与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明通过安装在冲牙器上的图像采集装置获取口腔图像,并基于获取的口腔图像提取出牙齿区域及对应的异物,进一步判断所述异物是否为血液,如果为血液计算出血液面积和/或血液浓度,基于获取的口腔图像中的血液面积和/或血液浓度,控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水,即能够根据牙齿出血情况调节冲洗力度及冲洗水量,以保护出血区域免遭二次伤害;
(2)本发明通过安装在冲牙器上的图像采集装置获取口腔图像,并基于获取的口腔图像提取出牙齿区域及对应的异物,进一步判断所述异物是否为血液,如果为血液计算出血液面积和/或血液浓度,将血液面积和/或血液浓度转换成出血级别,基于所述出血级别控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水,即能够将牙齿出血情况转换成若干个级别,通过级别调节冲洗力度及冲洗水量,以保护出血区域免遭二次伤害;
(3)本发明通过安装在冲牙器上的图像采集装置获取口腔图像,并基于获取的口腔图像提取出牙齿区域及对应的异物,进一步判断所述异物是否为血液,如果不为血液,基于异物的属性(包括但不限于异物面积、异物种类、异物厚度中的一种或多种)控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水,实现全方位彻底清洁牙齿异物;
(4)本发明能够在冲洗异物(包括血液)一定时间后,对对应区域的异物进行再次分析,如果异物冲洗干净则停止冲洗,如果还有异物则调节冲洗力度及冲洗水量进行冲洗;如果在预设时间后或预设次数后异物仍然存在,则停止冲洗;
(5)本发明能够对牙齿检测结果和/或牙齿冲洗结果给予语音提示和/或信息提示,使使用者对牙齿状态有一个直观的认识。

通过上述控制方法,实现了根据采集到的口腔图像自动控制冲牙器的出水嘴工作,无需手动进行控制及调节,方便用户使用。使用本发明的上述自动控制方法,使用时只需将冲牙器放置入口腔内即可实现自动清洁牙齿,降低了使用难度,增加了安全性。特别的,基于获取的口腔图像中的血液面积和/或血液浓度,控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水,即能够根据牙齿出血情况调节冲洗力度及冲洗水量,以保护出血区域免遭二次伤害。
进一步的,本实施例中的异物包括血液、牙垢和/或食物残渣等。
一实施例中,基于获取的口腔图像中的血液面积和/或血液浓度,控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水,包括:
基于获取的口腔图像,提取牙齿区域,并提取所述牙齿区域的异物,判断所述异物是否为血液,如果是,计算出血液面积和/或血液浓度,基于血液面积和/或血液浓度,控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水;如果不是,则基于异物的属性控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水。
该实施例中,如果识别到的异物为血液,则需要根据血液面积和/或血液浓度,控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水,即根据牙齿出血情况调节冲洗力度及冲洗水量,以保护出血区域免遭二次伤害,不同级别的冲洗;如果识别到的异物不为血液,则根据异物面积调节冲洗力度及冲洗水量,为不同力度的冲洗,保证在不伤害口腔的情况下快速冲洗掉异物。
所述异物的属性包括但不限于异物面积、异物种类、异物厚度中的一种或多种。
一实施例中,基于获取的口腔图像中的血液面积和/或血液浓度,控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水,包括:
基于获取的口腔图像,提取牙齿区域,并提取所述牙齿区域的异物,判断所述异物是否为血液,如果是,计算出血液面积和/或血液浓度,将血液面积和/或血液浓度转换成出血级别,基于所述出血级别控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水,即相应级 别的冲洗;如果不是,计算出异物的属性,将异物的属性转换成异物级别,基于所述异物级别控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水,即相应力度的冲洗。
该实施例中,为了简化调节,可以对调节进行量化。即将血液面积和/或血液浓度转换成出血级别,如低、中、高等,对应的冲洗调节档位也可以设置为低、中、高等级别的冲洗模式。出血级别和冲洗调节档位如何对应可根据需要进行设定,本实施例不做具体限制。对应的,对于其它异物,将异物的属性转换成异物级别,如低、中、高等,对应的冲洗调节档位也可以设置为低、中、高等力度的冲洗模式。出血级别和冲洗调节档位如何对应可根据需要进行设定,本实施例不做具体限制。
具体的,参见图2所示,本发明一种口腔冲洗方法,包括:
S201,使用图像采集装置对口腔的牙齿区域进行实时拍摄,获取实时视频流及每帧图像;
S202,对视频流的每帧图像利用opencv算法进行图像分析,分析提取出一帧图像的牙齿区域及非牙齿区域;
S203,对提取到的牙齿区域图像进行二次图像分析,分析提取出牙齿区域的异物;
S204,判断所述异物是否为血液,如果是执行S205,否则,执行S207;
S205,计算出血液面积大小及血液浓度及位置坐标,量化成出血的低中高级别;
S206,根据出血级别自动调节冲洗力度,在高级别不冲洗;
S207,计算出异物面积大小及位置坐标,量化成低中高级别;
S208,根据异物级别自动调节冲洗力度。
具体的,参见图3所示,对视频流的每帧图像利用opencv算法进行图像分析,分析提取出一帧图像的牙齿区域及非牙齿区域,包括:
S301,使用opencv获取图像的行数和列数;
S302,分别以行和列为基础,依次从四个方向循环所有列和行上的像素点,如果遇见牙齿颜色则停止本次循环,继续下次循环,并记录所有循环到的点的坐标,直到循环全部完成;
S303,将S302完成后所记录的点组成的区域标记为非牙齿区域,图像剩余 点组成的区域标记为牙齿区域。
所述的牙齿颜色,包括白色、黄色或黑色。具体的,只要是白色,则判断为牙齿颜色。由于长期不刷牙或长期吸烟等原因,有些人的牙齿颜色呈现出黄色和黑色,如果呈现出黄色和黑色的面积超过一定的预设值(即出现大面积黄色和黑色),则判断黄色或黑色为牙齿颜色,如果呈现出黄色和黑色的面积未超过一定的预设值,则将黄色或黑色判断为异物。
具体的,参见图4所示,对提取到的牙齿区域图像进行二次图像分析,分析提取出牙齿区域的异物,包括:
S401,使用opencv对牙齿区域图像进行阈值为100的THRESH_BINAR类型的二值化处理;处理过后的图像颜色值为0或255,牙齿上较白的部位为0,其它为255;
S402,分析处理过后的图像,记录下所有颜色值为255的区域,标记为异物区域,并记下对应的坐标;
S403,对异物图像进行血液像素点提取,分析提取出血液或其他异物。
具体的,参见图5所示,对异物图像进行血液像素点提取,分析提取出血液,包括:
S501,遍历原图所有像素点坐标,对比S402中记下的坐标,如果不为记录点则将该点设为白色;经上述处理后图像上只有记录点区域有颜色,其它为白色;
S502,使用opencv将图像信息转化为hsv格式,再用每个像素点的hsv值分别和血液hsv对应的值进行比较,在血液hsv值范围内的即为血液部分,记录对应的坐标和其对应的hsv值;
S503,使用opencv计算出上述坐标所在区域的面积;
S504,计算出坐标区域所对应的hsv的平均值,并和血液颜色hsv范围值的平均值对比,值越大则血越浓,即血液浓度越大。
综上,本实施例中,如果图像分析出是血液,利用opencv算法计算出图像血液面积的大小及血液颜色深度,然后根据面积大小及浓度量转化成出血量的低中高级别,并根据出血量的低中高级别进行自动调节冲洗力度及冲洗水量,在高级别时此区域不进行冲洗,防止冲洗牙齿对此出血区域的二次伤害。
具体的,参见图6所示,对异物图像进行血液像素点提取,分析提取出其他 异物,包括:
S601,遍历原图所有像素点坐标,与异物区域的坐标进行比对(S402),如果不为记录点则将该点设为白色;经上述处理后图像上只有记录点区域有颜色,其它为白色;
S602,使用opencv将图像信息转化为hsv格式,再用每个像素点的hsv值分别和血液hsv对应的值进行比较,如果不在血液hsv值范围内的即为其它异物部分,记录对应的坐标;
S603,使用opencv计算出上述坐标所在区域的面积;
S604,将计算所得面积和预设的级别面积进行比较,获得异物级别。
综上,本实施例中,如果分析出是除血液外的其它异物,则利用opencv计算此异物的属性大小,同样量化成低中高级别,然后根据异物的低中高级别自动匹配冲洗力度及冲洗水量。
需要说明的是,上述的低、中、高级别只是一个示例,具体实施时,可根据需要设置更多或更少的级别,具体哪个级别对应多大的出水流量或出水力度也可根据实际需要进行设定,本实施例不做具体限制。
更进一步的,本实施例的口腔冲洗方法还包括:
在冲洗异物(包括血液)一定时间后,会在对此区域的异物进行再次分析,如果异物冲洗干净则停止冲洗,如果还有异物则继续调整档位进行冲洗。
如果冲洗一定时间后,异物依然存在,则分析可能是牙齿牙垢,此时会停止此区域冲牙,并建议使用者去看牙医,以保护口腔健康。
进一步的,本实施例能够基于获取的口腔图像中的血液面积和/或血液浓度,控制冲牙器的出水嘴的出水流量变大、变小或不变;和/或,基于获取的口腔图像中的血液面积和/或血液浓度,控制冲牙器的出水嘴的出水力度变大、变小或不变。
具体的,对于异物是血液的情况,根据血液面积和/或血液浓度确冲洗
级别;如果根据血液面积和/或血液浓度判断出为高级别时,控制冲牙器的出水嘴不执行清洗,即;如果为中级别时,可以启动低档冲洗(如马达转速低,冲洗1秒);如果为低级别时,可以启动中档冲洗(如马达转速中,冲洗3秒),一方面把血冲洗掉,同时保护出血区域免遭二次伤害。
具体的,对于异物是非血液的情况,当所述异物面积S大于等于判断阈值Sthl 时,控制冲牙器的出水嘴执行冲洗,。
本实施例中,根据异物面积S,冲牙器可分为三个冲洗档位,如下:
当Sthl<S<Sl时,异物面积小,启动低档(马达转速低,冲洗1秒);
当Sl<S<Sh时,异物面积中等,启动中档(马达转速中,冲洗3秒);
当S>Sh时,异物面积大,启动高档(马达转速高,冲洗5秒)。
如上仅为一示意实施例,具体的档位及冲洗时间可根据实际应用设置,本发明实施例不做限制。
本实施例中,所述图像采集装置包括可见光成像设备、红外热成像设备或紫外成像设备,具体可以是可弯曲摄像头;所述图像采集装置与所述冲牙器形成可拆卸连接或不可拆卸连接。
可以理解的是,本发明也可以采用其它图像采集装置,只要能采集到口腔图像并能够实现上述功能即可。
本实施例中,所述图像采集装置采集到的视频流可以通过无线网络传送到外部终端设备如手机,在手机上进行分析处理后再返回给所述冲牙器控制出水嘴出水,同时在所述外部终端设备中进行语音、信息或图像提示。当然,也可以是所述图像采集装置采集到的视频流直接在所述冲牙器中进行分析处理后控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水,同时将分析处理结果通过无线网络送到外部终端设备如手机,在所述外部终端设备中进行语音、信息或图像提示。
参见图7所示,另一方面,本发明一种口腔冲洗系统,包括:
口腔图像获取模块701,用于通过安装在冲牙器上的图像采集装置获取口腔图像;
控制模块702,用于基于获取的口腔图像中的血液面积和/或血液浓度,控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水。
一实施例中,所述控制模块702,具体用于,基于获取的口腔图像,提取牙齿区域,并提取所述牙齿区域的异物,判断所述异物是否为血液,如果是,计算出血液面积和/或血液浓度,基于血液面积和/或血液浓度,控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水;如果不是,基于异物的属性控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水。

所述口腔图像获取模块701和控制模块702的具体实现参见一种口腔冲洗方法,本处不做重复说明。
第三方面,本发明一种冲牙器,包括本体、出水嘴和图像采集装置;所述出水嘴和所述图像采集装置安装在本体上,所述冲牙器还包括:所述的口腔冲洗系统。本实施例中,所述口腔冲洗系统通过控制器(如MCU)实现。
为了方便用户观察自己的口腔,还包括安装于智能终端上的APP,所述APP与图像采集装置之间建立无线连接,将图像采集装置的成像区域实时显示在APP上,或将图像采集装置拍摄的口腔照片显示在APP上。这样用户就可以在冲牙的时候实时观察自己的口腔,或者将自己的口腔拍照留存后仔细观察。参见图8所示,本发明的冲牙器的控制原理可以如下:与所述控制器801、图像采集装置802和泵组803相连接的电源模块804为所述控制器801、图像采集装置802和泵组803分别供电;与所述控制器801相连接的控制开关805控制所述控制器801启动工作;所述图像采集装置802与所述控制器801相连接以将采集到的口腔图像发送给所述控制器801;所述控制器801对所述口腔图像进行识别,当所述控制器801识别出符合条件的口腔图像时,对相连接的所述泵组803进行控制;所述泵组803控制所述水箱806的水从所述出水嘴807喷出,进行牙齿冲洗。
可以理解的是,尽管上述说明是以控制器自动控制为例,但“基于获取的口腔图像中的血液面积和/或血液浓度,控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水”实际也可以通过手动控制,或者自动控制和手动控制功能同时存在。当自动控制和手动控制同时存在时,如果所述控制开关805打开,优先使用自动控制,如果所述控制开关805关闭,则使用手动控制。使用手动控制时,可在冲牙器本体上设置一手动控制开关,同时设置一提示装置,当根据获取的口腔图像识别出需要进行牙齿冲洗或需 要调节出水流量时,可以通过提示装置进行提示,使用者根据提示进行控制或调节。
第四方面,本发明一种冲牙器,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现所述口腔冲洗方法的步骤。
具体的,所述处理器被配置为:
通过安装在冲牙器上的图像采集装置获取口腔图像;
基于获取的口腔图像中的血液面积和/或血液浓度,控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水。
本实施例中,所述存储器和处理器可以集成在所述控制器上,由所述控制器进行实现。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种口腔冲洗方法,其特征在于,包括:通过安装在冲牙器上的图像采集装置获取口腔图像;
    基于获取的口腔图像,提取牙齿区域,并提取所述牙齿区域的异物,判断所述异物是否为血液:
    如果是,计算出血液面积和/或血液浓度,基于血液面积和/或血液浓度,控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水;
    如果不是,则基于异物的属性,控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的口腔冲洗方法,其特征在于,计算出所述血液面积和/或血液浓度,再将血液面积和/或血液浓度转换成出血级别,基于所述出血级别控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水,确定冲洗的级别。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的口腔冲洗方法,其特征在于,计算出所述异物的属性,再将异物的属性转换成异物级别,基于所述异物级别控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水,确定冲洗的级别。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3所述的口腔冲洗方法,其特征在于,基于获取的口腔图像,提取牙齿区域,具体包括:
    使用opencv获取口腔图像的行数和列数;
    以行和列为基础,依次从四个方向循环所有列和行上的像素点,如果获取到牙齿颜色则停止本次循环,继续下次循环,并记录所有循环到的点的坐标,直到循环全部完成;
    将所记录的点组成的区域标记为非牙齿区域,提取图像剩余点组成的区域作为牙齿区域。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的口腔冲洗方法,其特征在于,基于获取的口腔图像,提取牙齿区域,并提取所述牙齿区域的异物,具体包括:
    基于获取的口腔图像,提取牙齿区域,使用opencv对牙齿区域图像进行阈值为100的THRESH_BINAR类型的二值化处理;二值化处理后的图像颜色值为0或255,白色部分标注为0,其它标注为255;
    记录下所有颜色值为255的区域,标记为异物区域,并记录对应的坐标。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的口腔冲洗方法,其特征在于,基于获取的口腔图 像,提取牙齿区域,并提取所述牙齿区域的异物,判断所述异物是否为血液,如果是,计算出血液面积和/或血液浓度,具体包括:
    遍历口腔图像中所有像素点坐标,与记录的异物区域的坐标进行比对,如果不是记录点则将对应的像素点设置为白色;
    使用opencv将调整后的口腔图像转化为hsv格式,再将每个像素点的hsv值分别与血液hsv对应的值进行比较,如果在血液hsv值范围内则判断为血液,记录对应的坐标和对应的hsv值;
    如果为血液,利用opencv算法计算出血液面积的大小及血液浓度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的口腔冲洗方法,其特征在于,控制所述冲牙器的出水嘴出水,包括:控制冲牙器的出水嘴的出水流量变大、变小或不变。

  11. 根据权利要求9所述的口腔冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述控制模块,具体用于,基于获取的口腔图像,提取牙齿区域,并提取所述牙齿区域的异物,判断所述异物是否为血液,如果是,计算出血液面积和/或血液浓度,将血液面积和/或血液浓度转换成出血级别,基于所述出血级别控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水,确定冲洗的级别;如果不是,计算出异物的属性,将异物的属性转换成异物级别,基于所述异物级别控制冲牙器的出水嘴出水,确定冲洗的级别。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的口腔冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述控制模块,具体用于,基于获取的口腔图像中的血液面积和/或血液浓度,控制冲牙器的出水嘴 的出水流量变大、变小或不变;
    和/或控制冲牙器的出水嘴的出水力度变大、变小或不变。
  13. 一种冲牙器,包括本体、出水嘴和图像采集装置;所述出水嘴和所述图像采集装置安装在本体上,其特征在于,还包括:如权利要求9至12中任意一项所述的口腔冲洗系统。
  14. 一种冲牙器,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述方法的步骤。
