A seating plate 140 protrudes in a direction is formed, and an accommodation groove 142 penetrating the side wall portion 120 in a lateral direction is formed in the seating plate 140 .

On the other hand, in the drawing, the seating plate 140 protrudes backward from the rear side of the side wall portion 120, and the receiving groove 142 formed in the seating plate 140 is formed to penetrate the side wall portion 120 in the front and rear directions. This is formed so that water or detergent can flow into the receiving groove 142 during washing, so that it can be easily discharged along the slope.

In addition, an insertion hole 146 is formed in the outer wall 144 forming the receiving groove 142, which is formed to insert a rotary shaft 250 for mounting a handle 200 to be described later. In addition, a hook hole 148 is formed at the end of the seat plate 140 so that when the handle 200 is folded, it can be hung on a hook means such as a nail and stored.

Next, the handle 200 is mounted via the rotary shaft 250 in the receiving groove 142 formed in the seat plate 140 of the container body 100, and is folded toward the center of the cooking space 130 for storage. And, when unfolded in reverse, it is provided so that the container body 100 can be gripped while the bottom surface is supported by the seat plate 140, and it can be seen that the shaft hole 240 is also formed in the handle 200. When the insertion hole 146 formed in the outer wall 144 forming the receiving groove 142 and the shaft hole 240 formed in the handle 200 are aligned and the rotation shaft 250 is inserted and mounted, the installation is completed. The rotation shaft ( 250) can be coupled to the rotating shaft 250 with a fixing clip 252 such as a snap ring on the other side so that it is not separated without permission. Of course, the rotary shaft 250 may be of a completely separate type as shown, or may be of a type integrally formed on both sides of the handle 200 and fitted into the insertion hole 146.

On the other hand, the handle 200 may be integrally formed and composed of a single body, but as shown, the first handle 210 mounted on the rotating shaft 250 and the bolting on the rear side of the first handle 210 It can be composed of a fastened second handle 220, it is obvious that it can be selected in terms of manufacturing convenience.

In addition, it is preferable that a fastening means 260 fastened to the seat plate 140 is further provided on the handle 200 to prevent unauthorized folding when unfolded. That is, when unfolding the handle 200 outward to grip it during cooking, it is inconvenient to use it if it is folded without step. It refers to a fastening means 260 that is foldable when separated, and is very simply composed of the same type as a fixing pin. It should be recognized that there may be various methods, such as an insertion method.

On the other hand, among the fastening means 260, a simple and convenient type of operation is a slider type. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the lower surface of the handle 200 is provided with a slider 270 capable of forward and backward movement in the rail grooves 230 formed on both sides. This will greatly improve the convenience of use because the configuration is simple and the operation method is simple.

That is, as shown in FIG. 5 , when the slider 270 is moved to the rear side of the handle 200, it can be freely folded or unfolded as it is separated from the seating plate 140, and the slider 270 is moved forward to place the seating plate. When coupled to 140, the handle 200 is constrained and does not rotate without permission. At this time, if an elastic protrusion 272 is formed on the slider 270 so as to contact the lower surface of the seat plate 140, the locked state can be stably maintained by the elastic force.

On the other hand, the configuration for folding the handle 200 has already been mentioned in the prior art, but in the present application, the handle 200 is not simply folded, but a receiving groove 142 is formed and the handle 200 is mounted therein. The biggest feature is that the handle 200 is configured so that it does not protrude toward the upper side of the side wall portion 120 even when the handle 200 is folded through structural improvement.

This is a big difference from the conventional foldable handle that does not protrude out of the container body 100 even when the handle 200 is folded. In this case, as shown in “A” of FIG. 7 , cooking containers of different sizes can be stacked and stored, but they can be stably stored in a horizontal state without tilting at an angle. When the handle 200 is folded as in the prior art, if the container body 100 protrudes upward, it is difficult to stack other containers, and it is natural that the stacked state is unstable.

In addition, when the handle 200 is reduced in size by folding, it is not only laminated, but also a fixing means such as a nail through the hanging hole 148 formed in the seat plate 140 as shown in FIG. It can also be stored by hanging it at (300).

In this configuration, when cooking is to be performed, the handle 200 is unfolded, the handle 200 is fixed through the fastening means 260, food is placed in the cooking space 130 of the container body 100, and the bottom surface is heated. It is very natural to cook through, and when you want to store it after cooking, fold the handle 200 and stack it with other containers as shown in “A” in FIG. 7 or use the handle 200 as shown in “B” It has the great advantage of being able to be hung and stored even when folded.
