ノルマルウンデカン 25重量%(商品名:カクタスノルマルパラフィンN-11 ENEOS製)、ノルマルドデカン 25重量%(商品名:カクタスノルマルパラフィンN-12D ENEOS製)、ノルマルトリデカン 25重量%(商品名:カクタスノルマルパラフィンN-13 ENEOS製)、ノルマルテトラデカン 25重量%(商品名:カクタスノルマルパラフィンN-14 ENEOS製)を混合した標準溶液を作製し、上記の条件でGC測定を行い、それぞれの炭素数の直鎖炭化水素の面積積分を求める。合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液も同様の条件にてGC測定を行い、標準溶液と同じ保持時間に検出されるそれぞれの炭素数の面積積分を求める。標準溶液にはそれぞれの炭化水素が25重量%含まれており、重量は面積に比例するため、下記式(2)より重量%を計算する。それぞれの炭化水素の合計が直鎖炭化水素(P)の重量%である。

[平滑剤(L)]
平滑成分(L)は、本発明の合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液に必須の成分であり、ノニオン界面活性剤(N)を除く成分である。平滑成分(L)としては、1)脂肪族一価アルコールと脂肪酸とがエステル結合した構造を有するエステル化合物(L1)、2)脂肪族多価アルコールと脂肪酸とがエステル結合した構造を有するエステル化合物(L2)、3)脂肪族一価アルコールと脂肪族多価カルボン酸とがエステル結合した構造を有するエステル化合物(L3)、4)分子内に芳香環を有する芳香族エステル化合物(L4)、5)含硫黄エステル化合物(L5)、6)鉱物油(L6)等、合成繊維用処理剤として一般的に採用されている公知の平滑成分を挙げることができる。平滑成分(L)は1種又は2種以上を使用できる。
エステル化合物(L1)は、脂肪族一価アルコールと脂肪酸(脂肪族一価カルボン酸)とがエステル結合した構造を有する化合物であり、また分子内にポリオキシアルキレン基を有しない化合物である。エステル化合物(L1)は1種又は2種以上を使用できる。
エステル化合物(L1)としては、下記一般式(3)で示される化合物であることが好ましい。

エステル化合物(L2)は、脂肪族多価アルコールと脂肪酸(脂肪族一価カルボン酸)とがエステル結合した構造を有する化合物であり、また分子内にポリオキシアルキレン基を有しない化合物である。エステル化合物(L2)は1種又は2種以上を使用できる。
脂肪族多価アルコールとしては、例えば、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、トリプロピレングリコール、1,2-ブタンジオール、1,3-ブタンジオール、1,4-ブタンジオール、2-メチル-1,3-プロパンジオール、1,5-ペンタンジオール、1,6-ヘキサンジオール、ネオペンチルグリコール、シクロヘキサンジオール、シクロヘキサンジメタノール、グリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール、エリスリトール、ジグリセリン、ソルビタン、ソルビトール、ジトリメチロールプロパン、ジペンタエリスリトール、トリグリセリン、テトラグリセリン、ショ糖等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、グリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール、エリスリトール、ジグリセリン、ソルビタン、ソルビトール、ジトリメチロールプロパン、ジペンタエリスリトール、ショ糖が好ましく、グリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール、エリスリトール、ジグリセリン、ソルビタンがより好ましく、グリセリン、トリメチロールプロパンがさらに好ましい。
エステル化合物(L2)のヨウ素価については、特に限定はない。
エステル化合物(L3)は、脂肪族一価アルコールと脂肪族多価カルボン酸とがエステル結合した構造を有する化合物であり、また分子内にポリオキシアルキレン基を有しない化合物である。エステル化合物(L3)は1種又は2種以上を使用できる。
脂肪族多価カルボン酸としては、クエン酸、イソクエン酸、リンゴ酸、アコニット酸、オキサロ酢酸、オキサロコハク酸、コハク酸、フマル酸、マレイン酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、アコニット酸、オキサロ酢酸、オキサロコハク酸、コハク酸、フマル酸、マレイン酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸が好ましく、フマル酸、マレイン酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸がより好ましい。
芳香族エステル化合物(L4)は、分子内に少なくとも1つの芳香環を有するエステル化合物である。詳細には、芳香族カルボン酸とアルコールとがエステル結合した構造を有するエステル化合物(L4-1)、芳香族アルコールとカルボン酸とがエステル結合した構造を有するエステル化合物(L4-2)を挙げることができる。また、芳香族エステル化合物(L4)は、分子内にポリオキシアルキレン基を有しない化合物である。芳香族エステル化合物(L4)は、1種又は2種以上を使用できる。
含硫黄エステル化合物は、チオジプロピオン酸と脂肪族アルコールとのジエステル化合物及びチオジプロピオン酸と脂肪族アルコールとのモノエステル化合物から選ばれる少なくとも1種である。
含硫黄エステル化合物は、抗酸化能を有する成分である。該含硫黄エステル化合物を使用することで、処理剤の耐熱性を高めることができる。含硫黄エステル化合物は、1種又は2種以上を使用できる。該含硫黄エステル化合物を構成するチオジプロピオン酸の分子量は、400~1000が好ましく、500~900がより好ましく、600~800がさらに好ましい。該含硫黄エステル化合物を構成する脂肪族アルコールは、飽和であっても不飽和であってもよい。また、脂肪族アルコールは、直鎖状であっても分岐構造を有していてもよいが、分岐構造を有するものが好ましい。脂肪族アルコールの炭素数は8~24が好ましく、12~24がより好ましく、16~24がさらに好ましい。脂肪族アルコールとしては、例えば、オクチルアルコール、2-エチルヘキシルアルコール、デシルアルコール、ラウリルアルコール、ミリスチルアルコール、イソセチルアルコール、オレイルアルコールおよびイソステアリルアルコールなどが挙げられ、これらの中でもオレイルアルコール、イソステアリルアルコールが好ましい。
また、本発明の合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液は、上記以外の平滑成分として、鉱物油を含有してもよい。ここでいう鉱物油は直鎖炭化水素(P)及び低粘度希釈剤(D)ではなく、不揮発分に含まれる。鉱物油としては、特に限定はないが、マシン油、スピンドル油、流動パラフィン等を挙げることができる。鉱物油は、1種又は2種以上を使用してもよい。鉱物油の30℃における粘度は、100~500秒が好ましい。
本発明の合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液は、原糸に油膜強度、集束性を与え、製糸性を向上させる点から、上記の平滑成分(L)に加え、ノニオン界面活性剤(N)を必須に含有する。なお、ノニオン界面活性剤(N)は、前記の平滑成分(L)を除くものいう。ノニオン界面活性剤(N)は、1種又は2種以上を使用してもよい。
ポリオキシアルキレン多価アルコールエーテルとは、多価アルコールに対して、エチレンオキシド、プロピレンオキシド、ブチレンオキシドなどのアルキレンオキシドが付加した構造を持つ化合物である。
多価アルコールとしては、エチレングリコール、グリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール、ジグリセリン、ソルビタン、ソルビトール、ジトリメチロールプロパン、ジペンタエリスリトール、ショ糖等が挙げられる。これらのなかでもグリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン、ショ糖、が好ましい。
ポリオキシアルキレン多価アルコールエーテルの重量平均分子量は、300~10000が好ましく、400~8000がより好ましく、500~5000がさらに好ましい。該分子量が300未満の場合、毛羽の発生を低減できないことがある。一方、該分子量が10000を超えると、処理剤の摩擦が高くなり、毛羽の発生を低減できないばかりか、かえって悪化することがある。
ポリオキシアルキレン多価アルコール脂肪酸エステルは、多価アルコールに対して、エチレンオキシド、プロピレンオキシド、ブチレンオキシドなどのアルキレンオキシドが付加した化合物と、脂肪酸とがエステル結合した構造を持つ化合物である。
多価アルコールとしては、グリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール、エリスリトール、ジグリセリン、ソルビタン、ソルビトール、ジトリメチロールプロパン、ジペンタエリスリトール、ショ糖等が挙げられる。これらのなかでも、グリセリン、ジグリセリン、ソルビタン、ソルビトールが好ましい。
ポリオキシアルキレン多価アルコール脂肪酸エステルの重量平均分子量は、300~7000が好ましく、500~5000がより好ましく、700~3000がさらに好ましい。該分子量が300未満の場合、熱処理工程で発煙が発生し、環境を悪化する場合がある。また、毛羽の発生を低減できないことがある。一方、該分子量が7000を超えると、処理剤の摩擦が高くなり、毛羽の発生を低減できないばかりか、かえって悪化することがある。
ポリオキシアルキレン脂肪族アルコールエーテルとは、脂肪族一価アルコールに対し、エチレンオキシド、プロピレンオキシド、ブチレンオキシドなどのアルキレンオキシドを付加した構造を持つ化合物である。
ポリオキシアルキレン脂肪族アルコールエーテルとしては、例えば、オクチルアルコール、2-エチルヘキシルアルコール、デシルアルコール、ラウリルアルコール、トリデシルアルコール、ミリスチルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール、イソステアリルアルコール、オレイルアルコールなどの脂肪族アルコールのアルキレンオキシド付加物が挙げられる。
アルキレンオキシドの付加モル数としては、1~100モルが好ましく、2~70モルがより好ましく、3~50モルがさらに好ましい。また、アルキレンオキシド全体に対するエチレンンオキシドの割合は、20モル%以上が好ましく、30モル%以上がより好ましく、40モル%以上がさらに好ましい。
ポリアルキレングリコールの脂肪酸エステルとはポリオキシエチレングリコール、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレングリコールと、脂肪酸とがエステル結合した構造を持つ化合物である。ポリアルキレングリコールの重量平均分子量は、100~1000が好ましく、150~800がより好ましく、200~700がさらに好ましい。
多価アルコール脂肪酸エステルは、多価アルコールと脂肪酸がエステル結合した構造を持つ化合物であり、上記の平滑成分(L)を除く化合物である。
多価アルコールとしては、エチレングリコール、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール、エリスリトール、ジエチレングリコール、ジグリセリン、ソルビタン、ソルビトール、ジトリメチロールプロパン、ショ糖等が挙げられる。これらのなかでも、エチレングリコール、グリセリン、ジグリセリン、ソルビタン、ソルビトールが好ましい。
多価アルコール脂肪酸エステルの重量平均分子量は、100~1000が好ましく、200~800がより好ましく、300~600がさらに好ましい。
油膜強化剤(H)は、ノニオンポリオキシアルキレン基含有ヒドロキシ脂肪酸多価アルコールエステル(以下、ポリヒドロキシエステルということがある)及びポリヒドロキシエステルの少なくとも一つの水酸基を脂肪酸で封鎖したエステルから選ばれる少なくとも1種である。油膜強化剤(H)は、平滑剤(L)及びノニオン界面活性剤(N)には含まれない。
ポリヒドロキシエステルは、構造上、ポリオキシアルキレン基含有ヒドロキシ脂肪酸と多価アルコールとのエステルであり、多価アルコールの水酸基のうち、2個以上の水酸基がエステル化されていることが好ましい。したがって、ポリオキシアルキレン基含有ヒドロキシ脂肪酸多価アルコールエステルは、複数の水酸基を有するエステルである。
ポリヒドロキシエステルとしては、例えば、炭素数6~22(好ましくは16~20)のヒドロキシ脂肪酸と多価アルコールとのエステル化物のアルキレンオキシド付加物を挙げることができる。
2種類以上のアルキレンオキシドを付加する場合、それらの付加順序は特に限定されるものでなく、付加形態はブロック状、ランダム状のいずれでもよい。アルキレンオキシドの付加は公知の方法により行うことができるが、塩基性触媒の存在下にて行うことが一般的である。
油膜強化剤(H)は、本願効果を奏する観点から、硬化ヒマシ油のエチレンオキシド付加物とジカルボン酸の縮合物であると好ましい。
有機スルホン酸塩(AS)としては、芳香族スルホン酸塩、脂肪族スルホン酸塩が挙げられる。
有機燐酸塩(AP)としては、特に限定されないが、POE(8)オレイルホスフェートアルキルアミノエーテル塩、イソセチルホスフェートPOEアルキルアミノエーテル塩、オレイルホスフェートジブチルエタノールアミン塩、イソセチルホスフェート・POE(10)ラウリルアミノエーテル塩、イソセチルホスフェート・POE(10)ラウリルアミノエーテル塩、イソセチルホスフェート・POE(10)ステアリルアミノエーテル塩、トリデシルホスフェート・POE(3)ラウリルアミノエーテル塩、POE(8)オレイルエーテルホスフェート・POE(2)ラウリルアミノエーテル塩等が挙げられる。
なお、POE(8)とは、ポリオキシエチレン8モル付加を意味する。
有機アミンのエチレンオキシド付加物(RA)は、有機アミンにエチレンオキシドが付加した構造を有する化合物である。
有機アミンとしては、1)メチルアミン、ジメチルアミン、トリメチルアミン、エチルアミン、ジエチルアミン、トリエチルアミン、ブチルアミン、ジブチルアミン、トリブチルアミン、オクチルアミン、ラウリルアミン、ステアリルアミン、オレイルアミン等の、脂肪族アミン化合物、2)モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン、イソプロパノールアミン、ジイソプロパノールアミン、トリイソプロパノールアミン等の、アルカノールアミン化合物、3)N,N-ビス(ヒドロキシエチル)ブチルアミン、N,N-ビス(ヒドロキシエチル)オクチルアミン、N,N-ビス(ヒドロキシエチル)ラウリルアミン等の、脂肪族アルカノールアミン化合物、が挙げられる。
エチレンオキシドの付加モル数は、本願効果を奏する観点から、1~40が好ましく、2~30がより好ましく、3~20がさらに好ましい。
有機アミンのエチレンオキシド付加物(RA)の具体例としては、POE(10)ラウリルアミノエーテル、POE(15)オレイルアミノエーテル、POE(10)牛脂アルキルアミノエーテル、POE(10)牛脂アルキルアミノエーテル・オレイン酸塩等が挙げられる。
低粘度希釈剤(D)としては、特に制限はなく、例えば、有機溶剤、水等が挙げられる。低粘度希釈剤(D)は、直鎖炭化水素(P)を含まない。
有機溶剤の具体例としては、ヘキサン、エタノール、イソプロパノール、オレイルアルコール、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジエチルエーテル、トルエン、キシレン、ジメチルホルムアミド、メチルエチルケトン、クロロホルム、グリセリン等が挙げられる。
酸化防止剤(E)としては、特に限定はないが、本願効果を奏する観点から、有機酸化防止剤が好ましい。有機酸化防止剤としては、トリオクタデシルフォスファイト、N,N’-ジフェニル-p-フェニレンジアミン、ジオレイル-チオジプロピオネート、ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤等が挙げられる。中でも本願効果を奏する観点から、ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤が好ましい。
前記ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤が、各フェノール基におけるターシャリーブチル基が1以下、カルボニル基が1以上を有するとより好ましい。
ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤としては、たとえば、2,6-ジ-t-ブチル-4-メチルフェノール、n-オクタデシル-3-(4’-ヒドロキシ-3’,5’-ジ-t-ブチルフェニル)プロピオネート、2,2’-メチレンビス(4-メチル-6-t-ブチルフェノール)、2,2’-メチレンビス(4-エチル-6-t-ブチルフェノール)、2,4-ビス(オクチルチオメチル)-o-クレゾール、2-t-ブチル-6-(3-t-ブチル-2-ヒドロキシ-5-メチルベンジル)-4-メチルフェニルアクリレート、2,4-ジ-t-アミル-6-〔1-(3,5-ジ-t-アミル-2-ヒドロキシフェニル)エチル〕フェニルアクリレート、2-[1-(2-ヒドロキシ-3,5-ジ-tert-ペンチルフェニル)]アクリレート、テトラキス〔メチレン-3-(3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート〕メタン、1,3,5-トリス(4-tert-ブチル-3-ヒドロキシ-2,6-ジメチルベンジル)イソシアヌル酸、ビス[3-(3-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシ-5-メチルフェニル)プロピオン酸][エチレンビス(オキシエチレン)]、3,9-ビス[2-[3-(3-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシ-5-メチルフェニル)プロピニロキシ]-1,1-ジメチレニル]-2,4,8,10-テトラオキサスピロ[5,5]ウンデカン、4,4’-ブチリデンビス(3-メチル-6-t-ブチルフェノール等を挙げることができる。
これらのヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤は1種または2種以上を併用してもよい。
平滑剤(L)及びノニオン界面活性剤(N)から選ばれる少なくとも1種と酸化防止剤(E)とを混合し、60℃~150℃で攪拌して、前記酸化防止剤(E)を溶解させたあと、10~100℃に冷却して溶解液を得る。溶解液及び、平滑剤(L)、ノニオン界面活性剤(N)、油膜強化剤(H)、有機スルホン酸塩(AS)、有機燐酸塩(AP)、有機アミンのエチレンオキシド付加物(RA)及び低粘度希釈剤(D)から選ばれる1つ以上をすべて混合する。混合液に直鎖炭化水素(P)を加え、混合する。混合液を30~100℃で1時間以上攪拌した後、10時間以上静置してから、下記濾過条件にて濾過して最終処理剤液を得る。

本発明の『合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液』の合成繊維用処理剤とは、直鎖炭化水素(P)以外の成分を意味し、直鎖炭化水素(P)以外の成分としては、平滑剤(L)、ノニオン界面活性剤(N)、油膜強化剤(H)、有機スルホン酸塩(AS)、有機燐酸塩(AP)、有機アミンのエチレンオキシド付加物(RA)、低粘度希釈剤(D)及び酸化防止剤(E)等が挙げられる。『合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液』の希釈液とは、直鎖炭化水素(P)を含有するという意味である。
本発明の合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液は、繊維処理時に直鎖炭化水素(P)等でさらに希釈することもできる。
本発明の合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液の低温曇点は、均一付着性の観点から、10℃以下が好ましく、5℃以下がより好ましく、0℃以下がさらに好ましい。好ましい低温曇点の下限値は-10℃である。
ISO等級(4406:1999)とは、試料100mLに含まれる固体粒子をカウントすることにより、液体中の汚染物質粒子の分布状況を表すものである。実際のカウント数を使用すると表示する数値の範囲が大きくなるので、2の対数を使用した番号コードに変換して、汚染の程度を表す国際規格である。4μm以上の粒子数、6μm以上の粒子数、14μm以上の粒子数のカウント値に基づいてコードが算出される。
本発明の合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液は、本願効果を発揮する観点から、4μm以上の汚染物質粒子が100mL当たり130000個以下が好ましく、64000個以下がより好ましく、32000個以下がさらに好ましい。
本発明の合成繊維フィラメント糸条の製造方法は、原料合成繊維フィラメント糸条に、本発明の合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液を付与する工程を含むものである。本発明の製造方法によれば、毛羽の発生を低減することができ、糸品位に優れた合成繊維フィラメント糸条を得ることができる。なお、本発明における原料合成繊維フィラメント糸条とは、合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液が付与されていない合成繊維フィラメント糸条をいう。
本発明の繊維構造物は、上記の本発明の製造方法で得られた合成繊維フィラメント糸条を含むものである。具体的には、本発明の合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液が付与された合成繊維フィラメント糸条を用いてウォータージェット織機、エアジェット織機、または、レピア織機で織られた織物、および丸編み機、経編み機、または、緯編み機で編まれた編物である。また繊維構造物の用途としては、タイヤコード、シートベルト、エアバッグ、魚網、ロープ等の産業資材、衣料用等が挙げられる。織物、編物を製造する方法としては、特に限定はなく、公知の手法を採用できる。

平滑剤(L)としてパーム油 30重量部、トリメチロールプロパン(トリパーム核脂肪酸エステル) 27重量部、チオジプロピオン酸ジオレエート 2重量部、酸化防止剤(E)として1,3,5-トリス(4-tert-ブチル-3-ヒドロキシ-2,6-ジメチルベンジル)イソシアヌル酸 1重量部とを混合し、110℃で1時間攪拌し、前記酸化防止剤(E)の溶解を確認し、40℃まで冷却して溶解液を得た。溶解液に、ノニオン界面活性剤(N)としてPEG600ジオレエート 15重量部、油膜強化剤(H)としてPOE(20)硬化ヒマシ油 5重量部、POE(20)硬化ヒマシ油トリオレエート 10重量部、POE(20)硬化ヒマシ油エーテル2モルとマレイン酸1モルのエステルの末端水酸基をステアリン酸で封鎖した化合物 5重量部、有機スルホン酸塩(AS)としてアルカンスルホネートナトリウム 2重量部、有機燐酸塩(AP)としてイソセチルホスフェート・POE(10)ラウリルアミノエーテル塩 2重量部、有機アミンのエチレンオキシド付加物(RA)としてPOE(10)ラウリルアミノエーテル 1重量部、低粘度希釈剤(D)としてエチレングリコール 2重量部、水 1重量部を加え、混合した。混合液に、直鎖の炭化水素(P)としてノルマルトリデカン 6重量部、ノルマルテトラデカン 3重量部を加え、混合した。混合液を30~100℃で1時間以上攪拌した後、10時間以上静置してから、下記濾過条件にて濾過して合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液を得た。
濾過条件
濾紙:坪量300~400、厚さ0.5~1、透気度100~150、濾過精度1~5μm
濾過助剤:珪藻土
濾紙の珪藻土の厚さ:5~20cm
合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液の動粘度の測定は、キャノンフェンスケ粘度計に試料を10g入れ、30±0.1℃に温度調節した恒温槽中に15分間保持する。その後、試料が粘度計の標線間を通過する流出時間(秒)を測定し、粘度計係数を乗じた値を動粘度とした。

実施例2~20、比較例1~6においても、同様の方法で処理剤の希釈液の動粘度を測定した。
溶融紡糸工程において、ポリエステルポリマーを溶融紡糸、冷却固化した糸条に対して、上記で調製した処理剤の希釈液を、不揮発分の付与量が0.6重量%となるよう付与した。付与方法は、ノズル給油法を用いて実施した。
処理剤が付与された8本の糸条を、8~10mmの間隔を保ってホットローラに巻き付け、一旦巻き取ること無く連続して延伸され、250℃のホットローラを介し、5.1倍に延伸し、1100dtex、96フィラメントのポリエチレンテレフタレートマルチフィラメントを得た。延伸、熱セットされた糸条は巻き上げられるが、巻き上げ直前に糸条にインターレースをかけ、フィラメント相互を集束させた。インターレースは高圧の流体、例えば、高圧空気を、ノズルを通して噴きつけることによって行った。毛羽について、下記の条件で評価した。
毛羽:各処理剤付着糸を毛羽カウンターで毛羽数をチェックし、百万m当たりの値が1個より少ない場合を◎とし、2個より少ない場合を○とし、2個以上を×とした。◎及び○を合格とした。
特に、濾過工程を有し、ISO等級が優れる場合には、毛羽評価が非常に良好である。
一方、表5からわかるように、処理剤に占める前記直前記直鎖炭化水素(P)の重量割合が8%未満である場合(比較例1)、上記式(1)を満たさない場合(比較例2及び3)、ノルマルトリデカン及びノルマルテトラデカンを含まない場合処理剤に占める前記前記直鎖炭化水素(P)の重量割合が50重量%を超える場合(比較例5)、本願課題が解決できていない。
Claims (7)
- 平滑剤(L)、ノニオン界面活性剤(N)及び炭素数11~14の直鎖炭化水素(P)を必須で含み、油膜強化剤(H)、有機スルホン酸塩(AS)、有機燐酸塩(AP)、有機アミンのエチレンオキシド付加物(RA)、低粘度希釈剤(D)及び酸化防止剤(E)から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液であって、
前記直鎖炭化水素(P)が炭素数13の直鎖炭化水素及び炭素数14の直鎖炭化水素を必須で含み、
前記直鎖炭化水素(P)が炭素数11の直鎖炭化水素及び/又は炭素数12の直鎖炭化水素を任意で含み、
下記式(1)を満たし、
合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液に占める前記直鎖炭化水素(P)の重量割合が8~50重量%である、合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液。
1<炭素数13の直鎖炭化水素の重量%/炭素数14の直鎖炭化水素の重量%<10 (1) - 前記炭化水素(P)が炭素数11の直鎖炭化水素及び/又は炭素数12の直鎖炭化水素をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液。
- 前記処理剤の希釈液の清浄度であるISO等級(4406:1999)が17/16/14以下、又は、4μm以上の汚染物質粒子が100mL当たり130000個以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液。
- 前記合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液の30℃での動粘度が10~100mm2/sである、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液。
- 高温曇点が50℃以上であり、低温曇点が10℃以下である、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液。
- 原料合成繊維フィラメント糸条に、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液が付与されてなる、合成繊維フィラメント糸条。
- 原料合成繊維フィラメント糸条に、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の合成繊維用処理剤の希釈液を付与する工程を含む、合成繊維フィラメント糸条の製造方法。
