Description

一种用于改善患者呼吸肌群的运动设备 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械的技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于改善患者呼吸肌群的运动设备。
背景技术
针对重症患者或者长期卧床以及坐立困难的患者,由于神经损伤或者长期的制动导致呼吸肌萎缩,影响患者呼吸功能而导致难以拔管甚至危及生命。
现阶段帮助病人做上肢以及胸部锻炼带主被动功能康复的器械领域属于空白,当下只能通过治疗师手法呼吸训练或临床护理来实现病人的康复训练,但这种情况只能通过治疗师或护理人员一对一服务,治疗时间较长,大大降低了工作效率。
但本申请发明人在实现上述现有技术的技术方案的过程中,发现上述技术至少存在如下技术问题:
现有技术中存在着通过治疗师手法呼吸训练或临床护理来实现病人的康复训练,但这种情况只能通过治疗师或护理人员一对一服务,治疗时间较长,大大降低了工作效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种用于改善患者呼吸肌群的运动设备,用于解决现有技术中存在着的通过治疗师手法呼吸训练或临床护理来实现病人的康复训练,但这种情况只能通过治疗师或护理人员一对一服务,治疗时间较长,大大降低了工作效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例采用了如下技术方案:
本发明的实施例提供了一种用于改善患者呼吸肌群的运动设备,所述运动设备包括:
机架;
安装臂,所述安装臂的第一端设于所述机架上;
第一夹持件,所述第一夹持装置转动设于所述安装臂的第二端上,所述第一夹持件上具有第一连接部;所述第一夹持件用于夹持患者的左臂;

所述底架100上设置有电源组件,以使得本实施的所述运动设备能够无需考虑当前是否具有充电插头,直接可以通过电源组件进行供电。

所述第一动力齿轮和所述第二动力齿轮均位于所述内腔内;
所述电机400能够为所述控制器所控制,所述控制器内可设置不同的模式,根据患者不同的状态,可以通过触摸屏300选在不同模式来对电机400输出不同的转速,从而为患者提供不同的康复训练。
所述电机400可以通过插头插入插座中取电,也可以通过所述电机400与所述电源组件电连接,通过所述电源组件为所述电池供电,所述电源组件可以为电池。
通过所述电机400驱动所述第一轴403主动,由第一齿轮401和第二齿轮402传动,带动所述第二轴以及第二轴上的圆盘404转动,所述曲柄406设置在圆盘404具有偏心距的位置上,以使得所述第二杆407是能够前后移动,其中,所述第一容置空间内具有导轨,所述第二杆407装设于所述导轨上。能够使得所述第二杆407能够稳定地前后移动,以驱动第一夹持件和所述第二第二夹持件稳定的前后移动。
进一步地,所述第一梁200包括:
第一支梁210,所述第一支梁210的第一端与所述底架100上表面相连接,所述第一支梁210具有空腔和与所述空腔连通的安装孔,其所述空腔的开口位于所述第一支梁210的第二端上;
第二支梁220,所述第二支梁220的第一端由所述空腔的开口处插入于所述空腔内,第二支梁220由上而下排列有多个限位槽,所述限位槽由上而下的深度逐渐增大形成阶梯状;
锁紧件230,所述锁紧件230穿设于所述安装孔,且作用于所述限位槽上;
转盘600,所述转盘600可水平转动地设于所述第二支梁220的顶部,所述转盘600的外周与所述第二梁500的第一端连接,所述转盘600的顶部具有第一定位孔;
所述第二支梁220的顶部具有第二定位孔;
定位插销601,所述定位插销601插入于所述第一定位孔和所述第二定位孔时,限制所述转盘600相对所述第二支梁220转动;
所述转盘600上具有第二容置空间;
其中,所述电机400设置于所述转盘600上,所述电机400的主轴、第一齿轮401以及第二齿轮402均位于所述第二容置空间内。
所述第二支梁220可以缩入于所述第一支梁210内,且通过所述锁紧件230能够对所述第二支梁220进行锁紧,从而能够调节所述第一夹持件和所述第二夹持件的高度,以及,通过所述第二支梁220上的阶梯状的限位槽,能够有效地防止,在发生滑槽时,所述第二支梁220直接陷入到所述第一支梁210内,从而造成在使用过程中的患者受伤的问题。
所述转盘600内设有轴承,所述轴承的内圈到设于所述第二支梁220上,所述轴承的外圈设置于所述转盘600上,所述第二梁500通过所述转盘600能够发生水平转动,通过定位插销601能够进行限位,其中,所述第一孔和所述第二孔均与所述轴承的圆心具有偏心距。
进一步地,所述第一夹持件包括:
第一支架810,所述第一连接部811设置于所述第一支架810的第一端上;
第二支架820,所述第二支架820与所述第一支架810的第二端相连接,所述第二支架820上设有第一绑带822和设置于所述第一绑带822上方的第一手套821,所述患者的左手伸入所述第一手套821内,通过所述第一绑带822绑紧患者的手臂,以使患者的左臂固定在所述第二支架820上;
所述第二夹持件包括:
第三支架830,所述第二连接部831设置于所述第三支架830的第一端上;
第四支架840,所述第四支架840与所述第三支架830的第二端相连接,所述第四支架840上设有第二绑带842和设置于所述第二绑带842上方的第二绑带841,所述患者的右手伸入所述第二绑带841内,通过所述第二绑带842绑紧患者的手臂,以使患者的左臂固定在所述第四支架840上。
通过所述第一夹持件和所述第二夹持件能够将所述患者的手臂固定起来,以便在发生转动的过程中,能够带动患者的左臂和右臂进行左右的开合运动。
具体地,所述第一连接部811为第一弧形板,所述第一弧形板的圆心端连接所述第一支架810,所述第一弧形板的弧形面上具有多个第一齿牙;
所述第二连接部831为第二弧形板,所述第二弧形板的圆心端连接所述第二支架820,所述第二弧形板的弧形面上具有多个第二齿牙;
所述第二杆407的左侧具多个有第三齿牙,所述第一齿牙和所述第三齿牙相互啮合;
所述第二杆407的右侧具多个有第四齿牙,所述第二齿牙和所述第四齿牙相互啮合。
通过第二杆407的前后移动,能够带动第一夹持件和第二夹持件前后移动,从而带动患者进行康复运动。
本实施例的所述运动设备能够作为主被动兼反馈功能的胸部肌群康复辅助器械,可以智能控制被动牵拉胸肌或主动抗阻运动(根据患者实际情况于电机400系统调整阻力,设置不同档位)从而使胸腔内部相关控制呼吸的肌肉得到锻炼维持和改善呼吸功能,亦可通过电子屏幕反馈辅助患者进行主动运动训练。可帮患 者改善当下的状况。降低人工成本。
使机械运动代替人为运动,通过控制电机400,电机400带动机械结构,可以更合理地控制,运动时间,力度,频率以及幅度,可以更好地弥补人工的缺陷,也可实现,一人控制多机服务多人,大大缩小人工成本并且提供了更有效,更合理的康复效果。
而且,保证了使用者能有一个更舒适,更合理的运动姿势体态,以便提高康复的有效性。
触摸屏300上还能够通过设定反馈模式,让患者看着电视屏幕的反馈信息(可使用代币法、游戏法等屏幕内容)做主动运动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于改善患者呼吸肌群的运动设备,其特征在于,所述运动设备包括:
    机架;
    安装臂,所述安装臂的第一端设于所述机架上;
    第一夹持件,所述第一夹持装置转动设于所述安装臂的第二端上,所述第一夹持件上具有第一连接部;所述第一夹持件用于夹持患者的左臂;
    第二夹持件,所述第二夹持装置转动设于所述安装臂的第二端上,且所述第一夹持件的位置相对应,所述第二夹持件具有第二连接部,所述第二夹持件用于夹持所述患者的右臂;
    驱动装置,所述驱动装置设置于所述机架上,所述驱动装置分别连接所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部,用于驱动所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相对所述安装臂转动,以使所述第一夹持件带动所述左臂,所述第二夹持件带动所述右臂,做双臂舒张和合拢运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于改善患者呼吸肌群的运动设备,其特征在于,所述运动设备还包括:
    触摸屏,所述触摸屏装设于所述机架上,所述触摸屏用于输入信息以及示出患者信息、所述驱动装置驱动所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相对所述安装臂的转动速率、工作时间、主管医护以及运动数据信息;
    控制器,所述控制器设置于所述触摸屏上,所述控制器电连接所述触摸屏和所述驱动装置,所述控制器控制所述驱动装置驱动所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相对所述安装臂的转动速率。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于改善患者呼吸肌群的运动设备,其特征在于,
    所述安装臂包括:
    第一杆,所述第一杆的第一端转动设于所述机架上;
    支撑件,所述支撑件设于所述第一杆的第二端上;
    第一转轴,所述第一转轴装设于所述支撑件上;
    第二转轴,所述第二转轴装设于所述支撑件上;
    其中,所述第一夹持件通过所述第一转轴转动设于所述支撑件上;
    所述第二夹持件通过所述第二转轴转动设于所述支撑件上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于改善患者呼吸肌群的运动设备,其特征在于,
    所述第一杆上具有第一容置空间;
    驱动装置包括:
    第二杆,所述第二杆的第一端位于所述支撑件上,所述第二杆的第二端位于所述第一容置空间内,所述第二杆连接所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部,且其前后运动时,可驱动所述第一连接部带动所述第一夹持件相较于所述第一转轴转动,可驱动所述第二连接部带动所述第二夹持件相较于所述第二转轴转动;
    驱动器,所述驱动器与所述第二杆的第二端相连接,用于驱动所述第二杆前后运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于改善患者呼吸肌群的运动设备,其特征在于,
    所述机架包括:
    底架,所述底架的底部具有至少三个带有刹车的万向轮;
    第一梁,所述第一梁的第一端与所述底架相连接;
    第二梁,所述第二梁的第一端与所述第一梁的第二端可水平转动连接;
    所述第一杆的第一端可上下转动地转动设于所述第二梁的第二端上;
    其中,所述触摸屏设置于所述第一梁上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于改善患者呼吸肌群的运动设备,其特征在于,所述驱动器包括:
    电机,所述电机设于所述第一梁上,所述电机电连接所述控制器,所述电机的主轴上设有第一齿轮;
    第一轴,所述第一轴的第一端上具有第二齿轮,所述第一轴的第二端上设有圆盘;
    其中,所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮均为锥齿轮,且相互垂直设置;
    曲柄,所述曲柄的第一端与所述圆盘相连接,且两者的连接处位于所述圆盘的偏心位置,所述曲柄的第二端与所述第二杆的第二端转动连接;
    其中,所述曲柄及所述圆盘位于所述第一容置空间内;
    所述第二梁具有内腔;
    所述第一轴位于所述内腔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于改善患者呼吸肌群的运动设备,其特征在于,所述第一梁包括:
    第一支梁,所述第一支梁的第一端与所述底架上表面相连接,所述第一支梁具有空腔和与所述空腔连通的安装孔,其所述空腔的开口位于所述第一支梁的第二端上;
    第二支梁,所述第二支梁的第一端由所述空腔的开口处插入于所述空腔内,第二支梁由上而下排列有多个限位槽,所述限位槽由上而下的深度逐渐增大形成阶梯状;
    锁紧件,所述锁紧件穿设于所述安装孔,且作用于所述限位槽上;
    转盘,所述转盘可水平转动地设于所述第二支梁的顶部,所述转盘的外周与所述第二梁的第一端连接,所述转盘的顶部具有第一定位孔;
    所述第二支梁的顶部具有第二定位孔;
    定位插销,所述定位插销插入于所述第一定位孔和所述第二定位孔时,限制所述转盘相对所述第二支梁转动;
    所述转盘上具有第二容置空间;
    其中,所述电机设置于所述转盘上,所述电机的主轴、第一齿轮以及第二齿轮均位于所述第二容置空间内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于改善患者呼吸肌群的运动设备,其特征在于,所述第一夹持件包括:
    第一支架,所述第一连接部设置于所述第一支架的第一端上;
    第二支架,所述第二支架与所述第一支架的第二端相连接,所述第二支架上设有第一绑带和设置于所述第一绑带上方的第一手套,所述患者的左手伸入所述第一手套内,通过所述第一绑带绑紧患者的手臂,以使患者的左臂固定在所述第二支架上;
    所述第二夹持件包括:
    第三支架,所述第二连接部设置于所述第三支架的第一端上;
    第四支架,所述第四支架与所述第三支架的第二端相连接,所述第四支架上设有第二绑带和设置于所述第二绑带上方的第二手套,所述患者的右手伸入所述第二手套内,通过所述第二绑带绑紧患者的手臂,以使患者的右臂固定在所述第四支架上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于改善患者呼吸肌群的运动设备,其特征在于,
    所述第一连接部为第一弧形板,所述第一弧形板的圆心端连接所述第一支架,所述第一弧形板的弧形面上具有多个第一齿牙;
    所述第二连接部为第二弧形板,所述第二弧形板的圆心端连接所述第二支架,所述第二弧形板的弧形面上具有多个第二齿牙;
    所述第二杆的左侧具多个有第三齿牙,所述第一齿牙和所述第三齿牙相互啮合;
    所述第二杆的右侧具多个有第四齿牙,所述第二齿牙和所述第四齿牙相互啮合。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的用于改善患者呼吸肌群的运动设备,其特征在于,所述第一容置空间内具有导轨,所述第二杆装设于所述导轨上。
